Description
本發明關於一種積層體,其含至少一藉黏著劑固定於至少一層不織布(特別是上下兩層不織布)之彈力膜。此型積層體特別地以彈性繃帶之形式用於著物領域(特別是可棄式著物,如尿布與成人失禁裝置)或醫藥領域之應用。在尿布之情形,該積層體係習知地用於形成包圍嬰兒腰部之腰帶的部分。在尿布之特別有利應用的情形,該積層體係用於製造確保尿布被堅固地保持在嬰兒上(特別是以彈力方式)之彈力翼片,此翼片形成承載例如自黏式閉合體之凸部元件(特別是黏扣)的黏扣部分,其意圖協同例如尿布腰帶中央部分之貼扣。
此型積層體在先行技藝為已知的,特別是本申請人於2005年11月8日提出之法國專利申請案第05 11343號。其中揭示之積層體特別地意圖一方面固定於尿布之結構,另一方面固定於包含黏扣之窄條。形成這些先行技藝積層體之不織布為無擴張力之不織布、或可在一個方向拉伸之不織布。在不可擴張不織布之情形必須將具有彈力能力之積層體「活化」,特別是藉由部分地切斷形成之纖維或至少藉由降低其內聚力(特別是以切割器切斷纖維),而以此方式對積層體整體賦與彈力。
US-A-6245401號專利揭示一種積層體,其包含由一彈力膜與二較無彈力但可透水蒸氣之膜組成之一層、及一層不透液體之不織布(其可作為尿布結構之外套)。
US-A-5773374號專利揭示一種積層體,其包含包夾彈力元件之兩層不織布,該彈力元件係由以彈力材料製成之核與在核兩側之二皮層(其已事先拉伸且以經拉伸狀態固定於核)組成,其本身為經拉伸狀態使得一旦固定則皮層與核同時收縮而形成皺摺。此由核與二皮層組成之元件因此其靜止長度與其拉伸時之最大長度(使得皮層不再形成皺摺)間具彈力。此積層體之製法因此複雜且耗時。
WO-A-01/53076號專利揭示一種積層體,其包含包夾一層以彈力材料製成之單片的兩層不織布。此外將非彈力強化膜插入彈力層與一層不織布材料之間,以膠水插入強化膜兩側而一方面將其黏結不織布,另一方面黏結彈力層。此黏結多片膜之組合件得到積層體製法複雜且耗時之結果。
由US 2005/0060849A1號專利得知將其一由彈性材料製成且另一由熱塑性材料(其可模塑成黏扣)製成之兩條共擠壓,共擠壓係在撐體層上未插入膠水而進行,然後將二共擠壓條按CD方向拉開,繼而得到分別之黏扣元件。
在全部之情形製造積層體均困難,特別是因為其包括大量零件而複雜,或者不使用高克重上下不織布而確保積層體以高速固定於尿布結構或黏扣翼片,如此對大量生產成本有不利之影響。
依照先行技藝之一個進一步實例,已知處理不織布區以在這些區之區域排除積層體之彈力性質(例如藉由加入剛性膜或不織布之互補層)則增加積層體之厚度。然而此情形亦使處理昂貴且不適合在快速大量生產線上施行。
本發明之目標為提議一種積層體以克服先行技藝之缺點,其包含至少一片在兩層不織布間以黏著劑固定之彈力膜,其可以非常簡單之方式得到,特別適合非常大規模之製造同時簡單地組合至尿布,而且特別是尿布之結構,及亦較易組合包含黏扣之寬度窄元件形成黏扣元件而得到該尿布之閉合體。
依照本發明,一種自黏式黏貼閉合體(特別是尿布用)之黏扣部分如申請專利範圍第1項所界定,其改良係在附屬項第2至9項中界定。
依照本發明應了解,名詞「單片」為使用中間固定手段(如黏著劑或膠水)將多數零件(特別是膜)固定在一起而形成之一層。特定言之,此單片層為擠壓一種材料或共擠壓多種材料而得之一層。
特定言之,該膜形式之彈力區直接接觸至少一層不織布,其可插入恰一層黏著層,特別是膠水。
