Description

黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法
本發明是有關於一種黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法,特別是指一種可重複黏貼的黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法。
參閱圖1,一般的可重複黏貼的黏扣帶,包含一公扣件11及一母扣件12。該公扣件11具有多數個形成在其表面的勾體111,該母扣件12具有多數個形成在其表面的毛圈121,當該公扣件11與該母扣件12相對貼合時,該等勾體111與該等毛圈121互相勾扣而能相互結合;欲使該公扣件11與該母扣件12分離時,需施加一外力於該公扣件11及該母扣件12,致使該等勾體111逐漸地脫離該等毛圈121。然而,若母扣件12的毛圈121機械強度不佳而無法有力地固持勾體111,該黏扣帶可能因局部變形或受到瞬間撐張繃緊的作用,導致該公扣件11在不可預期狀況下與該母扣件12分離。
美國專利US 2011/0118692 A1號揭露一種黏扣帶的母扣件。該專利是使母扣件形成纖維密部及纖維疏部交錯排列的結構以加強與公扣件的結合力。該母扣件的纖維密部是利用熱風將纖維材料堆積而纖維疏部是利用熱風將纖維材料排除而形成,且具有特定排列方向,在製程上 較不易控制。
因此,本發明之一目的,即在提供一種不同以往的黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法,其能提升母扣件的機械性質,以加強對公扣件之固持力。
於是,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法,包含以下步驟:
將一表層材料與一基層材料結合,該表層材料選自未結合的複合纖維棉網、熱風不織布、熱壓不織布、水刺不織布及提花水刺不織布,該基層材料選自複合紡粘不織布、複合短纖維不織布、含紙槳紙纖不織布及塑膠膜,結合過程中該表層材料被加熱;及在該表層材料與該基層材料結合後,對該表層材料冷處理以冷卻該表層材料。
較佳地,其中,該表層材料與該基層材料以熱壓方式結合,並以通過一組相對滾動的冰滾輪進行冷處理。
較佳地,其中,該表層材料與該基層材料以熱壓方式結合,並以吹冷風方式進行冷處理。
較佳地,其中,該表層材料選自熱風不織布、熱壓不織布、水刺不織布及提花水刺不織布,該基層材料為塑膠膜,且該基層材料以淋膜方式與該表層材料結合,並以通過一組相對滾動的冰滾輪進行冷處理。
較佳地,其中,該冷處理的工作溫度介於0-30 ℃。
本發明之功效在於:透過在該表層材料與該基層材料結合後,對該表層材料冷處理以將蓬鬆纖維冷卻定形,以使該母扣件與一公扣件相對貼合時,該公扣件的勾體較易伸入該母扣件的表層材料,而使該公扣件與該母扣件產生優異的結合力。

參閱圖2與圖3,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法之一第一較佳實施例,包含以下步驟:
將一表層材料2與一基層材料3結合,結合過程中該表層材料2被加熱。在該表層材料2與該基層材料3結合後,對該表層材料2冷處理以冷卻該表層材料2。在本實施例,表層材料2與基層材料3為不同材質的纖維構成,該表層材料2為未結合的複合纖維棉網,具體材質例如PE/PP或為PE/PET的複合材質,纖維細度可介於1.5~6丹尼(denier),纖維長度可介於25~64mm。該基層材料3為複合紡黏不織布,纖維細度可介於1.5~3丹尼(denier),纖維長度為連續長纖。該基層材料3亦可採用複合短纖維不織布、含紙槳紙纖不織布及塑膠膜其中一者。
具體來說,在本實施例,該表層材料2利用一梳理機40輸送以疊置在該基層材料3上。接著,該表層材料2與該基層材料3透過一組相對滾動且表面具有特定花 紋的熱壓滾輪41以熱壓方式結合,熱壓加熱使該表層材料2的纖維受熱捲曲,熱壓後該表層材料2行經一冷風機42以吹冷風方式進行冷處理,冷處理的工作溫度可介於0-30℃,以使該表層材料2的捲曲纖維快速冷卻定形,而保持蓬鬆,以形成黏扣帶的母扣件20,最後,提供一分條機43,將完成後的黏扣帶的母扣件20進行分條及捲取收集。在本實施例中,是將該黏扣帶的母扣件20分成兩條,但不以此為限,分條機43的設定間距及等分可視實際製造的需求而做調整。此外,利用該等熱壓滾輪41以熱壓方式結合,及該分條機43的分條及捲取收集的功能,屬於現有技藝在此不再詳述。
