Abstract
本發明係提供具有廣泛的殺害蟲光譜,活性高,有效成分之施用量可低減,且持續效果長的殺害蟲性組成物,及害蟲之防除方法。
本發明係一種殺害蟲性組成物,其係含有(A)由噻唑膦(fosthiazate)、氰胺雜環類有機物(imicyafos)及硫線磷(cadusafos)所成之群中選出的至少1種之有機磷系化合物,與(B)氟噻蟲碸(fluensulfone)作為有效成分,以及一種害蟲之防除方法,其係施用上述(A)及(B)之各有效量。
Description
本發明係關於殺害蟲性組成物及害蟲之防除方法。
噻唑膦(fosthiazate)、氰胺雜環類有機物(imicyafos)及硫線磷(cadusafos)係作為市售之線蟲防除劑的有效成分之有機磷系化合物,其係於各專利文獻1、2及3中所揭示的化合物。又,氟噻蟲碸(fluensulfone)係於專利文獻4中作為化合物No.3所揭示的化合物。
於專利文獻5中雖記載含有噻唑膦與作為碸系化合物之得脫蟎(tetradifon)作為有效成分之有害動物防除劑,但噻唑膦與氟噻蟲碸之組合並未被揭示。

現在,雖多數之殺害蟲性組成物被開發使用,但有時在防除害蟲方面並不充分,而期望有高活性之殺害蟲性組成物的出現。尤其,關於線蟲類之防除,期望有將既存之藥劑的效果更加強化的高活性之殺害蟲性組成物的出現。
本發明者們反覆進行各種探討,獲得藉由組合特定之化合物而可得到高活性之殺害蟲性組成物的見解,因而完成本發明。
亦即,本發明係關於一種殺害蟲性組成物(以下,亦稱為本發明組成物),其係含有(A)由噻唑膦、氰胺雜環類有機物及硫線磷所成之群中選出的至少1種之有機磷系化合物(以下,亦稱為化合物A),與(B)氟噻蟲碸(以下,亦稱為化合物B)作為有效成分。又,本發明係關於一種方法,其係在害蟲或害蟲之棲息場所施用(A)由噻唑膦、氰胺雜環類有機物及硫線磷所成之群中選出的至少1種之有機磷系化合物之殺害蟲有
效量與(B)氟噻蟲碸之殺害蟲有效量來防除害蟲。
藉由本發明,可提供具有廣泛的殺害蟲光譜,高活性,有效成分之施用量可低減,且持續效果長的殺害蟲性組成物。
於噻唑膦(fosthiazate)與氰胺雜環類有機物(imicyafos)中係存在各種光學異構物,於本發明中係包含光學活性物質、消旋物之任一方或雙方。
於本發明組成物中之化合物A與化合物B的混合(含有)比率雖必須因應於製劑形態、施用方法、氣象條件、防除對象害蟲之種類或發生狀況等進行適當調整而無法一概規定,但例如以重量比計為1:0.01~30,較理想為1:0.05~20。尤其是在化合物A為噻唑膦的情況之混合比率較理想係以重量比計為1:0.05~20,更理想為1:0.1~10。
本發明組成物係可以例如0.1~100,000ppm,較理想為10~100,000ppm,更理想為100~10,000ppm之有效成分濃度進行施用。有效成分濃度係可因應於化合物A與化合物B之混合比率、製劑形態、施用方法、氣象條件、防除對象害蟲之種類或發生狀況等進行適當調整。
每單位面積之化合物A與或合物B的施用量(殺害
蟲有效量)雖與前述相同無法一概規定,但例如化合物A為200~10,000g/ha,較理想為500~5,000g/ha,化合物B為200~10,000g/ha,較理想為500~5,000g/ha。
