Description

具有齒輪調整裝置之無段傳動裝置
本發明係有關於一種傳動系統,特別是有關於一種用於摩托車之無段傳動系統,提供有齒輪換檔曲線之調整裝置。
在本發明中,「摩托車」一詞是指具有二、三或四輪之車輛,樞轉(pivoting)或非樞轉(non pivoting),例如申請人所銷售之Vespa®、Ape®或MP3®等車輛。
無段變速器(Continuously Variable Transmission,CVT)是一種車輛之自動傳動形式,其傳動比(transmission ratio)可在二極限值間連續地變換。無段傳動廣泛地使用於具小及中型引擎之二輪車輛中,特別如速克達(motor scooters)中。
在無段變速器(CVT)中,傳動比的變化是透過改變二皮帶輪(pulley)上之皮帶(belt)之捲繞直徑(winding diameter)而實現,其中之一為驅動皮帶輪(drive pulley),另一為從動皮帶輪(driven pulley),且其中至少一個具有使所構成之二個部件或半皮帶輪(half-pulley)將彼此拉在一起(draw together)及相間隔(distance)的能力。
一般來說,驅動皮帶輪包括具離心塊(centrifugal messes)之速度控制器(speed controller),一般通稱為滾輪(roller),其具有實現軸向拉引個別半皮帶輪之任務,從低速檔狀態(low gear condition)(半皮帶輪相間隔,half-pulleys distant)到高速檔狀態(high gear condition)(半皮帶輪並列,half-pulley juxtaposed)。
已知用於調節換檔曲線的裝置中,當無段變速器(CVT)於低速檔狀態時,允許阻擋一些滾輪,以避免其參與半皮帶輪的並列,上述之半皮帶輪因此在較大引擎轉速(engine revolutions)下達到既定軸向距離,給予無段變速器(CVT)更多運動設定(sporting set-up)。
反過來說,在所有的滾輪參與半皮帶輪的並列時,可發現其在較小引擎轉速(engine revolutions)下達到上述軸向距離,給予無段變速器(CVT)更多漫遊設定(touring set-up)。
此類用於調整換檔曲線之裝置的實施範例描述於同申請人之專利WO-A1-2013/098689文件中。
然而,此些調節裝置具有僅在低速檔狀態時允許啟動(activation)及停止(deactivation)的缺點,也就是當滾輪靠近驅動軸(drive shaft)時,以避免由於在變速階段中滾輪突然釋放而產生的撞擊(impact)
本發明的目的是提供一種傳動裝置,其滿足上述所需且其同時克服習知技術之缺點。
此目的可藉由申請專利範圍請求項1所述之一種傳動裝置而達成,附屬請求項則描述了實施例的變化。

為使本發明之上述目的、特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉非限制性實施例並配合所附圖式做詳細說明。
第1圖係顯示依據本發明一較佳實施例之用於車輛之傳動裝置之示意圖;第2圖係顯示第1圖之傳動裝置之縱向剖面示意圖,位於低速檔配置且調整裝置關閉;第3圖係顯示第2圖之傳動裝置之示意圖,位於高速檔配置且調整裝置關閉;第4圖係顯示第1圖之傳動裝置之縱向剖面示意圖,位於低速檔配置且調整裝置開啟;第5圖係顯示第4圖之傳動裝置之示意圖,位於高速檔配置且調整裝置開啟;第6a及6b圖係顯示依據本發明之傳動裝置之滾輪之示意圖;及第7圖係顯示依據本發明之傳動裝置之換檔趨勢曲線圖。
請參見圖式,符號1代表無段傳動裝置(continuously variable transmission device),配置成更好地應用於二/三輪摩托車中,與一驅動軸(drive shaft)2連結,其定義有一旋轉軸(axis of rotation)X。
傳動裝置1包括一第一驅動皮帶輪(first drive pulley)4由驅動軸2旋轉驅動以及一第二從動皮帶輪(second driven pulley)(圖上未顯示),藉由一V帶(V-belt)6彼此連接。
驅動皮帶輪4由一第一半皮帶輪(first half-pulley)8及一第二半皮帶輪(secondt half-pulley)10所構成,分別提供有面對之截頭錐形(truncated-cone)作用表面(active surface)8a及作用表面(active surface)10a,沿上述旋轉軸X滑動,使作用表面8a及作用表面10a並列(juxtapose)及相間隔(distance),且在旋轉中彼此為一體。
