Abstract
本發明關於吡咯酮酸(tetramic acid)衍生物及該等吡咯酮酸衍生物的混合物的固體調配物(尤其是水可分散性粒劑)、關於其製造方法且關於其用於施予存在之活性成分的用途。
Description
本發明關於吡咯酮酸(tetramic acid)衍生物及該等吡咯酮酸衍生物的混合物的固體調配物(尤其是水可分散性粒劑)、關於其製造方法且關於其用於施予存在之活性成分的用途。
用現有技術中規定的調配物輔劑製造WG調配物導致調配物具有非所欲的性質。舉例而言,活性成分或活性成分混合物的低熔點導致形成大量濕篩殘餘物,這導致在稍後噴射噴霧液時的噴霧噴嘴堵塞。此外,經分散的(多個)活性成分通常在溶液中僅有低濃度及/或該(多個)活性成分穿透角質層的攝取或滲透是不充分的。
現已出乎意料地發現,本發明的調配物具有特別有利的性質。舉例而言,製造彼等時僅形成極少量的濕篩殘餘物,彼等可被有效地擠出,並且彼等具有特別高的懸浮穩定性、良好的可懸浮性及活性成分的高生體可用率,或穿透角質層的良好滲透性。
本發明調配物的進一步特徵在於彼等甚至在高鹽分負荷時,尤其亦在儲存後也具有良好的可懸浮性。
據此,該等調配物形成本發明之標的。本發明又關於用於製造該等水可分散性粒劑的方法及其用於施予的用途。
本發明因此提供呈水可分散性粒劑(固體調配物)形式的殺昆蟲固體組成物,較佳包含:
其中W與Y獨立地為氫、C1-C4-烷基、氯、溴、碘或氟,X 為C1-C4-烷基、C1-C4-烷氧基、氯、溴或碘,A、B 與其所鍵結的碳原子為選擇地經C1-C4-烷基-或C1-C4-烷氧基-C1-C2-烷基-取代之伸烷基二氧基取代的C3-C6-環烷基,其與其所鍵結的碳原子共同形成5-員或6-員縮酮,G 為氫(a)或下列群組之一者

在本發明中,在化學式,譬如式(I)中,除另有述明外,選擇地經取代之基可為經單-或多取代,其中在多取代的情況下,取代基可相同或不同。
而且,在本發明所述的較佳範圍內,應該理解不同的偏好位準,使得彼們可彼此排列組合,但在任何情況下,相同的偏好位準,尤其是在各情況下的最佳具體例/偏好位準欲被彼此組合且確實以如此的組合揭示。
如上所述的僅由必要組分(非選擇組分)構成的組成物應該同樣被視為已揭露。
百分比-除非另有指明-應視為重量百分比,其中組成物的重量%應相加為100。
除有不同定義外,在本發明背景下的「鹼性」意指水溶液的pH為pH>7。
根據本發明的調配物在水性分散液中具有pH>7。
在較佳具體例中,該調配物包含至少一消泡劑(i),較佳呈固體形式,較佳以矽油或蠟為基底,進一步較佳為吸附在固體載體上的PDMS。
較佳的消泡劑為:得自索爾維集團(Solvay)的Rhodorsil Antimousse EP6703(經吸附聚二甲基矽氧烷),