較佳為此積層體具有在左右終端邊緣間按橫向方向測量之寬度、按積層體層之堆疊方向測量之厚度、及按垂直寬度方向與厚度方向之方向測量之長度,不織布與黏著劑之層或片延伸積層體之全長,而彈力膜形式之區的總寬度完全小於積層體之寬度,及強化膜形式之區的總寬度亦完全小於積層體之寬度。
特定言之,依照本發明之一個較佳具體實施例,強化膜形式之區及彈力膜形式之區在固定於至少一層不織布之前形成一片或藉共擠壓成為單片膜,使得其橫向邊緣互相接觸。將強化膜與彈力膜之材料(例如熱塑性與彈性材料)彼此相鄰而擠壓,使得強化膜與彈力膜形成單片。
較佳為強化膜形式之區係由特別地併有熱塑性(可為彈性)材料之調配物或處方製成之材料組成,其依照以下揭示之測試伸長方法產生在同等負載伸長較彈力膜形式之區小的性質。較佳為該區為非彈力。
與所使用不織布之克數相同,依照本發明之黏扣部分現可得到改良之橫向牽引抗力、及黏扣部分在其邊緣區域對尿布結構之有效固定,或者低於至少一種所使用不織布之克數,特別是5至20克/平方米之間,較佳為5至15克/平方米之間,特別是5至10克/平方米之間,其與包含較高克數不織布之先行技藝黏扣部分的情形同樣有效。
依照本發明之一個較佳具體實施例,由一個基條與多個源自此條之黏扣元件組成之黏扣片係藉例如黏結、熱壓延、超音波熔焊等,在位於強化區(特別是橫向區)上下之一區的邊緣區域中固定於形成積層體之不織布至少之一的外面。
依照本發明之一個進一步具體實施例,由一個基條與多個源自此條之黏扣元件組成之黏扣片係藉例如黏結、熱壓延、超音波熔焊等,固定於橫向及/或中央強化區至少之一的外面。
依照本發明之一個較佳具體實施例,各位於各不織布與單片或整合層之層(由至少兩個膜形式之強化區及至少一個膜形式之彈力區組成)之間的兩層黏著劑(特別是膠水)係使得在不織布與形成中間層之彈力區的部分之間以藉條彼此分開之條形式安置黏著劑而製造。
不織布均在橫向方向具有延伸力,在此情形,分開之膠水條使其可提供具彈力之積層體,或者經選擇之不織布不可延伸,因此藉由橫向地拉伸組合體使得不織布之纖維簇黏結膠水條而活化,同時在不織布之膠水條間形成中空部分,及在拉伸後不織布具有脊形狀與中空部分且可被拉伸。
較佳為包含膜形式之強化區及膜形式之彈力區的單片或整合層之層厚度為實質上均勻,特別是在強化區與彈力區間之接點區域中均勻。特定言之,在接點區域中,兩區各在接點區域處具有小於接點附近之厚度,兩個膜形式之區在接點區域中的總厚度係實質上等於該等膜形式之區之一或另一者在接點附近之厚度。
依照本發明之一個進一步具體實施例,其沿傾斜界面形成兩個彈力與強化區間之接點。
較佳為膜形式之彈力區及膜形式之強化區的總寬度(在提供時包括中央區)實質上等於積層體之寬度,使得終端強化區實質上確實地延伸如積層體之各終端邊緣一樣遠。
依照一個亦非常有利之進一步應用,膜形式之彈力區及膜形式之強化區的寬度(在提供時包括中央區)係使得兩個終端強化區之一實質上確實地延伸如各橫向邊緣一樣遠,而兩個終端強化區之另一延伸超過各橫向邊緣以突起超過積層體。
依照一個亦非常有利之進一步應用,膜形式之彈力區及膜形式之強化區的寬度(在提供時包括中央區)係使得兩個終端強化區之一實質上確實地延伸如各橫向邊緣一樣遠,而兩個終端強化區之另一在其各橫向邊緣之此側延伸,以在形成僅由不織布或二不織布與中間膠水層組成之邊緣。
然而膜形式之各強化區可彼此獨立地設計成其確實地延伸如其各橫向邊緣一樣遠,或者在此邊緣之另一側、或在此邊緣之此側延伸。
