Abstract

本发明涉及一种LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成结构设计,该LED灯泡系包括一散热鳍片组、一散热基座、一绝缘接头,或于散热鳍片组的开口端结合一灯罩,其特征在于该散热基座系呈平板形状,且该散热基座系于内端面的周边开设复数个呈间距环绕的插槽,而散热鳍片组系由复数个散热鳍片所环绕构成,各散热鳍片于直立向的顶端均具有一插植部,以利用各散热鳍片的插植部分别插入散热基座的对应插槽,再通过冲压方式令插槽产生挤压变形,进而使散热鳍片的顶端与散热基座的插槽形成环绕插植的紧配结合,用以配合绝缘接头或结合灯罩而组成一LED灯泡。

LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成
技术领域
本发明是关于一种LED灯泡的改良,尤指一种LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成结构设计。
背景技术
习知LED灯泡,主要系包含一散热鳍片组、一散热基座、一绝缘接头及LED发光单元等构件,并可结合一灯罩以组成一LED灯泡,其中,关于散热鳍片组与散热基座的组合,如中国台湾新型第M389826号或第M419035号专利所揭示,均系将复数散热鳍片植立结合于一中空管形的散热基座外周围,利用散热基座将LED发光组件的热温传递至各散热鳍片,以供进行散热,因此此种LED灯泡的实施形态,其不可或缺的必须配置一中空管形的散热基座,用以提供复数散热鳍片形成辐射方向的植立结合,使LED发光组件的热温可通过中空管形的散热基座传递至散热鳍片组,而完成散热工作。
另一种习知的LED灯泡,例如中国台湾新型第M400660号或第M413817号专利所揭示,其关于散热鳍片组与散热基座的组合,同样都是使用一平板状散热基座,但系于散热基座成型设有复数个凸柱,用以提供散热鳍片于顶面折边预设的对应孔洞,形成相互套入的扣合,此种扣合结构设计,虽利用尺寸公差可达成凸柱与孔洞的紧密扣合,但却难以确保该散热鳍片的顶面折边与散热基座形成完全密合的贴置接触,一但于顶面折边与散热基座产生任何的间隙,就会导致该散热基座无法将热温有效的传递至散热鳍片,因此减损或降低其散热功能。除此,针对该散热鳍片与散热基座的扣合结构,其必须具备高度的精确性,不容许出现丝毫的偏差,故整体实施的困难度较大,容易造成高不良率。
发明内容
本发明之主要目的,乃在于提供一种LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成结构设计,该LED灯泡系包括一散热鳍片组、一散热基座、一绝缘接头,该散热鳍片组系由复数个散热鳍片所环绕构成,散热基座系呈一平板形状,且于散热基座的内端面周边开设复数个呈间距环绕的插槽,各散热鳍片并于直立向的顶端均具有一插植部,以利用各散热鳍片的插植部可分别插入散热基座的对应插槽,再通过冲压方式使插槽产生挤压变形,进而将各散热鳍片环绕插植于与散热基座的插槽,故整体结构精简合理,且实施组装非常简易,极适合通过一次的冲压,就能将全部的散热鳍片一次紧配结合于散热基座。
本发明之次要目的,乃在于提供一种LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成结构设计,其中,所述散热鳍片组的各散热鳍片,其直立向的顶端系具有两个或两个以上的阶级部,其中一阶级部为插植部,而位于内侧的阶级部则为一水平折片,并使各内侧的阶级部可相邻排列而形成一环状平面,以利用该环状平面可直接贴触散热基座,使散热基座的吸收热温更快传递至散热鳍片,增进散热功能。
本发明之又一目的,乃在于提供一种LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成结构设计,其中,所述散热鳍片的插植部,其系一反折成型的双层(或多层)插植部,该双层插植部系可对应插入散热基座的插槽,且散热基座的插槽宽度系略大于反折双层插植部的厚度,为利用一冲压冲头针对该双层插植部的反折部份及插槽侧壁施以冲压,使该反折部份可完全埋入插槽,并同时挤压插槽侧壁而产生一压平变形部,而利用该压平变形部可紧密压置于插植部的反折部份,形成极稳固的压扣结合,因此能确保散热鳍片与插槽绝不会发生脱落或松动情况。
