Abstract
一種鍵盤裝置包括基板、複數個鍵帽及框架。基板具有頂面與底面且設有熔接固定部,熔接固定部包括通孔與拱橋件,拱橋件連結於通孔內並將通孔分隔成複數個隔孔,拱橋件具有拱起部與多個橋座,拱起部凸出頂面並對應形成凹陷部。框架設置於基板的頂面上且包括有多個鏤空孔,多個鏤空孔對應於多個鍵帽,框架設有熔接件,熔接件包括複數熔接柱與熔固座,多個熔接柱對應穿設於通孔的孔緣與拱橋件之間,熔固座容設固定於通孔與凹陷部內。
Description
本發明係關於一種輸入裝置,特別是指一種鍵盤裝置。
鍵盤為目前電子裝置十分常見的輸入裝置之一,舉凡日常生活中常接觸之電腦產品(例如筆記型電腦、桌上型電腦或平板電腦)或者工業上的大型控制設備或加工設備,多會使用鍵盤進行操作或文字輸入。
一般鍵盤的結構大多包括有底板、框架及多個鍵帽,框架及多個鍵帽設置於底板上,其中框架與底板之間的固定可利用熱熔的方式達成,一般較常見的方式是在底板上設有熔接孔以供框架上的熔接柱對應熔接固定。然而,目前框架的熔接柱大多是穿過熔接孔並熔固於底板的底面上,導致底板之底面的平整度不佳而不利於其他組件的安裝,此外,安裝於底板之底面的組件也必須破孔以避開底面上的熔固部位,造成破壞組件之結構與影響其效能。
鑒於上述,於一實施例中,提供一種鍵盤裝置包括基板、複數個鍵帽及框架,基板具有相對的頂面與底面,基板設有熔接固定部,熔接固定部包括通孔與拱橋件,通孔貫穿頂面與底面,拱橋件連結於通孔內並將通孔分隔成複數個隔孔,拱橋件具有拱起部與延伸自拱起部之複數個橋座,多個橋座連接於通孔的孔緣,拱起部凸出頂面並對應形成凹陷部。
多個鍵帽設置於基板的頂面。框架設置於基板的頂面,框架包括有多個鏤空孔,多個鏤空孔對應於多個鍵帽,框架設有熔接件,熔接件包括複數個熔接柱與連接於多個熔接柱末端之熔固座,框架抵靠於拱起部上,多個熔接柱對應穿設於通孔的孔緣與拱橋件之間並分別對應於多個隔孔,熔接柱末端經熱熔並固化成型以形成熔固座,熔固座對應容設固定於通孔與凹陷部內。
綜上,根據本發明實施例之鍵盤裝置,透過基板之熔接固定部的通孔內連結拱橋件,且拱橋件具有凸出基板頂面之拱起部而對應形成凹陷部,使框架之熔接件之熔固座的部分區域能夠熔固在凹陷部內而避免凸出基板之底面,故基板之底面可趨於平整而利於安裝其他組件(例如背光模組),且安裝於底面的組件也不須設置破孔以避開熔固座而能保持原有的結構強度並發揮正常效能。此外,框架之熔接件能夠包覆於拱橋件而具有較佳的拉拔力,加強框架固定於基板的強度。

圖1為本發明鍵盤裝置第一實施例之立體圖,圖2為圖1之2-2剖視圖,圖3為本發明鍵盤裝置第一實施例之局部分解立體圖,圖4為圖3之局部放大立體圖。如圖1至圖4所示,鍵盤裝置1包括基板10、多個鍵帽20及框架30,其中框架30與多個鍵帽20設置於基板10上。
如圖1至圖4所示,基板10可為金屬(例如鐵、鋁或合金等)或塑料材質所製成之硬質板體,以具有支撐的效果。基板10具有相對的頂面11與底面12,且基板10設有至少一個熔接固定部13(如圖3所示,在此基板10設有多個熔接固定部13)以供框架30熔接固定。如圖3與圖4所示,在本實施例中,各熔接固定部13包括通孔14與拱橋件15,通孔14貫穿基板10的頂面11與底面12,拱橋件15連結於通孔14內並將通孔14分隔成多個隔孔141,其中拱橋件15具有拱起部151與延伸自拱起部151之多個橋座153,多個橋座153連接於通孔14的孔緣,拱起部151凸出基板10的頂面11而於拱起部151的下方對應形成凹陷部152。在本實施例中,通孔14呈一圓孔狀,但亦可為其他形狀之孔洞(例如方孔、橢圓孔或梯形孔等等)。各拱橋件15之橋座153的數量為二個,且二橋座153延伸自拱起部151的相對二端,構成各拱橋件15呈直線形並將通孔14分隔成二個半圓狀的隔孔141,但此並不侷限,實際上,隔孔141的形狀是根據通孔14的形狀而定。
在一些實施例中,上述拱橋件15為基板10的一部分並可透
