Description

空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣結構改良
本發明係為一種空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣結構改良,尤其是指一種汽缸設有複數個出氣孔,該複數個出氣孔與一提供活塞體運作之汽缸及一提供馬達固定之機板被設計成一體成型製造,而空氣壓縮機所產生之壓縮空氣可由該等複數個出氣孔進入儲氣座之儲氣室內,在單位時間進入汽缸之儲氣室的壓縮空氣量大增,使被壓縮空氣能快速地通過出氣孔進入儲氣室內,致使活塞體之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率。
現階段所使用之空氣壓縮機,其構造基本上係具有一汽缸,該汽缸內可提供活塞體進行往復運動而產生壓縮空氣,所產生之壓縮空氣可由汽缸之出氣孔推移一閥門機構,讓壓縮空氣進入另一用於儲存壓縮空氣之空間,該空間可為一儲氣座(或是集氣箱tank)內的空間,儲氣座另設有出氣口,可將壓縮空氣輸往待充氣的物品上,以完成整個充氣之目的。由於習知汽缸及儲氣座二者間的中間壁上僅設有單一出氣孔,該出氣孔之開啟或關閉係受制於一閥門機構,而閥門機構是由一閥座及一彈簧所構成,活塞體所產生之壓縮空氣將閥座推移並壓縮彈簧,壓縮空氣可進入儲氣座之儲氣室內,由於集存在儲氣室內的壓縮空氣會對閥座產生背向壓,在打氣階段該背向壓會壓制閥座之開啟,相對的即是讓活塞體運作時所產生之壓縮空氣要推移該閥座時會更具有阻力而不順暢,此種讓活塞體運作時更具有阻力的因 素,充氣速度變慢,甚容易造成空氣壓縮機之馬達過熱,馬達運轉效率衰減,乃至於潛伏馬達燒毀的缺失。本發明人即是有鑑於習知空氣壓縮機之汽缸結構設計仍存有缺失,乃予以研發,經多次努力乃發展出本發明。
本發明之主要目的,其係提供一種空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣結構改良,空氣壓縮機於汽缸設有複數個出氣孔,該複數個出氣孔與一提供活塞體運作之汽缸及一提供馬達固定之機板被設計成一體成型製造,而呈一獨立個體的結構狀態。
本發明之另一目的,其係提供一種空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣結構改良,空氣壓縮機於汽缸設有複數個出氣孔,空氣壓縮機所產生之壓縮空氣可由該等複數個出氣孔進入儲氣座之儲氣室內,致令單位時間進入汽缸之儲氣室的壓縮空氣量大增。

為使審查員更能詳細了解本發明之具體結構,請參考第一至三圖,本發明中之空氣壓縮機,其係將提供活塞體14運作之汽缸2及提供馬達12固定之機板11設計成一體成型,即為一獨立個體的結構狀態,該汽缸2之一端具有一可供活塞體14伸入之開口20,而另一端則為一設置有出氣孔之頂壁21,機板11具有上圓孔111及下圓孔112,上圓孔111可固定住馬達12,下圓孔112則可提供齒輪13嵌固,該馬達12可帶動齒輪13旋轉,由齒輪13同時連動一設在汽缸2內之活塞體14,當馬達12轉動後,該活塞體14可在汽缸2內進行往復運動而能產生壓縮空氣,該壓縮空氣可通過頂壁21之出氣孔進入儲氣座3內,當然,該儲氣座3是用於集存所產生的壓縮空氣,而儲氣座3上設有一個或多個出氣歧管,譬如用於連結壓力錶30之歧管31,用於連結洩氣閥32之歧管33,另一歧管34則可銜接軟管(圖中未示出)至待充氣物上。
請同時參考第一至七圖,本發明在汽缸2頂壁21上設計出完全不同於習知單一出氣孔的設計方式,於頂壁21上設有複數個出氣孔,該複數個出氣孔與前述汽缸2及機板11係可被一體成型製造完成,於本發明之一實施例中的複數個出氣孔即為出氣孔4、5、6,該等複數個出氣孔4、5、6可為相同孔徑之氣孔(可參考第四圖),如出氣孔4之孔徑X、出氣 孔5之孔徑Y、出氣孔6之孔徑Z,孔徑X=Y=Z。前述出氣孔4、5、6是為開啟或關閉狀態,其完全受控於各出氣孔所屬之閥門機構,於本發明之一實施例中,一閥門機構是由一閥座及一彈簧所構成;該等閥座92、93、94可分別封閉住前述出氣孔4、5、6(可參考第五圖);彈簧82、83、84可分別置於閥座92、93、94上(可參考第七圖);於汽缸2頂端上設有一環垣22,該環垣22外周邊延伸出一環狀之外環凸垣221,該外環凸垣221與汽缸2頂端係存有一卡溝槽222,如第一及二圖所示;前述儲氣座3之內平面係往下延伸出複數個相隔離之豎柱37、38、39(可參考第三圖),於儲氣座3設有二相對向之嵌夾體35,藉由儲氣座3之嵌夾體35置進卡扣於汽缸2之卡溝槽222中,如第八圖所示,前述儲氣座3之相隔離的三隻豎柱37、38、39可套入前述彈簧82、83、84之另端,且讓三隻豎柱37、38、39之末端以些微距離位於前述閥座92、93、94之上方,限制閥座92、93、94在啟閉動作之彈升高度以達到控制壓縮空氣的進氣量;另方面,前述閥座92、93、94因彈簧82、83、84之彈張力而完全閉塞出氣孔4、5、6後,儲氣座3可和汽缸2相結合成一完整體,此種初始結合動作即如第六及八圖所示。
