Description
本發明係關於一種使用黏土礦物作為軟化基劑之柔軟清潔劑組合物。
自先前,洗淨後之纖維產品會因纖維處理劑脫落或鹽類附著等而失去柔軟性,為防止成為硬繃繃觸感,故研究有於清潔劑中添加軟化劑。例如,作為沈著於纖維表面而賦予纖維產品之手感柔軟性的軟化劑,先前已有添加膨潤石等黏土礦物(例如,參照專利文獻1)、二烷基型第4級銨鹽等陽離子性界面活性劑(例如,參照非專利文獻1)、聚二甲基矽氧烷等聚矽氧(例如,參照專利文獻2)等。又,近年來就易添加性、環境對應等方面而言,研究有藉由黏土礦物之柔軟效果之增強方法。例如,已知有膨潤土與異戊四醇化合物之併用(例如,參照專利文獻3)、黏土礦物與絮凝劑之併用(例如,參照專利文獻4)、膨潤土與可溶性鉀鹽之併用(例如,參照專利文獻5、非專利文獻1)等。又,已知所謂Ca型膨潤土之柔軟性能高於Na型膨潤土。
另一方面,基於對應環境.能量問題或經濟性的洗滌水之低溫化、運轉時間之縮短化等近年來洗衣機之傾向,均造成膨潤石等黏土造粒物之分散速度之延遲,業者愈發擔憂該情形導致的黏土礦物未分散粒子會殘留於衣類上。
又,近年來,作為強化洗淨力、尤其是強化對油污之清潔力之一環,開始添加非離子性界面活性劑作為主界面活性劑。然而,本發明者們進行積極研究,結果發現,若添加有Ca型膨潤土造粒物之清潔劑中存在非離子性界面活性劑,則有黏土造粒物之分散性顯著下降的傾向,與近年來之洗衣機之趨勢相同,非離子性界面活性劑之添加及Ca型膨潤土之組合會引起黏土造粒物殘留於衣類等課題。

本發明之課題在於提供一種柔軟清潔劑組合物,其係藉由使用該柔軟清潔劑組合物洗淨具有柔軟性之纖維產品等之同時,使黏土礦物難以殘留於衣類上者。
即,本發明之要旨係關於一種柔軟清潔劑組合物,其特徵在於含有:(a)以下述通式(I)所表示之膨潤石型黏土礦物作為主成分之黏土造粒物(其中,造粒物中之Na/Ca之質量比未達1.0)1~20質量%[Si8

O或K2
O之情形時,柔軟清潔劑組合物中含有相當於23質量%以上之水溶性Na鹽及/或K鹽(含有水溶性Na鹽及K鹽之情形時,總合量為23質量%以上)。
藉由使用本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物,可洗淨具有柔軟性之纖維產品等,且可發揮黏土礦物難以殘留於衣類等效果。
以下,就本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物加以更詳細說明。
<(a)成分>本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物之(a)成分,其係以下述通式(I)所表示之膨潤石型黏土礦物作為主成分(於本申請案中,所謂主成分係指造粒物中之含量為50質量%以上者)之黏土造粒物(其中,造粒物中之Na/Ca之質量比未達1.0)。

就柔軟性能、清潔性能之方面而言,柔軟清潔劑組合物中之(a)成分含量為1~20質量%,較好的是2~20質量%,更好的是4~18質量%,又更好的是6~16質量%,再更好的是8~15質量%,尤其好的是10~14質量%。
黏土礦物,尤其為天然之情形時,由於含有石英、方石英、方解石、長石、滑石、白雲石等雜質,因此所謂(a)成分含量係指含有該等雜質者之含量。又,造粒時所供給之水或黏合劑或添加劑等成分亦包含於(a)成分之含量中。因此,所謂作為(a)成分之黏土造粒物中以通式(I)之膨潤石型黏土礦物作為主成分之情形,係指造粒物中含有50質量%以上、較好的是60~90質量%之上述膨潤石型黏土礦物。
