Abstract

一种键盘装置包括基板、限位连接件、键帽及升降连接件。基板顶面设有组装区,组装区设有长固定孔,长固定孔具有二短边、第一长边与第二长边,基板底面于邻接第一长边处还凹设有长底嵌槽,且长底嵌槽的二端分别邻近于长固定孔的二短边。限位连接件设置于组装区上且包括固定座及直立部,固定座容设固定于长固定孔内,直立部延伸自固定座,固定座设有下翼板,下翼板对应固定于长底嵌槽中。键帽设置于基板的组装区上。升降连接件连接于键帽与组装区之间,升降连接件包括轴杆,轴杆设置于限位连接件。

本发明涉及一种输入装置,特别是指一种键盘装置。
背景技术
键盘为目前电子装置十分常见的输入装置之一,举凡日常生活中常接触的电脑产品(例如笔记本电脑、桌上型电脑或平板电脑)或者工业上的大型控制设备或加工设备,多会使用键盘进行操作或文字输入。
一般来说,键盘具有底板与设置于底板上的多个键帽,各键帽与底板之间通常设置有连接件(例如剪刀式连接件),使各键帽受压时能通过连接件的导引相对于底板进行升降运动。
然而,目前上述连接件大多都是组装于底板上一体弯折的卡勾,随着现今底板的轻量化与薄型化发展,导致卡勾的结构强度也随之降低,而容易发生受力变形甚至断裂等情形。
发明内容
鉴于上述,在一实施例中,提供一种键盘装置包括基板、限位连接件、键帽及升降连接件。基板具有相对的顶面与底面,顶面设有组装区,组装区设有长固定孔,长固定孔贯穿顶面与底面且具有相对的二短边与连接于二短边之间的第一长边与第二长边,其中底面于邻接第一长边处还凹设有长底嵌槽,且长底嵌槽的二端分别邻近于长固定孔的二短边。限位连接件设置于组装区上,限位连接件包括固定座及直立部,固定座容设固定于长固定孔内,直立部延伸自固定座并凸出顶面,固定座于直立部的相对侧设有下翼板,下翼板对应固定于长底嵌槽中。键帽设置于基板的组装区上。升降连接件连接于键帽与组装区之间,升降连接件包括轴杆,轴杆设置于限位连接件。
综上,根据本发明实施例的键盘装置,通过基板的底面凹设有长底嵌槽,且长底嵌槽的二端分别邻近于长固定孔的二短边,且限位连接件的固定座设有下翼板以对应固定于长底嵌槽中,使限位连接件能够大幅增加对应于长固定孔的延伸方向的嵌合面积,达到加强限位连接件的定位效果与拉拔力,且防止限位连接件受力旋转而脱离基板。

以下提出各种实施例进行详细说明,然而,实施例仅用以作为范例说明,并不会限缩本发明欲保护的范围。此外,实施例中的附图省略部份元件,以清楚显示本发明的技术特点。在所有附图中相同的标号将用于表示相同或相似的元件。
图1为本发明键盘装置一实施例的局部立体图,图2为本发明键盘装置一实施例的局部分解立体图,图3为本发明基板与限位连接件一实施例的立体图。如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例的键盘装置1包括基板10、多个限位连接件20、多个键帽30及多个升降连接件40。其中键盘装置1可应用于各式电子产品(例如作为桌上型电脑、笔记本电脑或其他电子装置的输入装置),以供使用者操作而产生相应的信号。
如图1与图2所示,举例来说,键盘装置1可为一电脑键盘,基板10上可设有一薄膜电路板18,多个键帽30可包括多个字母键、多个数字键、空白键(Space key)、输入键(Enterkey)及大写锁定键(Caps Lock key)等等,且多个键帽30排列设置于薄膜电路板18上,各升降连接件40连接于基板10与各键帽30之间以导引键帽30进行升降(如图2所示,在本例中仅以一组键帽30与升降连接件40示意),当各键帽30受压时可朝薄膜电路板18下降而触发产生信号,当各键帽30释放时,可上升回复至未受压的位置。
如图1至图3所示,基板10可为金属(例如铁、铝或合金等)或塑料材质所制成的硬质板体。基板10具有相对的顶面11与底面12,顶面11上设有多个组装区13,其中所述组装区13为基板10上供键帽30对应组装的区域(例如图2中基板10显露出薄膜电路板18的区域)。
