技术领域
本发明涉及一种对包装材等进行密封(seal)的技术,尤其涉及一种密封条以及热封装置。
背景技术
例如在包装机中,在形成点心袋等包装体时的包装材的热压接(密封)时,使用形成有热压接用密封面的密封条(seal bar)。为了在包装材中的热压接部位获得良好的密封状态,优选利用温度传感器来直接检测密封面的温度并进行控制。但是,若为此而在密封面上设置温度传感器,则密封面的平滑性将下降,甚至会对包装材的密封状态造成不良影响。
因而,以往,在密封面的温度控制中,并非直接检测密封面的温度,而是对密封条中的与密封面不同的面的温度进行检测(例如专利文献1)。或者,将温度传感器从与密封面的短边相交的侧面插入至密封条的内部,来检测密封条内部的温度。具体而言,将加热器(heater)以沿密封条的延伸方向延伸的状态而设于密封条的内部,并将温度传感器相对于密封条沿与加热器的延伸方向相同的方向而插入至密封条。

发明内容
[发明所要解决的问题]
然而,当在与密封面上的位置不同的位置处检测温度时,检测温度与密封面的实际温度之差会对应密封条件(密封条的结构或密封(热压接)的反复速度、周围温度等)而变动。因此,仅简单地设置偏移(offset)值来修正温度传感器的检测温度,无法适当地进行密封面的温度控制。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种不受密封条件等影响,而精度良好地检测密封面的温度的技术。
[解决问题的技术手段]
本发明的密封条是具有密封面的棒状密封条,具备加热器及温度传感器。加热器是设在密封条的本体内部,且沿所述本体的延伸方向延伸。温度传感器是在密封条的本体内部,设置在密封面与加热器之间的位置,且从与密封面的长边相交的端面而插入至密封条的本体内部。
根据所述密封条,当热从加热器传向密封面时,所述热将通过温度传感器的周围。因而,由温度传感器所检测的温度不受密封条件等影响而容易对应于密封面的实际温度。
所述密封条中,优选的是,温度传感器是配置在与密封条本体的延伸方向垂直且沿着密封面的方向上的从所述端面计起的距离大于或等于由温度传感器的直径大小所决定的插入深度的位置。
所述密封条中,优选的是,在从相对于密封条本体的密封面侧俯视时,温度传感器配置在与密封面的长边大致平行的中心线及辅助线之间的位置。此处,中心线是将密封面二等分的假想直线,辅助线是将密封面中的所述长边与中心线之间的区域进一步二等分的假想直线。
所述密封条中,优选的是,温度传感器是配置在垂直于密封面的方向上的从所述密封面计起的距离为5mm以下的位置。而且,优选的是,温度传感器的直径小于3mm。
本发明的热封装置具备所述密封条及基于温度传感器的检测温度来控制加热器的控制部。根据所述密封条,由温度传感器所检测的温度不受密封条件等影响而容易对应于密封面的实际温度。因此,密封面上的温度变化也容易反映在温度传感器的检测温度中,因而,能够精度良好地检测密封面上的温度变化。因而,在基于温度传感器的检测温度的、加热器的控制中,容易反映出密封面上的温度变化,其结果,能够精度良好地控制密封面的温度。