過沖壓或彎折的方式形成,也就是說,假設基板10為金屬板,拱橋件15則為一體連結於基板10之條狀金屬件,舉例來說,各熔接固定部13之製造流程可先利用機具沖壓基板10以形成上述多個隔孔141,並於多個隔孔141之間形成條狀板,再透過機具將條狀板的中央區域朝基板10的頂面11方向沖壓或彎折,以形成上述拱橋件15之凸出頂面11的拱起部151,而條狀板未受沖壓或彎折的區域即形成拱橋件15之連接於通孔14孔緣的多個橋座153,然而,上述各熔接固定部13之製造方式僅為舉例,並不用以限制本發明,各熔接固定部13亦可透過其他加工方式形成。
如圖1至圖3所示,本實施例之鍵盤裝置1為一電腦鍵盤而具有多個鍵帽20,在此僅繪示三個鍵帽20示意,實際上多個鍵帽20可包括多個字母鍵、多個數字鍵、空白鍵(Space key)、輸入鍵(Enter key)及大寫鎖定鍵(Caps Lock key)等等。其中,鍵盤裝置1於基板10的頂面11上設有薄膜電路板40,多個鍵帽20可按壓地排列設置於薄膜電路板40上。舉例來說,各鍵帽20與薄膜電路板40之間可設有復位件(圖未表示),例如復位件可為彈性體或彈片,框架30設置於薄膜電路板40上而使薄膜電路板40介於基板10的頂面11與框架30之間,框架30包括有複數個鏤空孔31以分別對應於多個鍵帽20,各復位件可設置於各鏤空孔31中,使各鍵帽20可於各鏤空孔31內活動按壓,例如當鍵帽20受壓時可朝薄膜電路板40下降位移而觸發產生訊號並且壓縮復位件以蓄積彈力,當鍵帽20釋放時,可透過復位件蓄積的彈力使鍵帽20上升回復至原本未受壓的位置。在其他實施例中,鍵盤裝置1也可為其他電子產品的按鍵組,此並不侷限。
如圖1至圖4所示,本實施例之框架30是由多個橫桿32交錯
連結而成,其中框架30設有熔接件33以對應熔接固定於基板10的熔接固定部13(如圖3所示,框架30的多個橫桿32皆設有熔接件33),使框架30與基板10能夠彼此組裝固定。在本實施例中,框架30可為塑料材質所製成,各熔接件33由框架30的底部一體延伸,較佳地,各熔接件33係設置於橫桿32底部,但本發明不以此為限,亦可依照實際需求調整熔接件33之位置及數量。各熔接件33包括多個熔接柱334與連接於多個熔接柱334末端之熔固座332,其中熔固座332為經熱熔並固化成型之座體,框架30設有熔接件33之橫桿32抵靠於拱起部151上,多個熔接柱334對應穿設於通孔14的孔緣與拱橋件15之間並分別對應於多個隔孔141,熔固座332對應容設固定於通孔14與凹陷部152內且不凸出基板10之底面12,以下即配合圖式詳細說明本發明實施例之製造流程。
如圖3與圖4所示,在本實施例中,薄膜電路板40設有多個穿孔41以分別對應於基板10之各熔接固定部13的通孔14,框架30之橫桿32底部設有多個熔接件33,於框架30熔接基板10的過程中,框架30之各熔接件33之多個熔接柱334是先對應穿設於薄膜電路板40之各穿孔41與基板10之各通孔14的多個隔孔141,此請對照圖4與圖5所示,其中圖5為本發明鍵盤裝置第一實施例之熔接流程圖,在此,各熔接件33之多個熔接柱334穿過各穿孔41與多個隔孔141而凸伸出基板10的底面12,在一些實施例中,熔接柱334可對應隔孔141的形狀,例如在圖3與圖4之實施例中,隔孔141呈半圓孔,熔接柱334則為半圓狀柱體,但此並不侷限。
接著,如圖6所示,為本發明鍵盤裝置第一實施例之熔接固定圖,當各熔接件33之多個熔接柱334穿過各穿孔41與多個隔孔141而凸
伸出基板10的底面12後,可透過熱熔機加熱多個熔接柱334,使多個熔接柱334呈熔融狀態的流體並且流入並填滿通孔14、拱橋件15之凹陷部152、以及通孔14的孔緣與拱橋件15之間等空間中,待多個熔接柱334冷卻固化後,即形成上述熔固座332,而使熔接件33熔接固定於基板10的熔接固定部13並包覆於拱橋件15。