请对照图2与图3所示,在本实施例中,基板10的组装区13上设有多个长固定孔(在此设有二长固定孔14与二长固定孔14A),二长固定孔14用以供二限位连接件20固定于基板10上,二长固定孔14A用以供二限位连接件20A固定基板10上,升降连接件40包括多个轴杆41以分别设置于多个限位连接件20、20A,其中,本实施例的升降连接件40为剪刀式连接件,但此并不局限。
在一些实施例中,上述限位连接件20、20A可分别以嵌入成型(Insert Molding)的方式嵌合固定于长固定孔14、14A中、或者限位连接件20、20A也可分别以射出成型(Injection Molding)的方式固定于长固定孔14、14A中,但此并不局限。由此,通过本发明实施例的限位连接件20、20A为一体成型的结构,可达到大幅提高结构强度,且相较于过去通过由基板10弯折的卡勾来说,基板10的厚度可进一步缩减而不影响限位连接件20、20A的结构强度,使键盘装置1整体能够更薄型与轻量化。
如图2至图5所示,其中图3分别隐藏了一个限位连接件20、20A,以清楚显现长固定孔14、14A的位置与形状,图4与图5分别为图3的限位连接件20的局部仰视图以及图3的长固定孔14的局部仰视图,此外,图4隐藏了基板10以清楚显现限位连接件20的具体形状,先此叙明。在本实施例中,长固定孔14贯穿基板10的顶面11与底面12且具有第一长边16、第二长边17以及相对的二短边15,第一长边16与第二长边17连接于二短边15之间,也就是说,长固定孔14是朝一方向延伸的长型孔洞(如图3所示,在此长固定孔14是朝Y轴方向延伸且概呈长方形孔),构成第一长边16与第二长边17的长度大于各短边15的长度。
再如图4与图5所示,基板10的底面12于邻接第一长边16与第二长边17处还分别凹设有二长底嵌槽121,且各长底嵌槽121的二端分别邻近于长固定孔14的相对二短边15,也就是说,各长底嵌槽121为长条型凹槽,且较佳地,各长底嵌槽121的长度大于第一长边16的一半长度而使各长底嵌槽121的二端分别邻近二短边15。举例来说,假设第一长边16的长度为1cm,各长底嵌槽121的长度可为0.6cm、0.8cm或0.9cm)。或者,各长底嵌槽121的二端也可分别延伸至长固定孔14的二短边15,构成各长底嵌槽121的长度等于第一长边16的长度。
再如图4与图5所示,各限位连接件20设置于基板10的组装区13上,且各限位连接件20包括固定座21及直立部26,固定座21容设固定于各长固定孔14内,直立部26向上延伸自固定座21并凸出基板10的顶面11,固定座21于直立部26的相对侧还设有二下翼板22,二下翼板22对应固定于二长底嵌槽121中。举例来说,各限位连接件20是以嵌入成型或射出成型的方式固定于长固定孔14中,使固定座21呈对应于长固定孔14的形状,构成固定座21容设在长固定孔14并形成二下翼板22嵌合固定于二长底嵌槽121内。
再请对照图2、图3、图6及图7所示,其中图6为图3的A-A剖视图(如图3所示,在此限位连接件20是沿Y轴方向剖切),图7为图3的B-B剖视图(如图3所示,在此限位连接件20是沿X轴方向剖切)。在本实施例中,各限位连接件20的直立部26顶端还弯折有勾部27,且勾部27朝平行于第一长边16的方向延伸(如图3与图6所示,在此勾部27是沿Y轴方向延伸)。升降连接件40的轴杆41可设置于勾部27的底部,此外,当各键帽30受压而相对于基板10升降时,可带动升降连接件40同步升降并使轴杆41沿着勾部27的延伸方向滑移。
