Si〇2)為主結晶析出而成之結晶化玻璃被提案,在專利文獻2中以 透輝石(diopside,CaO · MgO · 2Si02)為主結晶析出而成之結晶化 玻璃被發表’在專利文獻3中以/3-矽灰石(β-CaO . 1332488 99年8月20曰修正替換頁 95127471 (無劃線)、 十、申請專利範圍: 一 1. 一種具有圖樣之結晶化玻璃物品,包含: -第-結晶化玻璃層,其是由—片或多片第—結晶性玻璃板 '、、至加熱軟化及/或融著並析出結晶而形成,其巾該第—結晶性 板經由加工而具有預定形狀或圖形;以及 二結晶化玻璃層,層疊於該第一結晶化玻璃層之上或之 下,該第二結晶化玻璃層是由多個結晶性玻璃小體、及/或一片戋 多片第二結晶,玻璃板經加熱軟化及/或融著並析出結晶而形成; 其中,該第一結晶性玻璃板是由析出々_石夕灰石或透輝石為主 結晶之一結晶性玻璃材料所形成,該結晶性玻璃材料在高於軟、化 點的溫度被燒成時,結晶會從該結晶性玻璃材料表面 出,而該第一結晶性玻璃板產生軟化及/或融著並依據該第一結晶 性玻璃板之預定加工形狀或圖形及/或多片該第一結晶性 組合方式的變化而產生不同圖樣。 2. 如,請專利範圍第丨項所述之具有圖樣之結晶化玻璃物品,其 中該第二結晶化玻璃層是由一種以0 _矽灰石或透輝石為主結晶析 出而成之結晶化玻璃所形成。 3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有圖樣之結晶化玻璃物品,其 中該第一結晶性玻璃板、該結晶性玻璃小體以及該第二結晶性玻 璃板於熱處理後之熱膨脹係數的差值介於OdOxiO-YC。 29
