Abstract
一种芯片卡固持组件,用于可收取地收容于一电子装置壳体内,所述芯片卡固持组件包括托盘及连接器,该托盘包括承载部及容置部,该容置部包括第一端部及具有开孔的第二端部,该承载部由该容置部的第一端部延伸,用于承载芯片卡,该连接器收容于该容置部中并从该第二端部的开孔露出。本发明还提供一种具有该芯片卡固持组件的电子装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种芯片卡固持组件,尤其涉及一种固持芯片卡及连接器的芯片卡固持组件及电子装置。
背景技术
便携式电子装置如移动电话的壳体通常设有一开口以取放芯片卡,如SIM卡或存储卡,同时,该壳体还开设另一开口以露出连接器,如USB连接器,以连接至外部设备。然而,便携式电子装置的壳体同时开设多个开口使得壳体的外观不够统一完整,一定程度上影响了美观。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种同时固持芯片卡及连接器的芯片卡固持组件。
另,还有必要提供一种包括该芯片卡固持组件的电子装置。
一种芯片卡固持组件,用于可收取地收容于一电子装置壳体内,所述芯片卡固持组件包括托盘及连接器,该托盘包括承载部及容置部,该容置部包括第一端部及具有开孔的第二端部,该承载部由该容置部的第一端部延伸,用于承载芯片卡,该连接器收容于该容置部中并从该第二端部的开孔露出。
一种电子装置,包括壳体,该壳体开设有开口,所述电子装置还包括一芯片卡固持组件,透过该开口可收取地收容于该壳体内,该芯片卡固持组件包括托盘及连接器,该托盘包括承载部及容置部,该容置部包括第一端部及具有开孔的第二端部,该承载部从该容置部的第一端部延伸,用于承载芯片卡,该连接器收容于该容置部中并从该开口露出。
所述壳体仅开设一开口以收容该托盘,该托盘上开设开孔,该托盘承载芯片卡及收容连接器,该连接器从该开孔上露出。因此,该壳体仅开设一开口就满足了收容芯片卡及连接器的需要,避免一般为了保有收容芯片卡及连接器,需要开设各自对应的开口,保持了较好的壳体整体性。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施例的电子装置100可为移动电话、平板电脑及个人数字助理等。该电子装置100包括壳体10、托盘20、连接器30、电路板40及顶持件50。
请参阅图2,该壳体10大致呈长方体中空结构,其一端的侧壁开设一开口12,该开口12连通该壳体10的内部与外部。该壳体10还包括肋部14及串接部16。该肋部14的数量为两个,分别沿该开口12的两侧边缘呈大致垂直向内延伸形成。本实施例中,该串接部16大致呈圆柱状且数量为两个,分布设置于该开口12的两侧。该壳体10在侧壁还开设一通孔18,该通孔18相邻该开口12设置。本实施例中,该通孔18的面积较小,仅可供一针状物60穿过伸入壳体10内部。
请参阅图2、图4及图5,该托盘20可抽取地收容于该开口12内。该托盘20包括承载部22、容置部24、卡勾28及凸棱29。该容置部24包括第一端部25及第二端部26。该承载部22由该容置部24的第一端部25延伸形成,其大致呈矩形框体,用于承载一芯片卡,如SIM卡及存储卡。本实施例中,该承载部22的中部镂空,以使承载的芯片卡下部可从该承载部露出,以连接其他电子元件。该容置部24中部开设一容置槽242。该容置槽242用于容置所述连接器30。所述卡勾28的数量为两个,分别设置于该容置部24的两侧。该卡勾28分别卡持于壳体10的两个肋部14,以将该托盘20卡固于壳体10。该卡勾28包括卡持面282及滑动面284。该滑动面284相对该卡持面282倾斜设置。该卡勾28具有一定的弹性,当该滑动面284收到外力时,该卡勾28可向该容置部24内压缩。当该托盘20收容于壳体10的开口12内时,该卡持面282对应抵持于该肋部14。该容置部24具有比该承载部22较大的厚度,该承载部22连接至该容置部24一侧的上部,该容置部24该侧的下部露出。该第二端部26比该容置部24具有较大的宽度,当该托盘20从该开口12收容于壳体10内时,该第二端部26封闭该开口12。该第二端部26对应该容置槽242还开设有一开孔262,以露出该容置槽242。所述连接器30容置于该容置槽242内,并可由该开孔262露出。该凸棱29设置于该容置部24的底部并由该第二端部26沿该容置部24相向第一端部25方向延伸形成。
请参阅图1及图2,该电路板40包括叠设的第一连接板42及第二连接板44。当该托盘20收容于壳体10内时,该第一连接板42连接至该承载部22,并可电性连接至该承载部22上承载的芯片卡,以实现该芯片卡的电路功能;该第二连接板44电性连接至该连接器30,以实现该连接器30的电路功能。本实施例中,该连接器30可为USB连接器,该连接器30接入USB数据线以进一步连接至外部设备,从而实现数据信息及电能的交互等功能。
请参阅图3、图4及图5,该顶持件50包括第一顶持块52及第二顶持块54。该第一顶持块52及第二顶持块54分别串接至所述两个串接部16上,并可以该串接部16为轴转动。该第一顶持块52包括推压部522、啮齿部524及斜压面526。该第二顶持块54与第一顶持块52之结构大致相同,具有相同的啮齿部及斜压面,且第二顶持块54可省略设置该推压部。该推压部522对应于该通孔18的位置。该第二顶持块54与第一顶持块52的啮齿部524相啮合。该斜压面526对应配合于该卡勾28的斜滑面284。