承上,本发明实施例通过基板10的底面12凹设有长底嵌槽121,且长底嵌槽121的二端分别邻近于长固定孔14的二短边15,能够达到大幅增加限位连接件20的下翼板22对应于长固定孔14的延伸方向的嵌合面积,此如图6所示,各限位连接件20的固定座21的各下翼板22于Y轴方向(即长固定孔14、第一长边16及勾部27的延伸方向)大幅增加与各长底嵌槽121的嵌合面积,除了能达到加强限位连接件20的定位效果与拉拔力,还防止限位连接件20受力(例如勾部27受到升降连接件40的向上拉力)旋转而脱离基板10的长固定孔14。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,上述各长底嵌槽121具体上可通过机具于基板10底面12邻接第一长边16与第二长边17处进行冲压或压扁制程,使基板10受压部位的材料朝长固定孔14内延伸,构成第一长边16与第二长边17分别形成朝长固定孔14内凸伸的薄凸缘161、171,达到进一步增加各下翼板22的嵌合面积以加强限位连接件20的定位效果与拉拔力,且基板10的顶面11也不会形成凸包而能趋于平整。
如图8所示,为本发明限位连接件另一实施例的剖视图,相较于上述图4至图7的实施例来说,本实施例的基板10的底面12邻接长固定孔14B的第一长边16处同样设有长底嵌槽121,各限位连接件20B的固定座21B同样设有下翼板22以对应固定于长底嵌槽121中。本实施例与上述图4至图7的实施例的差异至少在于,基板10的底面12邻接第二长边17处未凹设有长底嵌槽121,本实施例的基板10是在顶面11邻接第二长边17处凹设有长顶嵌槽122,长顶嵌槽122同样为长型凹槽且长顶嵌槽122的长度较佳是大于第二长边17的一半长度或等于第二长边17的长度。此外,本实施例的限位连接件20B的固定座21B还对应长顶嵌槽122设有上翼板23,上翼板23对应嵌合固定于长顶嵌槽122中。由此,同样可增加上翼板23与长顶嵌槽122对应于长固定孔14B的延伸方向的嵌合面积,达到加强限位连接件20B的定位效果与拉拔力并且防止受力旋转。
请参阅图9、图10及图11所示,其中图9与图10分别为图3的限位连接件20A的局部仰视图以及图3的长固定孔14A的局部仰视图,且图9中隐藏了基板10以清楚显现限位连接件20A的具体形状,图11为图3的C-C剖视图(如图3所示,在此限位连接件20A是沿Y轴方向剖切)。相较于上述图4至图7的实施例来说,本实施例的基板10的底面12邻接长固定孔14A的第一长边16与第二长边17处同样设有二长底嵌槽121,各限位连接件20A的固定座21A同样设有二下翼板22以对应固定于二长底嵌槽121中。本实施例与上述图4至图7的实施例的差异至少在于,本实施例的基板10的底面12邻接长固定孔14A的二短边15处还分别凹设有二短底嵌槽123,限位连接件20A的固定座21A还设有二凸伸板24,二凸伸板24对应嵌合固定于二短底嵌槽123中,在此各凸伸板24与各短底嵌槽123为对应的半圆形,但此并不局限,各凸伸板24与各短底嵌槽123也可为彼此对应的其他形状(例如方形或椭圆形等)。由此,本实施例通过在长固定孔14A的二短边15处还设置短底嵌槽123以供限位连接件20A的二凸伸板24嵌合,可达到进一步加强限位连接件20A的定位效果与拉拔力,此外,如图11所示,限位连接件20A的固定座21A邻近于长固定孔14A二短边15的二端也能受到嵌合固定,达到更有效地防止限位连接件20A受力旋转。
再如图3、图9、图10及图11所示,除了上述差异之外,本实施例的各限位连接件20A的直立部26未弯折形成勾部27而是设有一轴接孔261以供升降连接件40的部分轴杆41对应设置,在此各限位连接件20A的轴接孔261的轴向(如图3所示,在此各限位连接件20A的轴向为X轴方向)垂直于第一长边16,但本实施例并不限制,各限位连接件20A的结构也可与上述各限位连接件20的结构相同。
