Abstract
一種鍵盤裝置包括基板、薄膜電路板、撓性線路板、第一固定板及第二固定板。基板包括頂面、底面及側緣,基板更設有段差凸起,段差凸起突出頂面並於底面對應形成凹陷區。薄膜電路板設置於基板之頂面,薄膜電路板包括出線區,出線區對應位於段差凸起上。撓性線路板設置於基板之底面,撓性線路板包括固定段、反折段及電連接端,固定段對應容設於凹陷區中。第一固定板對應設置於段差凸起上。第二固定板對應容設於凹陷區中並與第一固定板彼此組接固定。
Description
本發明係關於一種輸入裝置,特別是指一種鍵盤裝置。
薄膜電路板由於體積小、厚度薄及重量輕,因此近年來被廣泛應用於各式電子產品(例如鍵盤),以因應現今輕薄化的發展趨勢。一般來說,鍵盤之薄膜電路板大多會經由一柔性電路板(Flexible Printed Circuit, FPC)連接電子產品的系統電路板,以彼此傳遞訊號。
目前鍵盤之薄膜電路板大多設置於一基板上,柔性電路板連接薄膜電路板後會反折疊置在基板底面,再於基板底面安裝固定件以固定柔性電路板,然而,此種方式會造成基板底面不平整,不利於鍵盤薄型化以及其他組件的安裝。
鑒於上述,於一實施例中,提供一種鍵盤裝置包括基板、薄膜電路板、撓性線路板、第一固定板及第二固定板。基板包括頂面、底面及側緣,頂面與底面分別位於基板之相對二表面,側緣連接於頂面與底面之間,基板更設有段差凸起,段差凸起鄰接於側緣,段差凸起突出頂面並於底面對應形成凹陷區。薄膜電路板設置於基板之頂面,薄膜電路板包括出線區,出線區對應位於段差凸起上,薄膜電路板設有複數條導電線,多條導電線延伸至出線區。撓性線路板設置於基板之底面,撓性線路板包括固定段、反折段及電連接端,固定段對應容設於凹陷區中,反折段連接於固定段與電連接端之間,電連接端延伸至段差凸起上並電性連接於多條導電線。第一固定板對應設置於段差凸起上。第二固定板對應容設於凹陷區中,第二固定板與第一固定板彼此組接固定,使第一固定板將薄膜電路板之出線區與撓性線路板之電連接端抵壓固定、以及使第二固定板將撓性線路板之固定段抵壓固定。
綜上,根據本發明實施例之鍵盤裝置,透過在基板設有段差凸起,使第二固定板能夠容設於凹陷區中,達到鍵盤裝置整體能夠更薄型化,且基板的底面也能更趨平整而利於安裝其他組件(例如背光板)。
圖1為本發明鍵盤裝置一實施例之分解立體圖,圖2為本發明鍵盤裝置一實施例之局部放大立體圖,圖3為圖2之分解立體圖,圖4為圖2之仰視分解立體圖。如圖1至圖3所示,鍵盤裝置1包括基板10、薄膜電路板20、撓性線路板30(Flexible Printed Circuit, FPC)、第一固定板40及第二固定板50。薄膜電路板20設置於基板10上,撓性線路板30用以電連接於薄膜電路板20,第一固定板40與第二固定板50用以將基板10、薄膜電路板20及撓性線路板30彼此固定。
如圖1至圖3所示,本實施例之鍵盤裝置1為一電腦鍵盤而具有多個按鍵60,在此僅繪示三個按鍵60示意,實際上多個按鍵60可包括多個字母鍵、多個數字鍵、空白鍵(Space key)、輸入鍵(Enter key)及大寫鎖定鍵(Caps Lock key)等等。其中,多個按鍵60可按壓地排列設置於薄膜電路板20上。舉例來說,各按鍵60與薄膜電路板20之間可設有復位件(圖未表示),例如復位件可為彈性體或彈片,當按鍵60受壓時可朝薄膜電路板20下降位移而觸發產生訊號並且壓縮復位件以蓄積彈力,當按鍵60釋放時,可透過復位件蓄積的彈力使按鍵60上升回復至原本未受壓的位置。在其他實施例中,鍵盤裝置1也可為其他電子產品的按鍵組,此並不侷限。
如圖1至圖3所示,基板10可為金屬(例如鐵、鋁或合金等)或塑料材質所製成之硬質板體,以具有支撐的效果。基板10具有頂面11、底面12及側緣13,頂面11與底面12分別位於基板10之相對二表面,多個按鍵60排列設置在頂面11上方,以供使用者按壓操作。側緣13為基板10的其中一個邊緣而連接於頂面11與底面12之間。此外,基板10鄰近於側緣13處更設有段差凸起14,且段差凸起14突出頂面11並於底面12對應形成凹陷區15。例如在本實施例中,段差凸起14是由基板10之底面12朝頂面11方向沖壓成型,構成段差凸起14由基板10一體向上彎折形成,如圖3所示,在此,段差凸起14包括一平板142與多個折彎部143,平板142的位置高於基板10的頂面11,多個折彎部143連接於平板142有別於側緣13的其他三個邊緣與基板10的頂面11之間。但本實施例僅為舉例,在其他實施例中,段差凸起14亦可透過其他加工方式(例如射出成型)而與基板10一體製造成型。