根据本发明,能够不受密封条件等影响而精度良好地检测密封面的温度。

[1]第1实施方式
图1及图2分别为概念性地表示第1实施方式的热封装置的立体图及侧视图。如图1及图2所示,热封装置具备彼此相向配置的一对密封条1,在各相向面111上形成有密封面11a。并且,一对密封条1在经加热的状态下,对通过它们之间的包装材进行夹压,由此对所述包装材进行热压接而形成点心袋等包装体。另外,图2中,一对密封条1是左右对称的,仅对右侧的密封条1标注有符号。
具体而言,各密封条1包括:棒状的本体11,具有密封面11a;切刀12,用于热压接部位处的包装材的切断;加热器13;及温度传感器14。
切刀12呈平刃形,以使刀尖12a的宽度方向与本体11的延伸方向D1(参照图1)一致的状态而设在本体11中。更具体而言,在相向面111上,形成有可收容切刀12的槽11b,切刀12是以如下方式而设,即,可在使刀尖12a在从相向面111突出的突出位置、与使刀尖12a收纳到槽11b中的后退位置之间往复移动。另外,切刀12的往复移动是由热封装置所具备的驱动部2(参照图4)来执行。
图3(A)是从密封面11a(相向面111)侧俯视密封条1的图。如图3(A)所示,在相向面111上,在槽11b的两侧(本实施方式中为上下)逐个地设置有密封面11a。而且,各密封面11a呈沿本体11的延伸方向D1延伸的矩形状。并且,如图2及图3(A)所示,在密封条1的本体11上,进而形成有与上侧的密封面11a的上边11c(上侧的长边)相交的上端面112、及与下侧的密封面11a的下边11d(下侧的长边)相交的下端面113。本实施方式中,上端面112及下端面113是相对于密封面11a(相向面111)而大致垂直地形成。
加热器13呈比密封条1的本体11细的棒状,且以使其延伸方向与本体11的延伸方向D1一致的状态,而设在所述本体11的内部。具体而言,加热器13是逐个地设在图3(A)所示的俯视时与上下2个密封面11a各自重合的位置。
图3(B)是从上端面112侧俯视密封条1的图。如图3(B)所示,在上端面112上设置有通向密封条1的本体11内部的穿孔112a。具体而言,穿孔112a是以到达密封面11a和与其对应的加热器13之间的位置的方式而形成(参照图2及图3(A))。更具体而言,以到达此种位置的方式,穿孔112a沿垂直于本体11的延伸方向D1且沿着密封面11a的方向D2延伸。本实施方式中,穿孔112a沿垂直于上端面112的方向延伸。另外,本实施方式中,在下端面113上,也与上端面112上所设的穿孔112a同样地,设置有通向密封条1的本体11内部的穿孔112a。
如图3(A)所示,温度传感器14例如是热电偶等传感器,通过逐个地插入至上端面112及下端面113上分别所设的穿孔112a,从而它们的前端到达本体11内部的规定位置。即,温度传感器14从上端面112及下端面113分别插入至本体11的内部。由此,在本体11的内部,各温度传感器14是设在成为所述温度传感器14中的温度检测对象的密封面11a和与其对应的加热器13之间的位置。
根据此种热封装置,当热从加热器13传向密封面11a时,所述热将通过温度传感器14的周围。因而,由温度传感器14所检测的温度不受密封条件(密封条的结构或密封(热压接)的反复速度、周围温度等)等影响,而容易对应于密封面11a的实际温度。作为一例,传向温度传感器14的热与传向密封面11a的热之比不受密封条件等影响,而容易变得大致固定。因而,根据所述热封装置,不受密封条件等的影响,而能够精度良好地检测密封面11a的温度。
并且,考虑到使此种密封面11a的温度检测成为可能的观点,本发明人等获取后述的各种数据,并基于这些数据,将密封条1的本体11内部的温度传感器14的位置、及温度传感器14的尺寸最佳化。图4是将本发明人等所获取的数据图表化的图。
作为温度传感器14,本发明人等准备了直径dm为1mm者与直径dm为1.6mm者。并且,通过改变供它们插入的穿孔112a的位置,从而将直径dm为1mm的温度传感器14配置在垂直于密封面11a的方向上的从所述密封面11a计起的距离L1(参照图2)为1mm、3mm、5mm的各位置,将直径dm为1.6mm的温度传感器14配置在距离L1为3mm、5mm的各位置。而且,为了与它们进行比较,将以往的温度传感器(直径为3mm)从与密封面11a的短边相交的侧面插入至密封条的内部,并且改变插入位置,由此,将以往的温度传感器配置在距离L1为1mm、3mm、5mm的各位置。并且,在密封时,通过各温度传感器来测定各位置处的温度,并且利用另外的温度传感器来测定密封面11a的实际温度。图4中,对于各温度传感器,将从密封面11a计起的距离L1与密封面11a的实际温度的温差ΔT的关系进行图表化而示。
根据图4所示的图表,本发明人等找出与温度传感器14的位置及尺寸相关的最佳化条件。具体而言,在以往的温度传感器的情况下,不论从密封面11a计起的距离L1如何,温差ΔT均为10℃左右,与此相对,根据本发明人等所提出的温度传感器14及其配置可知,温差ΔT为4℃以下。因此,本发明人等以温差ΔT达到4℃以下作为最佳化条件,而找出以下条件。
