技术领域
本发明涉及一种输入装置,特别是指一种键盘装置。
背景技术
键盘为目前电子装置十分常见的输入装置之一,举凡日常生活中常接触的电脑产品(例如笔记型电脑、桌上型电脑或平板电脑)或者工业上的大型控制设备或加工设备,多会使用键盘进行操作或文字输入。
一般来说,键盘具有底板与设置于底板上的多个键帽,各键帽与底板之间通常设置有连接件(例如剪刀式连接件),使各键帽受压时能通过连接件的导引相对于底板进行升降运动。
然而,目前上述连接件大多都是组装于底板上一体弯折的卡勾,随着现今底板的轻量化与薄型化发展,导致卡勾的结构强度也随之降低,而容易发生受力变形甚至断裂等情形。
发明内容
鉴于上述,在一实施例中,提供一种键盘装置,包括基板、连接卡勾、键帽及升降连接件。基板具有顶面,顶面设有组装区。连接卡勾设置于组装区上,连接卡勾包括固定座、直立部及补强块,固定座固设于基板上,直立部延伸自固定座并远离固定座,直立部的顶端弯折有勾部,勾部具有底缘,底缘并沿一延伸方向具有延伸长度,延伸方向平行于顶面,补强块连接于直立部与勾部的底缘。键帽设置于基板的组装区上。升降连接件连接于键帽与组装区之间,升降连接件包括轴杆,轴杆可滑移地枢设于连接卡勾的勾部的底缘,轴杆包括相对的内侧与外侧,内侧相对于外侧邻近直立部,且轴杆的内侧设有避让槽,避让槽对应于补强块。
综上,根据本发明实施例的键盘装置,通过补强块连接于连接卡勾的直立部与勾部底缘,除了能加强连接卡勾整体结构强度的外,还避免勾部受力时,应力集中于直立部与勾部之间的夹角处,防止勾部轻易发生断裂或超出弹性限度等情形,达到大幅提升连接卡勾的拉拔力。此外,通过轴杆内侧设有避让槽以对应于补强块,可避免升降连接件在运作过程中与补强块产生干涉,并且使升降连接件保持一定的结构强度。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明键盘装置一实施例的局部立体图,图2为本发明键盘装置一实施例的局部分解立体图,图3为本发明键盘装置一实施例的局部放大分解立体图。如图1至图3所示,本实施例的键盘装置1包括基板10、多个连接卡勾20、多个键帽30及多个升降连接件40。其中键盘装置1可应用于各式电子产品(例如桌上型电脑、笔记型电脑或其他电子装置的输入装置),以供使用者操作而产生相应的信号。
如图1与图2所示,举例来说,键盘装置1可为一电脑键盘,基板10上可设有一薄膜电路板15,多个键帽30可包括多个字母键、多个数字键、空白键(Space key)、输入键(Enterkey)及大写锁定键(Caps Lock key)等等,且多个键帽30排列设置于薄膜电路板15上,各升降连接件40连接于基板10与各键帽30之间以导引键帽30进行升降(如图2所示,在本例中仅以一组键帽30与升降连接件40示意),当各键帽30受压时可朝薄膜电路板15下降而触发产生信号,当各键帽30释放时,可上升回复至未受压的位置。
如图1至图3所示,基板10可为金属(例如铁、铝或合金等)或塑料材质所制成的硬质板体。基板10具有一顶面11,顶面11上设有多个组装区12,其中所述组装区12为基板10上供键帽30对应组装的区域(例如图2中基板10显露出薄膜电路板15的区域)。
如图1至图3所示,基板10的各组装区12上设有多个连接卡勾20以供各升降连接件40组装,在本实施例中,基板10的组装区12上设有二连接卡勾20,但实际上连接卡勾20的数量并不局限。各连接卡勾20包括固定座21、直立部22及补强块24,固定座21固设于基板10上,直立部22延伸自固定座21并远离固定座21(如图3所示,在此直立部22是沿Z轴方向向上延伸而远离固定座21与基板10顶面11),直立部22的顶端弯折有一勾部23,勾部23具有底缘231。
请对照图3、图4与图5所示,其中图4为本发明键盘装置一实施例的剖视图,图5为图4的5-5剖视图,在本实施例中,各连接卡勾20的勾部23的底缘231沿一延伸方向而具有一延伸长度L(如图3所示,在此底缘231是朝Y轴方向延伸而平行于基板10的顶面11)。补强块24连接于直立部22与勾部23的底缘231,以达到结构补强的效果,加强勾部23的拉拔力,且补强块24的宽度D小于底缘231延伸长度L而不突出底缘231外部。
如图2至图5所示,在一些实施例中,基板10的组装区12内设有多个固定件13,各连接卡勾20为独立构件并以固定座21对应固设于固定件13上。例如在本实施例中,各固定件13为一嵌孔131并贯穿基板10,各连接卡勾20的固定座21以嵌入成型(Insert Molding)的方式嵌合固定于嵌孔131中,而于嵌孔131内形成嵌合结构211。再如图5与图6所示,其中图6为图4的6-6剖视图,在本实施例中,嵌孔131的孔缘具有至少一个嵌槽132,嵌合结构211对应于嵌孔131的形状并对应嵌合固定于嵌槽132中,由此,本发明实施例的连接卡勾20为一体成型的结构而大幅提高结构强度,且相较于过去通过由基板10弯折的卡勾来说,由于本发明实施例的连接卡勾20为独立构件,因此,基板10的厚度可进一步缩减而不影响连接卡勾20的结构强度,使键盘装置1能够更薄型与轻量化。