在施用本發明組成物時,雖可選擇對害蟲之施用或者對害蟲的棲息場所之施用之任一者,但較理想為對害蟲的棲息場所之施用,其中,更理想為對土壤之施用。並且,可選擇如土壤混和處理、植穴處理、植溝處理、灌注處理等般的各種之散布形態。又,亦可選擇如對於作物之種子或球根等的浸漬處理、塗佈處理、或粉衣處理等般的散布形態。又,於本發明中係可將化合物A與化合物B之殺害蟲有效量按照前述之散布形態來進行施用,此時化合物A與化合物B係可同時施用,或者,亦可在其中一方施用之後再施用另一方。
本發明組成物係可防除線蟲類、等腳類、鞘翅目害蟲、鱗翅目害蟲、腹足類、直翅目害蟲、植物寄生性蟎蜱類、櫻翅目害蟲、雙翅目害蟲、膜翅目害蟲、隱翅目害蟲、蝨目害蟲、等翅目害蟲、半翅目害蟲、等足類(Isopoda)、多足類、倍足類等之各種害蟲。又,對於在土壤中加害農園藝作物及樹木等之害蟲,或加害農園藝作物或樹木的種子之害蟲,例如前述線蟲類、等腳類、鞘翅目害蟲、鱗翅目害蟲、腹足類、直翅目害蟲、植物寄生性蟎蜱類、半翅目害蟲等之防除亦有效。本發明組成物係於此等之害蟲當中,尤其是關於線蟲類之防除,顯示出相較於單獨使用化合物A及化合物B之各者的情況更顯著
優異的防除效果。以下顯示各種害蟲之具體例。

本發明組成物係可與其他農藥,例如殺蟲劑、殺蟎劑、殺線蟲劑、殺菌劑、抗病毒劑、引誘劑、除草劑、植物生長調整劑等混用、併用,於此情況中顯示更加優異的效果。例如,有時可將適用害蟲之範圍、藥劑處理之時期、殺害蟲活性等往更理想的方向作改良。
本發明組成物係可將作為有效成分之化合物A或化合物B,按照通常之農藥的製劑方法來與各種佐劑摻合,而製劑調整成粉劑、微粒劑F、微粒劑、粒劑、水分散性粒劑、水合劑、錠劑、丸劑、膠囊劑(包含以水溶性薄膜作包裝之形態)、微膠囊劑、水性懸浮劑、油性懸浮劑、微乳液製劑、懸浮乳製劑、水溶劑、乳劑、液劑、糊劑、氣霧劑等之各種形態,來進行施用,但可在適於本發明之目的的範圍內,製成在通常之該領域中所使用的所有製劑形態。另外,對於前述之土壤的施用當中,土壤混和處理、植穴處理及植溝處理較理想係以粉劑、微粒劑F、微粒劑、粒劑錠劑或丸劑的製劑形態來進行。又,灌注處理較理想係以水分散性粒劑、水合劑、微膠囊劑、水性懸浮劑、油性懸浮劑、水溶劑或液劑之製劑形態來進行。於製劑調整時係可將化合物A與化合物B一同混合
來進行製劑調製,或者,亦可將該等個別進行製劑調製而在施用時再進行混合。
作為使用於製劑之佐劑係可列舉:如高嶺石、絹雲母、矽藻土、消石灰、碳酸鈣、滑石、白碳、高嶺土、膨土、黏土、碳酸鈉、碳酸氫鈉、芒硝、沸石、氧化鋁、硫粉末、澱粉、活性碳、大豆粉、小麥粉、木粉、魚粉、粉乳般之固體載體;如水、甲苯、二甲苯、三甲基苯、四甲基苯、環己烷、溶劑石腦油、丙酮、甲基乙基酮、二噁烷、四氫呋喃、煤油、燈油、氯仿、氯苯、乙酸乙酯、脂肪酸之丙三醇酯、乙腈、二甲基亞碸、N,N-二甲基甲醯胺、二甲基乙醯胺、N-甲基-2-吡咯啶酮、醇、乙二醇般之溶劑;脂肪酸鹽、苯甲酸鹽、聚羧酸鹽、烷基硫酸酯鹽、烷基硫酸鹽、烷基芳基硫酸鹽、烷基二醇醚硫酸鹽、醇硫酸酯鹽、烷基磺酸鹽、烷基芳基磺酸鹽、芳基磺酸鹽、木質素磺酸鹽、烷基二苯基醚二磺酸鹽、聚苯乙烯磺酸鹽、烷基磷酸酯鹽、烷基芳基磷酸鹽、苯乙烯基芳基磷酸鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸酯鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚硫酸鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚硫酸酯鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基磷酸酯鹽、聚氧乙烯芳基醚磷酸酯鹽、萘磺酸甲醛縮合物、烷基萘磺酸甲醛縮合物之鹽般之陰離子系之界面活性劑;如山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸聚甘油酯、脂肪酸醇聚二醇醚、乙炔二醇(acetylenic alcohol)、乙炔醇、氧伸烷基嵌段聚合物、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯苯
乙烯基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯二醇烷基醚、聚乙二醇、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油、聚氧丙烯脂肪酸酯般之非離子系之界面活性劑;如橄欖油、木棉籽油、蓖麻油、棕櫚油、山茶油、椰子油、麻油、玉米油、米糠油、落花生油、棉籽油、大豆油、菜籽油、亞麻仁油、桐油、液狀石蠟般之植物油或礦物油等。此等佐劑之各成分係可在不脫離本發明之目的的範圍內,適當選擇1種或2種以上來使用。又,除了前述之佐劑以外,亦可從在該領域中已知者中適當選擇來使用。亦可使用例如:增量劑、增黏劑、沉澱防止劑、防凍劑、分散安定劑、藥害減輕劑、防黴劑、發泡劑、崩壞劑、黏結劑等通常使用之各種佐劑。於本發明組成物中之有效成分與各種佐劑之摻合比例係可以重量%比計而設為0.01:99.99~99:1,較理想係設為0.5:99.5~95:5左右。
本發明組成物之施用方法雖可採用各種方法,並因應於施用場所、製劑形態、防除對象蟲害之種類或生育狀態等的各種條件來適當分別使用,但可列舉例如下述般方法。
1.直接施用將化合物A與化合物B一起混合來製劑調製而成者。
2.將化合物A與化合物B一起混合來製劑調製而成者以水等稀釋成特定濃度,因應需要而添加各種擴散劑(Spreading agent)(界面活性劑、植物油、礦物油等)
來進行施用。
3.將化合物A與化合物B個別進行製劑調製,將各者直接施用。
4.將化合物A與化合物B個別進行製劑調製,因應需要而將各者以水等稀釋成特定濃度,並因應需要而添加各種擴散劑(Spreading agent)(界面活性劑、植物油、礦物油等)來個別施用。
5.將化合物A與化合物B個別製劑調製而成者以水等稀釋成特定濃度時進行混合,因應需要而添加各種擴散劑(Spreading agent)(界面活性劑、植物油、礦物油等)來進行施用。
本發明組成物及害蟲之防除方法係關於害蟲防除具有協力作用。此協力作用係根據由各藥劑所具有之各種蟲害防除特性無法預測的乘數效果者,本發明之有用性係相較於單獨使用各藥劑,害蟲防除效果,尤其是土壤中之害蟲防除力明顯增強,有時亦可賦予立即生效的效果。
本發明之較理想的樣態雖記載如下,但本發明並非根據此等記載而被限定解釋者。
(1)一種殺害蟲性組成物,其係含有(A)由噻唑膦、氰胺雜環類有機物及硫線磷所成之群中選出的至少1種之有機磷系化合物,與(B)氟噻蟲碸作為有效成分。
(2)如(1)之殺害蟲性組成物,其中,(A)之有機磷系化合物為噻唑膦或氰胺雜環類有機物。
(3)如(1)之殺害蟲性組成物,其中,(A)之有機磷系化合物為噻唑膦。
(4)如(1)之殺害蟲性組成物,其中,(A)之有機磷系化合物為氰胺雜環類有機物。
(5)如(1)之殺害蟲性組成物,其係僅含有(A)由噻唑膦、氰胺雜環類有機物及硫線磷所成之群中選出的至少1種之有機磷系化合物及(B)氟噻蟲碸作為殺害蟲有效成分。
(6)一種方法,其係在害蟲或害蟲之棲息場所施用如(1)~(5)之組成物的殺害蟲有效量來防除害蟲。