第一半皮帶輪8包括一速度調節器(speed regulator)12,包括一容置部(container)14隨作用表面8a一體移動,提供有一對應座(contoured seat)16,以及複數個特殊滾輪(special roller)18,圍繞於座16中。
特殊滾輪18提供有連結裝置(engagement means)適於由傳動裝置之反向連結裝置(counter-engagement means)所推動。
滾輪實現了離心塊隨著引擎轉速增加推動第一半皮帶輪8朝向第二半皮帶輪10。依此方式之下,驅動皮帶輪4上皮帶6的捲繞直徑(winding diameter)增加,且不能拉伸(stretch)的皮帶操作以減少從驅動皮帶輪上的捲繞直徑,以增加傳動比(高速下)。
為達成此目的,座16提供有底表面(bottom surface)16a,具錐形(tapered shape)朝向第二半皮帶輪10之滾輪在此上滑動,因此,當滾輪離心地移動時,其推動容置部14朝向第二半皮帶輪10。
每一滾輪18包括一移動本體(movable body)19,用於在座16之底表面16a及一蓋(cover)20上移動,更好的是拖動(drag),以及包括一柄部(stem)21,遠離移動本體19而延伸,末端具有一腳部(foot)24。
柄部21可形成上述連結裝置的一個範例,適於被傳動裝置之反向連結裝置所推動。
驅動皮帶輪4更好的是更包括一滾輪對應蓋(cover)20,例如固定至驅動軸2,適於將滾輪18容納於座16中。
傳動裝置1更包括一齒輪換檔調整裝置(gear shift regulation device),足以影響滾輪18的移動,作為獨立於馬達軸(motor shaft)之轉速的一軸向負載調整(axial load adjustable)之功能。
更特別的是,換檔調整裝置適於影響滾輪18的移動,以突顯(accentuate)離心移動(centrifugal movement)作為獨立於馬達軸之轉速的軸向負載調整(axial load adjustable)之功能。
換檔調整裝置包括一擋止元件(abutment element)22,舉例來說具有凸緣(flange)外形同軸於馬達軸2,具有一既定徑向延伸(radial extension),置於面對著容置部14之座16。依此方式之下,滾輪18為軸向地設置在擋止元件22及座16之底表面16a之間。擋止元件2適於影響滾輪18且有助於其軸向移動,且因此實現上述反向連結裝置之一範例。
調整裝置包括軸向作用裝置(axial action means), 適於對擋止元件22施加可調整強度(adjustable intensity)之一軸向作用力(axial action)。
更特別的是,上述軸向作用裝置包括一傳動滑動件(transmission slide)26,舉例來說由馬達軸2所支持,可軸向地移動以拖曳(drag)擋止元件22,且帶其軸向地推動座16之底表面16a上的滾輪18,因此,藉由底表面16a的構造以有助於其之離心位移(centrifugal displacement)。
更進一步,軸向作用裝置包括一致動銷(actuating pin)28,可軸向地移動且軸向地約束(constrained)傳動滑動件26,致動銷28具軸向延伸,致動銷28的一頭部(head)30從驅動皮帶輪4突出,位於第二半皮帶輪10側,也就是相反於驅動軸2側。
軸向作用裝置更包括一彈性元件(elastic element)32,舉例來說固接於致動銷28上以對其永久影響,在擋止元件22並列(juxtapose)於底表面16a之方向上。
舉例來說,彈性元件32在致動銷28之頭部30及一軸向固定擋止件(axially fixed abutment)34之間是處於壓縮狀態(compression)的,更好的是在皮帶輪4的外部(external)。
軸向作用裝置更包括一抑制裝置(inhibiting device),適於操作以調節由軸向作用裝置施加於擋止元件22上軸向作用力的強度。
舉例來說,上述抑制裝置操作於致動銷28上,在抵消彈性元件32作用力的方向上,例如推動銷28在移動擋止元件22遠離底表面16a的方向上。
因此,當抑制裝置關閉時,存在有傳遞至滾輪之彈簧之軸向負載,且被增加至離心作用力以離心地移動滾輪。
更好的是,抑制裝置包括一支撐元件(support element)36軸向地操作於銷28,一螺紋套管(threaded bushing)38操作於支撐元件36,以及一殼體(housing)40提供一螺紋部(threaded portion)42,螺紋套管38螺合於此。
抑制裝置同樣包括一齒輪(toothed wheel)44,提供有花鍵軸(splined shaft)46與螺紋套管38旋轉耦合,以及一蝸桿齒輪(worm gear)48與齒輪44嚙合,以實現一斜軸運動機構(skewed-axis kinematic mechanism)。
