本发明公开了一种电子卡连接器,其定义有卡收容腔,包括绝缘本体与端子,绝缘本体包括基部及自基部向前延伸入卡收容腔的对接舌板,端子包括排列在对接舌板的弹性臂及延伸出基部的接脚,弹性臂在其邻近末端处设置有向下凸伸出对接舌板下表面的接触部;对接舌板包括第一舌板,端子包括第一排端子,第一排端子包括彼此交替排列的差分端子对与接地端子,差分端子对由相邻两个差分端子构成,第一舌板由多个向前延伸的壁肋形成,壁肋位于相邻差分端子对与接地端子之间,而同一差分端子对中的两个端子之间则无壁肋存在。与现有技术相比,本发明的舌板结构,能方便端子设置,同时改善差分对信号高频传输的性能。

电子卡连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电子卡连接器,其具有金属粉末注塑而成的外壳。
【背景技术】
随着5G的发展,现今的手机、数位相机、笔记型电脑、个人数位助理等电子产品,一方面功能越来越强大,对数据储存量与存储速度的要求越来越大,另一方面,体积上却都朝向轻、薄、短、小方向发展。比如,目前CFexpress是其中的一种记忆卡,亦是朝着满足这个方向发展的。因此,记忆卡及其连接器也相对地愈作愈小,其端子间之间隙也很靠近,所以对记忆卡插入的稳定性,传输时避免信号干扰等均有较严的要求。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电子卡连接器,其在高频性能方面得到改善。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:
一种电子卡连接器,其定义有卡收容腔;所述电子卡连接器包括绝缘本体与端子,所述绝缘本体包括基部及自基部向前延伸入所述卡收容腔的对接舌板,所述端子包括排列在对接舌板的弹性臂及延伸出基部的接脚,所述弹性臂在其邻近末端处设置有向下凸伸出所述对接舌板下表面的接触部;所述对接舌板包括第一舌板,所述端子包括第一排端子,所述第一排端子包括彼此交替排列的差分端子对与接地端子,所述差分端子对由相邻两个差分端子构成,所述第一舌板由多个向前延伸的壁肋形成,所述壁肋位于相邻差分端子对与接地端子之间,而同一差分端子对中的两个端子之间则无壁肋存在。
与现有技术相比,本发明的舌板结构,能方便端子设置,同时改善差分对信号高频传输的性能。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
本发明为一种电子卡连接器100,在具体实施例中,该电子卡连接器为一种CFexpress卡连接器,用以供CFexpress电子卡200插入。参图1至图4所示,该电子卡连接器100定义有一个卡收容腔101,电子卡连接器100包括绝缘本体10、端子20、第一壳体30、第二壳体40及接地板50。绝缘本体10包括基部11(或者叫后壁)及自基部11向前延伸入卡收容腔101的对接舌板12,在具体实施例中,对接舌板12包括第一舌板121、第二舌板122、第三舌板123,第一、第二、第三舌板位于同一平面且彼此横向间隔开,第三舌板123与第一舌板121结构相同且两者位于第二舌板122的两侧。端子20对应包括位于第一至第三舌板的三排端子。
参图7至图8所示,端子20包括三排端子,即第一排端子20a、第二排端子20b、第三排端子20c。每一端子20包括排列在对接舌板12的弹性臂22及延伸出基部11的接脚23,弹性臂22在其邻近前末端处设置有向下凸伸出对接舌板12下表面的接触部21,图10清楚可见。第一排端子20a包括彼此交替排列的差分端子对S与接地端子G,差分端子对S由相邻两个差分端子构成,是传输高频信号的端子形态。参图3、5所示,第一舌板121由多个向前延伸的壁肋131形成,壁肋131位于相邻差分端子S对与接地端子G之间,而同一差分端子对S中的两个端子之间则无壁肋131存在。壁肋131的存在,提供端子20的支撑,避免相邻端子的彼此影响的风险。本发明的差分对端子之间无壁肋,则有助于提升差分信号传输性能。差分端子在其弹性臂22处加宽,形成加宽部221,使得其弹性臂22的横向宽度大于其对应的接触部21。当然可以在差分端子的弹性臂22处的两侧均加宽,参图5,两侧加宽的幅度略有差别,在邻近壁肋131处加宽的幅度小些,保证给壁肋留有一定的空间,也可以在弹性臂22的一侧加宽。接地端子G的弹性臂22与接触部21则保持宽度一致。差分信号端子设置加宽部221,提升高频信号传输的性能。进一步的,接脚23包括竖直部231及焊接部232,差分端子的接脚23在其竖直部231的两侧处加宽,形成加宽部2311,而接地端子G的竖直部231与焊接部232则保持一致。
在具体实施例中,结合图6所示,第一舌板121包括四个壁肋131及连接壁肋131前端的前横梁132,接触部21位于前横梁132的后方(图10清楚可见)。第一排端子20a包括两个差分端子对S及三个接地端子G,每个差分端子对S位于相邻的两个接地端子G之间,差分端子对S位于相邻的两个壁肋131之间。
本发明的CFexpress卡连接器中,第三舌板123与第一舌板121结构相同且两者位于第二舌板122的两侧。第二舌板122包括包括三个壁肋131及连接壁肋131前端的前横梁132,差分信号端子的弹性臂22与竖直部231亦呈加宽结构。在第二排端子20b中,电源端子P具有向前延伸的两个弹性臂222,改善大电流传输的性能。