在本發明背景下的適宜分散劑是聚羧酸酯類的分散劑,舉例來說,下列該等,例如疏水性改質梳狀聚合物,舉例來說,聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、聚馬來酸、聚馬來酸酐、馬來酸或馬來酸酐與烯烴(例如異丁烯或二異丁烯)的共聚物、丙烯酸與衣康酸的共聚物、甲基丙烯酸與衣康酸的共聚物、馬來酸或馬來酸酐與苯乙烯的共聚物、丙烯酸與甲基丙烯酸的共聚物、丙烯酸與甲基丙烯酸酯的共聚物、丙烯酸與乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物、苯乙烯與甲基丙烯酸的共聚物、苯乙烯與甲基丙烯酸的改質共聚物、馬來酸或馬來酸酐與丙烯酸的共聚物、N-甲基脂肪酸(譬如C8-C18)-肌胺酸鹽、羧酸,例如樹脂酸或脂肪酸(譬如C8-C18)或此類羧酸的鹽。上述共聚物亦可為彼等的鹽形式,譬如鹼金屬鹽(較佳為Li、Na、K)、鹼土金屬鹽(較佳為Ca、Mg)、銨或各種胺。
又較佳的是來自包含下列群組的分散劑:馬來酸與烯烴的共聚物的鈉鹽(譬如Geropon T/36/Solvay;Duramax D-305/Dow);及甲基丙烯酸與苯乙烯的共聚物的鈉鹽(Tersperse 2700/Huntsman;Atlox Metasperse 500S/Croda)。
該分散劑更佳為甲基丙烯酸與苯乙烯的共聚物的鈉鹽。
適宜分散劑,例如Tersperse 2700亦說明於WO 2008036865 A2。
有用的非離子型表面活性劑包括通常可用於農化組成物中的所有此類物質。較佳可提及聚環氧乙烷-聚環氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、直鏈醇的聚乙二醇醚、脂肪酸與環氧乙烷及/或環氧丙烷的反應產物,還有聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇與聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的共聚物以及(甲基)丙烯酸與(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚物,此外,烷基乙氧基化物與烷基芳基乙氧基化物,該等可選擇地經磷酸化及可選擇地用鹼中和,作為例子,可提及山梨糖醇乙氧基化物,還有聚氧化烯烴衍生物。
適宜的陰離子型表面活性劑包括通常可用於農化組成物中的所有此類物質。
有用的潤濕劑較佳為陰離子型表面活性劑,選自包含下列之群組:聚苯乙烯磺酸的鹽、聚乙烯基磺酸的鹽、萘磺酸-甲醛縮合產物的鹽、萘磺酸的縮合產物的鹽、苯酚磺酸與甲醛、木質素磺酸的鹽,以及烷基化萘磺酸酯的鈉鹽,舉例來說,®Morwet EFW,以及二辛基磺基琥珀酸的鈉鹽,舉例來說,®Aerosol OTB,環氧丙烷與環氧乙烷在乙二胺上的嵌段聚合物,舉例來說,®Synperonic T 905。
在本發明背景下另外較佳的適宜分散劑(d)為選自下列之群組的潤濕劑:烷基化萘磺酸酯的鈉鹽,舉例來說,®Morwet EFW,以及二辛基磺基琥珀酸的鈉鹽,舉例來說,®Aerosol OTB,更佳選自於由下列構成之群組:烷基化萘磺酸酯的鈉鹽,較佳為®Morwet EFW。
有用的惰性填充劑材料為農化組成物中通常可用於此目的的所有物質。偏好的是無機顆粒,例如碳酸鹽、矽酸鹽與氧化物,還有有機物質,例如脲-甲醛縮合物與纖維素(譬如Ulmerweiss 6AL、Celite 209、Argirec B21與B22、Bentone EW、Luz2 talc、Etiquette Violette)、例子包括高嶺土、金紅石、二氧化矽、細分二氧化矽、矽膠、天然與合成矽酸鹽,還有滑石。
該填充劑又較佳選自包含下列之群組:高嶺土、金紅石與二氧化矽。尤其偏好的是高嶺土。
根據本發明的調配物又可包含結構形成劑。適用於此目的的特別是聚丙烯酸及其鹽,尤其是經交聯之聚丙烯酸酯,還有聚胺基甲酸酯與衍化之聚胺基甲酸酯及其鹽。此類適宜聚丙烯酸酯的例子為:(聚)甲基丙烯酸酯、(聚) 甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯醯胺、(聚)乙氧基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯與Pergopak®M。Pergopak®M是得自美國路易斯安那州巴頓魯治市雅寶公司(Albemarle Corporation,Baton Rouge,LA,USA)的聚甲脲樹脂。
結構形成劑更佳為聚甲脲樹脂,尤其是Pergopak®M。
在本發明的背景下,所有慣常錯合劑皆適宜,但錯合劑尤其選自包含下列之群組:乙二胺四乙酸、葡萄糖酸、次氮基三乙酸、二乙三胺五乙酸(diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid),以及上述或其組合的鹽及/或水合物。
特佳的錯合劑為Na4EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸四鈉),舉例來說,得自巴斯夫股份公司(BASF)的Trilon® B粉末。
該調配物原則上可包含一或多個另外的活性農化成分,較佳選自殺昆蟲劑、除草劑、殺真菌劑及宿主防禦誘導劑。
進一步較佳的活性成分為一或多個選自下列群組的殺昆蟲劑,甚至進一步較佳選自包含下列之群組:益達胺(imidacloprid)、啶蟲胺(nitenpyram)、亞滅培(acetamiprid)、噻蟲啉(thiacloprid)、賽速安(thiamethoxam)、可尼丁(clothianidin)、氰蟲醯胺(cyantraniliprole)、剋安勃(chlorantraniliprole)、氟大滅(flubendiamid)、特尼波(tetraniliprole)、賽尼波(cyclaniliprole)、賜派芬(spirodiclofen)、螺甲蟎酯(spiromesifen)、螺蟲乙酯(spirotetramat)、阿巴汀(abamectin)、阿納寧(acrinathrin)、克凡派(chlorfenapyr)、因滅汀(emamectin)、益斯普(ethiprole)、芬普尼(fipronil)、氟尼胺(flonicamid)、弗比迪隆(flupyradifuron)、因得克(indoxacarb)、氰氟蟲腙(metaflumizone)、甲氧蟲醯肼(methoxyfenozid)、密爾比黴素(milbemycin)、畢達本(pyridaben)、啶蟲丙醚(pyridalyl)、矽護芬(silafluofen)、賜諾殺(spinosad)、氟啶蟲胺腈(sulfoxaflor)、三福隆(triflumuron)。
尤其偏好的是一或多個另外的活性成分,選自包含下列之群組:益斯普與弗比迪隆(Flupyradifurone)。
有用的泡沫抑制劑是在農化組成物中通常可用於此目的的所有物質。偏好的是以矽油為基底的消泡劑與硬脂酸鎂。
尤其偏好的是吸附在固體受質上的聚二甲基矽氧烷。一個例子是Rhodorsil Antimousse EP 6703。
有用的防腐劑包括在此類型農化組成物中通常可用於此目的的所有物質。例子包括Preventol®(得自Lanxess AG)與Proxel®。
有用的抗氧化劑是在農化組成物中通常可用於此目的的所有物質。偏好的是丁基羥基甲苯。
有用的染料是在農化組成物中通常可用於此目的的所有物質。例子包括二氧化鈦、色素黑、氧化鋅與藍色色素,還有永久紅FGR。