再者,作為本發明之其他態樣,可列舉:黏土造粒物中,以(I)所表示之黏土礦物中通常作為雜質而存在之石英、方石英、方解石、長石、滑石、白雲石及水,與以(I)式所表示之黏土礦物之合計量較好的是90質量%以上,更好的是92質量%以上。
本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物,就提高黏土造粒物之分散性、衣類殘留性之觀點而言,具有可提高Na或K之存在量之特徵。即,作為(i)黏土造粒物中所存在之量,Na較好的是1.0質量%以上,另一方面,作為(ii)柔軟清潔劑組合物中所存在之量,較好的是含有相當於23質量%(換算為Na2
O或K2
O之情形時)以上之水溶性Na鹽及/或K鹽(含有水溶性Na鹽及K鹽之情形時,總合量為23質量%以上)。本發明係滿足上述(i)及(ii)之至少一個條件者,較好的是兩個均滿足者。
所謂黏土造粒物中之Na為1.0質量%以上,其係指藉由下述方法測定之Na為1.0質量%以上之黏土造粒物,作為Na源,可列舉原先存在於礦石中者、或可藉由黏土造粒物之製造步驟中所添加之Na鹽等。就分散性之觀點而言,黏土造粒物中之Na較好的是1.5質量%以上,更好的是2.0質量%以上,又更好的是3.0質量%以上。就柔軟性之觀點而言,其較好的是起始原料之黏土礦物之Ca量以下。其上限並無特別限制,但就造粒適合性降低之觀點而言,較好的是6.0質量%以下,更好的是5.0質量%以下。
又,就提昇柔軟性之觀點而言,較好的是Ca型膨潤土造粒物。
於本發明之其他態樣中,所謂Ca型膨潤土造粒物係指黏土造粒物中之Na離子與Ca離子之質量比(Na/Ca)為1.0以上之黏土造粒物。
作為以相關通式(I)所表示之膨潤石型黏土礦物作為主成分之黏土造粒物之例,可列舉:Sud.Chemie公司製造之「Laundrosil PR414」、「Laundrosil DG」、「Laundrosil DGA212」、Laviosa公司製造之「Detersoft GIS」、「Detersoft GIB」、「Detersoft GISW」、CSM公司之「Questsoft」、「純膨潤土(Pure Bentonite)」、「標準膨潤土(Standard Bentonite)」等。再者,括號內之術語表示商品名。該等(a)成分可為天然品,亦可為合成品。
作為獲得含有本發明中所使用之黏土礦物之黏土造粒物之Na/Ca之質量比未達1.0且Na量較多之黏土造粒物的方法,若為天然品,則可適宜選擇產地,或者,例如製造黏土造粒物時,亦可使用Ca量較多之黏土礦物作為起始原料,添加Na鹽等而進行調製。又,若為合成品,則可藉由眾所周知之方法任意地製備。
黏土造粒物中之Na/Ca之質量比及Na質量%係藉由以下方法而測定。以乳缽粉碎黏土造粒物,將0.1g之通過孔徑為125 μm之篩的試料,藉由微波濕式灰化裝置(自動)進行硫酸-過氧化氫分解後,以容量瓶定容為50 mL,利用ICP發光分析裝置進行測定,再對Na及Ca量進行定量而計算。
就非分級性之觀點而言,黏土造粒物之體積密度較好的是500~1200 g/L,更好的是600~1100 g/L,尤其好的是700~1050 g/L。此處,體積密度係使用由JIS K 3362所規定之方法進行測定。就低引塵性、非分級性之觀點而言,該黏土造粒物之平均粒徑較好的是200~1000 μm,更好的是300~900 μm,尤其好的是400~800 μm。此處,平均粒徑係使用JIS Z 8801之標準篩篩搖5分鐘後,由孔徑尺寸之重量分率求出。
