Abstract

本發明提供一種密封條以及熱封裝置,其能夠不受密封條件等影響而精度良好地檢測密封面的溫度。密封條(1)是具有密封面(11a)的棒狀密封條,具備加熱器(13)及溫度感測器(14)。加熱器(13)是設在密封條(1)的本體(11)的內部,且沿所述本體(11)的延伸方向(D1)延伸。溫度感測器(14)是在密封條(1)的本體(11)的內部,設在密封面(11a)與加熱器(13)之間的位置,且從與密封面(11a)的長邊相交的端面(上端面(112)等)插入至密封條(1)的本體(11)的內部。

Description

密封條以及熱封裝置
本發明有關於一種對包裝材等進行密封(seal)的技術,尤其有關於一種密封條以及熱封裝置。
例如在包裝機中,在形成點心袋等包裝體時的包裝材的熱壓接(密封)時,使用形成有熱壓接用密封面的密封條(seal bar)。為了在包裝材中的熱壓接部位獲得良好的密封狀態,優選利用溫度感測器來直接檢測密封面的溫度並進行控制。但是,若為此而在密封面上設置溫度感測器,則密封面的平滑性將下降,甚至會對包裝材的密封狀態造成不良影響。
因而,以往,在密封面的溫度控制中,並非直接檢測密封面的溫度,而是對密封條中的與密封面不同的面的溫度進行檢測(例如專利文獻1)。或者,將溫度感測器從與密封面的短邊相交的側面插入至密封條的內部,來檢測密封條內部的溫度。具體而言,將加熱器(heater)以沿密封條的延伸方向延伸的狀態而設於密封條的內部,並將溫度感測器相對於密封條沿與加熱器的延伸方向相同的方向而插入至密封條。 [現有技術文獻]

[發明所要解決的問題] 然而,當在與密封面上的位置不同的位置處檢測溫度時,檢測溫度與密封面的實際溫度之差會對應密封條件(密封條的結構或密封(熱壓接)的反復速度、周圍溫度等)而變動。因此,僅簡單地設置偏移(offset)值來修正溫度感測器的檢測溫度,無法適當地進行密封面的溫度控制。
因此,本發明的目的在於提供一種不受密封條件等影響,而精度良好地檢測密封面的溫度的技術。
[解決問題的技術手段] 本發明的密封條是具有密封面的棒狀密封條,具備加熱器及溫度感測器。加熱器是設在密封條的本體內部,且沿所述本體的延伸方向延伸。溫度感測器是在密封條的本體內部,設置在密封面與加熱器之間的位置,且從與密封面的長邊相交的端面而插入至密封條的本體內部。
根據所述密封條,當熱從加熱器傳向密封面時,所述熱將通過溫度感測器的周圍。因而,由溫度感測器所檢測的溫度不受密封條件等影響而容易對應於密封面的實際溫度。
所述密封條中,優選的是,溫度感測器是配置在與密封條本體的延伸方向垂直且沿著密封面的方向上的從所述端面起的距離大於或等於由溫度感測器的直徑大小所決定的插入深度的位置。
所述密封條中,優選的是,在從相對於密封條本體的密封面側俯視時,溫度感測器配置在與密封面的長邊大致平行的中心線及輔助線之間的位置。此處,中心線是將密封面二等分的假想直線,輔助線是將密封面中的所述長邊與中心線之間的區域進一步二等分的假想直線。
所述密封條中,優選的是,溫度感測器是配置在垂直於密封面的方向上的從所述密封面起的距離為5 mm以下的位置。而且,優選的是,溫度感測器的直徑小於3 mm。
本發明的熱封裝置具備所述密封條及基於溫度感測器的檢測溫度來控制加熱器的控制部。根據所述密封條,由溫度感測器所檢測的溫度不受密封條件等影響而容易對應於密封面的實際溫度。因此,密封面上的溫度變化也容易反應在溫度感測器的檢測溫度中,因而,能夠精度良好地檢測密封面上的溫度變化。因而,在基於溫度感測器的檢測溫度的、加熱器的控制中,容易反應出密封面上的溫度變化,其結果,能夠精度良好地控制密封面的溫度。
