圖2及圖3顯示了為進行上述之擠壓成形方法時' 所使用 的直父型模具型式之擠壓成形機。圖2中之符號丨〇所示為 擠壓成形機主體部分之直交型模具中管口模之構造。其基 本構造是和本專利申請人既有已取得之專利第2867244號 公報上所記載的擠壓成形機約略相同。 也就是說,此擠壓成形機是利用分配板1 2將分配頭1 4 及内層樹脂管口模1 5配置在位於圖中所未顯示之直交型模 具則端之接合座11的前方側上,再利用分配板丨3來配置位 於其前方的放射狀分配頭1 6及外層樹脂管口模1 7,該分配

前述内層樹脂管口模1 5是如圖4 A、B所示,在作為被 覆再生樹脂3用的通孔1 5a上,以作出形成薄肉部所需之 2mm寬的突條及〇· 7mm程度的肉厚部方式,在沿著其管軸方 向分別作出12等分之溝15b。 外層樹脂管口模1 7是如圖5 A、B所示,為了在前述再 生樹脂3上被覆導電性樹脂4 ’在位於内層樹脂管口模1 5上 形成薄肉部之突條位置處,配置著具有約略相同寬度之放 射狀流路1 7 a及用來形成導電性樹脂被覆鋼管1外徑的通孔 17b。

田利用上述之成形機來擠壓成形作出導電性樹脂被覆 鋼管1時首先讓薄壁鋼管從圖中未顯示之直交型模具中 朝右方則進’利用經由接合座11、分配頭1 4、内層樹脂管 口模1 5而供給之再生樹脂3予以接著被覆。 接下束’當則述薄壁鋼管2來到外層樹脂管口模1 7位 置處時、導電性樹脂4就從連接頭2 〇經過第1流路丨8及第2 流路1 9而通到放射狀分配頭丨6中,再經由前述内層樹脂管 口模1 5與外層樹脂管口模1 7間之間隙及流路1 7a而被供給 至通孔17b内,並被覆於前述再生樹脂3之外周面上。
也就疋說’如圖1所示前述再生樹脂3及導電性樹脂 i ’是以擠壓成形方式而被分別被覆成丨2等分割之厚肉部 及薄肉部,並形成讓其整體外徑具有沿著管軸方向均等剖 面之二層被覆構造。 ^ 以上雖然是根據圖式來對實施形態加以說明,但本發 明並不受限於此圖示例之實施形態,只要在不逾越其技術 性思維之範圍内,嚴謹的說也包括業者通常所進行^設計 變更、應用上之改形的範圍。
