經濟部中央揉準局贝工消费合作社印製 五、發明説明(02) 久的工作效率。 #明之優點 根據本發明之遽清裝置,是以上述類型之遽清裝置為 基破’並以具有獨特的有利方式,及按照申請專利範圍主 項所述等各主要特徵的新奇特色,解決此種類型減清裝置 所產生之問題。 若對密封件採取類外的必要措施,使空心圓柱形遽蕊 之鋸兹㈣4部份的固定與㈣面之製造相结合則更特 別有利。於硬化過程後所保留彈性材料之剩餘彈性最為適 宜,由於待濾清之介質具有相當高的温度’例如機油具有 攝氏170度,因而可保證在長時期内,亦能達到足夠的密 封作用,基於彈性之接合,亦可能不用複雜且昂贵的工具 將其接合消除,故在一定的操作期間之後,亦可採取簡單 的方式實施濾清裝置之必要更換。又鑒於本發明之濾清裝 置係由少數材料製成簡單的構造,故可採取對已使用之滅 清裝置作最終之利用打算,而不必在材料之分離方面浪費 時間。 本發明之濾清裝置,在實例形式中之其他優點,將分 別於申請專利範園之各附屬項中説明,特別是,位於徑向 内側密封面積之構造可以簡單地達成’一種最佳之剩餘彈 性則在申請專利範圍第4.项中説明。在彈性材料之製造中 ,腈雜膠及酚樹脂之混合比例,可以達到1 : 〇· 8至]:丨5之 範圍内。 腫式簡述 5 一 t紙張尺度適用中國國家#準(CNS M4规格(2丨0X297公釐) (請先聞讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
