Description

LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成
本發明係關於一種LED燈泡的改良,尤指一種LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成結構設計。
習知LED燈泡,主要係包含一散熱鰭片組、一散熱基座、一絕緣接頭及LED發光單元等構件,並可結合一燈罩以組成一LED燈泡,其中,關於散熱鰭片組與散熱基座的組合,如新型第M389826號或第M419035號專利所揭示者,均係將複數散熱鰭片植立結合於一中空管形的散熱基座外周圍,利用散熱基座將LED發光元件的熱溫傳遞至各散熱鰭片,以供進行散熱,因此此種LED燈泡的實施形態,其不可或缺的必須配置一中空管形的散熱基座,用以提供複數散熱鰭片形成輻射方向的植立結合,使LED發光元件的熱溫可通過中空管形的散熱基座傳遞至散熱鰭片組,而完成散熱工作。
另一種習知的LED燈泡,例如新型第M400660號或第M413817號專利所揭示者,其關於散熱鰭片組與散熱基座的組合,同樣都是使用一平板狀散熱基座,但係於散熱基座成型設有複數個凸柱,用以提供散熱鰭片於頂面折邊預設的對應孔洞,形成相互套入的扣合,此種扣合結構設計,雖利用尺寸公差可達成凸柱與孔洞的緊密扣合,但卻難以確保該散熱鰭片的頂面折邊與散熱基座形成完全密合的貼置接觸,一但於頂面折邊與散熱基座產生任何的間隙, 就會導致該散熱基座無法將熱溫有效的傳遞至散熱鰭片,因此減損或降低其散熱功能。除此,針對該散熱鰭片與散熱基座的扣合結構,其必須具備高度的精確性,不容許出現絲毫的偏差,故整體實施的困難度較大,容易造成高不良率。
本發明之主要目的,乃在於提供一種LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成結構設計,該LED燈泡係包括一散熱鰭片組、一散熱基座、一絕緣接頭,該散熱鰭片組係由複數個散熱鰭片所環繞構成,散熱基座係呈一平板形狀,且於散熱基座的內端面周邊開設複數個呈間距環繞的插槽,各散熱鰭片並於直立向的頂端均具有一插植部,以利用各散熱鰭片的插植部可分別插入散熱基座的對應插槽,再通過沖壓方式使插槽產生擠壓變形,進而將各散熱鰭片環繞插植於與散熱基座的插槽,故整體結構精簡合理,且實施組裝非常簡易,極適合通過一次的沖壓,就能將全部的散熱鰭片一次緊配結合於散熱基座。
本發明之次要目的,乃在於提供一種LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成結構設計,其中,所述散熱鰭片組的各散熱鰭片,其直立向的頂端係具有兩個或兩個以上的階級部,其中一階級部為插植部,而位於內側的階級部則為一水平折片,並使各內側的階級部可相鄰排列而形成一環狀平面,以利用該環狀平面可直接貼觸散熱基座,使散熱基座的吸收熱溫更快傳遞至散熱鰭片,增進散熱功能。
本發明之又一目的,乃在於提供一種LED燈泡的散熱 鰭片與散熱基座組成結構設計,其中,所述散熱鰭片的插植部,其係一反折成型的雙層(或多層)插植部,該雙層插植部係可對應插入散熱基座的插槽,且散熱基座的插槽寬度係略大於反折雙層插植部的厚度,為利用一沖壓沖頭針對該雙層插植部的反折部份及插槽側壁施以沖壓,使該反折部份可完全埋入插槽,並同時擠壓插槽側壁而產生一壓平變形部,而利用該壓平變形部可緊密壓置於插植部的反折部份,形成極穩固的壓扣結合,因此能確保散熱鰭片與插槽絕不會發生脫落或鬆動情事。
本發明之再一目的,乃在於提供一種LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成結構設計,其中,所述各散熱鰭片係均可於開口端的外邊緣,皆設有一扣接槽,並於各散熱鰭片環繞構成一散熱鰭片組時,利用扣接槽以供一燈罩可扣接結合於散熱鰭片組的開口端。
本發明之另一目的,乃在於提供一種LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成結構設計,其中,所述各散熱鰭片係均可於底端的外邊緣,皆設有一外扣合槽,並於各散熱鰭片環繞構成一散熱鰭片組時,利用外扣合槽配合絕緣接頭而形成扣接結合。