特別偏好用於上述組成物的是具有上述式(I)且G=氫(a)的吡咯酮酸衍生物。
同樣地,最佳使用上文提到的式(I)吡咯酮酸衍生物,其中G=E(d)。
化合物I-2較佳以其熱力學最穩定的多晶型結構的形式使用。此晶體結構與進一步的物理數據如下列測定:
化合物I-2(C19H22ClNO4/MW=363.84克/莫耳)從甲醇結晶並於室溫乾燥,得到變化型A。
I-2的變化型A可藉由基於以Cu-Kα 1輻射(1.5406Å)於25 C記錄的對應繞射圖的x-射線粉末繞射儀來定徵(圖1)。
根據本發明的變化型A顯示如圖1與表2a)所示的至少3個、較佳至少5個、進一步較佳至少7個、甚至進一步較佳至少10個且最佳為所有反射。表2b)顯示變化型A的所有測到的反射:
根據本發明的變化型A進一步藉由圖1所示的x射線繞射圖定徵。
對變化型A單晶的晶體學研究顯示,晶體結構為單斜晶系。單位晶胞具有P21/c空間群。

I-1的變化型A的多晶形式可由使用鑽石ATR儀器於4公分-1解析度在25℃記錄的對應光譜的IR光譜來測定(圖2)。本發明的變化型A顯示可由圖2所見且如表2c所述的至少3個、較佳至少5個、進一步較佳至少7個且更佳為所有波段。
除了上述變化型A外,化合物I-2可呈現為另外的多晶形式,還有偽多晶形式(水合物、溶劑合物等)。
根據本發明的調配物的施用比率可以在相對寬廣的範圍內變化。該比率係藉由個別活性成分及其於組成物中的含量來指引。
藉助於根據本發明的組成物,殺昆蟲活性成分混合物可以特別有利的方式用於植物及/或其棲息地。