並且,就引塵性、外觀之觀點而言,具有180~1410 μm粒徑之黏土造粒物較好的是占黏土造粒物總體之90質量%以上,更好的是占95質量%以上。
作為黏土造粒物之水分值,就黏土造粒物之粒子強度之觀點而言,於黏土造粒物中較好的是18質量%以下,更好的是16質量%以下,更好的是14質量%以下。
黏土造粒物之水分散液之pH值係根據20℃、2質量%之測定條件,使用玻璃電極法而測定。就品質管理之觀點而言,較好的是9.0以上,更好的是9.5以上,更好的是10.0以上。
<(b)成分>本申請案之柔軟清潔劑組合物含有1.0~18質量%之(b)成分之非離子性界面活性劑。就柔軟性能、洗淨性能、衣類殘留性之方面而言,其含量於柔軟清潔劑組合物中較好的是2~18質量%,更好的是2~15質量%,更好的是2.5~15質量%,又更好的是3~12質量%,再更好的是3.5~9質量%,又再更好的是4~9質量%,尤其好的是4~8質量%。
作為(b)成分之具體化合物,可列舉:聚氧伸烷基烷基(碳數8~20)醚、烷基聚糖苷、聚氧伸烷基烷基(碳數8~20)苯基醚、聚氧伸烷基山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸(碳數8~22)酯、聚氧伸烷二醇脂肪酸(碳數8~22)酯、聚氧伸乙基聚氧伸丙基嵌段聚合物等。尤其好的是碳數10~18之醇中加成有環氧乙烷或環氧丙烷等環氧烷的聚氧伸烷基烷基醚。就提昇柔軟性方面而言,環氧烷之平均加成莫耳數較好的是4~20,更好的是4~16,又更好的是4~12,尤其好的是4~8。非離子性界面活性劑之HLB值(藉由格裏芬法算出)較好的是10.5~15.0,更好的是11.0~14.5。
<(c)成分>本申請案之柔軟清潔劑組合物含有6~27質量%之(c)成分之陰離子性界面活性劑(其中,脂肪酸鹽除外)。就柔軟性能、清潔性能方面而言,於柔軟清潔劑組合物中,其含量較好的是10~26質量%,更好的是12~25質量%,又更好的是16~25質量%,尤其好的是20~25質量%。
作為(c)成分之具體化合物,可列舉:碳數10~18之醇的硫酸酯鹽、碳數8~20之醇之烷氧化物的硫酸酯鹽、烷基苯磺酸鹽、石蠟磺酸鹽、α-烯烴磺酸鹽、α-磺酸基脂肪酸鹽、α-磺酸基脂肪酸烷基酯鹽等。於本發明中,尤其好的是含有烷基鏈之碳數為10~14、更好的是12~14的直鏈烷基苯磺酸鹽或烷基鏈之碳數為10~18的烷基硫酸鹽。作為相反離子,較好的是鹼金屬鹽或胺類,尤其好的是鈉及/或鉀、單乙醇胺、二乙醇胺。又,更好的是與烷基硫酸鹽之混合系,烷基苯磺酸鹽/烷基硫酸鹽之質量比更好的是30/1~1/1,尤其好的是5/1~6/5。進而,就柔軟性之觀點而言,烷基硫酸鹽之烷基之支鏈/直鏈之比率較好的是10/90~99/1,更好的是20/80~97/3,更好的是30/70~95/5,尤其好的是40/60~90/10。
<(d)成分>本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物進而含有10~35質量%之鹼性劑。作為鹼性劑成分,可列舉:(d1)碳酸鹽、(d2)結晶性矽酸鹽、(d3)非晶質矽酸鹽等。就洗淨性之觀點而言,(d1)碳酸鹽較好的是12~30質量%,更好的是15~25質量%。柔軟清潔劑組合物中之(d2)成分及(d3)成分之合計量、即矽酸鹽(結晶性矽酸鹽及非晶質矽酸鹽)含量,就柔軟性之觀點而言,為6質量%以下,較好的是4質量%以下,更好的是2質量%以下。同樣地,就防銹性之觀點而言,作為下限之矽酸鹽含量較好的是0.1質量%以上,更好的是0.3質量%以上,更好的是0.5質量%以上。