[發明的效果] 根據本發明,能夠不受密封條件等影響而精度良好地檢測密封面的溫度。
以下,對於將本發明適用於包裝機等所具備的熱封裝置的實施方式,按照附圖作具體說明。
[1]第1實施方式 圖1及圖2分別為概念性地表示第1實施方式的熱封裝置的立體圖及側視圖。如圖1及圖2所示,熱封裝置具備彼此相向配置的一對密封條1,在各相向面111上形成有密封面11a。並且,一對密封條1在經加熱的狀態下,對通過它們之間的包裝材進行夾壓,由此對所述包裝材進行熱壓接而形成點心袋等包裝體。另外,圖2中,一對密封條1是左右對稱的,僅對右側的密封條1標註有符號。
具體而言,各密封條1包括:棒狀的本體11,具有密封面11a;切刀12,用於熱壓接部位處的包裝材的切斷;加熱器13;及溫度感測器14。
切刀12呈平刃形,以使刀尖12a的寬度方向與本體11的延伸方向D1(參照圖1)一致的狀態而設在本體11中。更具體而言,在相向面111上,形成有可收容切刀12的槽11b,切刀12是以如下方式而設,即,可在使刀尖12a在從相向面111突出的突出位置、與使刀尖12a收納到槽11b中的後退位置之間往復移動。另外,切刀12的往復移動是由熱封裝置所具備的驅動部2(參照圖4)來執行。
圖3(A)是從密封面11a(相向面111)側俯視密封條1的圖。如圖3(A)所示,在相向面111上,在槽11b的兩側(本實施方式中為上下)逐個地設置有密封面11a。而且,各密封面11a呈沿本體11的延伸方向D1延伸的矩形狀。並且,如圖2及圖3(A)所示,在密封條1的本體11上,進而形成有與上側的密封面11a的上邊11c(上側的長邊)相交的上端面112、及與下側的密封面11a的下邊11d(下側的長邊)相交的下端面113。本實施方式中,上端面112及下端面113是相對於密封面11a(相向面111)而大致垂直地形成。
加熱器13呈比密封條1的本體11細的棒狀,且以使其延伸方向與本體11的延伸方向D1一致的狀態,而設在所述本體11的內部。具體而言,加熱器13是逐個地設在圖3(A)所示的俯視時與上下2個密封面11a各自重合的位置。
圖3(B)是從上端面112側俯視密封條1的圖。如圖3(B)所示,在上端面112上設置有通向密封條1的本體11內部的穿孔112a。具體而言,穿孔112a是以到達密封面11a和與其對應的加熱器13之間的位置的方式而形成(參照圖2及圖3(A))。更具體而言,以到達此種位置的方式,穿孔112a沿垂直於本體11的延伸方向D1且沿著密封面11a的方向D2延伸。本實施方式中,穿孔112a沿垂直於上端面112的方向延伸。另外,本實施方式中,在下端面113上,也與上端面112上所設的穿孔112a同樣地,設置有通向密封條1的本體11內部的穿孔112a。
如圖3(A)所示,溫度感測器14例如是熱電偶等感測器,藉由逐個地插入至上端面112及下端面113上分別所設的穿孔112a,從而它們的前端到達本體11內部的規定位置。即,溫度感測器14從上端面112及下端面113分別插入至本體11的內部。由此,在本體11的內部,各溫度感測器14是設在成為所述溫度感測器14中的溫度檢測對象的密封面11a和與其對應的加熱器13之間的位置。
根據此種熱封裝置,當熱從加熱器13傳向密封面11a時,所述熱將通過溫度感測器14的周圍。因而,由溫度感測器14所檢測的溫度不受密封條件(密封條的結構或密封(熱壓接)的反復速度、周圍溫度等)等影響,而容易對應於密封面11a的實際溫度。作為一例,傳向溫度感測器14的熱與傳向密封面11a的熱之比不受密封條件等影響,而容易變得大致固定。因而,根據所述熱封裝置,不受密封條件等的影響,而能夠精度良好地檢測密封面11a的溫度。
