Description

隔膜泵之改良
本發明係關於隔膜泵,且特定言之係關於壓縮空氣驅動式雙隔膜泵。
壓縮空氣驅動式雙隔膜泵係為習知。此種泵通常是用於塗料噴灑用途。一般而言,此等泵包含了雙重空氣調節器,加上一出流過濾/分流壓降裝置,以及一過濾入口以提供乾淨過濾流體至噴槍,該雙重空氣調節器可獨立控制泵與噴槍壓力。當泵在運作時可固定注滿流體材料容器的容量,使所有的噴塗材料都可被使用而不浪費,藉此使停工期達最短,並使顏色變化運作快速簡單。
典型的習知閥體架構係於下文中說明,並進一步描述於第1圖中。
在此習知設計中,泵的轉換是透過以墊圈來交替運作提升閥而達成,該墊圈位於雙重隔膜內部。在運作時,提升閥係藉由交替地加壓及排空內隔膜腔體而使控制閥位置產生變化,進而使泵的方向反轉。
習知設計是過去最有效益的,然發明人已經找出一些部分來改良。舉例而言,製造容限的變異性會導致密封件對閥體施加過度摩擦力,而產生不需要之中間衝程定位、使泵停止運作。在此情形中即需要重啟泵。重啟需要人力介入與一段泵停工期。
本發明提供了一種用於使泵轉換之新穎替代機構。所提出的機構提供了一種有效且更可靠的泵,且未增加製造與運轉成本。
根據本發明,本發明提供了一種壓縮空氣驅動式雙隔膜泵,該隔膜泵包含一對雙重隔膜腔體以及一轉換機構,該轉換機構用於交替地加壓與排空該雙重隔膜腔體,該轉換機構包含一軸桿,該軸桿可滑動地裝設通過對齊孔洞,該等對齊孔洞在該雙重隔膜腔體之相對表面中;用於驅動該軸桿、使該軸桿於前向與反向方向中軸向移動之裝置;一閥體,該閥體包含一固定閥板以及一閥體關閉組件,該固定閥板具有複數個風門,該複數個風門與該雙重隔膜腔體流體相通,該閥體關閉組件係裝設為可相對於該固定閥板而滑動以選擇性地關閉該等風門中一或更多風門;一臂體,該臂體係裝設為可相對於該閥體而樞轉且與該軸桿接合,該固定閥板係鉸接於該臂體以及鉸接相關之彈力偏向裝置,以使該閥體關閉組件的位置偏離該閥板的中心。
在使用時,軸桿係受驅動以軸向移動。當軸桿移動時,該軸桿帶動臂體、使臂體沿著鄰近閥體之樞轉點樞轉,藉此沿著閥板推動閥體關閉組件。彈力偏向裝置確保閥板與閥體關閉組件之間的持續緊密接觸。隨著閥體關閉組件運行遍及閥板時,該閥體關閉組件開啟了與其中一個雙重隔膜相通的風門,並關閉與另一隔膜相通的風門。軸桿的反向移動則產生相反作動。該機構因此可切換隔膜間之加壓與排空、改變泵的方向。
在一較佳實施例中,臂體包含一實質U形框體以及狹槽,該等狹槽在該框體之平行延伸部中,該框體係裝設為可相對於該閥板之兩個相對表面而樞轉,一鉸鏈係容置於該等狹槽中並連接於一對線性張力彈簧,該對線性張力彈簧係依次鎖固至該框體,該框體鄰近樞轉點。
本發明的一項優點在於本發明提供了一種可安裝於泵中、或自該泵移除以進行維修的簡單獨立模組,無須拆解泵的任何主要組件。根據本發明之一構想,此種模組係可獨立於泵而提供。
如第1圖所示,習知泵包含一對提升閥(1),該對提升閥(1)各單向控制一對雙重隔膜(2)之其中一隔膜的加壓與排空。隔膜係藉由以可滑動方式裝設之軸桿(3)而連結,軸桿(3)係隨隔膜(2)膨脹與緊縮而於前向與反向方向中軸向移動。墊圈(4)係位於隔膜(2)之間,墊圈(4)使提升閥(1)交替運作。
在運作時,各提升閥(1)係提供一氣動訊號至活塞(5)的外部。如此使控制閥(6)改變位置,並藉由加壓與排空內隔膜腔體(7)而反轉泵的方向,提升閥(1)連接內隔膜腔體(7)。當提升閥(1)交替運作時,即可交替地加壓及排空隔膜腔體(7)。