再如图3至图5所示,在本实施例中,各连接卡勾20的补强块24还连接于直立部22与勾部23的底缘231之间夹角处,且补强块24进一步向下延伸以连接至固定座21,达到提高补强块24的结构补强效果,进一步加强勾部23的拉拔力。在一些实施例中,各连接卡勾20的勾部23的底缘231包括相对的第一侧232与第二侧233,补强块24邻近于第一侧232或第二侧233,如图3与图4所示,在本实施例中,其中一个连接卡勾20的补强块24邻近第一侧232,另一个连接卡勾20的补强块24则是邻近于第二侧233,但此并不局限,补强块24也可位于勾部23的底缘231的第一侧232与第二侧233之间。
如图1至图4所示,各键帽30设置于基板10的各组装区12上,各升降连接件40连接于键帽30与组装区12之间,升降连接件40包括多个轴杆41,各轴杆41可滑移地枢设于连接卡勾20的勾部23的底缘231,例如在本实施例中,各升降连接件40为剪刀式连接件而包括一内框架44与枢设于内框架44中段的一外框架45,多个轴杆41设置于内框架44上以分别对应枢设于二连接卡勾20。但此并不局限,多个轴杆41也可同时设置于外框架45上,基板10可进一步设有供外框架45的轴杆41枢设的连接卡勾20。
此外,如图3与图4所示,各升降连接件40的轴杆41包括相对的内侧42与外侧43,内侧42相对于外侧43邻近直立部22,且轴杆41的内侧42设有避让槽421,避让槽421对应于补强块24。再请对照图4与图6所示,由于补强块24的宽度D小于底缘231延伸长度L而不突出底缘231外部,使各升降连接件40的轴杆41不需截断,仅需移除部分区域以形成避让槽421避开补强块24即可,除了可有效避免轴杆41结构受到破坏,且升降连接件40与连接卡勾20能维持原有的组装方式。
由此,如图2与图3所示,当各键帽30受压而相对于基板10升降时,可带动升降连接件40同步升降并使轴杆41沿着勾部23的底缘231的延伸方向滑移,本发明实施例通过补强块24将直立部22与勾部23的底缘231连接,除了能加强连接卡勾20整体结构强度的外,当勾部23向上受力时(例如受升降连接件40向上拉动),还可避免应力集中于直立部22与勾部23之间的夹角处,防止勾部23轻易发生断裂或超出弹性限度等情形,达到大幅提升连接卡勾20的拉拔力。
此外,本发明实施例通过轴杆41的内侧42设有避让槽421以对应于补强块24,可避免升降连接件40在运作过程中与补强块24产生干涉,此外,轴杆41仅移除内侧42的部分区块而能维持轴杆41原有的连接关系,使升降连接件40能保持一定的结构强度。在一些实施例中,如图3与图4所示,升降连接件40的各轴杆41的外侧43可凸设有一增厚部431以增加各轴杆41的杆厚而达到结构补强效果,在此,增厚部431位于避让槽421的相对侧,也就是说,各轴杆41可针对结构较薄弱的部位进行增厚,使轴杆41维持结构强度。
再如图5所示,各连接卡勾20的补强块24还具有曲线边缘241,其中曲线边缘241为补强块24远离直立部22并且衔接于勾部23的底缘231的边缘。在本实施例中,曲线边缘241为R角曲线边缘,使补强块24与勾部23底缘231之间的夹角处呈平滑的曲线,有助于减小夹角处的应力。但此并不局限,在一些实施例中,补强块24的曲线边缘241也可为对数曲线边缘、抛物线曲线边缘或双曲线曲线边缘。
综上,根据本发明实施例的键盘装置1,通过补强块24连接于连接卡勾20的直立部22与勾部23底缘231,除了能加强连接卡勾20整体结构强度的外,还避免勾部23受力时,应力集中于直立部22与勾部23之间的夹角处,防止勾部23轻易发生断裂或超出弹性限度等情形,达到大幅提升连接卡勾20的拉拔力。此外,通过升降连接件40的轴杆41内侧设有避让槽421以对应于补强块24,可避免升降连接件40在运作过程中与补强块24产生干涉,并且使升降连接件40保持一定的结构强度。

1.一种键盘装置,其特征在于,包括:
基板,具有顶面,所述顶面设有组装区;
连接卡勾,设置于所述组装区上,所述连接卡勾包括固定座、直立部及补强块,所述固定座固设于所述基板上,所述直立部延伸自所述固定座并远离所述固定座,所述直立部的顶端弯折有勾部,所述勾部具有底缘,所述底缘并沿一延伸方向具有延伸长度,所述延伸方向平行于所述顶面,所述补强块连接于所述直立部与所述勾部的所述底缘;
键帽,设置于所述基板的所述组装区上;以及
升降连接件,连接于所述键帽与所述组装区之间,所述升降连接件包括轴杆,所述轴杆可滑移地枢设于所述连接卡勾的所述勾部的所述底缘,所述轴杆包括相对的内侧与外侧,所述内侧相对于所述外侧邻近所述直立部,且所述轴杆的所述内侧设有避让槽,所述避让槽对应于所述补强块。