如圖1至圖3所示,薄膜電路板20設置於基板10之頂面11,且薄膜電路板20上佈設有多條導電線22,當按鍵60受壓時可導通導電線22以觸發相應的訊號。其中多條導電線22可為金屬線路,例如銅線路、銀漿線路或其他金屬線路。但導電線22不以金屬材料為限,只要是具有導電性之物質皆可用以作為導電線22的材料。在一些實施例中,多條導電線22可透過印刷或蝕刻的方式形成於薄膜電路板20上。
如圖3所示,薄膜電路板20包括出線區21,出線區21為薄膜電路板20的局部區域,用以供撓性線路板30電性連接,使薄膜電路板20能夠經由撓性線路板30電連接於對應的處理系統(例如電腦主機板)以進行訊號的傳輸。薄膜電路板20之出線區21對應位於段差凸起14上,多條導電線22更延伸至出線區21。
如圖3與圖4所示,撓性線路板30設置於基板10之底面12,在本實施例中,撓性線路板30呈長條狀且包括一固定段31、一反折段32及電連接端33,固定段31對應容設於段差凸起14下方的凹陷區15中,反折段32連接於固定段31與電連接端33之間,電連接端33受反折段32反折以向上延伸至段差凸起14上方。撓性線路板30上亦佈設有多條電連接線34且延伸至電連接端33(如圖3所示),例如多條電連接線34可為金屬線路,例如銅線路、銀漿線路或其他金屬線路。但電連接線34不以金屬材料為限,只要是具有導電性之物質皆可用以作為電連接線34的材料。撓性線路板30之電連接端33與薄膜電路板20之出線區21彼此接觸,並使電連接端33之多條電連接線34電性連接於出線區21之多條導電線22,例如出線區21可疊置於電連接端33上而使多條電連接線34電性連接於多條導電線22。
如圖3、圖4及圖6所示,其中圖6為本發明第一固定板40與第二固定板50一實施例之組裝完成圖並對應於圖2之6-6剖面。在本實施例中,第一固定板40對應設置於段差凸起14上,第二固定板50對應容設於凹陷區15中,第二固定板50與第一固定板40彼此組接固定,使第一固定板40將薄膜電路板20之出線區21與撓性線路板30之電連接端33抵壓固定、以及使第二固定板50將撓性線路板30之固定段31抵壓固定。在本實施例中,第一固定板40是經由一彈性體70向下抵壓於薄膜電路板20之出線區21與撓性線路板30之電連接端33,以避免製造公差而影響抵壓固定的效果,第二固定板50則是向上抵壓於撓性線路板30之固定段31,使基板10、薄膜電路板20及撓性線路板30彼此獲得固定,彈性體70於本實施例中為泡棉,但並不以此為限,可依照實際需求置換為其他彈性結構、彈性元件或彈性材料。
藉此,由於第二固定板50容設於凹陷區15中,使鍵盤裝置1整體在設計上能夠更薄型化,且基板10之底面12也能更趨平整而利於安裝其他組件(例如背光板)。舉例來說,第二固定板50的下表面51可不突出基板10之底面12,或者第二固定板50的下表面51與基板10之底面12可彼此共平面(如圖6所示),又或者第二固定板50的下表面51可不突出撓性線路板30的底部,使基板10之底面12趨於平整。
在一些實施例中,第一固定板40與第二固定板50可透過本身的結構彼此組接固定,而不需藉由外部固定元件。如圖3與圖4所示,第一固定板40具有第一固定結構41,第二固定板50具有第二固定結構52,第一固定板40與第二固定板50是以自身的第一固定結構41與第二固定結構52彼此組接固定,此分別舉例如下。
