在这种情况中,在提取头和潜管之间不存在明确的固定位置,更确切地说,所述固定位置与所述单元之间的螺接拧得多紧有关。与此相应地,操纵元件相对于锁定元件的相对位置也可以随着固定位置变化。
因为锁定元件具有多个凸出部,操纵元件可以根据固定位置紧固在恰好处于操纵元件的配合区域中的凸出部上。机械的锁定单元的灵活性还通过如下方式提高,当没有凸出部处于操纵元件的配合区域中时,则操纵元件也可以紧固、特别是位置紧固在两个凸出部之间。在此,操纵元件在两个相邻的凸出部之间较小的间隙是不重要的,因为在提取头和潜管之间对此允许的小的相对运动不会导致在所述单元之间的固定的松脱,以使得由此出现泄漏或者类似情况。
根据一个结构上有利的构型,构成操纵元件的滑移件在锁定位置中卡锁在一个凸出部上或者卡锁在两个凸出部之间的间隙中。
在此,滑移件具有包围空腔的壁元件,其中,空腔在滑移件的端侧通出。在滑移件的锁定位置中,凸出部伸入到滑移件的空腔中。
通过所述实施方式获得操纵元件在相应的凸出部上特别可靠的固定。
特别有利地,锁定元件具有环形段,所述环形段沿周向方向包围潜管。凸出部在环形段的外边缘在径向方向上通出。
这样构成的锁定元件具有简单的结构并且可以特别是作为成型件、例如作为塑料注射成型件合理地加强。
进一步有利地,凸出部相同地构造并且在环形段的周向方向上以相等的间距布置。
通过凸出部相同的构型确保,操纵元件能够以相同的方式卡锁在每个凸出部上。通过凸出部的相等的分布提供用于操纵元件的最大可能的锁定位置。
进一步有利地,在锁定元件上设置销钉,借助于所述销钉将锁定元件固定在潜管上。
给与潜管固定连接的锁定元件配置相对于可相对于所述锁定元件运动地支承的操纵元件。
在此有利地,操纵元件支承沿周向方向包围提取头的环形附件上。
符合目的地,为了将提取头固定在潜管上,环形附件螺接在潜管的接收部上。
由此实现一种用于将提取头固定并且紧固在潜管上的、模块化的能简单操纵的系统。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出容器2上的提取系统1。液体存放在容器2中。存放在所述容器2中的液体特别是液态的特定成分。
塞体3支承在容器2的顶部2a中的容器开口中。所述塞体3用于接收作为提取系统1的第一部件的潜管4。潜管4在竖直方向上延伸并且延伸直至靠近容器2的底部上方。
提取头5作为提取系统的另外的部件固定在潜管4的上端部上,其中,提取头5在潜管4上的固定通常以旋转连接方式、在所述情况中以螺旋连接方式构造。
管路系统6连接与提取头5连接,所述管路系统与泵7、例如膜片式泵连接。在提取头5固定在潜管4上时,能够借助于泵7通过管路系统6将液体从容器2中提取出。同样地能够将液体供应到容器2中。
图2和3示出根据本发明的提取系统1的一个实施例。
如同由图2和3可明显看出的那样,提取系统1的提取头5具有两个接头8a,8b,所述接头特别是用于连接管路系统6。头部件9通过螺旋连接固定在空心柱形的潜管4的上端部上。为此,潜管4和头部件9具有相应的螺纹10a,10b。头部件9是潜管4的组成部分,所述头部件旋转对称地构造并且具有平坦的上侧,所述上侧形成支承面9a。头部件9支承在容器开口中的塞体3中。
提取头5具有带有柱形的周面的基体5a,当提取头5固定在潜管4上时,所述基体的对称轴线与潜管4的对称轴线重合。基体5a的下部区域具有稍微更小的宽度。环形附件11和同样环形的锁定元件12作为提取头5的部件支承在那里,所述环形附件和所述环形的锁定元件包围基体5a的壳面。所述元件的对称轴线与提取头5的对称轴线重合。
支承在附件11下方的锁定元件12具有扁平的、在一个平面上延伸的环形段,所述环形段平放在潜管4的头部件9的支承面9a上。销钉13从锁定元件12的环形段的下侧突出。销钉13卡锁到头部件9的凹进部14中,所述凹进部在支承面9a通出(图3)。由此,锁定元件12与头部件9并且由此与潜管4固定地连接。
凸出部15在锁定元件12的环形段的外边缘通出,所述凸出部在环形段的平面上延伸。凸出部15相同地构造并且在锁定元件12的周向方向上分别以相对彼此相等的间距布置。
环形附件11具有环形体11a,凸出元件16在所述环形体在径向方向上通出(图2)。凸出元件16具有相应于锁定元件12的凸出部15的数量、布置和横截面轮廓。
如图3所示地,空心柱形的接头件17在环形体11a的下侧通出。空心柱形的接头件17具有外螺纹18,所述外螺纹与头部件9的内螺纹19配合。
锁定元件12借助于销钉13与潜管4固定地连接,而环形附件11能转动地被支承。通过环形附件11这样建立提取头5和潜管4之间的螺旋连接,以使得环形附件11以接头件17上的外螺纹18紧固地螺接在头部件9的内螺纹19上。
一旦实现这种紧固的螺接,提取头5就固定在潜管4上,并且环形附件11处于固定位置中。
为了紧固固定位置并且由此紧固提取头5和潜管4之间形成的螺旋连接,根据本发明设置操纵元件,所述操纵元件在所述情况中由滑移件20构成。操纵元件与锁定元件12一起构成机械的锁定单元。
如同特别是图2所示的那样,操纵元件支承在环形附件11的所述凸出元件16中的一个凸出元件上。