请参阅图2至图5,将该托盘20收容于壳体10内时,该承载部22承载有芯片卡,且承载部22朝向该开口12伸入壳体10内部,该卡勾28沿肋部14向内滑动,直至该卡勾28的斜滑面284越过该肋部14。此时,该卡持面282顶持之该肋部14,该顶持件50位于该承载部24的下方,并与该凸棱29的凸出一侧对应,且该第二顶持块54的啮齿部524一侧间隔该凸棱29一预定距离;该滑动面284对应该斜压面526,该第二端部26封闭该开口12,该连接器30从该第二端部26中露出,以方便接入外部设备;该承载部22伸入至该第一连接板42,以使第一连接板42电性连接该芯片卡;该第二连接板44电性连接至该连接器30。从而,当该托盘20承载芯片卡并卡持收容于壳体10内时,该芯片卡及连接器30均电性连接至电路板40以实现对应的功能。
当将托盘20从壳体10内退出时,通过针状物60穿过该通孔18并顶推该推压部522,迫使该顶持件50的第一顶持块52绕该串接部16转动。该斜压面526压迫该斜滑面284并沿斜滑面284滑动,该卡勾28受到该斜压面526的压力向容置部24收缩,直至该斜压面526越过该斜滑面284,以将该卡持面282顶离该肋部14,从而解锁该卡勾28。此时,由于该第一顶持块52转动而由啮齿部524带动该第二顶持块54一并转动,并带动该第二顶持块54的啮齿部524的一侧顶持至该凸棱29。继续顶推该推压部522,从而该第一顶持块52带动该第二顶持块54继续顶推该凸棱29,以将该托盘20进一步退出该壳体10,当托盘20退出至一定程度,可供用户取出该托盘20,以进一步取出或更换芯片卡。
可以理解,该顶持件50的数量可仅为一个,且可由该啮齿部523的侧面顶持至该凸棱29,以推动该托盘20。当该顶持件50的数量为一个时,该串接部16亦设置数量为一个,分布设置于相对应该通孔18该开口12的其中一侧。
所述壳体10仅开设一开口12以收容该托盘20,该托盘20上开设开孔262,该托盘20承载芯片卡及收容连接器30,该连接器30从该开孔262上露出。因此,该壳体10仅开设一开口就满足了收容芯片卡及连接器30的需要,避免一般为了保有收容芯片卡及连接器30,需要开设各自对应的开口,保持了较好的壳体10整体性。
综上所述,尽管为说明目的已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,然而,本发明不只局限于如上所述的实施例,在不超出本发明基本技术思想的范畴内,相关行业的技术人员可对其进行多种变形及应用。
Claims (10)
1.一种芯片卡固持组件,用于可收取地收容于一电子装置壳体内,其特征在于:所述芯片卡固持组件包括托盘及连接器,该托盘包括承载部及容置部,该容置部包括第一端部及具有开孔的第二端部,该承载部由该容置部的第一端部延伸,用于承载芯片卡,该连接器收容于该容置部中并从该第二端部的开孔露出。
2.如权利要求1所述的芯片卡固持组件,其特征在于:所述托盘还包括至少一卡勾,该至少一卡勾设置于该容置部的至少一侧,该卡勾用于可解锁地抵持于该壳体。
3.一种电子装置,包括壳体,该壳体开设有开口,其特征在于:所述电子装置还包括一芯片卡固持组件,透过该开口可收取地收容于该壳体内,该芯片卡固持组件包括托盘及连接器,该托盘包括承载部及容置部,该容置部包括第一端部及具有开孔的第二端部,该承载部从该容置部的第一端部延伸,用于承载芯片卡,该连接器收容于该容置部中并从该开口露出。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述托盘还包括至少一卡勾,该至少一卡勾设置于该容置部的至少一侧,该卡勾用于抵持于该壳体。
5.如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述壳体包括肋部及串接部,该肋部沿该开口的侧边缘呈大致垂直向内延伸形成,该串接部大致呈圆柱状,分布设置于该开口的侧向。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电子装置还包括包括串接于该串接部的一顶持块,该顶持块绕该串接部转动,该顶持块包括推压部及斜压面,该斜压面对应配合于该卡勾的斜滑面。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电子装置还包括凸棱,该凸棱位于该容置部的底部,该顶持块位于该容置部的下方并对应该凸棱,该顶持块可抵持该凸棱。
8.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电子装置还包括第一顶持块及第二顶持块,该第一顶持块及第二顶持块可分别绕该串接部转动,该第一顶持块包括推压部、啮齿部及斜压面,该第二顶持块与第一顶持块的啮齿部相啮合,该斜压面对应配合于该卡勾的斜滑面。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电子装置还包括凸棱,该凸棱位于该容置部的底部,该第一顶持块及第二顶持块位于该容置部的下方并对应该凸棱,该第一顶持块或第二顶持块的啮齿部抵持该凸棱。
10.如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电子装置还包括电路板,该电路板还包括第一连接板及第二连接板,该承载部承载的芯片卡电性连接至该第一连接板,该连接器电性连接至该第二连接板。