如图12至图15所示,为本发明基板与限位连接件的另一实施例。本实施例的基板10的组装区13上设有至少一个长固定孔14C以供升降连接件40的轴杆41设置,其中图12隐藏了一个限位连接件20C,以清楚显现长固定孔14C的位置与形状,图13与图14分别为图12的限位连接件20C的局部仰视图以及图12的长固定孔14C的局部仰视图,图15为图12的长固定孔14C的局部俯视图,图16为图12的D-D剖视图(如图12所示,在此限位连接件20C是沿Y轴方向剖切)。相较于上述图9至图11的实施例来说,本实施例的基板10的底面12邻接长固定孔14C的第一长边16与第二长边17处同样设有二长底嵌槽121,各限位连接件20C的固定座21C同样设有二下翼板22以对应固定于二长底嵌槽121中。
如图12至图15所示,本实施例与上述图9至图11的实施例的差异至少在于,基板10邻接长固定孔14A的二短边15处未凹设有二短底嵌槽123,本实施例的基板10是在顶面11邻接二短边15处分别凹设有二短顶嵌槽124(如图15所示),限位连接件20C的固定座21C还设有二凸伸板25,二凸伸板25对应固定于二短顶嵌槽124中。在此各凸伸板25于各短顶嵌槽124为对应的半圆形,但此并不局限,各凸伸板25与各短顶嵌槽124还可为彼此对应的其他形状(例如方形或椭圆形等)。
由此,本实施例通过在长固定孔14C的二短边15处还设置短顶嵌槽124以供限位连接件20C的二凸伸板25嵌合,可达到进一步加强限位连接件20C的定位效果与拉拔力,此外,如图16所示,限位连接件20C的固定座21C邻近于长固定孔14C的二短边15的二端部也能受到嵌合固定,达到更有效地防止限位连接件20C受力旋转。
虽然本发明的技术内容已经以较佳实施例公开如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神所作些许的更动与润饰,皆应涵盖于本发明的范畴内,因此本发明的保护范围当视后附的权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种键盘装置,其特征在于,包括:
基板,具有相对的顶面与底面,所述顶面设有组装区,所述组装区设有长固定孔,所述长固定孔贯穿所述顶面与所述底面且具有相对的二短边与连接于所述二短边之间的第一长边与第二长边,其中所述底面于邻接所述第一长边处还凹设有长底嵌槽,且所述长底嵌槽的二端分别邻近于所述长固定孔的二短边;
限位连接件,设置于所述组装区上,所述限位连接件包括固定座及直立部,所述固定座容设固定于所述长固定孔内,所述直立部延伸自所述固定座并凸出所述顶面,所述固定座于所述直立部的相对侧还设有下翼板,所述下翼板对应固定于所述长底嵌槽中;
键帽,设置于所述基板的所述组装区上;以及
升降连接件,连接于所述键帽与所述组装区之间,所述升降连接件包括轴杆,所述轴杆设置于所述限位连接件。
2.如权利要求1所述的键盘装置,其特征在于,所述长底嵌槽的长度大于所述第一长边的一半长度。
3.如权利要求1所述的键盘装置,其特征在于,所述长底嵌槽的二端还分别延伸至所述长固定孔的二短边。
4.如权利要求1所述的键盘装置,其特征在于,所述第一长边还设有薄凸缘,所述薄凸缘朝所述长固定孔内凸伸。
5.如权利要求1所述的键盘装置,其特征在于,所述底面于邻接所述第二长边处还凹设有另一长底嵌槽,所述固定座于所述下翼板的相对侧还设有另一下翼板,所述另一下翼板对应固定于所述另一长底嵌槽中。
6.如权利要求1所述的键盘装置,其特征在于,所述顶面于邻接所述第二长边处还凹设有长顶嵌槽,所述固定座还设有上翼板,所述上翼板对应固定于所述长顶嵌槽中。
7.如权利要求1所述的键盘装置,其特征在于,所述底面于邻接所述二短边处还分别凹设有二短底嵌槽,所述固定座还设有二凸伸板,所述二凸伸板对应固定于所述二短底嵌槽中。
8.如权利要求1所述的键盘装置,其特征在于,所述顶面于邻接所述二短边处还分别凹设有二短顶嵌槽,所述固定座还设有二凸伸板,所述二凸伸板对应固定于所述二短顶嵌槽中。
9.如权利要求1所述的键盘装置,其特征在于,所述直立部的顶端弯折有勾部,所述勾部沿一延伸方向延伸,所述延伸方向平行于所述第一长边。
10.如权利要求1所述的键盘装置,其特征在于,所述直立部具有轴接孔,所述轴接孔的轴向垂直于所述第一长边。