本發明亦關於一種得到依照本發明之黏扣部分的方法,如申請專利範圍第10項所界定。
較佳為由彈力膜與強化膜組成之共擠壓膜係由一或多種特別是不透氣及/或液體之材料製成。
依照本發明之一個進一步特點,本發明關於一種尿布,其界定前部、後部、及連接前部與後部之胯部、及兩個連接後部之左右上橫向邊緣與前部之各左右上橫向邊緣的橫向中部,各中部係以固定方式(例如熔焊)接合後部之各上橫向邊緣,及各中部包含一種在兩個左右橫向邊緣間按橫向方向延伸之積層體,其包含一藉一層黏著劑固定至少一層不織布之層,特別是各藉一層黏著劑固定於各層不織布而插入兩層不織布之間,此層在單片或整合層中且包含膜形式之彈力區,特別是由彈性材料製成,其特徵為:
- 單片或整合層中之層包含至少一個膜形式之終端強化區,其自膜形式之彈力區朝向橫向邊緣之一延伸;
- 無彈力區位於該橫向邊緣之一與膜形式之強化區之間;及
- 至少一個膜形式之強化區較該膜形式之彈力區不可拉伸,特別是較無彈力,而且較佳為非彈力,例如由熱塑性材料製成。
依照本發明之一個有利具體實施例,至少一種包含基條與源自此條之黏扣的黏扣元件固定於積層體,貼扣元件係固定於前部且安置使得因在中部之黏扣與前部之貼扣之間協力而使尿布包圍穿戴者之腰部。
依照一個亦有利之進一步具體實施例,中部係以不可脫離方式(例如熔焊)固定於前部。
本發明亦關於一種尿布,如申請專利範圍第11項所界定。
第1圖顯示積層體1,其包含不織布第一下層2與不織布第二下層3。在此不織布之下與上層2與3之間(圖中顯示橫切面圖,假設積層體整體為長度垂直第1及2圖之元件)形成中間層4。此中間層4係由熱塑性材料製成之橫向左強化膜5、彈性材料製成之左彈力膜6、熱塑性材料製成之中央強化膜7、彈性材料製成之右彈力膜8、與熱塑性材料製成之橫向右強化膜9組成。
將膠水層10與11插入各層不織布與中間層4之間。積層體之總寬度等於各不織布之寬度及各膠水層之寬度。三片強化膜與兩片彈力膜之總寬度等於積層體之寬度。
兩個左右強化膜延伸如積層體之各左右邊緣一樣遠。亦可設計成在積層體之各邊緣上形成無強化條之小邊緣(參見第13圖),或者相反地,一或兩片膜突起超過各邊緣(參見第7、8、11、或12圖)。在全部之情形,兩片終端強化膜之邊緣之一為距彈力膜最遠之終端強化膜的組合點位置。
如在第21圖所見到,在圖之垂直方向(即垂直寬度行進方向及長度行進方向)測量之層厚度在各彈力或強化區之橫向尺寸為均勻或實質上均勻。然而如在同圖中可見到,彈力區之厚度漸增地然後漸減地改變,通過其與強化區之兩個接點間之最大值,但是彈力膜及強化區之厚度係使得在其各接點區域中,層之上及/或下表面實質上無粗緣或不連續。
因此例如彈力膜具有較強化膜高大約10至25%之克重,彈力膜具有例如55克/平方米之克重,而強化膜具有45克/平方米之克重。
經過以一般範圍為3至10毫米,特別是5毫米之寬度延伸之接點或連接段,各(強化及彈力)膜之厚度小於遠離接點之膜厚度。因此接點的各膜包含一部分較小厚度,其係重疊在接點的另一膜之較小厚度部分之上而組合。此
重疊以此方式在兩片膜間界面之區域中產生一種階梯形式,如第21圖所示。又將界面以傾斜形式形成為可行的,如第22圖所示。
然而由於重疊之終端部分的總厚度稍微大於在接點兩側之兩片膜的厚度,實務上在二熱塑性與彈力或彈性材料間之界面連接區域中可能形成小凸起。
在本發明中應了解,名詞特定方向之「膜或彈力區」為在周溫按特定方向經拉伸或伸長後實質上回復其起初形狀之膜或區。較佳為其為在變形及鬆弛後僅維持小量殘餘變形或形變(永久形變或SET)之膜或區,即在周溫(T~23℃)對於樣品起初長度之100%伸長為小於起初長度之10%,更佳為小於5%。
更佳為彈力膜在周溫及508毫米/分鐘之拉伸速度可接受至少300%之破裂伸長、較佳為600%之破裂伸長,而且更佳為在周溫為至少1000%。製造彈力膜之材料可為純彈性體、或具有彈性相之混合物、或在周溫實質上仍具有彈性性質之材料,例如得自金屬錯合物型催化之聚烯烴。其亦可包含熱塑性材料填料以輔助具強化膜之整合層之形成。
為了測量樣品之殘滯或SET,因此決定其是否為彈力元件之樣品,特別是膜,茲使用以下之方法:將樣品在如ASTM 5170標準所界定之正常大氣中,在23℃±2℃之溫度及50%±5%之相對濕度調節。使用依照EN 10002標準之動力計作為設備,特別是得自美國MTS Systems Corp.之Synergie 200H(1管柱)結合TESTWORKS 4.04B應用軟體。
樣品係使用切割器切下而製備,其希望測量長方形(例如MD方向(垂直第1圖之機械方向)寬度為45毫米,及CD方向(橫向方向,第1圖之水平方向)長度為60毫米)產物之彈力。
將樣品之希望測試彈力之區置於夾子之間,而且各側如第4圖所略示地顯示;參數係選擇如下:
夾子間之距離:20毫米
機械速度:254毫米/分鐘
循環次數:2
產物之伸長:以固定速度至100%
在施加級數為0.05牛頓之起初負載後,藉夾子之垂直位移將產物拉伸100%,然後保持定位經30秒(第一循環),然後回到起初位置將其靜置60秒,然後再度拉伸100%,保持定位經30秒(第二循環),及回到起初位置。如此得到曲線,其中拉伸力(牛頓)為伸長(%)之函數,該曲線呈現遲滯,其可因此藉SET(n=2)特徵化,即第5圖中第二循環起點處交叉X軸(伸長%)之曲線點。
更佳為彈力膜在周溫及508毫米/分鐘之拉伸速度可接受至少300%之破裂伸長,而且較佳為至少600%之伸長,而且更佳為至少1000%之伸長。可製造彈力膜之材料為為純彈性體、或具有彈性相之混合物、或在周溫實質上仍具有彈性性質之材料,例如得自金屬錯合物型催化之聚烯烴。其亦可包含熱塑性材料填料以輔助具強化膜之整合層之形成。
彈力膜(特別是彈性)之材料可為可熱塑或非熱可縮回彈力材料。特定言之,其可由聚合物形成,如不同型式之單體結構的共聚物,例如交錯(如A-B)或順序型,例如A-A-A-B-B-B,或統計型,例如A-A-B-A-B-B-A-A-A-B-A,其所得之全部網路可具有不同之結構,不論是指數n(n>2)之A-B-A型線形或A-B型輻射形,或彈性之A-B型二嵌段,例如苯乙烯/異戊二烯(SI)、苯乙烯/異戊二烯/苯乙烯(SIS)、苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯(SBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯/丙烯-苯乙烯(SEPS)、或SIBS共聚物。亦可考量這些彈性體彼此或與非彈性體(修改彈力以外之指定特徵)之混合物。例如可加入至多50重量%但是較佳為小於30重量%之聚合物作為硬化添加劑,如苯乙烯聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、或聚α-甲基苯乙烯、環氧基聚酯、聚烯烴(例如聚乙烯或特定乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯),較佳為高分子量者。
特定言之,彈力膜之材料可為苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯,其得自例如Kraton Polymers之商標名KRATON D(註冊商標)、或DEXCO POLYMERS LP之商標名VECTOR SBC 4211(註冊商標)。亦可使用聚胺基甲酸酯之熱塑性彈性體,特別是得自The Dow Chemical Company之PELLATHANE(註冊商標)2102-75A。亦可使用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯,特別是得自Kraton Polymers之KRATON D-2122(註冊商標)、或得自Dexco Polymers LP之VECTOR SBC 4461(註冊商標)。亦可使用苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯,特別是得自Kraton Polymers之KRATON G-2832(註冊商標),或苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)序列共聚物,特別是KRATON(註冊商標)G2703。亦可使用單體比例為90/10之丙烯酸異辛酯與丙烯酸之共聚物。亦可使用得自Arkema之聚醚聚醯胺序列共聚物PEBAX(註冊商標)2533。
其他可行材料為具有彈性體特徵之聚烯烴聚合物,特別是得自金屬錯合物催化,如得自Exxon Mobil Chemical之VISTAMAXX VM-1120(註冊商標),或Santoprene型帶EPDM聚合物。
在使用膠水作為黏著劑以將彈力膜與熱塑性膜固定於不織布,而且可能將不織布彼此固定之情形,依照本發明可使用如非反應性熱熔膠(例如得自Bostick之H2511)、或反應性膠(特別是得自Bostick之AX75E)、或反應性PU膠之膠水。
較佳為該膠水具有類似或與形成以上揭示之彈力膜及/或熱塑性或強化膜的材料相容之化學本性。
關於不織布,其可使用紡黏及/或熔紡及/或壓延梳織及/或水織型不織布,而且可具有一或多種聚烯烴(較佳為聚丙烯、聚酯或其混合物)作為基本材料。特定言之,不織「紡黏」布係基於dTex數(質量克數除以長度為10000米之布條)為1 dTex至6 dTex之間(例如2.2 dTex)的長纖維或纖絲。特定言之,在積層體包含兩層不織布時,此層可為不同之型式及/或不同之材料。
較佳為不織布至少之一或二不織布具有5至25克/平方米之間,特別是5至15克/平方米之間,更特別是5至10克/平方米之間的克數。
特別是在不織布為無拉伸之固有能力且必須被活化之不織布時,黏紡之克數為5至20克/平方米之間,特別是大約15克/平方米,或者熔紡為大約8克/平方米。在不織布不必被活化而使積層體具有彈力能力時,即在不織布具有拉伸至少達50%,較佳為至少100%之伸長範圍的固有能力時,壓延梳織不織布之克數較佳為15至25克/平方米之間,例如22克/平方米,或者水織為25克/平方米。此外應注意,在有兩種之情形,二不織布可為彼此不同。
