Abstract

一種晶片卡固持元件,用於可收取地收容於一電子裝置殼體內,所述晶片卡固持元件包括託盤及連接器,該託盤包括承載部及容置部,該容置部包括第一端部及具有開孔的第二端部,該承載部由該容置部的第一端部延伸,用於承載晶片卡,該連接器收容於該容置部中並從該第二端部的開孔露出。本發明還提供一種具有該晶片卡固持元件的電子裝置。

Description

晶片卡固持元件及電子裝置
本發明涉及一種晶片卡固持元件,尤其涉及一種固持晶片卡及連接器的晶片卡固持元件及電子裝置。
可擕式電子裝置如行動電話的殼體通常設有一開口以取放晶片卡,如SIM卡或存儲卡,同時,該殼體還開設另一開口以露出連接器,如USB連接器,以連接至外部設備。然而,可擕式電子裝置的殼體同時開設多個開口使得殼體的外觀不夠統一完整,一定程度上影響了美觀。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種同時固持晶片卡及連接器的晶片卡固持元件。
另,還有必要提供一種包括該晶片卡固持元件的電子裝置。
一種晶片卡固持元件,用於可收取地收容於一電子裝置殼體內,所述晶片卡固持元件包括託盤及連接器,該託盤包括承載部及容置部,該容置部包括第一端部及具有開孔的第二端部,該承載部由該容置部的第一端部延伸,用於承載晶片卡,該連接器收容於該容置部中並從該第二端部的開孔露出。
一種電子裝置,包括殼體,該殼體開設有開口,所述電子裝置還包括一晶片卡固持元件,透過該開口可收取地收容於該殼體內,該晶片卡固持元件包括託盤及連接器,該託盤包括承載部及容置部,該容置部包括第一端部及具有開孔的第二端部,該承載部從該容置部的第一端部延伸,用於承載晶片卡,該連接器收容於該容置部中並從該開口露出。
所述殼體僅開設一開口以收容該託盤,該託盤上開設開孔,該託盤承載晶片卡及收容連接器,該連接器從該開孔上露出。因此,該殼體僅開設一開口就滿足了收容晶片卡及連接器的需要,避免一般為了保有收容晶片卡及連接器,需要開設各自對應的開口,保持了較好的殼體整體性。

