Description

電子裝置殼體及其製造方法
本發明係有關於一種電子裝置製造方法,特別係有關於一種能提供平整裝置外觀的電子裝置製造方法。
目前液晶電視的金屬邊框,一般以板材拼接的方式製作。主要係以四片板材(邊框的四個邊)組成邊框,並將四片板材彼此焊接,再以沖壓的的方式彎折板材,而成形金屬邊框。然而,由於板材的接縫處在焊接後會不平整,因此在習知技術中,會對板材的接縫處進行研磨,以改善接縫處不平整的問題。但,由於研磨會使板材接縫處的厚度降低,因此在沖壓彎折後,板材接縫處會發生表面凹陷的現象。
本發明即為了欲解決習知技術之問題而提供之一種電子裝置製造方法,包括下述步驟。首先,提供一外框,該外框包括一第一外框件以及一第二外框件。接著,將該第一外框件以及該第二外框件透過焊接的方式連接,焊接後之該第一外框件以及該第二外框件之間形成有一焊接縫。再,提供一整形沖頭以及一模座;接著,將焊接後之該第一外框件以及該第二外框件置於該模座之上。最後,以該整形沖頭對焊接後之該第一外框件以及該第二外框件以及該焊接縫進行整形沖壓。
應用本發明實施例之電子裝置製造方法,由於以整形沖壓的方式整平框件之間的銲接縫,因此不需要移除框件接縫處的材料,所以在後續的彎折沖壓製程中,框件接縫處不會發生表面凹陷的現象。並且,整形沖壓所需的時間很短,相較於習知的研磨整形,本發明實施例之電子裝置製造方法具有節省工時,進而節省製造成本的優點。

參照第1圖,其係顯示本發明實施例之電子裝置1,包括一液晶模組10、一膠框20、一擴散片30、一稜鏡片40、一導光板50、一背板60以及一外框100。該膠框20、該擴散片30、該稜鏡片40以及該導光板50夾設於該液晶模組10與該背板60之間。外框100包括一第一外框件110、一第二外框件120、一第三外框件130以及一第四外框件140。
參照第2圖,在此以第一外框件110以及第二外框件120的結合為例,說明本發明實施例之電子裝置製造方 法。首先,提供該外框,該外框包括該第一外框件以及該第二外框件(S1);接著,將該第一外框件以及該第二外框件透過焊接的方式連接,焊接後之該第一外框件以及該第二外框件之間形成有一焊接縫(S2);再,提供一整形沖頭以及一模座(S3);接著,將焊接後之該第一外框件以及該第二外框件置於該模座之上(S4);最後,以該整形沖頭對焊接後之該第一外框件以及該第二外框件以及該焊接縫進行整形沖壓(S5)。
參照第3A~3C圖,其係顯示本發明實施例之電子裝置製造方法之步驟S3~S5的施行過程。在第3A圖中,焊接後之該第一外框件110以及該第二外框件120之間形成有一焊接縫151,該第一外框件110以及該第二外框件120被置於該模座210之上,此時,該第一外框件110與該第二外框件120之間可能存在高低差。在第3B以及3C圖中,該整形沖頭220對焊接後之該第一外框件110以及該第二外框件120以及該焊接縫151進行整形沖壓。
參照第3A圖,在一實施例中,該第一外框件110以及該第二外框件120係透過雷射焊接的方式連接。因此,該焊接縫151的材料厚度稍微低於該第一外框件110以及該第二外框件120的材料厚度。該模座210包括一模座平面211,該第一外框件110以及該第二外框件120置於該模座平面211之上以進行整形沖壓。該整形沖頭220包括一整形平面221以及一整形凸塊222,該整形凸塊222形成於該整形平面221之上並對應該焊接縫151。
參照第3B~3C圖,當進行整形沖壓時,該整形平 面221接觸該第一外框件110以及該第二外框件120,該整形凸塊222接觸該焊接縫151以及該焊接縫151的鄰近結構(部分之該第一外框件110以及部分之該第二外框件120)。
在一實施例中,該焊接縫151的寬度小於或等於0.5公釐。該整形凸塊221的寬度較該焊接縫151的寬度多1~2公釐。
再參照第3A~3C圖,其中,該外框100包括一內表面101以及一外表面102。在組裝時,該內表面101朝向該液晶模組10。當整形沖壓時,該外表面102接觸該模座平面211,該內表面101接觸該整形沖頭220。藉此,參照第3D圖,在整形沖壓完成之後,該外框100之外表面102在焊接縫151的位置為平整表面(第4A圖),該內表面101之該焊接縫151處形成有一沖壓凹槽152(第4B圖)。在一實施例中,該沖壓凹槽152的寬度較該焊接縫的寬度多1~2公釐。
在以上說明之中,以第一外框件110以及第二外框件120的結合為例。而第二外框件120與第三外框件130之間的結合,第三外框件130與第四外框件140之間的結合,以及第四外框件140與第一外框件110之間的結合,亦使用上述步驟,不再贅述。
應用本發明實施例之電子裝置製造方法,由於以整形沖壓的方式整平框件之間的銲接縫,因此不需要移除框件接縫處的材料,所以在後續的彎折沖壓製程中,框件接縫處不會發生表面凹陷的現象。並且,整形沖壓所需的時間很短,相較於習知的研磨整形,本發明實施例之電子裝置製造方法具有 節省工時,進而節省製造成本的優點。
雖然本發明已以具體之實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此項技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,仍可作些許的更動與潤飾,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

