Abstract

Formulaciones sólidas (en particular, gránulos dispersables en agua) de derivados del ácido tetrámico y mezclas de dichos derivados de ácido tetrámico, un proceso para su preparación y el uso de las mismas en la aplicación de dichos ingredientes activos. Reivindicación 1: Composiciones sólidas en la forma de gránulos dispersables en agua, caracterizadas porque comprenden: a) derivados del ácido tetrámico de la fórmula (1) en donde W e Y representan, de manera independiente entre sí, hidrógeno, C₁₋₄-alquilo, cloro, bromo, iodo o flúor; X representa C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₁₋₄-alcoxilo, cloro, bromo o iodo; A, B y con el átomo de carbono al cual están unidos representan C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, que está sustituido con un grupo alquilendioxilo sustituido opcionalmente con C₁₋₄-alquilo o C₁₋₄-alcoxi-C₁₋₂-alquilo, que forma un anillo cetal de 5 ó 6 miembros con el átomo de carbono al cual está unido; G representa hidrógeno (a) o uno de los grupos de fórmulas (2) (b), de fórmula (3) (c), E (d), en donde E representa un ión de metal o un ión de amonio; M representa oxígeno o azufre; R¹ representa C₁₋₆-alquilo de cadena lineal o ramificada; R² representa C₁₋₆-alquilo de cadena lineal o ramificada, b) por lo menos una básica, c) por lo menos un dispersante, d) por lo menos un agente humectante, e) por lo menos un relleno, f) por lo menos un agente estructurante, g) opcionalmente un agente complejante, h) opcionalmente otros ingredientes activos, y i) opcionalmente los adyuvantes y auxiliares de formulación habituales. Reivindicación 2: La composición de la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque en las composiciones de acuerdo con la presente el componente a) comprende compuestos de la fórmula (4) con los sustituyentes como se definen en la Tabla (1). Reivindicación 3: La composición de la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el componente a) es un compuesto de la fórmula (5). Reivindicación 4: La composición de acuerdo con una o más de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el componente b) se selecciona del grupo que comprende carbonato de amonio, carbonato ácido de amonio y fosfato ácido de diamonio (DAHP). Reivindicación 6: La composición de acuerdo con una o más de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el componente c) es un dispersante del grupo que comprende sales de sodio de copolímeros de ácido maleico y olefinas y sales de sodio de copolímeros de ácido metacrílico y estireno, copolímeros modificados de ácido metacrílico y estireno, más preferiblemente sales de sodio de copolímeros de ácido metacrílico y estireno y copolímeros modificados de ácido metacrílico y estireno. Reivindicación 7: La composición de acuerdo con una o más de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el componente d) se selecciona del grupo que comprende sales de sodio de naftalensulfonatos alquilados y sales de sodio del ácido dioctilsulfosuccínico, más preferiblemente sales de sodio de naftalensulfonatos alquilados. Reivindicación 8: La composición de acuerdo con una o más de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el componente e) se selecciona del grupo que comprende caolín, rutilo y óxido de sílice, siendo especialmente preferido el caolín. Reivindicación 9: La composición de acuerdo con una o más de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el componente f) se selecciona del grupo que comprende una resina de polimetilurea. Reivindicación 10: La composición de acuerdo con una o más de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el componente g) se selecciona del grupo que comprende Na₄EDTA. Reivindicación 11: La composición de acuerdo con una o más de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el componente g) se selecciona del grupo que comprende imidacloprid, nitenpiram, acetamiprid, tiacloprid, tiametoxam, clotianidina, ciantraniliprol, cloroantraniliprol, flubendiamida, tetraniliprol, ciclaniliprol, espirodiclofeno, espiromesifeno, espirotetramat, abamectina, acrinatrina, clorofenapir, emamectina, etiprol, fipronilo, flonicamida, flupiradifurón, indoxacarb, metaflumizona, metoxifenozida, milbemicina, piridabeno, piridalilo, silafluofeno, espinosad, sulfoxaflor, triflumurón, siendo especialmente preferidos etiprol y flupiradifurón. Reivindicación 18: Un procedimiento para la preparación de una composición de acuerdo con una o más de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la composición se obtiene mezclando los componentes seguido por extrusión de los mismos. Reivindicación 19: Uso de una composición de acuerdo con una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 16, caracterizado porque es para la aplicación de los ingredientes agroquímicos activos sobre las plantas y/o el hábitat de las mismas.