並且,考慮到使此種密封面11a的溫度檢測成為可能的觀點,本發明人等獲取後述的各種數據,並基於這些數據,將密封條1的本體11內部的溫度感測器14的位置、及溫度感測器14的尺寸最佳化。圖4是將本發明人等所獲取的數據圖表化的圖。
作為溫度感測器14,本發明人等準備了直徑dm為1 mm者與直徑dm為1.6 mm者。並且,藉由改變供它們插入的穿孔112a的位置,從而將直徑dm為1 mm的溫度感測器14配置在垂直於密封面11a的方向上的從所述密封面11a起的距離L1(參照圖2)為1 mm、3 mm、5 mm的各位置,將直徑dm為1.6 mm的溫度感測器14配置在距離L1為3 mm、5 mm的各位置。而且,為了與它們進行比較,將以往的溫度感測器(直徑為3 mm)從與密封面11a的短邊相交的側面插入至密封條的內部,並且改變插入位置,由此,將以往的溫度感測器配置在距離L1為1 mm、3 mm、5 mm的各位置。並且,在密封時,藉由各溫度感測器來測定各位置處的溫度,並且利用另外的溫度感測器來測定密封面11a的實際溫度。圖4中,對於各溫度感測器,將從密封面11a起的距離L1與密封面11a的實際溫度的溫差ΔT的關係進行圖表化而示。
根據圖4所示的圖表,本發明人等找出與溫度感測器14的位置及尺寸相關的最佳化條件。具體而言,在以往的溫度感測器的情况下,不論從密封面11a計起的距離L1如何,溫差ΔT均為10℃左右,與此相對,根據本發明人等所提出的溫度感測器14及其配置可知,溫差ΔT為4℃以下。因此,本發明人等以溫差ΔT達到4℃以下作為最佳化條件,而找出以下條件。
作為第1條件,優選的是,溫度感測器14是配置在垂直於密封面11a的方向上的從所述密封面11a計起的距離L1(參照圖2)為5 mm以下的位置。更優選的是溫差ΔT達到2℃以下的情况,此時,對於直徑dm為1.6 mm的溫度感測器14而言,條件是配置在距離L1為3 mm以下的位置。另外,對於直徑dm為1 mm的溫度感測器14而言,與將溫差ΔT達到4℃以下作為最佳化條件的情况同樣,條件是配置在距離L1為5 mm以下的位置。
作為第2條件,優選的是,溫度感測器14的直徑dm小於3 mm。
而且,在圖4中雖未出現,但本發明人等為了精度良好地檢測密封面11a的溫度,還找出以下條件。
作為第3條件,優選的是,溫度感測器14配置在垂直於本體11的延伸方向D1且沿著密封面11a的方向D2上的從上端面112(或下端面113)計起的距離L2(參照圖2)大於或等於由溫度感測器14的直徑dm的大小所決定的插入深度dp(L2≥dp)的位置。作為一例,對於插入深度dp,可采用直徑dm的6倍的值。
作為第4條件,優選的是,在從相對於密封條1的本體11的密封面11a(相向面111)側俯視(參照圖3(A))時,溫度感測器14是配置在與成為溫度檢測對象的密封面11a的長邊(本實施方式中,在上側的密封面11a中為上邊11c,在下側的密封面11a中為下邊11d)大致平行的中心線m1及輔助線m2之間的位置。此處,中心線m1是將各密封面11a二等分的假想直線,輔助線m2是將各密封面11a中的各長邊與中心線m1之間的區域進一步二等分的假想直線。
作為第5條件,優選的是,在從相對於密封條1的本體11的密封面11a(相向面111)側俯視時,溫度感測器14配置在密封面11a中的與包裝材等密封對象抵接的區域(密封執行區域)內。
圖5是概念性地表示熱封裝置的結構的框圖。如圖5所示,熱封裝置除了所述的一對密封條1以外,還具備驅動部2與控制部3。驅動部2是使密封條1實現對包裝材進行熱壓接時的開閉動作、或對包裝材進行切斷時的切刀12的切斷動作(從後退位置向突出位置的移動)等動作的驅動機構。