(7)一種方法,其係在害蟲或害蟲之棲息場所施用(A)由噻唑膦、氰胺雜環類有機物及硫線磷所成之群中選出的至少1種之有機磷系化合物之殺害蟲有效量與(B)氟噻蟲碸之殺害蟲有效量來防除害蟲。
(8)如(6)或(7)之方法,其中,害蟲為線蟲類。
(9)如(8)之方法,其中,線蟲類係由根腐線蟲類、胞囊線蟲類及根瘤線蟲類所成之群中選出的至少1種。
(10)如(8)之方法,其中,害蟲類為根瘤線蟲類。
接著,雖記載本發明之實施例,但本發明並
非根據此等記載而被限定解釋者。
將南方根結線蟲第二期幼蟲約50隻於以蒸餾水稀釋成特定濃度的藥液中進行浸漬處理,在25℃之恆溫室中保持24小時。在顯微鏡下調查藥液中之南方根結線蟲總個體數(A)、及在藥液中停滯15秒的個體數(B)。又,針對取代藥液而使用了蒸餾水的對照區,亦調查總個體數(A’)、及停滯15秒的個體數(B’)。由此等之值,藉由以下的式子求出運動阻礙率。將結果顯示於第1表。
運動阻礙率(%)=[1-{(1-B/A)/(1-B’/A’)}]×100
又,藉由科比(Colby)之式子計算運動阻礙率的理論值(%),一併顯示於第1表之( )內。運動阻礙率之測定值(%)係比理論值(%)更高,本發明組成物係關於線蟲之防除具有乘數效果。
將蒸氣滅菌水田土壤、砂及南方根結線蟲(Meloidogyne incognita)污染土壤以容積比2:2:1混合所得之砂質壤土1升裝入1/1,000,000ha罐中,並添加混合特定量之供試藥劑。藥劑添加之後立即進行充分混和,並移植番茄(品種:強力米壽)苗。在移植35日後,以肉眼調查線蟲之根瘤著生程度(0~100%著生)。試驗係以二連制進行。
作為試驗結果係於第2表顯示當將藥劑無處理區之根瘤著生程度設為100的情況之根瘤著生指數。又,將藉由科比(Colby)之式子求出的理論值一併顯示於第2表之( )內。
將南方根結線蟲(Meloidogyne incognita)污染土壤裝入200ml之聚丙烯製杯中,添加混合特定量之供試藥劑。藥劑添加之後立即進行充分混和,並播種3粒黃瓜種子。在播種26日後,以肉眼調查線蟲之根瘤形成程度(0~100%著生)。
作為試驗結果,由當將藥劑無處理區之根瘤著生程度設為100的情況之根瘤著生指數算出防除價(=100-根留著生指數),將結果顯示於第3表及第4表。又,將藉由科比(Colby)之式子求出的理論值(=化合物A之防除價+化合物B之防除價-(化合物A之防除價×化合物B之防除價)/100)一併顯示於第3表及第4表中之( )內。
藉由本發明,可提供具有廣泛的殺害蟲光譜,高活性,有效成分之施用量可低減,且持續效果長的殺害蟲性組成物。
另外,將2015年2月6日所申請之日本專利出願2015-021823號之說明書、申請專利範圍、及摘要之全部內容引用於此,並作為本發明之說明書的揭示而採用。
Claims (5)
- 一種殺害蟲性組成物,其係含有(A)由噻唑膦(fosthiazate)及氰胺雜環類有機物(imicyafos)所成之群中選出的至少1種之有機磷系化合物,與(B)氟噻蟲碸(fluensulfone)作為有效成分。
- 如請求項1之殺害蟲性組成物,其中,(A)之有機磷系化合物為噻唑膦。
- 一種防除害蟲之方法,其係在害蟲或害蟲之棲息場所施用(A)由噻唑膦及氰胺雜環類有機物所成之群中選出的至少1種之有機磷系化合物之殺害蟲有效量與(B)氟噻蟲碸之殺害蟲有效量。
- 如請求項3之方法,其中,害蟲為線蟲類。
- 如請求項4之方法,其中,線蟲類係由根腐線蟲類、胞囊線蟲類及根瘤線蟲類所成之群中選出的至少1種。