亦發現根據本發明的組合物可藉由將由(多個)活性成分與調配物輔劑構成的粉狀混合物潤濕,隨後藉由低壓擠出造粒及隨後使濕顆粒乾燥來製造。用於潤濕、擠出與乾燥的相關設備是本領域技術人員已知的。在製造過程中,應尤其確保在所有製程步驟中,產品暴露的溫度保持低於60℃,較佳低於50℃。
此製程亦形成本發明標的之一部分。

以下實施例例示本發明之標的,而非設限。
為在該調配物中的高鹽濃度下達到良好可懸浮性,下列分散助劑係如下測試:
將0.96克化合物I-2、13克磷酸氫二銨(DAHP)、0.4克Morwet EFW(潤濕劑)、1克Pergopak M、0.1克Trilon B粉末、2.54克高嶺土W與2克分散助劑的20克混合物在IKA A 10分析研磨機(20 000rpm)研磨2分鐘並以重量分析方式測試可懸浮性。
將1%水中懸浮液(CIPAC C)分散在250毫升量筒中。使混合物平衡30分鐘。稍後,移除懸浮液的上方9/10。將剩餘的1/10乾燥並以重量分析方式測定殘餘物。可懸浮性係定義為: 10/9*100*(樣本量[克]*比率a.i.[%]/100-殘餘物[克])/(樣本量[克]*比率a.i.[%]/100)

從比較實施例20與21顯而易見的是,在填充劑份量不足或鹽份量太多的情況下,無法獲得擠出物或具適當品質的擠出物。
實施例22顯示填充劑的最佳含量必須以活性成分組合的情況調節。
試圖藉由改善依據鹽份量而定的溶解度來增加噴霧液中的活性成分的可用性。
將樣本19的6個樣本(見實施例2b)分散在50克水中,使得達到0.12或0.24克活性成分/升的濃度。攪拌混合物,並且在各情況下30分鐘、2小時與5小時後,完全離心,並藉由HPLC測定上清液中溶解的活性成分的比率。
僅憑藉本發明的調配物,在噴霧液中的活性成分幾乎完全溶解。
在本測試中,測量了活性成分經由酶解分離的蘋果樹葉片的角質層的滲透。
使用從金冠(Golden Delicious variety)品種的蘋果樹的完全發育狀態切下的葉子。藉由以下分離角質層:
- 首先將已藉由真空浸潤法緩衝至pH介於3與4之間的果膠酶溶液(0.2%至2%)填入底側已用染料標記的葉盤並沖壓,
- 隨後加入疊氮化鈉以及
- 隨後使依此處理的葉盤靜置,直到原始的葉片結構溶解及直到非細胞角質層脫離。
此後,在進一步的流程中僅使用沒有氣孔與毛的上部葉側的角質層。將它們用水與pH7的緩衝溶液交替反覆洗滌。最後將獲得的乾淨角質層施用至鐵氟龍薄片上並用溫和的空氣流進行平滑和乾燥。
在下一步驟中,將依此獲得的角質層膜置於不銹鋼擴散池(=輸送室)中用於膜輸送研究。為此目的,使用鑷子將角質層居中地放置在擴散池的邊緣上,所述擴散池已經塗有聚矽氧潤滑脂並用同樣經潤滑的環密封。選擇該配置,使得角質層的形態外側指向外面,即朝向空氣,而原始內側面向擴散池的內部。
擴散池填充有30%乙二醇/水溶液。為了測定滲透,在各情況下將下述組成物的10微升噴霧液施用至角質層的外側。噴霧液係由中等水硬度的地區自來水配製而成。
在施予噴霧液後,使水蒸發,將該等室倒置並將其放入恆溫槽中,其中透過使溫和空氣流經帶有噴霧沉積物的角質層上方,可調整角質層上方的溫度與空氣濕度(20℃,60% rh)。藉由自動樣本機以規則的區間採取等分試樣,藉由活性成分HPLC測定活性成分含量。
實驗結果如下表所示。報告的數字是8至10次測量的平均值。
分析樣本1及具相同濃度的磷酸二氫銨(ADHP)而非DAHP的比較樣本(樣本25)。
如樣本25所示,在pH<7時,活性成分/生體可用率的滲透不再足夠,或該等顯著降低。pH且因此使用鹼式鹽於是對AI滲透具有至關重要的效應。