<(e)成分>本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物係添加3~35質量%之沸石等結晶性鋁矽酸鹽作為(e)成分。作為(e)成分,可列舉各種沸石,較好的是平均粒徑為1~5 μm之沸石,就洗淨性及黏土造粒物分散性之觀點而言,(e)成分於柔軟清潔劑組合物中較好的是佔6~30質量%,更好的是8~27質量%。
又,就柔軟性之方面而言,本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物較好的是進而含有0.3~3質量%之脂肪酸鹽,更好的是0.4~2質量%,更好的是0.5~1.5質量%。
作為脂肪酸鹽,例如可列舉碳數10~22之脂肪酸等。碳數較好的是10~18。作為相反離子,較好的是鈉或鉀等鹼性金屬之鹽,尤其好的是鈉鹽。
<水分>又,就穩定性、生產性之方面而言,柔軟清潔劑組合物較好的是含有0.1~10質量%之水(藉由揭示於JIS K 3362:1998之過熱減量法的水分),更好的是0.2~6質量%,又更好的是0.5~4質量%。
<其他成分>本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物,可含有於衣料用清潔劑領域中眾所周知之助洗劑(非晶質鋁矽酸鹽、三聚磷酸鈉、焦磷酸鈉;作為有機系助洗劑,有胺基羧酸鹽、羥基胺基羧酸鹽、羥基羧酸鹽、環羧酸鹽、醚羧酸鹽及有機羧酸(鹽)聚合物等)、再汚染防止劑(聚丙烯酸鹽、羧甲基纖維素等)、其他軟化劑、螢光染料、泡沫抑制劑(高級脂肪酸鹽、聚矽氧等)、酶(蛋白酶、纖維素酶、澱粉酶、脂肪酶等)、酶穩定劑、著色劑、香料、漂白劑、漂白活化劑等。
以下,對本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物中之水溶性Na鹽及K鹽加以說明。
作為Na鹽,可列舉:碳酸鈉、氯化鈉、硫酸鈉、碳酸氫鈉、亞硫酸鈉、結晶質及非晶質矽酸鈉、碳酸鹽.過氧化氫加成物、硼酸鹽.過氧化氫加成物等水溶性無機鹽類,檸檬酸鈉、反丁烯二酸鈉等水溶性有機酸鹽類,聚丙烯酸鈉、丙烯酸-順丁烯二酸共聚物之鈉鹽、羧甲基纖維素等水溶性聚合物,及眾所周知之界面活性劑之鈉鹽等。
又,作為K鹽,可列舉:碳酸鉀、硫酸鉀等水溶性無機鹽類,檸檬酸鉀、反丁烯二酸鉀等水溶性有機酸鹽類,聚丙烯酸鉀、丙烯酸-順丁烯二酸共聚物之鉀鹽,及眾所周知之界面活性劑之鉀鹽等。
上述Na鹽及K鹽中,就Na及K含量較大之方面而言,較好的是碳酸鈉、碳酸鉀、氯化鈉、硫酸鈉,就洗淨性能方面而言,尤其好的是聚丙烯酸鈉、丙烯酸-順丁烯二酸共聚物之鈉鹽。又,就表現柔軟性之觀點而言,三聚磷酸鹽為有用之助洗劑,但就對環境之顧慮的觀點而言,較好的是未實質性添加。又,於換算為Na2
O或K2
O之情形時,本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物含有相當於23質量%以上之水溶性Na鹽及/或K鹽(含有水溶性Na鹽及K鹽之情形時,總合量為23質量%以上)。就提昇分散性之觀點而言,於柔軟清潔劑組合物中較好的是佔24質量%以上,更好的是25質量%以上,更好的是26質量%以上。