滑移件20由在其下侧敞开的空心体构成。包围滑移件20的空腔的壁元件如图2所示地与凸出元件16的外轮廓相匹配。滑移件20可以在轴向方向上在凸出元件16上移动,即在竖直方向上在构成释放位置的上方端部位置和构成锁定位置的下方端部位置之间移动。
在释放位置(图4)中,滑移件20处于锁定元件12上方。在滑移件20的所述释放位置中,环形附件11可以不受阻碍地相对于锁定元件12转动,特别是以便形成潜管4和提取头5之间的螺旋连接。
一旦建立潜管4和提取头5之间的螺旋连接,则仅仅通过如下方式紧固所述螺旋连接以防不期望的、特别是由于外部的干扰影响导致的打开,即将滑移件20转换到锁定位置中,这优选地手动进行。
在图5中所示的情况中,在借助于环形附件11建立螺旋连接之后,所述环形附件的凸出元件16准确地处于锁定元件12的凸出部15上方。在这种情况中,在将滑移件20转换到锁定位置中时,所述滑移件20以其空腔扣到处于所述滑移件下方的凸出部15上,从而滑移件20的下边缘包围凸出部15。由此,滑移件20卡锁在所述凸出部15上,由此锁定环形附件11和潜管4之间的螺旋连接,也就是说,提取头5不再能从潜管4不受控地松脱。当滑移件20向上移动到其释放位置中时,才又能够使螺旋连接松脱。
在图2中所示的情况中,在建立螺旋连接之后,环形附件11的凸出元件16相对于锁定元件12的凸出部15错开。当滑移件20移动到锁定位置中时,(如图2中所示地)所述滑移件处于两个凸出部15之间。由此,环形附件11仅仅还可以如同滑移件20能在所述凸出部15之间运动那样远的程度地转动。然而,所述小的运动自由度不足以使螺旋连接松脱,也就是说,在这种情况中,固定提取头5的螺旋连接也通过机械的锁定单元紧固以防不受控地打开。

Claims (12)

1.一种提取系统(1),其用于容器(2),所述提取系统具有支承在所述容器(2)上并且伸入到所述容器中的潜管(4)以及提取头(5),所述提取头能够借助于旋转连接固定在所述潜管(4)上,其中,固定在所述潜管(4)上的提取头(5)借助于机械的锁定单元紧固,所述机械的锁定单元具有操纵元件,所述操纵元件能够被引导到锁定位置中和释放位置中,其中,在所述锁定位置中,所述操纵元件阻止提取头(5)和潜管(4)之间的旋转连接,在所述释放位置中,所述操纵元件释放提取头(5)和潜管(4)之间的旋转连接,以及所述机械的锁定单元具有与所述潜管(4)固定地连接的锁定元件(12),所述锁定元件具有在所述潜管(4)的周向方向上环绕地、离散地布置的凸出部(15),其中,在所述锁定位置中,所述操纵元件紧固在一个凸出部(15)上或者紧固在两个凸出部(15)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提取系统,其特征在于,所述操纵元件是滑移件(20)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的提取系统,其特征在于,所述滑移件(20)能够沿着平行于所述潜管(4)的纵向轴线延伸的轴线移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提取系统,其特征在于,构成所述操纵元件的滑移件(20)在所述锁定位置中卡锁在一个凸出部(15)上或者卡锁在两个凸出部(15)之间的间隙中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的提取系统,其特征在于,所述滑移件(20)具有包围空腔的壁元件,其中,所述空腔在所述滑移件(20)的端侧通出;在所述滑移件(20)的锁定位置中,凸出部(15)伸入到所述滑移件(20)的空腔中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的提取系统,其特征在于,所述锁定元件(12)具有环形段,所述环形段沿周向方向包围所述潜管(4);所述凸出部(15)在所述环形段的外边缘在径向方向上通出。
7.根据权利要求6所述的提取系统,其特征在于,所述凸出部(15)相同地构造并且在所述环形段的周向方向上以相等的间距布置。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的提取系统,其特征在于,在所述锁定元件(12)上设置销钉(13),借助于所述销钉将所述锁定元件(12)固定在所述潜管(4)上。
9.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的提取系统,其特征在于,所述操纵元件支承在沿周向方向包围所述提取头(5)的环形附件(11)上。
10.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的提取系统,其特征在于,所述提取头(5)通过螺接固定在所述潜管(4)上。
11.根据权利要求9所述的提取系统,其特征在于,为了将所述提取头(5)固定在所述潜管(4)上,所述环形附件(11)螺接在所述潜管(4)的接收部上。
12.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的提取系统,其特征在于,在提取头(5)固定在所述潜管(4)上的情况下,液体能够通过所述提取头从所述容器(2)中提取和注入所述容器中。
