Description

Composting biological separation method and cultivation component

The present invention relates to the cultivation technology of composting and composting organisms, especially those that can assist in separating composting organisms.

Composting organisms (such as earthworms, black water flies, bread worms, etc.) can help decompose organic waste and quickly form organic fertilizers. They also have considerable economic value (for example, as feed, bait, etc.), so they need to be composted. Further separation of the to-be-decomposed and compost organisms. The common picking method is manual picking, but the manual picking method has many inconveniences, poor picking efficiency, and health concerns.

To this end, there are companies that have developed a "live aquaculture structure" such as the Republic of China New Patent Publication No. M522565, which mainly includes a body, at least one rotating part, a filter screen and a carrying part. The main body forms an accommodating space for accommodating biological and biological breeding materials. The rotating member is used to drive the body to rotate. The filter net is movably arranged on the body for filtering biological breeding materials. The supporting member is erected by the main body to accommodate the product filtered by the filter net.

However, the above-mentioned previous proposal is to use rotation to separate organisms. On the one hand, it requires power (such as manpower or electricity) to rotate the body, and on the other hand, it may harm the organisms.

In addition, the industry has developed a new type of patent announcement of the Republic of China No. M546099, "Odor-proof, insect-proof, and easy collection of earthworms and worms and feces of the breeding box." It consists of a breeding box and a feeding box. If you can take advantage of the habit of earthworms that are afraid of light, light up the heat lamp in the lid of the feeding box to drive the earthworms back to the breeding box. However, the use of thermal lights requires electricity.

In this regard, in order to better separate the composting organisms, the inventor proposes a method for separating the composting organisms, which includes: placing an attractant in a collecting container, the attractant is adjacent to a culture container, and the culture container contains a composting organism. At a composting space of, the composting organism is induced to leave the composting space by a smell of the attractant, the composting organism is an earthworm, and the attractant is a liquid fertilizer.

Furthermore, watering one of the decomposing objects in the composting space in advance makes the humidity of the decomposing objects increase from top to bottom due to the difference in gravity and drying speed. The composting organism is an earthworm. Humidity distribution causes the earthworm to gradually move down to eat because of its hygroscopicity, so that the earthworm excretes a piece of worm feces located at a relatively high place of the to-be-decomposed material.

The present invention is also a culture component for assisting in separating a compost organism. The culture component includes: a culture container and a collection container. The culture container defines a compost space and a through hole, the compost space is used for arranging a to-be-decomposed object and the compost organism, and the through hole communicates with the compost space. The collection container is detachably connected to the culture container, so that a collection space of the collection container communicates with the through hole to induce the composting organism to move from the composting space to the collection space by generating an odor by an attractant in the collection space space.

Further, the culture container further includes a barrier, the barrier is located in the through hole, and the size of a perforation of the barrier corresponds to the compost organism.

Further, the culture container includes a first connecting tube portion extending from the through hole, and the collection container includes a second connecting tube portion that defines a channel that communicates with The collecting space and the second connecting pipe portion are detachably connected to the first connecting pipe portion.

Furthermore, it further includes a cover for covering the through hole by detachably connecting the culture container with the cover when the collection container is detached from the culture container.

Further, the composting organism is any one or a combination of an earthworm, a black water fly, and a breadworm.

Further, the culture container is relatively higher than the collection container, so that the attractant is located relatively lower than the composting space, and the attractant is a liquid fertilizer.

According to the above technical features, the following effects can be achieved:

1. Use the smell of the attractant to attract the compost organisms to leave the composting space, without manpower and other methods to drive the compost organisms, the separation effect is good and will not harm the compost organisms.

2. When the attractant is liquid fertilizer, it can produce a strong smell to speed up the biological separation of the compost.

3. The attractant is lower than the composting space, so that the smell can float to the composting space, which helps to attract composting organisms.

4. When the composting organisms are earthworms, watering can be used in advance to generate an increasing humidity distribution from top to bottom, so as to use the wettability of earthworms to make the earthworms gradually move down to eat because of their wettability. The earthworm excretion can be made to be located at a relatively high place of the to-be-decomposed material, which is convenient for subsequent selection of the earthworm droppings. On the other hand, the earthworms can also be moved to the bottom of the culture container naturally to facilitate subsequent separation and collection.

5. Use the perforation of the barrier to allow the composting organisms to pass through, and prevent the debris other than the composting organisms from entering the collection container to better separate the composting organisms.

6. Composting organisms can be earthworms, breadworms, black water flies, etc., and the implementation is not limited.
