Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全装置,且特定来说,涉及一种压力容器。
背景技术
本发明涉及一种安全装置,其用于控制从具有开放端的类型的容器释放经加压流体,所述开放端具有可移除以开放对容器内含物的接触的封闭件。此类型的压力容器常常用于经由安置在压力容器内的过滤器元件过滤流体,且其要求周期性移除以清洁或更换过滤器。容器通常含有在流体系统中成一直线连接的入口和出口,用于使流体在压力下通过容器内所含的过滤器元件。此类压力容器通常采用顶盖或封闭件板,其安置在压力容器的开放端上且通过例如螺栓或铰接夹等紧固件而紧固到其,且通过例如O形环或垫圈等密封件而密封在压力容器的末端上。
封闭件或盖密封件中的泄漏可准许对经加压流体的非所要的释放且因此对用户产生危险。并且,在容器在操作者启始紧固件或夹具的释放之前未完全减压的情况下,当释放紧固件时在凸缘与覆盖板的底面之间逸出的残余经加压流体可能对操作者造成危险情形。
因此,需要提供一种减少由于密封件泄漏或在减压以移除容器封闭件或盖后来自压力容器的高压下逸出的流体的危险的方式或手段。
发明内容
本发明提供一种对以下问题的解决方案:防止在密封件出故障的情况下的操作期间,且另外在操作者在打开放气阀以接触压力容器的内部之后松开压力容器封闭件或盖的紧固件以将其移除后,流体即刻在来自压力容器的高压力下危险逸出。所述压力容器封闭件或盖具有围绕其沿周边延伸的凸缘,且所述凸缘与盖大体上成直角,以便当保持盖的紧固件被用户释放时在大体上平行于压力容器的壁的方向上且因此在远离操作者或用户的方向上引导在盖与压力容器之间逸出的流体。
封闭件由在容器壁上枢转且啮合封闭件中的开放切口或槽的活节螺栓来紧固。流挡板提供于活节螺栓上以用于使在槽处和螺栓周围逸出的流体改方向,以保护用户免受在紧固件区域中逸出的高压力下的流体冲击流影响。

具体实施方式
参看图1到图4,根据本发明的示范性压力容器组合件大体上在10处指示且具有相对薄壁压力容器部件12。容器部件12可具有大体上圆形横截面,且具有大体上在14处指示的开放端,所述开放端具有提供于其上的环形凸缘16,所述凸缘具有形成于其中的环形凹槽18,所述凹槽中接纳有例如O形环等弹性环形密封部件20。容器12可具备至少一个流体线路连接器配件(例如由图2中的参考数字22所表示),以用于例如在压力容器用于容纳流体过滤器(未图示)的情况下连接到流体压力或流线路。将了解,可为进入流和排出流提供另一未图示的流体配件。
压力容器部件12具有大体上在24处指示的盖或封闭件,其具有图2中所说明的示范性型式,即具有围绕其沿周边安置的相对厚的环形凸缘部分26的大体上凹入中心截面。凸缘26中提供了沿圆周相隔的多个切口或槽28用于接纳紧固件,如下文将描述。
压力容器凸缘16具有提供于其上的多个径向向外延伸的沿圆周相隔的耳状物30,其具有十字销32,其中每一销具有以枢转方式接纳于其上的活节螺栓34的眼部分,其带螺纹部分向上延伸穿过盖24的凸缘26中的槽28。
大体上在36处指示的覆盖板接纳在盖24上且具有形成在其上的多个切口38,在所述切口38中的每一者中接纳活节螺栓34中的一者;且盖或封闭件24通过带环螺母40或者以旋拧方式啮合活节螺栓34中的每一者的槽顶螺母而紧固到容器12。
参看图1到图8,覆盖件36具有提供于其上且围绕其周边延伸的向下延伸的凸缘42。所述凸缘的底侧用以沿着容器12的壁向下偏转在覆盖凸缘26的底面与密封环20之间逸出的经加压流体的冲击流。
然而,将了解,形成在覆盖件中的切口或槽38提供用于经加压流体的冲击流在活节螺栓34周围以及穿过切口38逸出的开放区域。
为了防止经加压流体的冲击流穿过槽38以及在活节螺栓34周围向外逸出,将大体上在44处指示的流体流或冲击流挡板安置在槽38的每一者周围以及活节螺栓34上。挡板44经配置(如下文将描述)以由活节螺栓保持且用以在向下以及远离用户或操作者的方向上引导穿过槽38以及在活节螺栓周围逸出的流体。
