1222776 玖、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關電氣馬達,更明確而言,係有關實施於其 内之電刷與電刷總成。 【先别技術】 電氣馬達係使用於各式之應用,包括電動工具。此電氣 馬達通#包括一馬達軸,一馬達電樞,一磁場線圈,一整 流器組件’電刷固持器以及電氣導體。電氣導體可選擇地 知包刷聯接至一電力來源。馬達電樞係固定,供與馬達/ 起万疋轉’而—列之銅導管線係以各種式樣纏繞周邊裂缝。 導、、、泉之末端係溶接於整流器。整流器係固定,供與馬達 車由起旋轉,並於旋轉之電樞與定置之電刷之間提供一電 氣連接兒刷固持器各個可滑動地支撐一與整流器作滑動 接觸 < 碳刷。一般而言,定置之電刷係藉彈簧張力予以固 持,使與整流器之外表面接觸,而於旋轉之整流器與一電 力來源之間完成電氣電路。 1 & 2式义以彈簧偏壓之安裝構形係已開發,供維持電刷之 與整流器接觸。當電刷暴露於電弧作用時,電刷之效能與 子磨丨生a減少。通常當整流器之粗斑與不規則物經過電刷 方争包刷自整流器彈開所產生之結果,就會發生電弧 作用。先前技藝之電刷包括有作成於其内之凹部,用以留 置偏壓用彈笼+ 士:山 、,i 。,、_ 3禾场’以有效地偏壓電刷使與整流器接觸 隹匕等先㈤技蟄 < 凹邵有太過複雜之側向,因而較難以 ,乍尚且,S &技蟄之凹部未能抑制偏壓彈簧之側向務 86015 1222776 動。 故在此,工業,吾期一、 刷。此凹部"# 有間化凹邵之改進電 ^ a可k供電刷 < 充份偏壓功能,使盥效汽哭 接觸’以避免η作用與其他傷#之發生。 【發明内容】 本發明提供一電刷總成,用以實施於一電氣馬達。此電 =成!:括—底座,其附有—用以穩固底座於-馬達之構 !。一;刷殼體係與底座配合,並具有第-與第二敞開末 "° 一界足—軸心之電刷,係可滑動地支撐於該第一血第 =敞開末端間之殼體内。電刷自第—與第二敞開末端其中 -個延伸。彈簧留置凹陷具有—相料軸心成—角度之孤 :::電刷總成更包括一偏壓構件,其直接施加力量於弧 狀面上’而將電刷偏壓於殼體内,使與一整流器接觸。一 電軋連接器係以電氣與電刷連接’以在整 源之間作電氣連接。 木 本發明之進-步適用範圍,自以下所提供之詳細說明可 更為明白。吾人應瞭解’詳細說明與明確範例,當用以顧 不本發明之較佳具體實施例時,錢僅作為例示之目的ϊ 並操思用以限制本發明之範圍。 【實施方式】 以下較佳具體實施例之說明本質上僅係範例,並絕無意 用以限制本發明及其應用或使用。 特別參照圖1 ’ —馬達1()包括—框架12、線圈(未示)、一 整流器14、一電刷總成16以及一端蓋18。電刷總成16係顯 86015 1222776 示與端蓋18連結,並包括一底座20、一殼體22、一彈簧24 、一電刷26以及一電氣連接器28。底座20較佳地係由非金 屬或非導電材料構成,並具有一對將電刷總成16穩固於端 蓋18之臂部30。尚且底座20包括一連接兩個臂部30之腹板32 。腹板32具有一容納殼體22之凹部34。殼體22係藉彎折於 底座20下面之垂片36而穩固於凹部34。 殼體22包括一附有長方形橫剖面之敞開管狀構件40。此 管狀構件40具有第一與第二敞開末端42、44。第一敞開末 f 端42,當電刷總成16組裝至馬達10時,係位於鄰接整流器 14之處。第一與第二狹孔46、48係位於管狀構件40之個別 邊,並自第二敞開末端44延伸。狹孔46、48個別地使彈簧 -24與電氣連接器28隨電刷26移動。又,一單一分路連接與 連接器50係以殼體22構成。此連接器50可使一電氣接觸器 52與殼體22連結。分路連接50具有一切口 54,其與懸片55互 動,以使殼體22定位於底座20上。

Claims (1)
1222776 拾、申請專利範圍: 1· 一種用於具有一末端端蓋總成與一整流器之電氣馬達之 電刷總成,包含: 一底座,其具有一將該底座穩固於馬達端蓋總成之構 件; 一與該底座配合並具有第一與第二敞開末端之電刷殼 體;
一界定一軸心之電刷,其可滑動地支撐於該第一與第 二敞開末端間之殼體内,該電刷自該第一與第二敞開末 端其中一個延伸,該電刷包括一具有一彈簧留置凹陷之 表面,該彈簧留置凹陷界定一相對於該軸心成一角度之弧 狀面; 一直接對該弧狀面施加一力之偏壓構件,以將該電刷 偏壓於該殼體内,以與整流器接觸;以及