作为第1条件,优选的是,温度传感器14是配置在垂直于密封面11a的方向上的从所述密封面11a计起的距离L1(参照图2)为5mm以下的位置。更优选的是温差ΔT达到2℃以下的情况,此时,对于直径dm为1.6mm的温度传感器14而言,条件是配置在距离L1为3mm以下的位置。另外,对于直径dm为1mm的温度传感器14而言,与将温差ΔT达到4℃以下作为最佳化条件的情况同样,条件是配置在距离L1为5mm以下的位置。
作为第2条件,优选的是,温度传感器14的直径dm小于3mm。
而且,在图4中虽未出现,但本发明人等为了精度良好地检测密封面11a的温度,还找出以下条件。
作为第3条件,优选的是,温度传感器14配置在垂直于本体11的延伸方向D1且沿着密封面11a的方向D2上的从上端面112(或下端面113)计起的距离L2(参照图2)大于或等于由温度传感器14的直径dm的大小所决定的插入深度dp(L2≥dp)的位置。作为一例,对于插入深度dp,可采用直径dm的6倍的值。
作为第4条件,优选的是,在从相对于密封条1的本体11的密封面11a(相向面111)侧俯视(参照图3(A))时,温度传感器14是配置在与成为温度检测对象的密封面11a的长边(本实施方式中,在上侧的密封面11a中为上边11c,在下侧的密封面11a中为下边11d)大致平行的中心线ml及辅助线m2之间的位置。此处,中心线m1是将各密封面11a二等分的假想直线,辅助线m2是将各密封面11a中的各长边与中心线ml之间的区域进一步二等分的假想直线。
作为第5条件,优选的是,在从相对于密封条1的本体11的密封面11a(相向面111)侧俯视时,温度传感器14配置在密封面11a中的与包装材等密封对象抵接的区域(密封执行区域)内。
图5是概念性地表示热封装置的结构的框图。如图5所示,热封装置除了所述的一对密封条1以外,还具备驱动部2与控制部3。驱动部2是使密封条1实现对包装材进行热压接时的开闭动作、或对包装材进行切断时的切刀12的切断动作(从后退位置向突出位置的移动)等动作的驱动机构。
控制部3至少控制驱动部2及加热器13。具体而言,控制部3依照规定的动作程序(program)来控制驱动部2,由此,使驱动部2反复执行对包装材进行热压接的密封动作。而且,控制部3基于温度传感器14的检测温度T来控制加热器13,由此将密封面11a的温度引导向所期望的温度。
如上所述,根据本实施方式的热封装置,由温度传感器14所检测的温度不受密封条件等影响,而容易对应于密封面11a的实际温度。因此,密封面11a上的温度变化也容易反映在温度传感器14的检测温度T中,因而,能够精度良好地检测密封面11a上的温度变化。因而,在基于温度传感器14的检测温度T的、加热器13的控制中,容易反映出密封面11a上的温度变化,其结果,能够精度良好地控制密封面11a的温度。
[2]第2实施方式
图6是概念性地表示第2实施方式的热封装置的侧视图。如图6所示,在各密封条1中,上端面112及下端面113也可相对于密封面11a(相向面111)而倾斜地形成。此时,穿孔112a是分别设于倾斜的上端面112及下端面113,所述距离L2成为从上端面112及下端面113各自的穿孔112a的开口位置计起的、关于所述方向D2的距离。
[3]其他实施方式
在所述热封装置中,温度传感器14并不限于与上侧的密封面11a及下侧的密封面11a各自对应地逐个设置的情况,也可仅与其中任一个密封面11a对应地仅设置有一个。而且,与各密封面11a对应地设置的温度传感器14并不限于一个,也可为多个。
对于密封条1,并不限于具备切刀12者,可变形为至少形成有一个密封面11a的各种结构。而且,所述热封装置并不限于具备一对密封条1者,也可仅具备一个密封条1。进而,热封装置并不限于对包装材实施热压接(密封)者,也可适用于利用外装构件来真空密封电子设备的情况等。

Claims (6)

1.一种密封条,其具有密封面且为棒状,所述密封条的特征在于包括:
加热器,设在本体的内部,且沿所述本体的延伸方向延伸;以及
温度传感器,在所述本体的内部,设置在所述密封面与所述加热器之间的位置,
所述温度传感器是从与所述密封面的长边相交的端面而插入至所述本体的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封条,其特征在于,
所述温度传感器是配置在垂直于所述延伸方向且沿着所述密封面的方向上的从所述端面计起的距离大于或等于由所述温度传感器的直径大小所决定的插入深度的位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封条,其特征在于,
在从相对于所述本体的所述密封面侧俯视时,所述温度传感器配置在与所述长边大致平行的中心线及辅助线之间的位置,所述中心线是将所述密封面二等分的假想直线,所述辅助线是将所述密封面中的所述长边与所述中心线之间的区域进一步二等分的假想直线。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封条,其特征在于,
所述温度传感器是配置在垂直于所述密封面的方向上的从所述密封面计起的距离为5mm以下的位置。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封条,其特征在于,
所述温度传感器的直径小于3mm。
6.一种热封装置,其特征在于包括:
权利要求1至5中任一项所述的密封条;以及
控制部,基于所述温度传感器的检测温度来控制所述加热器。