請參閱圖1,本發明較佳實施例的電子裝置100可為行動電話、平板電腦及個人數位助理等。該電子裝置100包括殼體10、託盤20、連接器30、電路板40及頂持件50。
請參閱圖2,該殼體10大致呈長方體中空結構,其一端的側壁開設一開口12,該開口12連通該殼體10的內部與外部。該殼體10還包括肋部14及 串接部16。該肋部14的數量為兩個,分別沿該開口12的兩側邊緣呈大致垂直向內延伸形成。本實施例中,該串接部16大致呈圓柱狀且數量為兩個,分佈設置於該開口12的兩側。該殼體10在側壁還開設一通孔18,該通孔18相鄰該開口12設置。本實施例中,該通孔18的面積較小,僅可供一針狀物60穿過伸入殼體10內部。
請參閱圖2、圖4及圖5,該託盤20可抽取地收容於該開口12內。該託盤20包括承載部22、容置部24、卡勾28及凸棱29。該容置部24包括第一端部25及第二端部26。該承載部22由該容置部24的第一端部25延伸形成,其大致呈矩形框體,用於承載一晶片卡,如SIM卡及存儲卡。本實施例中,該承載部22的中部鏤空,以使承載的晶片卡下部可從該承載部露出,以連接其他電子元件。該容置部24中部開設一容置槽242。該容置槽242用於容置所述連接器30。所述卡勾28的數量為兩個,分別設置於該容置部24的兩側。該卡勾28分別卡持於殼體10的兩個肋部14,以將該託盤20卡固於殼體10。該卡勾28包括卡持面282及滑動面284。該滑動面284相對該卡持面282傾斜設置。該卡勾28具有一定的彈性,當該滑動面284收到外力時,該卡勾28可向該容置部24內壓縮。當該託盤20收容於殼體10的開口12內時,該卡持面282對應抵持於該肋部14。該容置部24具有比該承載部22較大的厚度,該承載部22連接至該容置部24一側的上部,該容置部24該側的下部露出。該第二端部26比該容置部24具有較大的寬度,當該託盤20從該開口12收容於殼體10內時,該第二端部26封閉該開口12。該第二端部26對應該容置槽242還開設有一開孔262,以露出該容置槽242。所述連接器30容置於該容置槽242內,並可由該開孔262露出。該凸棱29設置於該容置部24的底部並由該第二端部26沿該容置部24相向第一端部25方向延伸形成。
請參閱圖1及圖2,該電路板40包括疊設的第一連接板42及第二連接板44。當該託盤20收容於殼體10內時,該第一連接板42連接至該承載部22, 並可電性連接至該承載部22上承載的晶片卡,以實現該晶片卡的電路功能;該第二連接板44電性連接至該連接器30,以實現該連接器30的電路功能。本實施例中,該連接器30可為USB連接器,該連接器30接入USB資料線以進一步連接至外部設備,從而實現資料資訊及電能的交互等功能。
請參閱圖3、圖4及圖5,該頂持件50包括第一頂持塊52及第二頂持塊54。該第一頂持塊52及第二頂持塊54分別串接至所述兩個串接部16上,並可以該串接部16為軸轉動。該第一頂持塊52包括推壓部522、齧齒部524及斜壓面526。該第二頂持塊54與第一頂持塊52之結構大致相同,具有相同的齧齒部及斜壓面,且第二頂持塊54可省略設置該推壓部。該推壓部522對應於該通孔18的位置。該第二頂持塊54與第一頂持塊52的齧齒部524相嚙合。該斜壓面526對應配合於該卡勾28的斜滑面284。
請參閱圖2至圖5,將該託盤20收容於殼體10內時,該承載部22承載有晶片卡,且承載部22朝向該開口12伸入殼體10內部,該卡勾28沿肋部14向內滑動,直至該卡勾28的斜滑面284越過該肋部14。此時,該卡持面282頂持之該肋部14,該頂持件50位於該承載部24的下方,並與該凸棱29的凸出一側對應,且該第二頂持塊54的齧齒部524一側間隔該凸棱29一預定距離;該滑動面284對應該斜壓面526,該第二端部26封閉該開口12,該連接器30從該第二端部26中露出,以方便接入外部設備;該承載部22伸入至該第一連接板42,以使第一連接板42電性連接該晶片卡;該第二連接板44電性連接至該連接器30。從而,當該託盤20承載晶片卡並卡持收容於殼體10內時,該晶片卡及連接器30均電性連接至電路板40以實現對應的功能。
當將託盤20從殼體10內退出時,通過針狀物60穿過該通孔18並頂推該推壓部522,迫使該頂持件50的第一頂持塊52繞該串接部16轉動。該斜壓面526壓迫該斜滑面284並沿斜滑面284滑動,該卡勾28受到該斜壓面526的壓力向 容置部24收縮,直至該斜壓面526越過該斜滑面284,以將該卡持面282頂離該肋部14,從而解鎖該卡勾28。此時,由於該第一頂持塊52轉動而由齧齒部524帶動該第二頂持塊54一併轉動,並帶動該第二頂持塊54的齧齒部524的一側頂持至該凸棱29。繼續頂推該推壓部522,從而該第一頂持塊52帶動該第二頂持塊54繼續頂推該凸棱29,以將該託盤20進一步退出該殼體10,當託盤20退出至一定程度,可供用戶取出該託盤20,以進一步取出或更換晶片卡。
可以理解,該頂持件50的數量可僅為一個,且可由該齧齒部523的側面頂持至該凸棱29,以推動該託盤20。當該頂持件50的數量為一個時,該串接部16亦設置數量為一個,分佈設置於相對應該通孔18該開口12的其中一側。
所述殼體10僅開設一開口12以收容該託盤20,該託盤20上開設開孔262,該託盤20承載晶片卡及收容連接器30,該連接器30從該開孔262上露出。因此,該殼體10僅開設一開口就滿足了收容晶片卡及連接器30的需要,避免一般為了保有收容晶片卡及連接器30,需要開設各自對應的開口,保持了較好的殼體10整體性。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,於爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種晶片卡固持元件,用於可收取地收容於一電子裝置殼體內,其改良在於:所述晶片卡固持元件包括託盤及連接器,該託盤包括承載部及容置部,該容置部包括第一端部及具有開孔的第二端部,該承載部由該容置部的第一端部延伸,用於承載晶片卡,該連接器收容於該容置部中並從該第二端部的開孔露出。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之晶片卡固持元件,其中所述託盤還包括一卡勾,該卡勾設置於該容置部的至少一側,該卡勾用於可解鎖地抵持於該殼體。
  3. 一種電子裝置,包括殼體,該殼體開設有開口,其改良在於:所述電子裝置還包括一晶片卡固持元件,透過該開口可收取地收容於該殼體內,該晶片卡固持元件包括託盤及連接器,該託盤包括承載部及容置部,該容置部包括第一端部及具有開孔的第二端部,該承載部從該容置部的第一端部延伸,用於承載晶片卡,該連接器收容於該容置部中並從該開口露出。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之電子裝置,其中所述託盤還包括一卡勾,該卡勾設置於該容置部的至少一側,該卡勾用於抵持於該殼體。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之電子裝置,其中所述殼體包括肋部及串接部,該肋部沿該開口的側邊緣呈大致垂直向內延伸形成,該串接部大致呈圓柱狀,分佈設置於該開口的側向。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電子裝置,其中所述電子裝置還包括包括串接於該串接部的一頂持塊,該頂持塊繞該串接部轉動,該頂持塊包括推壓部及斜壓面,該斜壓面對應配合於該卡勾的斜滑面。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之電子裝置,其中所述電子裝置還包括凸棱,該凸棱位於該容置部的底部,該頂持塊位於該容置部的下方並對應該凸棱,該頂持塊可抵持該凸棱。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電子裝置,其中所述電子裝置還包括第一頂持塊及第二頂持塊,該第一頂持塊及第二頂持塊可分別繞該串接部轉動,該第一頂持塊包括推壓部、齧齒部及斜壓面,該第二頂持塊與第一頂持塊的齧齒部相嚙合,該斜壓面對應配合於該卡勾的斜滑面。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之電子裝置,其中所述電子裝置還包括凸棱,該凸棱位於該容置部的底部,該第一頂持塊及第二頂持塊位於該容置部的下方並對應該凸棱,該第一頂持塊或第二頂持塊的齧齒部抵持該凸棱。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之電子裝置,其中所述電子裝置還包括電路板,該電路板還包括第一連接板及第二連接板,該承載部承載的晶片卡電性連接至該第一連接板,該連接器電性連接至該第二連接板。
