Abstract

本發明公開了一種電子卡連接器,其定義有卡收容腔,包括絕緣本體與端子,絕緣本體包括基部及自基部向前延伸入卡收容腔的對接舌板,端子包括彈性臂及接腳,彈性臂設置有向下凸伸出對接舌板下表面的接觸部;對接舌板包括第一舌板,端子包括第一排端子,第一排端子包括彼此交替排列的差分端子對與接地端子,差分端子對由相鄰兩差分端子構成,第一舌板由多個向前延伸的壁肋形成,壁肋位於相鄰差分端子對與接地端子之間,而同一差分端子對中的兩端子之間則無壁肋存在。本發明的舌板結構,能方便端子設置,同時改善差分對訊號高頻傳輸的性能。

Description

電子卡連接器
本發明涉及一種電子卡連接器,其具有金屬粉末注塑而成的外殼。
隨著5G的發展,現今的手機、數位相機、筆記型電腦、個人數位助理等電子產品,一方面功能越來越強大,對資料儲存量與存儲速度的要求越來越大,另一方面,體積上卻都朝向輕、薄、短、小方向發展。比如,目前CFexpress係其中的一種記憶卡,亦係朝著滿足這個方向發展的。故,記憶卡及其連接器也相對地愈做愈小,其端子間之間隙也很靠近,所以對記憶卡插入的穩定性,傳輸時避免訊號干擾等均有較嚴的要求。
是以,有必要提供一種改良的電子卡連接器來解決以上的問題。
本發明目的在於:提供一種電子卡連接器,其在高頻性能方面得到改善。
為達成上述目的,本發明可採用如下技術方案:一種電子卡連接器,其定義有卡收容腔;所述電子卡連接器包括:絕緣本體,所述絕緣本體包括基部及自基部向前延伸入所述卡收容腔的對接舌板;及端子,所述端子包括排列在對接舌板的彈性臂及延伸出基部的接腳,所述彈性臂在其鄰近末端處設置有向下凸伸出所述對接舌板下表面的接觸部;所述對接舌板包括第一舌板,所述端子包括第一排端子,所述第一排端子包括彼此交替排列的差分端子對與接地端子,所述差分端子對由相鄰兩差分端子構成,所述第一舌板由多個向前延伸的壁肋形成,所述壁肋位於相鄰差分端子對與接地端子之間,而同一差分端子對中的兩端子之間則無壁肋存在。
與習知技術相比,本發明的舌板結構,能方便端子設置,同時改善差分對訊號高頻傳輸的性能。