控制部3至少控制驅動部2及加熱器13。具體而言,控制部3依照規定的動作程序(program)來控制驅動部2,由此,使驅動部2反復執行對包裝材進行熱壓接的密封動作。而且,控制部3基於溫度感測器14的檢測溫度T來控制加熱器13,由此將密封面11a的溫度引導向所期望的溫度。
如上所述,根據本實施方式的熱封裝置,由溫度感測器14所檢測的溫度不受密封條件等影響,而容易對應於密封面11a的實際溫度。因此,密封面11a上的溫度變化也容易反應在溫度感測器14的檢測溫度T中,因而,能夠精度良好地檢測密封面11a上的溫度變化。因而,在基於溫度感測器14的檢測溫度T的、加熱器13的控制中,容易反應出密封面11a上的溫度變化,其結果,能夠精度良好地控制密封面11a的溫度。
[2]第2實施方式 圖6是概念性地表示第2實施方式的熱封裝置的側視圖。如圖6所示,在各密封條1中,上端面112及下端面113也可相對於密封面11a(相向面111)而傾斜地形成。此時,穿孔112a是分別設於傾斜的上端面112及下端面113,所述距離L2成為從上端面112及下端面113各自的穿孔112a的開口位置計起的、關於所述方向D2的距離。
[3]其他實施方式 在所述熱封裝置中,溫度感測器14並不限於與上側的密封面11a及下側的密封面11a各自對應地逐個設置的情况,也可僅與其中任一個密封面11a對應地僅設置有一個。而且,與各密封面11a對應地設置的溫度感測器14並不限於一個,也可為多個。
對於密封條1,並不限於具備切刀12者,可變形為至少形成有一個密封面11a的各種結構。而且,所述熱封裝置並不限於具備一對密封條1者,也可僅具備一個密封條1。進而,熱封裝置並不限於對包裝材實施熱壓接(密封)者,也可適用於利用外裝構件來真空密封電子設備的情况等。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種密封條,其具有密封面且為棒狀,所述密封條的特徵在於包括: 加熱器,設在本體的內部,且沿所述本體的延伸方向延伸;以及 溫度感測器,在所述本體的內部,設置在所述密封面與所述加熱器之間的位置, 所述溫度感測器是從與所述密封面的長邊相交的端面而插入至所述本體的內部。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的密封條,其中,所述溫度感測器是配置在垂直於所述延伸方向且沿著所述密封面的方向上的從所述端面起的距離大於或等於由所述溫度感測器的直徑大小所決定的插入深度的位置。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的密封條,其中,在從相對於所述本體的所述密封面側俯視時,所述溫度感測器配置在與所述長邊大致平行的中心線及輔助線之間的位置,所述中心線是將所述密封面二等分的假想直線,所述輔助線是將所述密封面中的所述長邊與所述中心線之間的區域進一步二等分的假想直線。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的密封條,其中,所述溫度感測器是配置在垂直於所述密封面的方向上的從所述密封面計起的距離為5 mm以下的位置。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的密封條,其中,所述溫度感測器的直徑小於3 mm。
  6. 一種熱封裝置,其特徵在於包括: 如申請專利範圍第1項至第5項中任一項所述的密封條;以及 控制部,基於所述溫度感測器的檢測溫度來控制所述加熱器。