本發明之另一目的,乃在於提供一種LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成結構設計,其中,所述各散熱鰭片係均可於底端的內邊緣,皆設有一內扣合槽,並於各散熱鰭片環繞構成一散熱鰭片組時,利用內扣合槽配合絕緣接頭的嵌勾片形成固定扣合,以確保絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片模組不會發生旋轉移位。
茲依附圖實施例將本發明結構特徵及其他作用、目的詳細說明如下:如第一、二圖所示,係本發明所為「LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成」的主要實施例,該LED燈泡主要係包括一散熱鰭片組10、一散熱基座2、一絕緣接頭3,或更進一步可於散熱鰭片組10的開口端結合一燈罩4,其中:散熱鰭片組10,係由複數個散熱鰭片1所環繞構成,各散熱鰭片1並於直立向的頂端均具有一插植部11;散熱基座2,係呈平板形狀,並於散熱基座2內端面2a的周邊開設複數個呈間距環繞的插槽21(如第三圖),而散熱基座2的外端面2b則可配置結合一包含複數LED串列組成的發光基板或其他任意選定的LED發光單元(圖中未顯示),且基座板體亦可開設適配的鑽孔22、23,用以提供發光基板或LED發光單元的線路安裝;絕緣接頭3,係供穿置結合於散熱鰭片組10;利用上述主要構件,其係將各散熱鰭片1直立向頂端的插植部11分別對應插入散熱基座2的插槽21,並將插槽21施以沖壓產生擠壓變形,使散熱鰭片1的插植部11與散熱基座2的插槽21形成環繞插植的緊配結合(如第四圖),進而結合絕緣接頭3或另結合一燈罩4以組成一LED燈泡。
依上述本發明的實施特徵,主要在於利用一平板形狀的散熱基座2,而於內端面2a周邊開設複數個呈間距環繞 的插槽21,以供匹配對應於各散熱鰭片1的插植部11,而適合通過沖壓完成緊配結合,故整體的結合更為迅速、簡化且牢固。
如實施例圖所示,上述散熱鰭片1的插植部11,其係可為一反折成型的雙層(或多層)插植部11,如第五圖所示,該散熱基座2的插槽21寬度係略大於反折雙層插植部11的厚度,於插入後使插槽21仍具有一適當間隙211,藉此可利用一沖壓沖頭5針對該雙層插植部11的反折部份111及插槽側壁212施以垂直對位沖壓(依序如第六圖至第八圖所示),使該反折部份111可接受沖壓沖頭5的精確沖壓而完全埋入插槽21,並同時同步擠壓插槽側壁212而產生一壓平變形部212a,利用該壓平變形部212a緊密壓置於插植部11的反折部份111(如第七、八圖),即形成極穩固的壓扣結合,因此能確保散熱鰭片1與插槽21絕不會脫落或鬆動。至於,所述沖壓沖頭5在進行沖壓時,其係同時同步擠壓該插槽側壁212,因金屬(如鋁料)受到強力沖壓時會產生一跑料現象,亦即材料的瞬間移動變形,故可確保散熱鰭片1並不會出現朝向一側偏斜的現象,且.申請人亦已實作測試,證明效果確實極佳,茲併說明。
如第九圖所示,上述本發明的散熱鰭片1,其直立向的頂端係具有兩個或兩個以上的階級部,其中一階級部為插植部11,而位於內側的階級部則彎折具有一水平折片12,並使各內側階級部的水平折片12可相鄰排列而構成一環狀平面(如第二圖),以利用該環狀平面可緊密貼觸於散熱基座2的內端面2a,使散熱基座2的吸收熱溫能更快傳遞 至各散熱鰭片1,以增進其散熱功能。依此設計,由於環狀平面與散熱基座2的內端面2a係呈緊密貼觸,而不會產生相離間隙,故可確保散熱基座2熱溫能快速傳遞至各散熱鰭片1。
依第九圖所示,本發明所述散熱鰭片1的插植部11,其係可為一反折成型的雙層或多層形態,以利用反折的插植部11對應插入散熱基座2的插槽21,而於通過沖壓後可獲得更穩固的壓持結合。另所述各散熱鰭片1,亦均可於開口端的外邊緣13,皆設有一扣接槽131,而於各散熱鰭片1環繞構成一散熱鰭片組10時,利用複數個扣接槽131以提供一燈罩4形成相對扣接,使該燈罩4可簡易固定結合於散熱鰭片組10的開口端(如第十圖)。
依第十圖所示,上述各散熱鰭片1亦均可於底端的外邊緣13,皆設有一外扣合槽132,並於各散熱鰭片1環繞構成一散熱鰭片組10時,可利用複數個外扣合槽132配合絕緣接頭3而形成穩固的扣接結合。
關於散熱鰭片組10與絕緣接頭3的結合,其實施時並不侷限於上述結合形態,例如第十一圖及第十二圖所示另一種實施形態的散熱鰭片1’,其亦可在各散熱鰭片1’的內邊緣預設一延伸折片14’,並於該延伸折片14’的底端開設一內扣合槽141’,於各散熱鰭片1’環繞構成一散熱鰭片組10’時,即可利用複數內扣合槽141’配合絕緣接頭3’所預設呈環形排列的嵌勾片31’,形成快速的扣接結合。
上述複數個嵌勾片31’,其係於絕緣接頭3’穿置結合於散熱鰭片組10’時,即可一次同時扣合於內扣合槽141’, 而形成穩固扣合,並能確保絕緣接頭3’與散熱鰭片組10’不會產生相對的旋轉移位。
本發明中所配合使用的絕緣接頭3,其形態亦不拘於特定,例如第一、二圖實施例所示的絕緣接頭3,其係一中空殻座,於上端具有一可穿置散熱鰭片組10的管柱32,下端具有一標準規格的螺合部33,並套設結合一習知的金屬導電接頭331,該絕緣接頭3的中段則具有一環狀簷部34,該環狀簷部34係於內緣設有一環狀卡扣341,以供與各散熱鰭片1的外扣合槽132形成扣接結合(如第十圖)。
如第十二圖實施例所示的另一絕緣接頭3’,亦係一中空殻座,其上端為一環狀簷部34’,並具有呈環形排列的複數個嵌勾片31’,用以提供各散熱鰭片1’的內扣合槽141’形成相互的扣接結合。
依本發明設計,其中,所述散熱基座2的插槽21形狀,係亦可配合散熱鰭片1的插植部11形狀而為對應改變,以使插植部11均可匹配插入插槽21,例如散熱鰭片1係呈彎折片形狀時,該插植部11亦可能呈彎曲形狀,則插槽21亦可形成對應的彎曲插槽,以供精確插植。此外,所述散熱鰭片1的插植部11,除可實施為反折的雙層或多層形態,必要時亦可實施為僅單層的形態,凡此均屬簡易改變,均仍不脫本案的主要技術特徵。
綜上所述,本發明所為LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成設計,其手段運用及結構特徵皆已不同於習知,並具有顯著的進步功效,應符合新穎性及進步性要件無訛,敬祈 依法審查賜准專利,實感德便。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成,該LED燈泡係包括一散熱鰭片組、一散熱基座、一絕緣接頭,而其特徵在於:散熱鰭片組,係由複數個散熱鰭片所環繞構成,各散熱鰭片並於直立向的頂端均具有一插植部,且該散熱鰭片的插植部係一反折成型的雙層插植部;散熱基座,係呈一平板形狀,並於散熱基座內端面的周邊開設複數個呈間距環繞的插槽,而該插槽寬度係略大於上述反折雙層插植部的厚度;絕緣接頭,係供結合於散熱鰭片組;利用上述構件,其係將各散熱鰭片直立向頂端的插植部分別對應插入散熱基座的插槽,並以一沖壓沖頭對上述雙層插植部的反折部份及該插槽側壁施以沖壓,使該反折部份完全埋入插槽,同時擠壓該插槽側壁而產生一可壓置插植部的壓平變形部,使散熱鰭片的插植部與散熱基座的插槽形成環繞插植的緊配結合,進而結合絕緣接頭以組成一LED燈泡。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成,該散熱鰭片組係於開口端結合一燈罩。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成,該散熱基座係設有鑽孔。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成,該散熱鰭片組的散熱鰭片係於直立向的頂端具有兩個以上的階級部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成,其中一階級部為插植部,而位於內側的階級部係彎折具有一水平折片,並使各內側階級部的水平折片係相鄰排列而構成一可貼觸於散熱基座內端面的環狀平面。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成,所述環繞構成散熱鰭片組的複數個散熱鰭片,各散熱鰭片係於開口端的外邊緣,皆設有一可相對扣接一燈罩的扣接槽。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈泡的散熱鰭片與散熱基座組成,所述環繞構成散熱鰭片組的複數個散熱鰭片,各散熱鰭片係於底端的外邊緣,皆設有一可扣接結合絕緣接頭的外扣合槽。