具有上述組成之本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物可藉由以眾所周知之方法混合上述各成分而製造,就流動性及耐黏結性之方面而言,可使用表面改性劑進行表面改性。
就穩定性方面而言,本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物較好的是粉末或片劑形態,更好的是粉末形態。就低溫溶解性、穩定性方面而言,由藉由揭示於JIS K 3362:1998中之利用篩選機械的篩選方法所測定的粒度而求出之平均粒徑較好的是200~1000 μm,更好的是250~900 μm,更好的是300~800 μm。就低溫溶解性、穩定性方面而言,藉由揭示於JIS K 3362:1998之方法所測定的視密度較好的是300~1200 g/L,更好的是400~1100 g/L,更好的是600~1000 g/L,尤其好的是700~980 g/L。
就洗淨性能、柔軟性能、損傷性方面而言,藉由揭示於JIS K 3362:1998之方法於20℃下測定之柔軟清潔劑組合物之0.1質量%之水溶液的pH值較好的是8~12,更好的是9~11.5,又更好的是9.5~11,尤其好的是10~11。
就洗淨性能、柔軟性能方面而言,藉由下述測定方法測定之柔軟清潔劑組合物之鈣捕獲量較好的是20~300 CaCO3
mg/g,更好的是50~200 CaCO3
mg/g,更好的是100~150 CaCO3
mg/g。
(鈣捕獲量之測定方法)鈣捕獲量(Ca捕獲量)係藉由揭示於日本專利特開平3-277696號公報之第3頁右下欄第6行至第4頁左上欄第6行之方法(其中,將陰離子性界面活性劑換成柔軟清潔劑組合物)而求出。
以黏土造粒物、漂白劑、漂白活化劑、酶、香料及表面改性用沸石6質量%除外的成分,獲得清潔劑基劑。隨後混合剩餘成分,而獲得柔軟清潔劑組合物。柔軟清潔劑組合物之組成示於表1。
所獲得之柔軟清潔劑組合物,其藉由揭示於JIS K 3362:1998之方法於20℃下測定之0.1質量%之水溶液的pH值均為10~11之範圍,鈣捕獲量均為50 CaCO3
mg/g~200 CaCO3
mg/g之範圍,平均粒徑均為300~800 μm之範圍,視密度均為700~980 g/L之範圍。
再者,根據以下方法評價所獲得之柔軟清潔劑組合物之洗淨力、柔軟性及衣類殘留性。該等之結果示於表1。
(衣領污布之製備)製備JIS K 3362:1998所揭示之衣領污布。
(洗淨條件及評價方法)依據揭示於JIS K 3362:1998之衣料用合成清潔劑之洗淨力評價方法,對表1之柔軟清潔劑組合物與洗淨力判定用標準清潔劑之洗淨力進行比較。將表1之柔軟清潔劑組合物之使用濃度設為1.0 g/L。
評價標準○:優於標準清潔劑△:等同於標準清潔劑×:差於標準清潔劑
(評價用毛巾之製備)將市售之棉毛巾(棉100%)放入小型洗衣機(National製「N-BK2」),又,此時之前處理劑使用0.5 g/L之以1:1:3(重量比)之比例混合有非離子性界面活性劑(碳數12的1級醇中平均加成有6莫耳之環氧乙烷者)、結晶性矽酸鹽(PreFeeder顆粒品)、碳酸鈉者。使用於水溫20℃下洗淨7分鐘後,離心脫水、洗滌3分鐘、脫水、洗滌3分鐘、脫水,合計重複5次,以除去處理劑者。