  1. 一種電子裝置殼體製造方法,包括:提供一外框,該外框包括一第一外框件以及一第二外框件;將該第一外框件以及該第二外框件透過焊接的方式連接;提供一整形沖頭以及一模座;將焊接後之該第一外框件以及該第二外框件置於該模座之上;以及以該整形沖頭對焊接後之該第一外框件以及該第二外框件進行整形沖壓。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子裝置殼體製造方法,其中,該第一外框件以及該第二外框件係透過雷射焊接的方式連接。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子裝置殼體製造方法,其中,該模座包括一模座平面,該第一外框件以及該第二外框件置於該模座平面之上以進行整形沖壓。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之電子裝置殼體製造方法,其中,該整形沖頭包括一整形平面以及一整形凸塊,該整形凸塊形成於該整形平面之上並對應該第一外框件以及該第二外框件焊接處。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之電子裝置殼體製造方法,其中,當進行整形沖壓時,該整形平面接觸該第一外框件以及該第二外框件,該整形凸塊接觸該焊接處以及該焊接處的鄰近結構。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電子裝置殼體製造方法,其 中,該焊接處的寬度小於或等於0.5公釐。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之電子裝置殼體製造方法,其中,該整形凸塊的寬度較該焊接處的寬度多1~2公釐。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電子裝置殼體製造方法,其中,該外框包括一內表面以及一外表面,當整形沖壓時,該外表面接觸該模座平面,該內表面接觸該整形沖頭。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之電子裝置殼體製造方法,其更包括:提供一液晶模組、一擴散片、一稜鏡片、一導光板以及一背板;將該外框、該液晶模組、該擴散片、該稜鏡片、該導光板以及該背板相組合,其中,該內表面朝向該液晶模組。
  10. 一種電子裝置殼體,包括:一液晶模組;一擴散片;一稜鏡片;一導光板;一背板,其中,該擴散片、該稜鏡片以及該導光板夾設於該液晶模組與該背板之間;以及一外框,覆蓋該液晶模組,其中,該外框包括一第一外框件以及一第二外框件,一焊接處形成於該第一外框件以及該第二外框件之間,該外框包括一外表面,該外表面之該焊接處為一平整表面。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之電子裝置殼體,其中,該焊 接處的寬度小於或等於0.5公釐。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之電子裝置殼體,其中,該外框包括一內表面,該內表面之該焊接縫處形成有一沖壓凹槽,該沖壓凹槽的寬度較該焊接處的寬度多1~2公釐。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之電子裝置殼體,其中,該第一外框件以及該第二外框件係透過雷射焊接的方式連接。