参图1-4、6所示,所述绝缘本体10包括与对接舌板12平行的底壁14以及垂直连接底壁14与基部11的侧边缘的两个侧壁15。第一壳体30覆盖在侧壁15及基部11的顶面。接地板50固定在基部11的顶面且延伸出弹臂52,弹臂52弹性搭接第一壳体30。接地板50包括贴覆在基部11顶面的纵长部51、穿过基部11的接脚53,弹臂52位于纵长部51的前方且横向延伸。接地板50与第一壳体30搭接,能改善端子接脚23部分的电磁信号干扰。
第二壳体40包括位于底壁14前方的底板41,底板41的后边缘延伸有若干抵接脚42,用来SMT技术焊接在电路板上。第二壳体40还包括垂直于底板41的两个侧板43,每一侧板43的的前缘向外垂直弯折而形成安装壁44。第一壳体30、第二壳体40包覆绝缘本体10而在三者之间形成卡收容腔101。第一壳体30的两个侧壁及后壁的下边缘设有较多的抵接脚31,其跟第二壳体40的抵接脚42共同焊接在电路板,形成密集的接地路径。第一壳体30的侧壁还设有穿孔性的焊接脚32,用来穿过电路板的孔,形成固定焊接。
图9及图10显示了电子卡200插入的过程图,该电子卡200的导电垫位于前端开设的凹槽201中,对接舌板12则插入该凹槽201,实现端子的接触部21与凹槽201内的导电垫彼此接触。
上述实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,而非全部的实施方式,比如本实施的电子卡连接器为水平安装,所以对接方向为向前,本发明并不局限在该实施方式,以适用竖直安装的电子卡连接器,此时向前方向则为竖直的插接方向。本领域普通技术人员通过阅读本发明说明书而对本发明技术方案采取的任何等效的变化,均为本发明的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (12)

1.一种电子卡连接器,其定义有卡收容腔;所述电子卡连接器包括绝缘本体与端子,所述绝缘本体包括基部及自基部向前延伸入所述卡收容腔的对接舌板,所述端子包括排列在对接舌板的弹性臂及延伸出基部的接脚,所述弹性臂在其邻近末端处设置有向下凸伸出所述对接舌板下表面的接触部;其特征在于:所述对接舌板包括第一舌板,所述端子包括第一排端子,所述第一排端子包括彼此交替排列的差分端子对与接地端子,所述差分端子对由相邻两个差分端子构成,所述第一舌板由多个向前延伸的壁肋形成,所述壁肋位于相邻差分端子对与接地端子之间,而同一差分端子对中的两个端子之间则无壁肋存在。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述第一排端子包括两个差分端子对及三个接地端子,每个差分端子对位于相邻的两个接地端子之间,第一舌板包括三个壁肋及连接壁肋前端的前横梁,所述接触部位于前横梁的后方。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述对接舌板还包括第二舌板与第三舌板,所述第一、第二、第三舌板位于同一平面且彼此横向间隔开,所述第三舌板与所述第一舌板结构相同且两者位于所述第二舌板的两侧,所述端子还包括位于所述第二舌板的第二排端子及位于所述第三舌板的第三排端子。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述第二对接舌板包括三个壁肋及连接壁肋前端的前横梁。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述差分端子在其弹性臂处加宽,使得其横向宽度大于其对应的接触部。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述差分端子在其弹性臂处的两侧均加宽,所述接地端子的弹性臂与接触部则保持宽度一致。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述接脚包括竖直部及焊接部,所述差分端子的接脚在其两侧处加宽,而所述接地端子的竖直部与弹性部保持一致。
8.如权利要求1或5所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述电子卡连接器包括第一壳体;所述绝缘本体包括与对接舌板平行的底壁以及垂直连接底壁与基部的侧边缘的两个侧壁;所述第一壳体覆盖在所述侧壁及基部的顶面。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述电子卡连接器包括接地板,所述接地板固定在所述基部的顶面且延伸出弹臂,所述弹臂弹性搭接所述第一壳体。
10.如权利要求9所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述接地板包括贴覆在所述基部顶面的纵长部、穿过所述基部的接脚,所述弹臂位于纵长部的前方且横向延伸。
11.如权利要求8所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述电子卡连接器包括第二壳体,所述第二壳体包括位于所述底壁前方的底板,所述底板的后边缘延伸有若干接脚。
12.如权利要求11所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述第二壳体包括垂直于所述底板的两个侧板,每一所述侧板的的前缘向外垂直弯折而形成安装壁。
