Abstract

本發明係提供一種空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,尤其是指一種汽缸設有複數個出氣孔,使空壓機從開始到結束打氣的進行期間,讓汽缸內之活塞體在進行往復壓縮運動時,在單位時間進入汽缸之儲氣室的壓縮空氣量大增,使被壓縮空氣能快速地通過出氣孔進入儲氣室內,致使活塞體之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率。

Description

空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良
本發明係為一種空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,尤其是指一種汽缸設有複數個相同孔徑之出氣孔,使空壓機從開始到結束打氣的進行期間,讓汽缸內之活塞體在進行往復壓縮運動時,在單位時間進入汽缸之儲氣室的壓縮空氣量大增,使被壓縮空氣能快速地通過出氣孔進入儲氣室內,致使活塞體之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率。
現階段所使用之空壓機,其構造基本上係具有一汽缸,該汽缸內可提供活塞體進行往復運動而產生壓縮空氣,所產生之壓縮空氣可由汽缸之出氣孔推移一閥門機構,讓壓縮空氣進入另一用於儲存壓縮空氣之空間,該空間可為一儲氣座(或是集氣箱tank)內的空間,儲氣座另設有出氣口,可將壓縮空氣輸往待充氣的物品上,以完成整個充氣之目的。由於習知汽缸及儲氣座二者間的中間壁上僅設有單一出氣孔,該出氣孔之開啟或關閉係受制於一閥門機構,而閥門機構是由一閥座及一彈簧所構成,活塞體所產生之壓縮空氣將閥座推移並壓縮彈簧,壓縮空氣可進入儲氣座之儲氣室內,由於集存在儲氣室內的壓縮空氣會對閥座產生背向壓,在打氣階段該背向壓會壓制閥座之開啟,相對的即是讓活塞體運作時所產生之壓縮空氣要推移該閥座時會更具有阻力而不順暢,此種讓活塞體運作時更具有阻力的因素,充氣速度變慢,甚容易造成空壓機之馬達過熱,馬達運轉效率衰減,乃至於潛伏馬達燒毀的缺失。本發明人即是有鑑於習知空壓機之汽缸結構設計仍存有缺失,乃予以研發,經多次努力乃發展出本發明。
本發明之主要目的,其係提供一種空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,空壓機於汽缸設有複數個出氣孔,空壓機所產生之壓縮空氣可由該等複數個出氣孔進入儲氣座之儲氣室內,致令單位時間進入汽缸之儲氣室的壓縮空氣量大增。
本發明之另一目的,其係提供一種空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,空壓機中提供活塞體進行往復運動之汽缸設有複數個相同孔徑之出氣孔,使空壓機從開始到結束打氣的進行期間,讓汽缸內之活塞體在進行往復壓縮運動時,在單位時間進入汽缸之儲氣室的壓縮空氣量大增,使被壓縮空氣能快速地通過出氣孔進入儲氣室內,致使活塞體之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率,而能輕鬆快速地達成充氣速度。
為使審查員更能詳細了解本發明之具體結構,請參考第一及二圖,本發明中之空壓機基本上具有一機板11,該機板11上同時固定一馬達12,該馬達12可帶動齒輪13旋轉,由齒輪13同時連動一設在汽缸2內之活塞體14,該活塞體14可在汽缸2內進行往復運動而能產生壓縮空氣,該壓縮空氣可進入儲氣座3內,當然,該儲氣座3是用於集存所產生的壓縮空氣,而儲氣座3上設有一個或多個出氣歧管,譬如用於連結壓力錶30之歧管31,用於連結洩氣閥32之歧管33,另一歧管34則可銜接軟管(圖中未示出)至待充氣物上。
請同時參考第二至七圖,本發明在汽缸2的出氣孔設計完全不同於習知的設計方式,在讓壓縮空氣輸出之汽缸2的界面,在本發明實施例中可為汽缸2的頂壁21,於頂壁21上設有複數個出氣孔,該汽缸2及其複數個出氣孔與前述機板11係可被一體成型製造完成,於本實施例中之複數個出氣孔即為出氣孔4、5、6,該等複數個出氣孔4、5、6可為相同孔徑之氣孔(可參考第三圖),如出氣孔4之孔徑X、出氣孔5之孔徑Y、出氣孔6之孔徑Z,孔徑X=Y=Z。前述出氣孔4、5、6是為開啟或關閉狀態,其完全受控於各出氣孔所屬之閥門機構,每一閥門機構均是由一O型環、一彈簧及所共用之一簧片所構成,該簧片7係具有一根部70,由根部70向外延伸出可和各出氣孔4、5、6相對應之分歧片72、73、74,亦即一O型環41置於出氣孔4;另一O型環51置於另一出氣孔5;另一O型環61置於另一出氣孔6;藉由簧片7根部70之定位孔71固定於壓縮筒2頂壁21上所設之一定位塊24,使其中一分歧片72壓觸於O型環41、另一分歧片73壓觸於另一O型環51、另一分歧片74壓觸於另一O型環61,致令出氣孔4、5、6分別被分歧片72、73、74所閉塞(可同時參考第四及七圖);彈簧82、83、84之一端可分別置於分歧片72、73、74上(可同時參考第二及七圖);於汽缸2頂端上設有一環垣22,該環垣22外周邊延伸出一環狀之外環凸垣221,該外環凸垣221與汽缸2頂端係存有一卡溝槽222;前述儲氣座3設有二相對向之嵌夾體35(可參考第五圖),該嵌夾體35包含有一由儲氣座3之底端緣向外側延伸出的短板351,於短板351末端係設有一L型卡掣部352,於儲氣座3之內平面係往下延伸出複數個相隔離之豎柱37、38、39,該等豎柱37、38、39依序形成不同大小圓徑之底階台371、381、391、中階台372、382、392及頂階台373、383、393,藉由儲氣座3之嵌夾體35置進並將L型卡掣部352卡扣於汽缸2之卡溝槽222中,如第八圖所示,前述儲氣座3之相隔離的三隻豎柱37、38、39可套入前述彈簧82、83、84之另端,該等彈簧82、83、84可分別位在前述豎柱37、38、39之中階台372、382、392外圍且抵觸於底階台371、381、391上,且讓三隻豎柱37、38、39之末端以些微距離位於前述分歧片72、73、74之上方,可限制分歧片72、73、74在啟閉動作之彈升高度,以避免因壓縮空氣之壓力作用而易導致彈性疲乏的現象;另方面,前述分歧片72、73、74可因彈簧82、83、84之彈張力而完全閉塞出氣孔4、5、6,如第七圖所示。