抑制裝置仍包括一電動機(electric motor)50,與蝸桿齒輪48連結,以可旋轉地致動。
在一第一配置下,連結到低速檔且換檔調整裝置是關閉的(如第2圖所示)。
滾輪是設置於徑向內部限制位置(radial internal limit position)。
在此配置下,軸向作用裝置是配置成不傳遞拉引擋止元件22朝向底表面16a之任何軸向負載至擋止元件22的。
為此目的,螺紋套管38螺合至殼體40之螺紋部42,藉以抵消彈性元件32在銷28上的作用力。
因此,隨著引擎轉速的增加,滾輪18經歷了離心移動,此位移不受擋止元件22的影響。
隨著調整裝置關閉之下(如第3圖所示),實現至高速檔(high gear)的過渡(transition)。
在此配置之下,滾輪18的限制位置,定義為外徑向限制位置(outer radial limit position),是由蓋20所定義,使其維持於座16之中。
當由此配置起始時,調整裝置逐漸被驅動,軸向作用裝置以一靠近底表面16a之作用力操作於擋止元件22上,直到擋止元件22與滾輪18連結(特別是擋止元件22的腳部24),但不改變其位置。
為了使軸向作用裝置操作於擋止元件22上,螺紋套管38從殼體40之螺紋部42旋出(unscrewed),藉以限制彈性元件32的反作用力。
在進一步的配置之下,連結到低速檔且換檔調整裝置是開啟的(如第4圖所示)。滾輪18是設置於徑向內部限制位置。
在此配置之下,軸向作用裝置傳遞一軸向負載(axial load)至擋止元件22上,推動擋止元件22上朝向底表面16a,因而推動底表面16a上的滾輪且增加了離心移動。
為此目的,螺紋套管38從殼體40之螺紋部42旋出,藉以不抵消彈性元件32在銷28上的作用力。
基於此結果,隨著引擎轉速增加,滾輪18將具有離心地移動之趨勢,比在軸向作用裝置關閉的狀態下更為大。
隨著調整裝置開啟之下(如第5圖所示),實現至高速檔(high gear)的過渡(transition)。
在此配置之下,擋止元件22更好的是持續地與滾輪18之腳部24接觸;在調整裝置關閉時,擋止元件22則自 滾輪18分離。此配置為傳動裝置是假定為調整裝置關閉的情形下在當前引擎轉速下的配置。
第7圖係顯示驅動皮帶輪的轉速作為從動皮帶輪的轉速的函數之曲線圖。在調整裝置關閉的情形下(曲線D),使車輛的設定更趨近運動模式(sporting),在調整裝置開啟的情形下(曲線I),使車輛的設定更趨近漫遊模式(touring),而在中間的情形下(曲線M),調整裝置初始為關閉的,在換檔時切換為開啟的。
創新之處在於,依據本發明之傳動系統,其克服了前述習知技術的缺點,由於其允許在低速及高速兩者換檔曲線的改變。
更有利的是,更進一步,藉由在低速檔狀態下啟動調整裝置,其將檔位變化朝向較低的轉速改變,因而在啟動階段(starting-up phase)降低離合器(clutch)的連結。
本發明雖以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明的範圍,任何熟習此項技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可做些許的更動與潤飾,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種無段傳動裝置(1),用於二、三或四輪之摩托車,可連接至一驅動軸(2),包括:一驅動皮帶輪(4),依一旋轉軸(X)可旋轉,包括一第一半皮帶輪(8)承載一第一作用表面(8a)及一第二半皮帶輪(10)承載一第二作用表面(10a),以及一V帶(6)設置於該第一作用表面(8a)及該第二作用表面(10a)之間;一速度調節器(12),包括一容置部(14)提供一座(16)具有一底表面(16a),以及特殊滾輪(18)提供連結裝置,藉由施加於該底表面(16a)之離心力可移動,相對其可徑向及軸向地移動,且對該第一半皮帶輪(8)施加一軸向滑動力;以及一換檔調整裝置,適於透過獨立於引擎轉速可調整之一軸向作用力而操作於該滾輪(18),以影響該滾輪(18)的離心移動及影響換檔,其中該換檔調整裝置包括:一擋止元件(22),面對該容置部(14)之該座(16),該滾輪(18)軸向地設置在該擋止元件(22)及該座(16)之該底表面(16a)之間;以及軸向作用裝置,適於對該擋止元件(22)施加可調整強度之一軸向作用力;其特徵在於,在該換檔調整裝置是關閉的的一第一配置下,該軸向作用裝置是配置成不傳遞拉引該擋止元件(22)朝向該底表面(16a)之任何軸向負載至該擋止元件(22)的,且在該換檔調整裝置是開啟的的一進一步配置下,該軸向作用裝置傳遞一軸向負載至該擋止元件(22),推動該擋止元件 (22)朝向該底表面(16a)。