藉此,本發明實施例透過基板10之熔接固定部13的通孔14內連結拱橋件15,且拱橋件15具有凸出基板10頂面11之拱起部151而對應形成凹陷部152,使框架30之熔接件33之熔固座332的部分區域能夠熔固在凹陷部152內而避免凸出基板10之底面12,故基板10之底面12可趨於平整而利於安裝其他組件,且框架30之熔接件33能夠包覆於拱橋件15而具有較佳的拉拔力,加強框架30固定於基板10的強度。此外,安裝於基板10之底面12的組件也不須設置破孔以避開熔固座332而能保持原有的結構強度並發揮正常效能,此如圖2與圖7所示,在本實施例中,基板10之底面12更安裝有背光模組50,由於框架30之熔接件33的熔固座332不凸出基板10之底面12,因此,背光模組50不須設置破孔以避開熔固座332,使背光模組50能夠保持結構強度並發揮最佳的發光效能。
在一些實施例中,基板10之各拱橋件15之拱起部151區域的體積可大於各拱橋件15整體體積的一半,如圖2與圖4所示,在本實施例中,各拱橋件15之拱起部151的長度大於各拱橋件15整體長度的一半,以增加拱起部151下方之凹陷部152的空間,達到提高熔接件33之熔固座332固設於凹陷部152內的體積而強化框架30的拉拔力與固定效果。
再如圖2所示,在一些實施例中,薄膜電路板40之穿孔41的
孔徑可小於基板10之通孔14的孔徑,使薄膜電路板40能夠覆蓋於基板10之通孔14的孔緣,從而於框架30與基板10的熔接過程中(如圖5與圖6所示),熔融狀態的熔接柱334能夠受到薄膜電路板40的阻擋而避免向上溢出,並使基板10鄰近於通孔14處的區域不會顯露出薄膜電路板40,而避免背光模組50發出的光線受到基板10反射而影響鍵盤裝置1的發光效果。或者,如圖2所示,在一些實施例中,框架30之橫桿32亦可對應覆蓋於薄膜電路板40的穿孔41與基板10之通孔14,以進一步避免發生上述影響鍵盤裝置1之發光效果的問題。
如圖2、圖5及圖6所示,在一些實施例中,薄膜電路板40具有朝向基板10頂面11之下表面42,且下表面42鄰接於穿孔41之孔緣處更設有凹槽421,使框架30與基板10於熔接過程中,熔融狀態的熔接柱334可進一步流入下表面42的凹槽421中,使熔融狀態的熔接柱334更不易溢出通孔14外部,且當熔接柱334固化後,各熔接件33之熔固座332更容設固定於凹槽421中,而能同時固接於薄膜電路板40與基板10。
如圖8所示,為本發明鍵盤裝置第二實施例之剖視圖。本實施例相對於上述圖2之實施例的差異在於,薄膜電路板40之穿孔41的孔徑是大於基板10之通孔14的孔徑,構成基板10之頂面11具有露出區域111,且露出區域111介於穿孔41的孔緣與通孔14的孔緣之間,在此,基板10之露出區域111上可設有遮蔽層112,例如遮蔽層112可為深色油墨層或深色膠層,以避免背光模組50發出的光線受到基板10反射而影響鍵盤裝置1的發光效果。或者,在一些實施例中,框架30之橫桿32亦可對應覆蓋基板10之露出區域111而避免發生上述影響鍵盤裝置1之發光效果的問題。
在一些實施例中,上述各熔接固定部13之橋座153的數量亦可為三個以上,且多個橋座153是以拱起部151的中心等角度配置。如圖9所示,為本發明鍵盤裝置第三實施例之局部分解立體圖,本實施例相對於上述圖3與圖4之實施例的差異在於,本實施例之熔接固定部13A的拱起部151A呈Y字型,且熔接固定部13A具有三個橋座153並分別連結於拱起部151A的三個端部與通孔14邊緣之間,構成三個橋座153以拱起部151A為中心等角度(在此為120度)配置,並且將通孔14分隔成三個隔孔141A,於框架30與基板10的熔接過程中,框架30之熔接件33A則對應具有三個熔接柱334A以對應穿設於三個隔孔141A進行熔接,藉此,本實施例之Y字型的拱起部151A相較於圖3實施例之直線形的拱起部151來說,能夠進一步增加熔接件33A固設於拱起部151A下方的體積而強化框架30的拉拔力與固定效果。
