1.發明領域 、本發明係有關一種含有增塑劑之陽離子電氣沈積塗覆 成物且特別是有關一種含有作為增塑劑之環氧丙烧寡 聚物之陽離子電氣沈積塗覆組成物。 2·相關技藝之描述 % i兄儀題認知程式最近已增加,進而空前之努力已被 為之以降低釋放至大氣内之有機溶劑之量。雖然陽離子電 氣沈積塗覆物含有作為介質之水及因而性質上呈水性,然 而’其含有揮發性有機化合物(VOC)。 典型之陽離子電氣沈積塗覆物含有作為增塑劑之丁基 /谷纖y 己基〉谷纖劑或另外之有機溶劑,以確保平滑塗覆 物膜。但是,如前所示者,包含此等有機溶劑由環境觀點 而言係非較佳。於解決此等缺失之努力中,日本專利申請 案公開第1-69678號案教示具1500至6000分子量之聚丙二 醇被作為增塑性而添加。被增加之聚丙二醇泳移至表面且 能於其間軾與平滑性。但是,其間所含之環氧丙烷重複單 元具有低可溶參數,因而若中間塗覆物及上塗覆物於形成 之陽離子電氣沈積塗覆膜上形成,會造成差的黏著性。 本發明之目的係提供一種含有增塑劑及降低之v〇c含 量且無需犧牲與中間塗覆物及上塗覆物之良好黏著性之陽 離子電氣沈積塗覆組成物。 本發明之陽離子電氣沈積塗覆組成物含有含陽離子基 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 x 297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) ------^---訂--------- 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 4 A7
574329 五、發明說明(2 ) 之%氧改質基本樹脂、封端基異氰酸_固化劑及增塑劑, 其中,亥增冑劑係具20(^5〇〇之平均分子量之環氧丙烷寡 聚物,於該環氧丙烷之重複終端上含有一級羥基,及於該 分子内含有一或二個一級羥基及/或一級胺基。 如别述者所指之環氧丙烷募聚物可以下述表示:
HX-CH2-A-Y-(CH(CH3)CH20)nH (其中X係氧原子或NH ; A係具丨至u個碳之烴基,其 可被分支或其可插入氧原子;Y係氧原子、NH或 N-A-CHrXH(且A及X係與上述者相同)且n係3至22)。此一 結構内所含之增塑劑之量係含陽離子之環氧改質樹脂及封 端基異氰酸酯固化劑之總固體内容物重量之2至丨5重量0/〇。 此外’本發明亦提供一種藉由如上所述之電氣沈積塗 覆組成物塗覆之物件。 較佳實施例之描沭 本發明之陽離子電氣沈積塗覆組成物含有含陽離子基 之環氧改質基本樹脂、封端基異氰酸酯固化劑及增塑劑。 本發明陽離子電氣沈積塗覆組成物内所含之增塑劑係 具200至15 00之平均分子量之環氧丙烧寡聚物,其於該環氧 丙烷之重複終端上含有一級羥基,及於該分子内含有一或 二個一級經基及/或一級胺基。若平均分子量落於前述範圍 外,塗覆物膜係無法被賦與平滑性。較佳之平均分子量係 600至1000 〇 環氧丙烷寡聚物可以下述表示:
