434087 B7 五、發明說明(1 ) 發明領域 本發明有關工具機》尤係攜帶式車床之調整式驅動軸 〇 發明背景及槪述 大型攜帶式車床一般包含驅動總成(稱爲床頭),可 於轉動中轉動工件及支持工件之二負荷支柱。有一大型驅 動軸可傳送床頭之動力至工件,並可補正床頭轉動中心與 工件之不對齊。因爲工件大而重,不易聯接驅動軸於床頭 與工件之間。故需有吊車軸向移動工件,同時,轉動床頭 驅動軸’直至驅動軸與工件上所有螺拴孔對齊鎖緊。 本發明提供可伸縮驅動軸,其相對端可彼此相對軸轉 ,有利建立車床及工件。 根據本發明實施例,驅動軸由二分開軸件構成,各有 一標準萬向接頭於其相對端。一軸件以伸縮方式滑入另一 軸向’允許驅動軸軸向調整。同時,一軸件可相對另一軸 件轉動’提供更大彈性,尤係使用萬向接頭於各軸端。一 旦定位’經由習知圓周摩擦鎖定裝置令軸件彼此相對鎖定 ,允許傳送輸入驅動機構之力矩及馬力。 因此,廣義上,本發明有關用於攜帶式車床之驅動軸 總成,可供連接於工件與車床床頭之間。驅動軸總成包含 第一中空軸;第二軸與第一軸軸向對齊,並伸縮地承接於 第一軸內,供驅動軸總成之有效軸向長度於一定範圍內改 變;第一軸與第二軸與彼此相對轉動:第一軸與第二軸之 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)AJ規格(210 X 297公复) (請先閱讀背面之注意事碩再填寫本頁)