為了決定何種元件(特別是膜)較其他元件(例如其他膜)可拉伸,依照本發明可如下使用受力直到破裂之伸長測試:使用依照EN 10002標準之動力計作為設備,例如與以上用於彈力測試者相同,即得自美國MTS Systems Corp.之Synergie 200H(1管柱)結合TESTWORKS 4.04B應用軟體。準備長方形樣品(例如寬45毫米及長60毫米)。將樣品之希望測試伸長之區置於夾子之間,而且各側如第4圖所略示地顯示。參數係選擇如下:
夾子間之距離:20毫米
機械速度:254毫米/分鐘
產物之伸長:以固定速度直到破裂。
在施加0.05牛頓之起初負載後,藉夾子之垂直位移將產物拉伸直到破裂。如此得到各樣品之特徵曲線,其中拉伸力(牛頓)為伸長(%)之函數,如第23圖所示。各曲線包含最高點,伸長自此隨力降低而增加。此最高點對應元件破壞狀態之轉移。
為了決定此兩種元件(特別是兩片膜)何者最不可拉伸,藉以上之方法測試兩種元件(特別是兩片膜)以得到各自之特徵曲線。各曲線具有特定之最高點,其對應各自之特定伸長。如此參考伸長而選擇二曲線之二特定伸長的較小者,或者在二特定伸長相同之情形即為此特定伸長,及對於此特定伸長(較小者),比較各曲線之二拉伸力且具有此參考伸長之元件中拉伸力較大者為最不可拉伸元件。因此例如在第23圖中,參考伸長為對應膜A之最高點的伸長,即大約240%,而且在此參考伸長,膜A之曲線提供大約40牛頓之拉伸力及膜B之曲線提供大約32.5牛頓之拉伸力,使得膜A為最不可拉伸。
關於強化條之材料,除了用於彈力膜之熱塑性彈性體,其可選擇一種材料或多種材料之混合物,如熱塑物族,例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、或任何類似材料(但是必為強化膜之拉伸較彈力膜小之型式),使其可對形成整合層之材料提供良好之相容性。較佳為選擇一種對彈力膜之彈力或彈性材料具有良好相容性之熱塑性彈性體,使得在冷卻後沿各邊緣之其間連接為最強之可行連接。強化膜用材料之指定實例為得自Polimeri Europa之Riblene MV 10(註冊商標)聚乙烯、或得自Boralis之MG 9621、或得自Exxon Mobil Chemical之LD259或LD655。
其在由段5、6、7、8、與9組成之中間層4之間提供膠水層10與11。膠水條10與11在各不織布與強化條間之界面處為連續的,而且係由藉不織布與彈力膜間無膠水條形式之區彼此分開的膠水條組成。然而亦可能不連續地黏結強化膜與不織布,例如亦在此區域中製造分開之膠水條,或甚至點膠合或以隨機噴灑膠合。強化條及彈力膜係藉共擠壓安置於二不織布之間。其各藉共擠壓組合使得在共擠壓設備中,其以軟化材料狀態且在壓力下沿各橫向邊緣12、13、14、與17接觸。兩種軟化材料之兩個邊緣與彈力條及強化條彼此緊密接觸得到兩種材料在設備中彼此結合,而且在冷卻後維持此接點的結果。因此例如彈力膜可基於熱塑性彈性體,而強化條可為熱塑性,其以簡單之方式確保橫向邊緣之兩個界面相互固定。
第2圖顯示一個進一步具體實施例,其中積層體包含由中央彈力膜16與二橫向強化條(15,19)形成之膜18。此具體實施例以單一彈力膜代替中央強化條。第2圖之積層體的其他特點與第1圖揭示之積層體相同。
第3圖顯示一種依照本發明用於製造積層體之設施:此設施包含擠壓器101,其擠壓形成兩個彈力膜之纖維網201、202,藉使用帶203與輥204之系統在兩個滾筒間同時運輸,在固定單元500中冷卻不織布間之彈性材料而將兩層不織布301與401固定。不織布301係自線軸302解開。第二不織布401係自線軸402解開。亦藉擠壓器102
