因為鎖定元件具有多個突出部,所以致動元件可根據附接位置緊固於位於致動元件之嚙合區部中之右側的突出部上。機械鎖定單元之可撓性進一步增加,因為若不存在位於致動元件之嚙合區部中的突出部,則致動元件亦可經緊固——尤其在位置上堅固——在兩個突出部之間。兩個相鄰突出部之間的致動元件之少量作用在此狀況下並非關鍵的,因為因此在抽出頭與浸入管之間容許的小相對移動無法使此等單元之間的附接以導致洩漏及類似者的方式變得鬆弛。
根據一結構上有利的設計,形成致動元件的滑動元件經閂鎖在突出部處之鎖定位置中或位於兩個突出部之間的中間空間中。
在此實施例中,滑動元件具有壁元件,該壁元件包圍空腔,該空腔終止於滑動元件之末端面處。在滑動元件之鎖定位置中,突出部突出至滑動元件之空腔中。
致動元件至各別突出部之尤其緊固的附接以此實施例獲得。
尤其有利地,鎖定元件具有環形分段,該環形分段在圓周方向上包圍浸入管。突出部在徑向方向上終止於環形分段之外邊緣處。
以此方式形成的鎖定元件具有簡單結構且可經濟地製造為模製零件,諸如塑膠注射模製零件。
另外有利地,突出部經等同地組配且在環形分段之圓周方向上以等距間隔配置。
突出部之等同組態確保致動元件可以相同方式閂鎖在每一突出部處。突出部之等距分佈為致動元件提供最大數目的可能鎖定位置。
另外有利地,銷釘提供於鎖定元件上,鎖定元件藉助於該等銷釘附著至浸入管。
致動元件經指派給鎖定元件且相對於鎖定元件可移動地裝配,後者穩固地連接至浸入管。
在此上下文中,致動元件有利地裝配在沿圓周包圍抽出頭的軸環上。
軸環便利地螺轉至浸入管之插座上,以便將抽出頭附著至浸入管。
因此創造用於將抽出頭附著且緊固至浸入管之模組化的易於處置系統。
較佳實施例之詳細說明 圖1示意性地展示容器2上之抽出系統1。液體儲存於容器2中。儲存在此類型的容器2中的液體尤其為液體專用組分。
塞子主體3裝配於容器2之蓋2a中的容器開口中。此塞子主體3保持作為抽出系統1之第一部件的浸入管4。浸入管4在垂直方向上延伸且伸出至剛好在容器2之底部上方。
抽出頭5附接在浸入管4之上末端處作為抽出系統1之另一部件,抽出頭5至浸入管4之附接通常以旋轉連接之形式,在本狀況下以螺紋連接之形式加以設計。
連接至例如隔膜泵之泵7的管道系統6連接在抽出頭5處。當抽出頭5附接至浸入管4時,可藉助於泵7經由管道系統6自容器2抽出液體。液體亦可經進料至容器2中。
圖2及圖3展示根據本發明之抽出系統1之示範性實施例。
如自圖2及圖3明顯的,抽出系統1之抽出頭5具有兩個連接器8a、8b,該等兩個連接器尤其使用於管道系統6之連接。頭件9以螺紋連接附接至中空圓柱形浸入管4之頂部末端。浸入管4及頭件9具有用於此目的之對應螺紋10a、10b。為浸入管4之部件的頭件9經旋轉對稱地設計且具有形成支座表面9a的平坦頂部側。頭件9裝配於容器開口中之塞子主體3中。
抽出頭5具有帶有圓柱形外表面及對稱軸線之基座主體5a,當抽出頭5附接至浸入管4時,該對稱軸線與浸入管4之對稱軸線一致。基座主體5a之下區部具有稍微較小的寬度。包圍基座主體5a之外表面的軸環11及同樣環形的鎖定元件12裝配在該下區部處作為抽出頭5之部件。此等元件之對稱軸線與抽出頭5之對稱軸線一致。
裝配在軸環11下方的鎖定元件12具有平坦的環形分段,該平坦的環形分段在平面中伸出且擱置在浸入管4之頭件9之支座表面9a上。銷釘13自鎖定元件12之環形分段之底部突出。銷釘13經閂鎖在頭件9之凹部14中,該等凹部終止於支座表面9a處(圖3)。因此,鎖定元件12穩固地連接至頭件9,且因此連接至浸入管4。
在鎖定元件12之環形分段之平面中伸出的突出部15終止於環形分段之外邊緣處。突出部15經等同地組配且沿鎖定元件12之圓周方向以等距間隔配置。
軸環11具有環形主體11a,突出部元件16在徑向方向上終止於該環形主體處(圖2)。突出部元件16之數量、配置及橫截面輪廓對應於鎖定元件12之突出部15。