參閱圖4,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法之一第二較佳實施例,與第一較佳實施例大致相同,差異處為該梳理機40輸送該表層材料2之後,提供一熱風機44,使得該表層材料2經過該熱風機44以吹熱風方式進行熱處理,而使未結合的複合纖維棉網形成熱風不織布,再與該基層材料3以熱壓方式結合。
參閱圖5,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法之一第三較佳實施例,與第一較佳實施例大致相同,差異處為該梳理機40輸送該表層材料2之後,提供一組相對滾動的入料熱壓滾輪45,使得未結合的複合纖維棉網經過該等入料熱壓滾輪45進行熱處理,而形成熱壓不織布,再與該基層材料3以熱壓方式結合。
參閱圖6,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法之 一第四較佳實施例,與第一較佳實施例大致相同,惟,在本實施例,該表層材料2可採用熱風不織布、熱壓不織布、水刺不織布及提花水刺不織布其中一者,而直接經由一加熱設備46加熱後,使該表層材料2的纖維更進一步受熱捲曲再與該基層材料3以熱壓方式結合。其中該加熱設備46可為一加熱機或為一遠紅外線機。
參閱圖7,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法之一第五較佳實施例,在本實施例,該表層材料2可採用熱風不織布、熱壓不織布、水刺不織布及提花水刺不織布其中一者,且該基層材料3採用塑膠膜,並以淋膜方式由一淋膜機47淋覆於該表層材料2而與該表層材料2結合並成膜,再通過一組相對滾動的冰滾輪48進行冷處理,冷處理的工作溫度可介於0-15℃,以使該表層材料2的捲曲纖維快速冷卻定形,而保持蓬鬆,以形成黏扣帶的母扣件20(見圖3),最後,與第一較佳實施例相同地,可藉由分條機43將完成後的黏扣帶的母扣件20進行分條及捲取收集。
參閱圖8,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法之一第六較佳實施例,與第一較佳實施例大致相同,惟,在本實施例,是以相對滾動的冰滾輪48替代冷風機42進行冷處理。
參閱圖9,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法之一第七較佳實施例,與第二較佳實施例大致相同,惟,在本實施例,是以相對滾動的冰滾輪48替代冷風機42進行冷處理。
參閱圖10,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法之一第八較佳實施例,與第三較佳實施例大致相同,惟,在本實施例,是以相對滾動的冰滾輪48替代冷風機42進行冷處理。
參閱圖11,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法之一第九較佳實施例,與第四較佳實施例大致相同,惟,在本實施例,是以相對滾動的冰滾輪48替代冷風機42進行冷處理。
參閱圖3,前述較佳實施例製成的母扣件20可使表層材料2的纖維經由冷卻定形保持蓬鬆,當一公扣件(圖未示)與該母扣件20相對貼合時,該公扣件的勾體(圖未示)容易伸入該母扣件20的表層材料2勾住纖維,而使該公扣件與該母扣件20產生優異的結合力。
取前述第一至第五較佳實施例製得的母扣件20做成實驗組樣品分別進行母扣件與公扣件剝離(peel)測試以及母扣件與公扣件間的剪力測試,另以與實驗組樣品相同材質及製程但未經過冷處理的母扣件做成比較組樣品進行相同的測試。測試方法說明如下:
<90度母扣件與公扣件剝離(peel)測試>
90度母扣件與公扣件剝離測試的測試方法是依據JTM-1221-C標準,樣品備製說明如下:
1.取黏扣帶的母扣件的測試樣品尺寸為25mm×20mm(MD×CD,MD(Machine Direction)為機械方向,CD(Cross Direction)為橫跨方向),將該測試樣品黏貼在標 準固著膠帶,取一吋寬紙張覆蓋在標準膠帶露膠區域。
2.取50mm×100mm(MD×CD)大小的公扣件並黏貼在不鏽鋼測試片上。
測試方法說明如下:
1.測試剝離方向為CD。
2.將90度的剝離治具安裝在拉力機的夾具中下夾頭。
3.設定拉力機的測試速度為300mm/min。設定拉力機的圖表速度為300mm/min。
4.將母扣件輕輕置放於公扣件上,以二公斤手持滾輪或電動滾輪以300mm/min速度,在母扣件與公扣件貼合樣品上以CD來回滾壓一次。
5.將完成上述步驟的樣品置放於90度吊掛荷重治具上,在紙張延長方向採用釘書機或長尾夾製作吊掛點,以一公斤重法碼進行90度吊掛荷重二秒鐘。
6.移除法碼重量及長尾夾,然後將樣品固定置放於90度剝離治具,將延長紙張底端安置在拉力機的上夾頭中。
7.擷取剝離力圖表中的剝離力的平均值,其中,平均值的計算應由剝離力圖表中的平均剝離面積計算得知,平均剝離面積取自剝離開始自剝離到20mm距離為止。
<母扣件與公扣件間的剪力測試,Shear strength between Hook and Loop>
母扣件與公扣件間的剪力測試是依據JTM-1235-A標準,樣品備製說明如下:
1.剪取標準母扣件樣品25mm×20mm(MD×CD)大小,將母扣件黏貼於標準膠帶上,標準膠帶其餘露膠位置用PET膜覆蓋露膠。
2.將50mm×100mm(MD×CD)大小的公扣件,並黏貼在不鏽鋼測試片上。
測試方法說明如下:
1.測試方向分別是公扣件的CD與母扣件的CD。
2.輕輕地將母扣件樣品置放於已經黏好的公扣件的測試樣品上,以二公斤手持滾輪或電動滾輪以300mm/min速度,在CD來回滾壓一次。
3.將完成上述步驟樣品安置在拉力機上夾頭及下夾頭上,以30mm/min的速度進行測試。
4.記錄剪力值。
<測試結果>
對應第一至第五較佳實施例製得的實驗組樣品分別編號為實驗例1、2、3、4、5,並將對應之比較組樣品分別編號為比較例1、2、3、4、5,各樣品的測試結果整理如表1所示。
由表1之數據比較可知,實驗例1-5在剝離力及剪力測試所測得的強度對比於對應的比較例1-5皆約提高25%,顯見經過冷處理製成的母扣件,確實能夠增加與公扣件之間的結合力。
綜上所述,本發明黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法,透過在該表層材料2與該基層材料3結合後,對該表層材料2冷處理以將蓬鬆纖維冷卻定形,以使該母扣件20與一公扣件相對貼合時,該公扣件的勾體較易伸入該母扣件20的表層材料2,而使該公扣件與該母扣件20產生優異的結合力,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法,包含以下步驟:將一表層材料與一基層材料結合,該表層材料選自未結合的複合纖維棉網、熱風不織布、熱壓不織布、水刺不織布及提花水刺不織布,該基層材料選自複合紡粘不織布、複合短纖維不織布、含紙槳紙纖不織布及塑膠膜,結合過程中該表層材料被加熱;及在該表層材料與該基層材料結合後,對該表層材料冷處理以冷卻該表層材料。
  2. 如請求項1所述黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法,其中,該表層材料與該基層材料以熱壓方式結合,並以通過一組相對滾動的冰滾輪進行冷處理。
  3. 如請求項1所述黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法,其中,該表層材料與該基層材料以熱壓方式結合,並以吹冷風方式進行冷處理。
  4. 如請求項1所述黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法,其中,該表層材料選自熱風不織布、熱壓不織布、水刺不織布及提花水刺不織布,該基層材料為塑膠膜,且該基層材料以淋膜方式與該表層材料結合,並以通過一組相對滾動的冰滾輪進行冷處理。
  5. 如請求項1所述黏扣帶的母扣件的製造方法,其中,該冷處理的工作溫度介於0-30℃。