形成熱塑性材料之三個纖維網203、204、205。將五個纖維網201至205彼此相鄰以其邊緣相接而共擠壓,使得在共擠壓設備之出口處,繼而在冷卻後形成單片。將此由不織布301及401與彈力及熱塑性纖維網201至205組成之複合物(即複合物601且然後在壓延機600中積層)在橫跨寬度包含圓形刀片701之切割系統700中切割成正確寬度,然後送入捲繞單元800中使縱向邊緣熔焊。不織布最終在活化單元900中藉去纖維顫動活化。
將全部積層體在活化單元900之出口處於捲繞機1000上捲繞成捆1001,然後將其直接移至用於製造尿布之單元而配置於尿布上。
較佳為此彈力或彈性膜具有20微米至120微米間之厚度。類似地,此強化條具有較佳為相同之厚度。
依應用而定,其可選擇熱塑性材料製成之強化膜的尺寸,使得其一確實地延伸如積層體之左或右邊緣一樣遠,同時在另一邊緣處,此條亦確實地延伸如左或右邊緣一樣遠,或者向外突起超過積層體邊緣短距離,或者相反地自此邊緣後移終止而形成小邊緣,特別是無強化膜。
第6圖顯示第1圖之積層體,其已在左強化條之對立或對應區中將由熱塑性材料製成之黏扣片(由熱塑性材料製成之條組成,自黏扣元件(特別是黏扣)突起)固定在上不織布。此黏扣條之寬度小於強化條之寬度。依選擇之應用而定,亦可在第1及2圖之具體實施例的其他強化條之一或全部提供此條。此黏扣條或這些黏扣條之固定可藉黏著劑、膠水或熔焊完成,特別是超音波熔焊。
以上揭示之實例使用兩層相同之不織布。亦可提供由不同之不織布材料製成或具有不同克重之兩層,而且亦可提供單層不織布而非兩層。
在以上揭示之實例中,強化膜係自相同之擠壓器102擠壓。亦可提供第三擠壓器以擠壓具由異於其他強化區之熱塑性材料組成的調配物之區之一。
在以上之實例中,層4包含兩片彈力膜及三片強化膜。亦可為此層係由多個彈力及強化區組成,在各情形數量為大於或等於4。
此外可在彈力膜及/或強化膜之調配物中添加至多7%,較佳為小於1%的主批形式、液體形式或粉末形式之著色劑,使得其易於區別。
類似地,各膜之調配物係依照先行技藝規則藉擠壓製造,及可併入膨脹、抗UV、抗阻塞型等之「處理助劑」。
第7至20圖顯示依照本發明之積層體的進一步具體實施例,其中相對第1及2圖之具體實施例已改變不織布層之數量及/或寬度、彈力膜之數量、強化膜之數量、強化膜之寬度、強化膜關於積層體邊緣之相對定位、及包含黏扣之元件的定位。自然地本發明亦涵蓋組合第1、2、6至18圖之具體實施例之二或更多種而得之具體實施例,特別是在自這些具體實施例之一取得在不同揭示之具體實施例中未發現之一或多個特點時,而且將該具體實施例之特點加入該不同之具體實施例。在這些圖中使用如第1及2圖之相同元件符號敘述相同之元件。

Claims (11)
- 一種自黏式黏貼閉合體之黏扣部分,其包含一種包括片狀物的黏扣元件及固定於該黏扣元件之積層元件,其中自該片狀物突出有黏扣,該積層元件在兩條左右橫向邊緣之間按橫向方向延伸,包含藉一層黏著劑固定於至少一層(2,3)不織布之層,此層為單片或整合層且包含膜形式之彈力區(6;16),其特徵為:-該為單片或整合層之層包含至少一個膜形式之終端強化區(5;15),其自該膜形式之彈力區朝向橫向邊緣之一延伸;-無彈力區位於該橫向邊緣之一與該膜形式之強化區之間;-該至少一個膜形式之終端強化區(5;15)較該膜形式之彈力區不可拉伸;及-形成該至少一個終端強化區的膜之下表面與形成該彈力區之膜的下表面對齊排列。