如圖3與圖4所示,在本實施例中,薄膜電路板20設有多個第一通孔201,段差凸起14設有多個第二通孔141,撓性線路板30之固定段31設有多個第三通孔311,在此,第一通孔201、第二通孔141及第三通孔311的數量為三個,但此並不侷限,且彼此對應之第一通孔201、第二通孔141及第三通孔311彼此貫通,第一固定板40的第一固定結構41可向下穿出第一通孔201、第二通孔141及第三通孔311以與第二固定結構52彼此組接固定、或者第二固定結構52向上穿出第一通孔201、第二通孔141及第三通孔311以與第一固定結構41彼此組接固定,使第一固定板40與第二固定板50不需藉由外部固定元件(例如螺絲或螺栓)進行固定。舉例來說,第一固定結構41與第二固定結構52可為相對應之公母扣、磁吸件或緊配件等組接結構,或者,第一固定結構41與第二固定結構52亦可透過黏著、熱熔等方式彼此固定。
再如圖2、圖4及圖6所示,在本實施例中,第一固定板40具有相對的第一內側45與第一外側46,第一外側46凸伸出基板10之側緣13,第一內側45則相對於第一外側46遠離基板10的側緣13。上述第一固定結構41包括第一內側組裝件42與第一外側組裝件43,第一內側組裝件42設置於第一內側45,第一外側組裝件43設置於第一外側46。第二固定板50同樣具有相對的第二內側55與第二外側56,第二外側56凸伸出基板10之側緣13,第二內側55則相對於第二外側56遠離基板10的側緣13。上述第二固定結構52包括第二內側組裝件53與第二外側組裝件54,第二內側組裝件53設置於第二內側55並向上穿出第一通孔201、第二通孔141及第三通孔311以與第一內側組裝件42組裝固定,第二外側組裝件54設置於第二外側56以與第一外側組裝件43組裝固定。
承上,請對照圖2、圖3、圖5及圖6所示,其中圖5為本發明第一固定板40與第二固定板50一實施例之組裝作動圖。在本實施例中,第一固定板40之第一內側45的第一內側組裝件42包括多個勾槽421(在此為三個勾槽421並沿第一內側45排列設置),第二固定板50之第二內側55的第二內側組裝件53包括多個勾板531(在此為三個勾板531並沿第二內側55排列設置)。第一固定板40之第一外側46的第一外側組裝件43包括多個第一卡扣件431與第一折板432,在此第一折板432是由第一外側46向下折彎形成,且各第一卡扣件431凸設於第一折板432內側(本實施例之第一卡扣件431為一體沖壓成型之凸點,但此並不侷限)。第二固定板50之第二外側56的第二外側組裝件54包括多個第二卡扣件541與第二折板542,在此,第二折板542是由第二外側56向上折彎形成,且各第二卡扣件541凸設於第二折板542外側(本實施例第二卡扣件541為一體沖壓成型之凸點,但此並不侷限)。
如圖5所示,於第一固定板40與第二固定板50的組裝過程中,可先將第二固定板50之第二內側55向上穿出第一通孔201、第二通孔141及第三通孔311,並使第二內側組裝件53的各勾板531插入並勾設於第一內側組裝件42的各勾槽421,請對照圖3所示,在本實施例中,第二內側組裝件53之各勾板531的端部更設有導引斜面532,使各勾板531插入各勾槽421的組裝過程中能夠受到導引斜面532的導引而減少干涉的情形發生。接著,第一固定板40之第一外側46與第二固定板50之第二外側56可彼此旋擺接近(如圖5之箭號L所示),即可使第一固定板40的第一卡扣件431與第二固定板50的第二卡扣件541彼此對應扣合固定,此請對照圖6與圖7所示,其中圖7為本發明第一固定板40與第二固定板50一實施例之扣合剖視圖並對應於圖2之7-7剖面,在本實施例中,在第二固定板50之第二外側56朝第一固定板40之第一外側46接近的過程中,第二卡扣件541會先抵觸到第一卡扣件431,當第二固定板50之第二外側56繼續受力向上時,第二卡扣件541即可跨越過第一卡扣件431而彼此對應扣合,並使第一固定板40之第一折板432與第二固定板50之第二折板542彼此疊靠,以使第一固定板40與第二固定板50彼此組接定位而固定基板10、薄膜電路板20及撓性線路板30。
綜上,根據本發明實施例之鍵盤裝置,透過在基板10設有段差凸起14,使第二固定板50能夠容設於凹陷區15中,達到鍵盤裝置1整體能夠更薄型化,且基板10的底面12也能更趨平整而利於安裝其他組件(例如背光板)。
