Description

用於桶器之有輪底座組件
本發明係關於一種附有輪體的托架或底座組件,尤指用於廢氣淨化桶者。
廢氣淨化桶具有一用以容納固體吸附材料之桶體,該吸附材料可吸附留置有毒物質,因而淨化通過該吸附材料之廢氣(見DE4102969C1與DE19532279C2)。此等廢氣淨化桶的主要用途之一即在於淨化半導體製程中所產生的有毒工業廢氣。
由於廢氣淨化桶動輒數百公斤,重量可觀,因此必須配合經由輪體提供移動性之設計。為滿足此一需求,實際應用中常是將廢氣淨化桶放置於焊設有四個輪架的底座上。即便不論此種底座本身所需的高昂製造成本,其缺點尚包括增加廢氣淨化桶的高度與空重。例如,在半導體工業中,廢氣淨化桶係用於無塵室(潔淨室)或位於無塵室下游的灰室(次潔淨室)等高成本空間中,例如設置在一櫃內,但為容納廢氣淨化桶之底座,此櫃之高度勢必增加。如此一來,便無法有效利用此等高成本空間。
有鑑於此,本發明的目的即在於提供一種用於桶狀或柱狀廢氣淨化桶的有輪底座組件,其具有設計簡潔與結構緊密之優點。
根據本發明,上述目的可藉由申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於桶器之有輪底座組件加以實現。本發明之其他實施方式則分別於各附屬申請專利範圍項中加以界定。
根據本發明,連附於桶器外壁周圍之輪架係與結合於桶器凸邊內壁的配衡元件鎖合,因而穩固定位於桶器凸邊所在之部位。桶器可裝有三個、四個或更多沿該桶器外圍分散設置之輪架。藉此,桶器高度不致大幅增加,而本發明有輪底座組件所佔用的空間亦得以減少,使無塵室或灰室之空間利用更有效率。
該輪架以及與其配合的配衡元件較理想地係為輕質金屬製成之鑄造件,該輕質金屬尤可為鋁合金。因此本發明底座組件之製造成本(包含其材料耗用量)將可降低,而重量亦可大幅減輕。
為確保輪架之結合面儘可能緊密貼合桶器之外表面,而相配適的配衡元件之結合面亦儘可能緊密貼合凸邊之內表面,輪架及配衡元件之結合面係各具有與桶器外表面及凸邊內表面相符之弧度。
由於以鋁合金製成的鑄造件相較於不鏽鋼製成的桶器具有更大的變形塑性,因此即便桶器尺寸略有差異,例如在製造公差範圍內的些微差異,仍不會降低結合面之貼合緊密度,或影響本發明有輪底座組件的操作。雖然當桶器半徑差異顯著時必須重新鑄造輪架及配衡元件,但鑄造新輪架及配衡元件時僅需在模具中置入適當之嵌入件即可。換言之,該模具具有適用於多種桶徑的靈活性,因而有助於降低修改鑄造件所需的成本。
凸邊為桶器外壁之底緣,其上連接有桶器底板。所述之凸邊、外壁與底板係以不鏽鋼製成並彼此焊合;尤其可利用捲邊焊合法以確保廢氣淨化桶之氣密效果。同時,當桶器放置於地面時,凸邊可提供保護桶器底緣之作用。此外,凸邊亦有加固桶器之功能。通常該桶器係一所謂圓筒(drum),亦即概呈圓柱形。
在桶器下半部設置有鼓出式環筋,其可與輪架結合面上方傾斜面相互貼合。此環筋係強固桶器結構以及將負載傳遞至輪架所不可或缺者。較理想地,該環筋之斷面概呈V字形,其兩邊壁之間的夾角較佳地約為90°。
該桶器將負載轉移至輪架時,在輪架結合面與輪體和地面之接觸點間形成一槓桿臂,因而產生一傾動力矩。當輪體轉動至其最遠位置,亦即遠離桶器時,該槓桿臂與傾動力矩為最大。
詳言之,桶器負載係由輪架內支撐桶器凸邊之環狀溝槽區域以及輪架結合面上方用以撐持環筋下表面的傾斜弧面共同承接。較理想地,該環筋之兩邊壁以及該傾斜弧面係與桶器縱軸形成約45°之夾角。
同時,輪架上的該傾斜弧面,配合桶器外側輪架結合面與凸邊內側配衡元件結合面之作用,共同承接上述傾動力矩。
較佳地,各輪架在其環狀溝槽下方的位置,及各配衡元件在其與凸邊內表面結合之結合面下方的位置,分別設有彼此平行之接合平面。可利用在該等平行接合平面間夾設適當的填隙墊片等方式,發揮補償公差之調整作用。較理想地,該等接合平面間的距離係以小於一公厘之差距,短於輪架用以貼合桶器外表面之結合面以及配衡元件用以貼合凸邊內表面之結合面間的距離;或更佳地,所述長度差距為0.5公厘。
較理想地,該輪架的頂部表面在輪台垂直樞轉軸與該用以貼合環筋之傾斜弧面間係向上突出形成凸頂。此凸頂可提高輪架在此區域之強度,若未有如此之優化設計(即上突之曲率),根據有限元素分析法,輪架在此區域之受力將大幅增加。
輪架底部較理想地係設有球形凹面,以便輪體在輪架下方進行360°自由周轉。因此,輪架在該球形凹面所定義之一水平圓弧區域中央處的厚度係小於該圓弧區兩端處的厚度。為將配衡元件與輪架以螺鎖方式結合,可以一對螺栓鎖固於其末端區域,亦即分屬該配衡元件與該輪架之兩周邊末端區域。為達成此一目的,該等螺栓係延伸穿過該輪架與配衡元件。在此狀況下,各螺栓可具有一內多角形栓頭,其延伸通過輪架的穿孔,且各螺栓貫穿配衡元件之另一端之栓頭則可鎖設一螺帽。