如圖3展示,中空圓柱形連接件17終止於環形主體11a之下側處。中空圓柱形連接件17具有凸形螺紋18,該等凸形螺紋與頭件9之凹形螺紋19嚙合。
當鎖定元件12藉助於銷釘13穩固地連接至浸入管4時,軸環11經可旋轉地裝配。軸環11用來以使得軸環11經由連接件17之凸形螺紋18穩固地螺轉至頭件9之凹形螺紋19的方式創造抽出頭5與浸入管4之間的螺紋連接。
一旦此螺紋連接上緊,抽出頭5附接至浸入管4且軸環11位於附接位置中。
為緊固附接位置及因此形成在抽出頭5與浸入管4之間的螺紋連接,根據本發明,提供致動元件,該致動元件在本狀況下藉由滑動元件20形成。致動元件連同鎖定元件12形成機械鎖定單元。
致動元件裝配於軸環11之突出部元件16中之一個上,如圖2特別地展示。
滑動元件20藉由中空主體形成,該中空主體在其底部側上開放。如圖2展示,包圍滑動元件20之空腔的壁元件適於突出部元件16之外輪廓。滑動元件20可沿突出部元件16上之軸向方向——亦即,沿垂直方向——在界定釋放位置的頂部末端位置與界定鎖定位置的底部末端位置之間位移。
在釋放位置中(圖4),滑動元件20位於鎖定元件12上方。在滑動元件20之此釋放位置中,軸環11可相對於鎖定元件12自由地轉動,特定而言以便形成浸入管4與抽出頭5之間的螺紋連接。
一旦浸入管4與抽出頭5之間的螺紋連接經產生,僅藉由較佳地手動將滑動元件20移動至鎖定位置中來緊固連接以防無意打開,尤其藉由擾動外部影響引起的打開。
在圖5中所例示之狀況下,在螺紋連接經由軸環11產生之後,軸環11之突出部元件16精確地位於鎖定元件12之突出部15上方。在此狀況下,當滑動元件20移動至鎖定位置中時,滑動元件20之空腔在位於空腔下方的突出部15上滑移,使得滑動元件20之下邊緣包圍突出部15。因此,滑動元件20經閂鎖在此突出部15處,藉此鎖定軸環11與浸入管4之間的螺紋連接,此意味抽出頭5無法再以不受控制的方式變得自浸入管4鬆弛。螺紋連接之釋放僅在滑動元件20經向上推動至該滑動元件之釋放位置中之後再次為可能的。
在圖2中所例示之狀況下,在螺紋連接經產生之後,軸環11之突出部元件16相對於鎖定元件12之突出部15偏移設置。若滑動元件20經推動至鎖定位置中(如圖2中所例示),則滑動元件20位於兩個突出部15之間。以此方式,可僅轉動軸環11,只要滑動元件20可在突出部15之間移動。然而,此移動之小自由度不足以鬆弛螺紋連接,此意味,亦在此狀況下,抽出頭5藉以經附接的螺紋連接藉由機械鎖定單元緊固以防不受控制的打開。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種用於容器之抽出系統,該抽出系統包含裝配於該容器上且突出至該容器中的一浸入管且具有一抽出頭,該抽出頭可藉助於一旋轉連接附接至該浸入管,其中附接至該浸入管的該抽出頭藉助於一機械鎖定單元緊固,其中該機械鎖定單元具有一致動元件,該致動元件可移動至一鎖定位置中且可移動至一釋放位置中,其中在該鎖定位置中,該致動元件鎖定該抽出頭與該浸入管之間的該旋轉連接,且在該釋放位置中,該致動元件釋放該抽出頭與該浸入管之間的該旋轉連接,其中該機械鎖定單元具有一鎖定元件,該鎖定元件穩固地連接至該浸入管,該鎖定元件具有一離散陣列的突出部,其在該浸入管周圍沿圓周方向延伸,該致動元件在處於該鎖定位置中時,緊固在一突出部處或兩個突出部之間。
  2. 如請求項1之抽出系統,其中該致動元件為一滑動元件。
  3. 如請求項2之抽出系統,其中該滑動元件沿平行於該浸入管之縱向軸線延伸的一軸線可位移。

  8. 如請求項6之抽出系統,其中數個銷釘提供於該鎖定元件上,該鎖定元件藉助於該等銷釘附著至該浸入管。
  9. 如請求項1之抽出系統,其中該致動元件裝配於一軸環上,該軸環沿圓周包圍該抽出頭。
  10. 如請求項9之抽出系統,其中該軸環經螺轉至該浸入管之一插座上,以便將該抽出頭附著至該浸入管。