特定参看图5,覆盖件36被展示为在覆盖件和挡板组装于活节螺栓34上之前冲击流挡板44中的一者定位于槽38中的每一者上。
参看图6到图8,示范性冲击流挡板44被展示为具有板部分46,其内表面可操作以接纳在槽38中以及在活节螺栓34周围逸出的高压流并在向下方向上使所述高压流改方向。板46具有向内延伸的脊部48,其可与板46一体形成或例如通过焊件附着到板46,且其上提供有适于被接纳在活节螺栓34中的一者上的中空圆柱形部分50。在所说明的示范性型式中,板46具有提供于其上的加固脊部52、54,其沿着板46向上延伸到沿着板46的上边缘形成的弯曲的径向向内延伸的凸缘部分54。
因此,当定位在覆盖件36的槽38上并抵靠覆盖凸缘42的外表面齐平时,挡板44中的每一者覆盖切口或槽38中的一者以及活节螺栓34中的一者,以防止高压流体在用户松开带环螺母40后即刻穿过槽逸出。
将了解,在通过松开带环螺母40而释放容器中的压力后,用户即刻可接着使活节螺栓34向槽38外枢转且向下枢转以释放覆盖件和封闭件24以进行移除。
参看图9,活节螺栓34被展示为在松开螺母40并围绕销32枢转螺栓34以及将螺栓34枢转出槽28因此释放封闭件24以进行移除之后处于释放或向下位置。挡板44随螺栓34一起旋转。
本发明因此描述一种用于使得压力容器的覆盖件或盖能够被活节螺栓保持以供用户或操作者进行快速释放和移除的技术。在盖密封件泄漏或减压之后容器中有任何残余压力的情况下,用于活节螺栓的槽的区域中的高压力流体的逸出被附接到活节螺栓以用于覆盖封闭件或盖中的槽的冲击流挡板偏转。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有可移除封闭件和用户压力释放保护的压力容器,其包括:
(a)界定大体上杯形压力腔室的结构,其具有安置在其开放端周围的密封表面;
(b)封闭件,其可释放地安置在所述结构的所述开放端上;
(c)密封部件,其经安置以在所述封闭件与所述密封表面之间进行密封;
(d)多个快速释放紧固件,其可操作以在所述压力容器上将所述封闭件保持在适当位置中;以及
(e)对应可移除流挡板,其安置在每一所述紧固件上,以用于在出现密封故障的情况下引导在所述紧固件周围逸出的大体上所有的流远离用户,其中所述封闭件包含凸缘,所述凸缘经安置以引导在释放所述紧固件后即刻在所述封闭件的其它部分中逸出的经加压流体远离用户。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力容器,其中所述紧固件包含啮合所述封闭件中的切口的活节螺栓。
3.根据权利要求2所述的压力容器,其中每一流挡板包括接纳在所述切口中的一者上并由所述活节螺栓保持的部件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压力容器,其中所述紧固件包含啮合所述封闭件的周边中的切口的吊环螺栓;且所述流挡板包含安置在所述封闭件上的一部件,所述部件具有在对应切口上延伸的若干部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压力容器,其中所述密封部件包括柔性材料的环形密封件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的压力容器,其中每一流挡板包括接纳在所述紧固件中的一者上并由其保持的部件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的压力容器,其中所述多个紧固件包含活节螺栓,且每一流挡板包含一部件,所述部件的若干部分接纳在一个设定的所述活节螺栓上以用于将所述挡板紧固到所述活节螺栓。
8.根据权利要求1所述的压力容器,其中所述紧固件包含可枢转地啮合所述结构的吊环螺栓。
9.根据权利要求1所述的压力容器,其中每一流挡板包括接纳在所述封闭件上的单体部件,所述单体部件的一部分在所述多个紧固件中的一者上延伸。
10.根据权利要求9所述的压力容器,其中所述多个紧固件包含活节螺栓。