雖然本發明的技術內容已經以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神所作些許之更動與潤飾,皆應涵蓋於本發明的範疇內,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (10)
- 一種鍵盤裝置,包括: 一基板,包括一頂面、一底面以及一側緣,該頂面與該底面分別位於該基板之相對二表面,該側緣連接於該頂面與該底面之間,該基板更設有一段差凸起,該段差凸起鄰接於該側緣,該段差凸起突出該頂面並於該底面對應形成一凹陷區; 一薄膜電路板,設置於該基板之該頂面,該薄膜電路板包括一出線區,該出線區對應位於該段差凸起上,該薄膜電路板設有複數條導電線,該些導電線延伸至該出線區; 一撓性線路板,設置於該基板之該底面,該撓性線路板包括一固定段、一反折段及一電連接端,該固定段對應容設於該凹陷區中,該反折段連接於該固定段與該電連接端之間,該電連接端延伸至該段差凸起上並電性連接於該些導電線; 一第一固定板,對應設置於該段差凸起上;以及 一第二固定板,對應容設於該凹陷區中,該第二固定板與該第一固定板彼此組接固定,使該第一固定板將該薄膜電路板之該出線區與該撓性線路板之該電連接端抵壓固定、以及使該第二固定板將該撓性線路板之該固定段抵壓固定。
- 如請求項1所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該段差凸起係由該基板一體向上彎折形成。
- 如請求項1所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該第二固定板具有一下表面,該下表面與該基板之該底面彼此共平面。
- 如請求項1所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該第一固定板具有一第一固定結構,該第二固定板具有一第二固定結構,該第一固定板與該第二固定板係以該第一固定結構與該第二固定結構彼此組接固定。
- 如請求項4所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該薄膜電路板設有一第一通孔,該段差凸起設有一第二通孔,該撓性線路板之該固定段設有一第三通孔,該第一通孔、該第二通孔及該第三通孔彼此貫通,該第一固定結構係向下穿出該第一通孔、該第二通孔及該第三通孔以與該第二固定結構彼此組接固定、或者該第二固定結構向上穿出該第一通孔、該第二通孔及該第三通孔以與該第一固定結構彼此組接固定。
- 如請求項5所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該第一固定板具有相對的一第一內側與一第一外側,該第一外側凸伸出該基板之該側緣,該第一固定結構包括一第一內側組裝件與一第一外側組裝件,該第一內側組裝件設置於該第一內側,該第一外側組裝件設置於該第一外側;該第二固定板具有相對的一第二內側與一第二外側,該第二外側凸伸出該基板之該側緣,該第二固定結構包括一第二內側組裝件與一第二外側組裝件,該第二內側組裝件設置於該第二內側並向上穿出該第一通孔、該第二通孔及該第三通孔以與該第一內側組裝件組裝固定,該第二外側組裝件設置於該第二外側並與該第一外側組裝件組裝固定。
- 如請求項6所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該第一外側組裝件包括一第一卡扣件,該第二外側組裝件包括一第二卡扣件,該第一卡扣件與該第二卡扣件彼此對應扣合固定。
- 如請求項7所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該第一外側組裝件包括一第一折板,該第一卡扣件凸設於該第一折板內側,該第二外側組裝件包括包括一第二折板,該第二卡扣件凸設於該第二折板外側。
- 如請求項6所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該第一內側組裝件為一勾槽,該第二內側組裝件為一勾板,該勾板向上穿出該第一通孔、該第二通孔及該第三通孔並勾設固定於該勾槽中。
- 如請求項9所述之鍵盤裝置,其中該勾板的端部更設有一導引斜面。