本发明之再一目的,乃在于提供一种LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成结构设计,其中,所述各散热鳍片系均可于开口端的外边缘,皆设有一扣接槽,并于各散热鳍片环绕构成一散热鳍片组时,利用扣接槽以供一灯罩可扣接结合于散热鳍片组的开口端。
本发明之另一目的,乃在于提供一种LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成结构设计,其中,所述各散热鳍片系均可于底端的外边缘,皆设有一外扣合槽,并于各散热鳍片环绕构成一散热鳍片组时,利用外扣合槽配合绝缘接头而形成扣接结合。
本发明之另一目的,乃在于提供一种LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成结构设计,其中,所述各散热鳍片系均可于底端的内边缘,皆设有一内扣合槽,并于各散热鳍片环绕构成一散热鳍片组时,利用内扣合槽配合绝缘接头的嵌勾片形成固定扣合,以确保绝缘接头与散热鳍片模块不会发生旋转移位。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1、图2所示,系本发明所为一种LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成的主要实施例,该LED灯泡主要系包括一散热鳍片组10、一散热基座2、一绝缘接头3,或更进一步可于散热鳍片组10的开口端结合一灯罩4,其中:
散热鳍片组10,系由复数个散热鳍片1所环绕构成,各散热鳍片1并于直立向的顶端均具有一插植部11;
散热基座2,系呈平板形状,并于散热基座2内端面2a的周边开设复数个呈间距环绕的插槽21(如图3),而散热基座2的外端面2b则可配置结合一包含复数LED串行组成的发光基板或其它任意选定的LED发光单元(图中未显示),且基座板体亦可开设适配的钻孔22、23,用以提供发光基板或LED发光单元的线路安装;
绝缘接头3,系供穿置结合于散热鳍片组10;
利用上述主要构件,其系将各散热鳍片1直立向顶端的插植部11分别对应插入散热基座2的插槽21,并将插槽21施以冲压产生挤压变形,使散热鳍片1的插植部11与散热基座2的插槽21形成环绕插植的紧配结合(如图4),进而结合绝缘接头3或另结合一灯罩4以组成一LED灯泡。
依上述本发明的实施特征,主要在于利用一平板形状的散热基座2,而于内端面2a周边开设复数个呈间距环绕的插槽21,以供匹配对应于各散热鳍片1的插植部11,而适合通过冲压完成紧配结合,故整体的结合更为迅速、简化且牢固。
如实施例图所示,上述散热鳍片1的插植部11,其系可为一反折成型的双层(或多层)插植部11,如图5所示,该散热基座2的插槽21宽度系略大于反折双层插植部11的厚度,于插入后使插槽21仍具有一适当间隙211,藉此可利用一冲压冲头5针对该双层插植部11的反折部份111及插槽侧壁212施以冲压(依序如图6至图8所示),使该反折部份111完全埋入插槽21,并同时挤压插槽侧壁212而产生一压平变形部212a,利用该压平变形部212a紧密压置于插植部11的反折部份111,即形成极稳固的压扣结合,因此能确保散热鳍片1与插槽21绝不会脱落或松动。
如图9所示,上述本发明的散热鳍片1,其直立向的顶端系具有两个或两个以上的阶级部,其中一阶级部为插植部11,而位于内侧的阶级部则弯折具有一水平折片12,并使各内侧阶级部的水平折片12可相邻排列而构成一环状平面(如图2),以利用该环状平面可紧密贴触于散热基座2的内端面2a,使散热基座2的吸收热温能更快传递至各散热鳍片1,以增进其散热功能。依此设计,由于环状平面与散热基座2的内端面2a系呈紧密贴触,而不会产生相离间隙,故可确保散热基座2能热温快速传递至各散热鳍片1。
依图9所示,本发明所述散热鳍片1的插植部11,其系可为一反折成型的双层或多层形态,以利用反折的插植部11对应插入散热基座2的插槽21,而于通过冲压后可获得更稳固的压持结合。另所述各散热鳍片1,亦均可于开口端的外边缘13,皆设有一扣接槽131,而于各散热鳍片1环绕构成一散热鳍片组10时,利用复数个扣接槽131以提供一灯罩4形成相对扣接,使该灯罩4可简易固定结合于散热鳍片组10的开口端(如图10)。
依图10所示,上述各散热鳍片1亦均可于底端的外边缘13,皆设有一外扣合槽132,并于各散热鳍片1环绕构成一散热鳍片组10时,可利用复数个外扣合槽132配合绝缘接头3而形成稳固的扣接结合。