該桶器的環形圓周底部與其凸邊係夾設定位於該輪架與該配衡元件之間,因此相對於該輪體形成彈性懸吊之結構。
請參閱第1圖,一圓柱狀桶器1具有複數環筋4,其中包括形成於桶器1下段之環筋4,而環筋4下方則設有一凸邊5,其構成桶器1的底部末端。沿著桶器凸邊5裝設有四個輪架6,各輪架6中結合有一輪體7。上述四個輪架6以90°為間隔固合於桶器1之圓周。當使用三個輪架6時,可以120°為間隔設置;或者,桶器1亦可能設有四個以上的輪架6。
如第2圖所示者,凸邊5係位於桶器1外表面8之底緣,而使一底板9固設於該底緣。鼓出於桶器1下段之環筋4係以其二邊壁夾設一約呈90°的夾角α,因此該環筋4之二邊壁分別與桶器1之縱軸形成約45°之夾角。
裝設於輪架6中的輪體7可相對於一垂直軸為360°之樞轉運動。為達成此一功效,係將一直立螺栓11穿過輪架6上的一孔12後,以一螺帽13將直立螺栓11固定於用以支撐輪體7的一輪台14。該輪台14與輪架6之間所夾設的一空間15中容設一耐磨軸承(圖未示)。
輪架6具有一結合面16,而該輪架6即藉由此結合面16與介於凸邊5與環筋4之間的桶器1外表面8全面緊密貼合。為達成此一功效,結合面16係配合外表面8之半徑製作。
在凸邊5之內表面設置一形狀與輪架6之結合面16相配適或互補的配衡元件17,並藉由螺鎖方式將輪架6與配衡元件17鎖合,藉以將輪架6之結合面16夾固於外表面8。此外,為使配衡元件17之一結合面18與凸邊5全面緊密貼合,配衡元件17係具有與凸邊5內表面相同之半徑弧度。
輪架6於結合面16下方設有一環狀溝槽19,可容納凸邊5之突出部分。此外,輪架6之上方區域設有一可與環筋4之下邊壁全面緊密貼合之傾斜弧面21。
輪架6與配衡元件17各為一鋁合金鑄造件。
輪架6在其面向配衡元件17之一面的環狀溝槽19下方設有一接合平面22,而配衡元件17之結合面18下方亦形成一平行於前述接合平面22且可與其接合之接合平面23。此二彼此相對之平行接合平面22、23構成一對相互接合表面,且為達此目的,該等接合平面22、23間的距離之尺寸,係略小於輪架6結合面16與配衡元件17結合面18間之距離。
輪架6之頂部表面介於輪台14之垂直樞轉軸(亦即對應於該螺栓11的位置)與輪架6用以貼合環筋4之傾斜弧面21之間的部分,係向上彎曲或形成一凸頂24。
為便於輪體7在輪架6下方360°樞轉,輪架6之下側設有球形凹面25。如第3圖所示,所述之球形凹面25在輪架6下側形成一拱形邊緣26。是以,拱形邊緣26中央處之輪架6厚度較小,而兩端處之厚度較大。因此,配衡元件17與輪架6間之螺鎖結合可藉由兩分別貫穿輪架6較厚部位的螺栓27、28加以實現。
螺栓27、28之栓頭31、32卡合於輪架6,且可為內多角之型態。而螺帽29、30則分別鎖合於上述螺栓27、28突出於配衡元件17之一端。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種用於桶器之有輪底座組件,尤指用於廢氣淨化桶者,其中,該桶器之底端設有一凸邊及一位於該凸邊上方之環筋,複數輪架各以一輪台樞接一輪體,使該等輪體可以一垂直軸為軸心進行樞轉,每一輪架包含一可與該桶器介於該凸邊與該環筋之間的外表面貼合的結合面,以及一形成於該結合面下方之環狀溝槽,用以容納該凸邊;該有輪底座組件之特徵在於,該環筋在該凸邊之上方向外鼓出,其中該輪架之上方區域形成一符合該環筋構造之傾斜弧面,以便與該環筋貼合,其中具有複數個配衡元件,每一配衡元件係用以使前述結合面緊密貼合與該桶器之外表面,該配衡元件與該輪架彼此以螺鎖方式結合,其中該輪架之結合面具有與該桶器外表面相符之弧度,且該配衡元件亦具有一結合面,其具有與該凸邊之內表面相符之弧度。
  2. 如請求項1所述之有輪底座組件,其特徵在於該輪架及/或該配衡元件係經由鑄造而成。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之有輪底座組件,其特徵在於該輪架及/或該配衡元件係以一輕質金屬製成。
  4. 如請求項1所述之有輪底座組件,其特徵在於,該輪架在其環狀溝槽下方的位置,及該配衡元件在其用以貼合該凸邊內表面之結合面下方的位置各設有彼此平行之接合平面。
  5. 如請求項1所述之有輪底座組件,其特徵在於該輪架之頂部表面介於該輪台垂直樞轉軸與該用以貼合該環筋之傾斜弧面之間的區域具有一上凸之曲率。
  6. 如請求項1所述之有輪底座組件,其特徵在於該輪架之下側設有一球形凹面,以便該輪體進行全圓周樞轉。
  7. 如請求項1或6所述之有輪底座組件,其特徵在於,一對螺栓將該配衡元件與該輪架以螺鎖方式結合,使該輪架與該配衡元件之末端部分沿周邊緊密貼合。