提升閥(1)所產生的訊號只在受壓時存在,當提升閥(1)關閉時,致動活塞(5)之空氣係由端蓋(8)與栓部(9)之間的間隙排空。
如上所述,容限變異度可使密封部(10)對控制閥(6)施加過多摩擦力,此舉可使控制閥(6)位於中間衝程而使泵停止。該泵可藉由人力介入使用栓部(9)而重啟。
第2圖繪示了根據本發明之泵的一實施例之第一視圖。此圖式僅繪示了泵之新穎轉換機構的細節。泵的其他特徵係可由習知技術得知。
新穎機構包含一軸桿(21),軸桿(21)可滑動地裝設通過對齊孔洞(22),該等對齊孔洞(22)在該雙重隔膜腔體(23)之相對表面中。在該雙重隔膜腔體(23)間、軸桿(21)的中心處具有一環形凹痕(24),一臂體(25)係位於環形凹痕(24)中,該臂體(25)自一U形框體(26)延伸。該U形框體(26)係可樞轉地裝設在一閥板(27)上方(參閱第5圖元件符號(34)),閥板(27)包含複數個風門(28)。一閥體關閉組件(29)係位抵該閥板(27)之表面,閥體關閉組件(29)係配置以滑動遍及該表面以選擇性地阻擋該多個風門(28)。
閥體關閉組件(29)係由金屬推動部或類似金屬線形式之鎖固件(30)鉸接裝設在狹槽(31)中,狹槽(31)在U形框體(26)之平行延伸部中。線性張力彈簧(32)連接了鉸接之金屬推動部(30)與U形框體(26),U形框體(26)鄰近樞轉點。彈簧(32)使閥體關閉組件(29)的位置偏至對閥板(27)之一離心位置。
第3圖繪示了在泵切換已經發生之後的第2圖之實施例。如圖所示,軸桿(21)已經從左朝右隔膜腔體(23)軸向移動。軸桿(21)的移動使凹痕(24)拖曳臂體(25)、帶動U形框體(26)沿著樞轉軸轉動,並使閥體關閉組件(29)滑動遍及閥板(27)、開啟圖式左側之風門(28)並關閉圖式右側之風門(28)。此舉排空圖式右側的腔體(23)並加壓圖式左側的腔體(23)。
第4圖繪示了第2圖與第3圖之實施方式,該實施方式詳細描述了閥體關閉組件(29)、金屬推動部(30)、U形框體(26)與彈簧(32)。
第5圖以另一視圖提供了第4圖之組件放大圖。如圖所示,金屬推動部(30)係固定位於狹槽(33)中,狹槽(33)在閥體關閉組件(29)後方,藉此對閥板(27)保持組件。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種壓縮空氣驅動式雙隔膜泵,該隔膜泵包含:一對雙重隔膜腔體以及一轉換機構,該轉換機構用於交替地加壓與排空該雙重隔膜腔體,該轉換機構包含:一軸桿,該軸桿可滑動地裝設通過對齊孔洞,該等對齊孔洞在該雙重隔膜腔體之相對表面中;用於驅動該軸桿、使該軸桿於前向與反向方向中軸向移動之裝置;一閥體,該閥體包含一固定閥板以及一閥體關閉組件,該固定閥板具有複數個風門,該複數個風門與該雙重隔膜腔體流體相通,該閥體關閉組件係裝設為可相對於該固定閥板而滑動以選擇性地關閉該等風門中一或更多風門;一臂體,該臂體係裝設為可相對於該閥體而樞轉且與該軸桿接合,該固定閥板係鉸接於該臂體以及鉸接相關之彈力偏向裝置,以使該閥體關閉組件的位置偏離該閥板的中心;其中該臂體包含一實質U形框體以及狹槽,該等狹槽在該框體之平行延伸部中,該框體係裝設為可相對於該閥板之兩個相對表面而樞轉,一鉸鏈係容置於該等狹槽中並連接於一對線性張力彈簧,該對線性張力彈簧係依次鎖固至該框體,該框體鄰近該框體的樞轉點。