(柔軟評價方法)於5 L之20℃之水中投入5.0 g表1之柔軟清潔劑組合物、0.3 kg棉毛巾(以70 cm×30 cm 4條),洗滌7分鐘。脫水後,以5 L水洗滌3分鐘,再脫水,洗滌3分鐘,脫水後風乾。將以柔軟清潔劑組合物洗滌之毛巾與前處理毛巾作為一對,由5名判定者對手感之柔和度進行官能評價。將無差別之情形及變硬之情形設為0點,將稍許變柔和之情形設為1點,將少許變柔和之情形設為2點,將明顯變柔和之情形設為3點,5人之合計點如下所示。
評價標準◎:合計10點以上○:合計6點以上且未達10點△:合計3點以上且未達6點×:合計未達3點
(衣類殘留性之評價方法)於5 L之5℃的水中投入5.0 g表1之柔軟清潔劑組合物、0.3 kg黑色細平棉布40薄布(股份有限公司穀頭商店製造)(加工成30 cm×38 cm者19條),洗滌7分鐘。脫水後,以5 L水洗滌3分鐘,脫水,洗滌3分鐘,脫水後風乾。由每1條以柔軟清潔劑組合物洗滌之黑色細平棉布之表面之殘留物數量或大小,根據以下評價標準,評價衣類殘留性。
評價標準◎:(幾乎)未見到殘留物○:無較大(0.5 mm以上)粒子之殘留物,可見數個~10個微粉(未達0.5 mm)殘留物△:無較大(0.5 mm以上)粒子之殘留物,可見十數個微粉(未達0.5 mm)殘留物×:存在較大(0.5 mm以上)粒子之殘留物,可見微粉(未達0.5 mm)殘留物××:存在數個以上較大(0.5 mm以上)粒子之殘留物,可見多數個微粉(未達0.5 mm)殘留物
由表1之結果可知,與比較例1~2相比,實施例1~13中藉由以特定濃度.比率調配(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)及(e)成分等,可獲得衣類殘留性、柔軟性、洗淨性優異之柔軟清潔劑組合物。
再者,於實施例中係使用以下者作為各成分。
.石:「Zeo Builder」(Zeo Builder公司製,中值粒徑:3.0 μm).陰離子性界面活性劑:LAS-Na:烷基碳數12~14之直鏈烷基苯磺酸鈉AS-Na:烷基碳數12~16之烷基硫酸酯鈉.非離子性界面活性劑:碳數10~14之1級醇中平均加成有6莫耳之EO者.高級脂肪酸鹽:烷基碳數14~18之脂肪酸鈉.PEG:聚乙二醇(重量平均分子量8500).碳酸鈉:重灰(Dense gray)(Central Glass股份有限公司製造).硫酸鈉:中性無水芒硝(四國化成股份有限公司製造).食鹽:Nakuru N(Naikai鹽業股份有限公司製造).碳酸氫鈉:碳酸氫鈉(Tosoh股份有限公司製造).三聚磷酸Na:三聚燐酸鈉(下關三井化學股份有限公司製造).結晶性矽酸鹽:PreFeeder顆粒品(股份有限公司Tokuyama Siltech製造).亞硫酸鈉:亞硫酸鈉(三井化學股份有限公司).2號矽酸鹽:2號矽酸鈉(富士化學股份有限公司製造).AA聚合物:聚丙烯酸(平均分子量1.5萬,藉由GPC測定、以聚乙二醇換算、花王股份有限公司製造).AA/MA聚合物:丙烯酸-順丁烯二酸共聚物(鈉鹽(70莫耳%中和):單體比例為丙烯酸/順丁烯二酸=3/7(莫耳比),平均分子量70000).酶:以3:1:2之質量比使用「纖維素酶K」(揭示於日本專利特開昭63-264699號公報)、「漂白用酶24TK」(Novo社製造)、「Sabinase 6.0T」(Novo公司製造).螢光染料:「Thinopal CBS-X」(Ciba-Geigy社製造).漂白劑:碳酸鈉.過氧化氫加成物(過碳酸鈉):揭示於日本專利特開2000-256699號公報之段落0019的漂白劑.漂白活化劑:十二烷醯苯磺酸鈉造粒物(揭示於日本專利特開2000-256699號公報之段落0018的漂白活化劑)