本發明為一種電子卡連接器100,在具體實施例中,該電子卡連接器為一種CFexpress卡連接器,用以供CFexpress電子卡200插入。參第一圖至第四圖所示,該電子卡連接器100定義有一卡收容腔101,電子卡連接器100包括絕緣本體10、端子20、第一殼體30、第二殼體40及接地板50。絕緣本體10包括基部11(或者叫後壁)及自基部11向前延伸入卡收容腔101的對接舌板12,在具體實施例中,對接舌板12包括第一舌板121、第二舌板122、第三舌板123,第一、第二、第三舌板位於同一平面且彼此橫向間隔開,第三舌板123與第一舌板121結構相同且兩者位於第二舌板122的兩側。端子20對應包括位於第一至第三舌板的三排端子。
參第七圖至第八圖所示,端子20包括三排端子,即第一排端子20a、第二排端子20b、第三排端子20c。每一端子20包括排列在對接舌板12的彈性臂22及延伸出基部11的接腳23,彈性臂22在其鄰近前末端處設置有向下凸伸出對接舌板12下表面的接觸部21,第十圖清楚可見。第一排端子20a包括彼此交替排列的差分端子對S與接地端子G,差分端子對S由相鄰兩差分端子構成,係傳輸高頻訊號的端子形態。參第三圖、第五圖所示,第一舌板121由多個向前延伸的壁肋131形成,壁肋131位於相鄰差分端子S對與接地端子G之間, 而同一差分端子對S中的兩端子之間則無壁肋131存在。壁肋131的存在,提供端子20的支撐,避免相鄰端子的彼此影響的風險。本發明的差分對端子之間無壁肋,則有助於提升差分訊號傳輸性能。差分端子在其彈性臂22處加寬,形成加寬部221,使得其彈性臂22的橫向寬度大於其對應的接觸部21。當然可在差分端子的彈性臂22處的兩側均加寬,參第五圖,兩側加寬的幅度略有差別,在鄰近壁肋131處加寬的幅度小些,保證給壁肋留有一定的空間,也可在彈性臂22的一側加寬。接地端子G的彈性臂22與接觸部21則保持寬度一致。差分訊號端子設置加寬部221,提升高頻訊號傳輸的性能。進一步的,接腳23包括豎直部231及焊接部232,差分端子的接腳23在其豎直部231的兩側處加寬,形成加寬部2311,而接地端子G的豎直部231與焊接部232則保持一致。
在具體實施例中,結合第六圖所示,第一舌板121包括四壁肋131及連接壁肋131前端的前橫樑132,接觸部21位於前橫樑132的後方(第十圖清楚可見)。第一排端子20a包括兩差分端子對S及三接地端子G,每個差分端子對S位於相鄰的兩接地端子G之間,差分端子對S位於相鄰的兩壁肋131之間。
本發明的CFexpress卡連接器中,第三舌板123與第一舌板121結構相同且兩者位於第二舌板122的兩側。第二舌板122包括三壁肋131及連接壁肋131前端的前橫樑132,差分訊號端子的彈性臂22與豎直部231亦呈加寬結構。在第二排端子20b中,電源端子P具有向前延伸的兩彈性臂222,改善大電流傳輸的性能。
參第一圖至第四圖以及第六圖所示,絕緣本體10包括與對接舌板12平行的底壁14以及垂直連接底壁14與基部11的側邊緣的兩側壁15。第一殼體30覆蓋在側壁15及基部11的頂面。接地板50固定在基部11的頂面且延伸出彈臂52,彈臂52彈性搭接第一殼體30。接地板50包括貼覆在基部11頂面的縱長部51、穿過基部11的接腳53,彈臂52位於縱長部51的前方且橫向延伸。接地板50與第一殼體30搭接,能改善端子接腳23部分的電磁訊號干擾。
第二殼體40包括位於底壁14前方的底板41,底板41的後邊緣延伸有複數抵接腳42,用來以SMT技術焊接在電路板上。第二殼體40還包括垂直於底板41的兩側板43,每一側板43的前緣向外垂直彎折而形成安裝壁44。第一殼體30、第二殼體40包覆絕緣本體10而在三者之間形成卡收容腔101。第一殼體30的兩側壁及後壁的下邊緣設有較多的抵接腳31,其跟第二殼體40的 抵接腳42共同焊接在電路板,形成密集的接地路徑。第一殼體30的側壁還設有穿孔性的焊接腳32,用來穿過電路板的孔,形成固定焊接。
第九圖及第十圖顯示了電子卡200插入的過程圖,該電子卡200的導電墊位於前端開設的凹槽201中,對接舌板12則插入該凹槽201,實現端子的接觸部21與凹槽201內的導電墊彼此接觸。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,本發明之範圍並不以前述實施例為限,舉凡熟習本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種電子卡連接器,其定義有卡收容腔;所述電子卡連接器包括:絕緣本體,所述絕緣本體包括基部及自基部向前延伸入所述卡收容腔的對接舌板;及端子,所述端子包括排列在對接舌板的彈性臂及延伸出基部的接腳,所述彈性臂在其鄰近末端處設置有向下凸伸出所述對接舌板下表面的接觸部;其中,所述對接舌板包括第一舌板,所述端子包括第一排端子,所述第一排端子包括彼此交替排列的差分端子對與接地端子,所述差分端子對由相鄰兩差分端子構成,所述第一舌板由多個向前延伸的壁肋形成,壁肋自所述基部向前延伸且彼此獨立,所述壁肋位於相鄰差分端子對與接地端子之間,而同一差分端子對中的兩端子之間則無壁肋存在。
  2. 如請求項1所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述第一排端子包括兩差分端子對及三接地端子,每個差分端子對位於相鄰的兩接地端子之間,所述第一舌板包括三壁肋及連接壁肋前端的前橫樑,所述接觸部位於前橫樑的後方。
  3. 如請求項2所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述對接舌板還包括第二舌板與第三舌板,所述第一、第二、第三舌板位於同一平面且彼此橫向間隔開,所述第三舌板與所述第一舌板結構相同且兩者位於所述第二舌板的兩側,所述端子還包括位於所述第二舌板的第二排端子及位於所述第三舌板的第三排端子。
  4. 如請求項3所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述第二舌板包括三壁肋及連接壁肋前端的前橫樑。
  5. 如請求項1所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述差分端子在其彈性臂處加寬,使得其橫向寬度大於其對應的接觸部。
  6. 如請求項5所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述差分端子在其彈性臂處的兩側均加寬,所述接地端子的彈性臂與接觸部則保持寬度一致。
  7. 如請求項6所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述接腳包括豎直部及焊接部,所述差分端子的接腳在其兩側處加寬,而所述接地端子的豎直部與彈性部保持一致。
  8. 如請求項1或5所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述電子卡連接器包括第一殼體;所述絕緣本體包括與對接舌板平行的底壁以及垂直連接底壁與基部的側邊緣的兩側壁;所述第一殼體覆蓋在所述側壁及基部的頂面。
  9. 如請求項8所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述電子卡連接器包括接地板,所述接地板固定在所述基部的頂面且延伸出彈臂,所述彈臂彈性搭接所述第一殼體。
  10. 如請求項9所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述接地板包括貼覆在所述基部頂面的縱長部、穿過所述基部的接腳,所述彈臂位於縱長部的前方且橫向延伸。
  11. 如請求項8所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述電子卡連接器包括第二殼體,所述第二殼體包括位於所述底壁前方的底板,所述底板的後邊緣延伸有複數接腳。
  12. 如請求項11所述的電子卡連接器,其中所述第二殼體包括垂直於所述底板的兩側板,每一所述側板的前緣向外垂直彎折而形成安裝壁。