請參考第七及八圖,活塞體14在汽缸2內持續進行往復運動所產生之壓縮空氣,可分別推移相同孔徑之出氣孔4、5、6上的分歧片72、73、74來進行壓縮彈簧82、83、84,使壓縮空氣可經由出氣孔4、5、6進入儲氣座3之儲氣室36內。汽缸2之活塞體14從開始運動到結束運動的期間,在初期打氣階段所產生之壓縮空氣量,其壓縮空氣可同時由出氣孔4、5、6快速進入儲氣室36內,使單位時間進入汽缸2之儲氣室36的壓縮空氣量大增;當到中後期打氣階段時,由於已有大量之壓縮空氣進入儲氣室36內,在儲氣室36內的壓縮空氣會對分歧片72、73、74產生反作用力,在本文中以背向壓表示,該種背向壓現象會抑制分歧片72、73、74的開啟,也意味著活塞體14推送壓縮空氣更具有阻力,然本發明因汽缸2頂壁21具備複數個出氣孔及與其相稱之分歧片72、73、74作為配合,儲氣室36內所存在之背向壓雖會令分歧片72、73、74呈受壓狀態,但當儲氣室36內所存在之背向壓減少時,汽缸2內所持續產生的壓縮空氣會快速由出氣孔4、5、6進入儲氣室36內,整體而言,其可讓活塞體14的運作順暢而具備打氣效率,而能更輕鬆快速地達成充氣速度。
請參閱第二圖,彈簧82、83、84可分別置於分歧片72、73、74上,使分歧片72、73、74受到彈簧82、83、84之彈張力而關閉速度較快,當然,本發明亦可猶如第九圖所示,即無須加設彈簧82、83、84而直接依靠分歧片72、73、74之回彈力,即可完全閉塞出氣孔4、5、6。
綜觀前論,本發明突破習知空壓機之汽缸及儲氣座二者間的中間壁上僅設有單一出氣孔的設計方式,本發明藉由在汽缸2的頂壁21設有複數個相同孔徑之出氣孔4、5、6及與其相稱之相同孔徑之分歧片72、73、74作為配合,在單位時間進入汽缸2之儲氣室36的壓縮空氣量大增,使被壓縮空氣能快速地通過出氣孔4、5、6進入儲氣室36內,致使活塞體14之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率,本發明顯然具有進步性及實用性。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,空壓機基本上具有一機板,於機板上固定一馬達,該馬達可帶動齒輪旋轉,由齒輪連動一設在汽缸內之活塞體,該活塞體可在汽缸內進行往復運動而能產生壓縮空氣,該壓縮空氣可進入儲氣座之儲氣室內,其特徵在於:汽缸的頂壁上設有複數個相同孔徑之出氣孔。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,其中,該汽缸及其複數個出氣孔與前述機板係為一體成型製造者。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,其中,相同出氣孔之孔徑X=Y=Z。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,其中,前述複數個出氣孔均設置相同結構之一閥門機構,每一閥門機構是由一O型環、一彈簧及所共用之一簧片所構成,該簧片係具有一根部,由根部向外延伸出可和各出氣孔相對應之分歧片,O型環置於出氣孔,藉由簧片根部之定位孔固定於壓縮筒頂壁上所設之一定位塊,使分歧片壓觸於O型環,致令出氣孔分別被分歧片所閉塞。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,其中,前述儲氣座設有二相對向之嵌夾體,該嵌夾體包含有一由儲氣座之底端緣向外側延伸出的短板,於短板末端係設有一L型卡掣部。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,其中,於汽缸頂端上設有一環垣,該環垣外周邊延伸出一環狀之外環凸垣,該外環凸垣與汽缸頂端係存有一卡溝槽,前述彈簧可分別置於分歧片上;於儲氣座之內平面係往下延伸出複數個相隔離之豎柱,該等豎柱依序形成不同大小圓徑之底階台、中階台及頂階台,藉由儲氣座之嵌夾體置進並將L型卡掣部卡扣於汽缸之卡溝槽中,前述儲氣座之相隔離的三隻豎柱可套入前述彈簧之另端,該等彈簧可分別位在前述豎柱之中階台外圍且抵觸於底階台上,且讓三隻豎柱之末端以些微距離位於前述分歧片之上方,可限制分歧片在啟閉動作之彈升高度,避免因壓縮空氣之壓力作用而易導致彈性疲乏的現象;前述分歧片可因彈簧之彈張力而完全閉塞出氣孔。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空壓機之汽缸出氣構造改良,其中,前述複數個出氣孔均設置相同結構之一閥門機構,每一閥門機構是由一O型環及所共用之一簧片所構成,該簧片係具有一根部,由根部向外延伸出可和各出氣孔相對應之分歧片,O型環置於出氣孔,藉由簧片根部之定位孔固定於壓縮筒頂壁上所設之一定位塊,使分歧片壓觸於O型環,致令出氣孔分別被分歧片所閉塞。