再者,作為實施例中之黏土造粒物(I)~(Ⅵ),使用以下者。
黏土造粒物(I)之製造方法如下。
於2 L容量之亨舍爾混合機中投入100質量份Na/Ca質量比為0.02、水分為25質量%之膨潤土之黏土礦石,及1.0質量份碳酸鈉,以旋轉數1600 rpm混合3分鐘。擠出所獲得之混合物,以造粒器(篩網徑:2 mmΦ)進行造粒。其次,將該造粒物以80℃之乾燥機乾燥至水分為12質量%為止,將其以乳缽粉碎至通過125 μm之篩為止。於將100質量份該粉碎物投入亨舍爾混合機,且以旋轉數1600 rpm進行混合時,添加25質量份之水,再混合30秒。將該混合物以80℃之乾燥機乾燥至水分12質量%為止,截取掉篩土物(1410 μm以上)及篩下物(180 μm以下),獲得黏土造粒物(I)。該黏土造粒物之Na/Ca質量比為0.09,Na量為0.61質量%。
黏土造粒物(II)之製造方法,除將碳酸鈉之投入量設為2.0質量份以外,依據黏土造粒物(I)之製造方法。該黏土造粒物之水分為12質量%,Na/Ca質量比為0.17,Na量為1.1質量%。
黏土造粒物(III)之製造方法,除將碳酸鈉之投入量設為4.2質量份以外,依據黏土造粒物(I)之製造方法。該黏土造粒物之水分為12質量%,Na/Ca質量比為0.33,Na量為2.1質量%。
黏土造粒物(IV)之製造方法,除將碳酸鈉之投入量設為10.0質量份以外,依據黏土造粒物(I)之製造方法。該黏土造粒物之水分為12質量%,Na/Ca質量比為0.77,Na量為4.6質量%。
黏土造粒物(V)之製造方法,除將Na/Ca質量比設為0.33,以水分為25質量%之膨潤土之黏土礦石為起始原料,將碳酸鈉之投入量設為0.5質量份以外,依據黏土造粒物(I)之製造方法。該黏土造粒物之水分為12質量%,Na/Ca質量比為0.48,Na量為0.82質量%。
黏土造粒物(Ⅵ)之製造方法,除將碳酸鈉之投入量設為1.2質量份以外,依據黏土造粒物(V)之製造方法。該黏土造粒物之水分為12質量%,Na/Ca質量比為0.68,Na量為1.2質量%。
本發明之柔軟清潔劑組合物,其可較好地用作以例如棉製毛巾、浴巾或T恤衫、運動衫為代表之衣類等纖維產品之柔軟清潔劑。
Claims (1)
- 一種柔軟清潔劑組合物,其特徵在於含有:(a)以下述通式(I)所表示之膨潤石型黏土礦物作為主成分之黏土造粒物(其中,造粒物中之Na/Ca之質量比未達1.0)1~20質量%[Si8 (Mga Alb )O20 (OH)4 ]X- .X/n[Me]n+ (I)(式中,0<a≦6、0≦b≦4、0.2≦x=12-2a-3b≦1.2,Me表示Na、K、Li、Ca、Mg及NH4 之至少1種,n表示Me之價數),(b)非離子性界面活性劑1.0~18質量%;(c)陰離子性界面活性劑(其中,脂肪酸鹽除外)6~27質量%;(d)鹼性劑10~35質量%(其中,柔軟清潔劑組合物中之矽酸鹽含量為6質量%以下),以及(e)結晶性鋁矽酸鹽3~35質量%者,其進而滿足下述(ii)或下述(i)及(ii)兩者條件:(i)黏土造粒物中之Na為1.0質量%以上,(ii)於換算為Na2 O或K2 O之情形時,柔軟清潔劑組合物中含有相當於23質量%以上之水溶性Na鹽及/或K鹽(含有水溶性Na鹽及K鹽之情形時,總合量為23質量%以上)。