或者,如圖10所示,為本發明鍵盤裝置第四實施例之局部分解立體圖,本實施例相對於上述圖3與圖4之實施例的差異在於,本實施例之熔接固定部13B的拱起部151B呈十字型,且熔接固定部13B具有四個橋座153B並分別連結於拱起部151B的四個端部與通孔14邊緣之間,構成四個橋座153B以拱起部151B為中心等角度(在此為90度)配置,並且將通孔14分隔成四個隔孔141B,於框架30與基板10的熔接過程中,框架30之熔接件33B則對應具有四個熔接柱334B以對應穿設於四個隔孔141B進行熔接,藉此,本實施例之十字型的拱起部151B相較於圖3實施例之直線形的拱起部151來說,能夠進一步增加熔接件33B固設於拱起部151B下方的體積而強化框架30的拉拔力與固定效果。
雖然本發明的技術內容已經以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神所作些許之更動與潤飾,皆應涵蓋於本發明的範疇內,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (12)
- 一種鍵盤裝置,包括: 一基板,具有相對的一頂面與一底面,該基板設有一熔接固定部,該熔接固定部包括一通孔與一拱橋件,該通孔貫穿該頂面與該底面,該拱橋件連結於該通孔內並將該通孔分隔成複數個隔孔,該拱橋件具有一拱起部與延伸自該拱起部之複數個橋座,該些橋座連接於該通孔的孔緣,該拱起部凸出該頂面並對應形成一凹陷部; 複數個鍵帽,設置於該基板的該頂面;以及 一框架,設置於該基板的該頂面,該框架包括有複數個鏤空孔,該些鏤空孔分別對應於該些鍵帽,該框架設有一熔接件,該熔接件包括複數個熔接柱與連接於該些熔接柱末端之一熔固座,該框架抵靠於該拱起部上,該些熔接柱對應穿設於該通孔的孔緣與該拱橋件之間並分別對應於該些隔孔,該些熔接柱末端經熱熔並固化成型以形成該熔固座,該熔固座對應容設固定於該通孔與該凹陷部內。
- 如請求項1所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該框架包括一橫桿,該熔接件設於該橫桿。
- 如請求項1所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該些橋座的數量為二個,且該二橋座延伸自該拱起部的相對二端。
- 如請求項1所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該些橋座的數量為三個以上,且該些橋座係以該拱起部的中心等角度配置。
- 如請求項1所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該基板之該頂面與該框架之間更設有一薄膜電路板,該薄膜電路板設有對應於該通孔之一穿孔,該熔接件之該些熔接柱更穿設於該穿孔中。
- 如請求項5所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該薄膜電路板具有一下表面,該下表面鄰接於該穿孔之孔緣處更設有一凹槽,該熔固座更容設固定於該凹槽中。
- 如請求項5所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該穿孔的孔徑小於該通孔的孔徑。
- 如請求項5所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該框架更覆蓋於該穿孔與該通孔。
- 如請求項5所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該穿孔的孔徑大於該通孔的孔徑,該基板之該頂面具有一露出區域,該露出區域介於該穿孔的孔緣與該通孔的孔緣之間。
- 如請求項9所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該露出區域上更設有一遮蔽層。
- 如請求項1所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該基板之該底面更設有一背光模組,該背光模組對應該熔固座之處無設置破孔。
- 如請求項1所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該拱起部區域的體積大於該拱橋件整體體積的一半。