請參考第七及八圖,活塞體14在汽缸2內持續進行往復運動所產生之壓縮空氣,可分別推移相同孔徑之出氣孔4、5、6上的閥座92、93、94來進行壓縮彈簧82、83、84,使壓縮空氣可經由出氣孔4、5、6進入儲氣座3之儲氣室36內。汽缸2之活塞體14從開始運動到結束運動的期間,在初期打氣階段所產生之壓縮空氣量,其壓縮空氣可同時由出氣孔4、5、6快速進入儲氣室36內,使單位時間進入汽缸2之儲氣室36的壓縮空氣量大增;當到中後期打氣階段時,由於已有大量之壓縮空氣進入儲氣室36內,在儲氣室36內的壓縮空氣會對閥座92、93、94產生反作用力,在本文中以背向壓表示,該種背向壓現象會抑制閥座92、93、94的開啟,也意味 著活塞體14推送壓縮空氣更具有阻力,然本發明因汽缸2頂壁21具備複數個出氣孔及與其相稱之閥座92、93、94作為配合,儲氣室36內所存在之背向壓雖會令閥座92、93、94呈受壓狀態,但當儲氣室36內所存在之背向壓減少時,汽缸2內所持續產生的壓縮空氣會快速由出氣孔4、5、6進入儲氣室36內,整體而言,其可讓活塞體14的運作順暢而具備打氣效率,而能更輕鬆快速地達成充氣速度。
本發明之另一實施例係可將閥門機構不設有如同第三圖實施例中之閥座92、93、94,而是在複數個出氣孔4、5、6上另裝設O型環41、51、61及一簧片7(可參考第九至十一圖),該簧片7係具有一根部70,由根部70呈放射狀方式向周圍延伸出可和各出氣孔4、5、6相對應之分歧片72、73、74,亦即每一O型環41、51、61分別置於每一出氣孔4、5、6上,藉由簧片7根部70之定位孔71固定於汽缸2頂壁21上所設置的定位塊24,使其中一分歧片72壓觸於O型環41、另一分歧片73壓觸於另一O型環51、另一分歧片74壓觸於另一O型環61,致令出氣孔4、5、6分別被分歧片72、73、74所閉塞,如第十一圖所示;分歧片72、73、74之面積均相應於出氣孔4、5、6之孔徑。
本發明之不同實施例可如第十二圖所示,於汽缸2頂壁21上設有複數個不同孔徑之出氣孔42、52、62,該等出氣孔42、52、62之孔徑分別為孔徑A、B、C,孔徑A>B>C。前述出氣孔42、52、62是為開啟或關閉狀態,其完全受控於各出氣孔所屬之閥門機構,於本發明之另一實施例中的閥門機構,其亦可由一O型環、一彈簧及一簧片所構成,該簧片75亦具有一根部750,由根部750呈樹狀方式延伸出可和各出氣孔42、52、62相對應之分歧片752、753、754,如第十三圖所示,藉由簧片75根部750固定於汽缸2頂壁21上所設置的定位塊25,使出氣孔42、52、62分別被分歧 片752、753、754所閉塞。前述分歧片752、753、754之面積均相應於出氣孔42、52、62之孔徑,亦即大孔徑之出氣孔,其相應之分歧片之面積較大,相應於出氣孔42之分歧片752的面積R,相應於出氣孔52之分歧片753的面積M,相應於出氣孔62之分歧片754的面積N,分歧片面積R>M>N;該等分歧片752、753、754可分別封閉住前述出氣孔42、52、62(可參考第十三圖)。
綜觀前論,本發明突破習知空氣壓縮機之汽缸及儲氣座二者間的中間壁上僅設有單一出氣孔的設計方式,本發明藉由在汽缸2的頂壁21設有複數個出氣孔及與其相稱之閥門機構作為配合,在單位時間進入汽缸2之儲氣室36的壓縮空氣量大增,使被壓縮空氣能快速地通過出氣孔進入儲氣室36內,致使活塞體14之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率,本發明顯然具有進步性及實用性。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣結構改良,空氣壓縮機係具有一提供馬達固定之機板及一提供活塞體運作之汽缸,該汽缸之一端具有一供活塞體伸入之開口,而另一端則為一設置有出氣孔之頂壁,當馬達轉動後,該活塞體在汽缸內進行往復運動而能產生壓縮空氣,該壓縮空氣通過頂壁之出氣孔進入儲氣座之儲氣室內,於汽缸頂壁上設有複數個出氣孔,其特徵在於:該複數個出氣孔為不同孔徑之氣孔,該等出氣孔之孔徑分別為孔徑A、B、C,孔徑A>B>C,該複數個出氣孔與前述汽缸及機板係被一體成型製造完成,即為一獨立個體的結構狀態,於汽缸頂端上設有一環垣,該環垣外周邊延伸出一環狀之外環凸垣,該外環凸垣與汽缸頂端係存有一卡溝槽;前述儲氣座設有二相對向之嵌夾體,於儲氣座之內平面係往下延伸出複數個相隔離之豎柱,藉由儲氣座之嵌夾體置進卡扣於汽缸之卡溝槽中。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣結構改良,其中,前述複數個出氣孔均設置一相同結構之閥門機構,每一閥門機構亦可由一O型環、一彈簧及一簧片所構成。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣結構改良,其中,該簧片係具有一根部,由根部呈放射狀方式向周圍延伸出和各出氣孔相對應之分歧片,每一O型環分別置於每一出氣孔上,藉由簧片根部之定位孔固定於汽缸頂壁上所設置的定位塊,使該等分歧片分別壓觸於O型環上,致令出氣孔分別被分歧片所閉塞;分歧片之面積均相應於出氣孔之孔徑。