关于散热鳍片组10与绝缘接头3的结合,其实施时并不局限于上述结合形态,例如图11及图12所示另一种实施形态的散热鳍片1’,其亦可在各散热鳍片1’的内边缘预设一延伸折片14’,并于该延伸折片14’的底端开设一内扣合槽141’,于各散热鳍片1’环绕构成一散热鳍片组10’时,即可利用复数内扣合槽141’配合绝缘接头3’所预设呈环形排列的嵌勾片31’,形成快速的扣接结合。
上述复数个嵌勾片31’,其系于绝缘接头3’穿置结合于散热鳍片组10’时,即可一次同时扣合于内扣合槽141’,而形成稳固扣合,并能确保绝缘接头3’与散热鳍片组10’不会产生相对的旋转移位。
本发明中所配合使用的绝缘接头3,其形态亦不拘于特定,例如图1、图2实施例所示的绝缘接头3,其系一中空殻座,于上端具有一可穿置散热鳍片组10的管柱32,下端具有一标准规格的螺合部33,并套设结合一习知的金属导电接头331,该绝缘接头3的中段则具有一环状檐部34,该环状檐部34系于内缘设有一环状卡扣341,以供与各散热鳍片1的外扣合槽132形成扣接结合(如图10)。
如图12实施例所示的另一绝缘接头3’,亦系一中空殻座,其上端为一环状檐部34’,并具有呈环形排列的复数个嵌勾片31’,用以提供各散热鳍片1’的内扣合槽141’形成相互的扣接结合。
依本发明设计,其中,所述散热基座2的插槽21形状,系亦可配合散热鳍片1的插植部11形状而为对应改变,以使插植部11均可匹配插入插槽21,例如散热鳍片1系呈弯折片形状时,该插植部11亦可能呈弯曲形状,则插槽21亦可形成对应的弯曲插槽,以供精确插植。此外,所述散热鳍片1的插植部11,除可实施为反折的双层或多层形态,必要时亦可实施为仅单层的形态,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成,该LED灯泡系包括一散热鳍片组、一散热基座、一绝缘接头,其特征在于:
散热鳍片组,系由复数个散热鳍片所环绕构成,各散热鳍片并于直立向的顶端均具有一插植部;
散热基座,系呈一平板形状,并于散热基座内端面的周边开设复数个呈间距环绕的插槽;
绝缘接头,系供结合于散热鳍片组;
利用上述构件,其系将各散热鳍片直立向顶端的插植部分别对应插入散热基座的插槽,并将插槽施以冲压产生挤压变形,使散热鳍片的插植部与散热基座的插槽形成环绕插植的紧配结合,进而结合绝缘接头以组成一LED灯泡。
2.如权利要求1所述LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成,其特征在于:该散热鳍片组系于开口端结合一灯罩。
3.如权利要求1所述LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成,其特征在于:该散热基座系设有钻孔。
4.如权利要求1所述LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成,其特征在于:该散热鳍片的插植部系一反折成型的双层插植部,而散热基座的插槽宽度系略大于反折双层插植部的厚度,并以一冲压冲头对该双层插植部的反折部份及插槽侧壁施以冲压,使反折部份完全埋入插槽,同时挤压插槽侧壁而产生一可压置插植部的压平变形部。
5.如权利要求1所述LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成,其特征在于:该散热鳍片组的散热鳍片系于直立向的顶端具有两个以上的阶级部。
6.如权利要求5所述LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成,其特征在于:其中一阶级部为插植部,而位于内侧的阶级部系弯折具有一水平折片,并使各内侧阶级部的水平折片系相邻排列而构成一可贴触于散热基座内端面的环状平面。
7.如权利要求1所述LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成,其特征在于:所述环绕构成散热鳍片组的复数个散热鳍片,各散热鳍片的系于开口端的外边缘,皆设有一可相对扣接一灯罩的扣接槽。
8.如权利要求1所述LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成,其特征在于:所述环绕构成散热鳍片组的复数个散热鳍片,各散热鳍片系于底端的外边缘,皆设有一可扣接结合绝缘接头的外扣合槽。
9.如权利要求1所述LED灯泡的散热鳍片与散热基座组成,所述环绕构成散热鳍片组的复数个散热鳍片,各散热鳍片系于内边缘设有一延伸折片,并于该延伸折片的底端开设一内扣合槽,且绝缘接头系设有可与内扣合槽呈对应扣接结合的嵌勾片。
