Abstract
【解決手段】空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造であって、空気圧縮機は、モータ12を固定するメインフレーム11と、ピストン本体14が動作するシリンダ2とを有する。シリンダ2は、ピストン本体14を入り込ませる開口20を一端に有し、排気孔5,6を有する頂壁が他端に設けられる。モータ12が回転すると、ピストン本体14がシリンダ2内で往復運動して圧縮空気が発生し、頂壁の排気孔5,6を介して圧縮空気が空気貯蔵ユニット3の空気貯蔵チャンバ内に進入する。シリンダ2の頂壁には、複数個の排気孔が形成される。複数個の排気孔は、シリンダ2及びメインフレーム11とプラスチック材料により一体成形されて別体構造に形成される。シリンダ2の頂端には、環状ショルダ22が設けられる。

Description
本発明の他の目的は、空気圧縮機が発生させる圧縮空気が前記複数個の排気孔を介して空気貯蔵ユニットの空気貯蔵チャンバに進入し、シリンダの空気貯蔵チャンバに進入する単位時間当たりの圧縮空気量が増大する、空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造を提供することにある。

Claims (8)
- 空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造であって、
前記空気圧縮機は、モータを固定するメインフレームと、ピストン本体が動作するシリンダと、を有し、前記シリンダは、前記ピストン本体を入り込ませる開口を一端に有し、排気孔を有する頂壁が他端に設けられ、前記モータが回転すると、前記ピストン本体が前記シリンダ内で往復運動して圧縮空気が発生し、前記頂壁の前記排気孔を介して圧縮空気が空気貯蔵ユニットの空気貯蔵チャンバ内に進入し、
前記シリンダの前記頂壁には、複数個の排気孔が形成され、
前記複数個の排気孔は、前記シリンダ及び前記メインフレームとプラスチック材料により一体成形されて別体構造に形成され、前記シリンダの頂端には、環状ショルダが設けられ、前記環状ショルダの外周側部には、環状の外周フランジが延設され、前記外周フランジ及び前記シリンダの頂端には、係合溝が形成され、前記空気貯蔵ユニットには、互いに対向した2個の嵌合クランプが設けられ、前記空気貯蔵ユニットの内側平面には、互いに離間した複数個の縦ピンが下方へ延びるように設けられ、前記空気貯蔵ユニットの前記嵌合クランプが前記シリンダの前記係合溝に係合されることを特徴とする空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。 - 前記排気孔の穴径X,Y,Zは、X=Y=Zの関係にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。
- 前記複数個の排気孔は、同じ構造を有するバルブ機構をそれぞれ有し、
前記バルブ機構は、弁体及びばねにより構成され、
前記弁体は、前記排気孔をそれぞれ閉止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。 - 前記ばねは、前記弁体上にそれぞれ設置され、
前記空気貯蔵ユニットに設けた互いに離間した3本の縦ピンは、前記ばねの端部に嵌入され、
前記3本の縦ピンの末端が僅かな距離で前記弁体の上方に位置するため、前記弁体の開閉動作の跳ね上げ高さが制限され、圧縮空気の吸気量を制御し、
前記弁体は、前記ばねの付勢力により前記排気孔を完全に閉止することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。 - 前記複数個の排気孔は、同じ構造を有するバルブ機構をそれぞれ有し、
前記バルブ機構は、Oリング、ばね及びばね片により構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。 - 前記ばね片は、根元部を有し、各前記排気孔に対応したブランチが放射状に外方へ延び、前記Oリングが各前記排気孔にそれぞれ設置され、前記ばね片の前記根元部の位置決め孔が前記シリンダの前記頂壁上に設けた位置決めブロックに固定されると、前記ブランチが前記Oリングに圧接され、前記排気孔が前記ブランチによりそれぞれ閉止され、
前記ブランチの面積は、前記排気孔の面積に等しいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。 - 前記ばね片は、根元部を有し、各前記排気孔に対応したブランチがツリー状に外方へ延び、前記ばね片の前記根元部が前記シリンダの前記頂壁上に設けた位置決めブロックに固定されると、前記排気孔が前記ブランチによりそれぞれ閉止され、
前記ブランチの面積は、前記排気孔の面積に等しいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。 - 前記排気孔の穴径A,B,Cは、A>B>Cの関係にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。
