Abstract

Description

过滤装置
本发明涉及一种尤其具有独立权利要求前序部分所述的空心圆柱体过滤元件的过滤装置。
由DE-OS4206519已知这样一种过滤装置，在该过滤装置中，预先设置一个在端面带有密封盖板的Z字形空心圆柱体过滤元件，例如该密封盖板由金属或用箔状密封材料构成。这种板状或箔状密封件径向内部的以一规定值伸入圆柱体内，以便也可以实现向中间管的密封。
在已知的过滤装置放入流体，例如机油或柴油或汽油中后，这种密封件就经受高的撕裂应力，以致于总是存在过滤元件放入过滤器壳中时撕裂的危险，因此不仅密封材料破坏，而且完全丧失过滤作用。此外，这些密封件在工作期间由于要过滤介质的温度较高，尤其是在机油时，经受高的负荷，这种负荷可导致整个过滤装置的高效能性降低。
本发明的任务在于，如此构造一种开头所述类型的过滤装置，即尽管制造简单但保证持久的高效性能。
本发明的过滤器装置从按种类的型式出发，以有利的方式适合于以独立权利要求的特征部分解决提出的任务。
尤其有利的是，附加一个为了密封所必要的措施，该措施将空心圆柱体过滤元件的Z字形折叠固定，可以与制造密封面相结合。弹性物质在固化后保留的剩余弹性，即使在要过滤的介质具有较高温度，例如170℃为机油时，也最适合长时间保证足够的密封作用。而且在一定的工作期限后，可以以简单的方式进行必要的过滤装置更换，因为以弹性结构为基础不需要费用大的工具就能除去。基于少量材料构成的过滤装置的简单构造，没有代价高的材料剥离也能做到用过的过滤装置的简单最终利用。
本发明过滤装置的进一步有利的实施形式在从属权利要求中给出，其中尤其可以简单地实现径向位于内部的密封面的密封。一个最佳的剩余弹性允许以在从属权利要求4中给出的在制造弹性材料时1∶0.8-1∶1.5的腈橡胶和酚醛树脂混合比来达到。

实施例的说明
在图1中示出一种空心圆柱体过滤装置1，在该过滤装置中，在过滤器壳2内有一个折叠成Z字形的过滤元件3，例如它由滤纸构成。在过滤装置1的端面有一个密封的封闭部件4，以此实现一个与在此未描述的封闭部件相对的密封。
这样的过滤装置例如可以考虑在用内燃发动机驱动的汽车中用于过滤机油、汽油或空气。关于使用过滤装置的各个设备的描述，在此不允许详细描述。通常从外边向Z字形过滤元件3表面供给要过滤的介质，并且已过滤的介质经过一根同心地插入封闭部件4的开口内的中间管排出。这样一种具有已知过滤装置的设备，例如在德国实用新型1851221中已有描述。
在图1中描述的按照本发明过滤装置1的实施例中，在上部的封闭部件4上可看出，如一种作为密封起作用的弹性物质6在固化过滤之前注入过滤元件3的Z字形皱折中，随后固定皱折结构。这就是说，弹性物质6在高于90℃(温度首先软化，接着粘合(熔融反应粘结剂)。弹性物质6在此由腈橡胶和酚醛树脂组成，其中混合比在1∶0.8-1∶1.5范围。通过相应匹配的热固化过程保证，保留的剩余弹性在过滤装置1的封闭部件上保持足够的密封作用。为了更改进密封性，附加地也可以将其他密封元件，像例如纸环嵌入弹性物质6中。
在实施例中，弹性物质分布过滤装置的整个端面，并且进入具有一个内部区域7的同心开口5。但是当仅封闭部件4的局部区域装有弹性物质6时，为了最佳密封，这种弹性物质位于一个封闭部件的对面就足够了。
在图2中以断面描述过滤装置1的端面的局部区域。在图中可看出，如弹性物质6突出到Z字型过滤元件3中，并且为了密封已过滤的介质，经过内部区域7密封地紧贴在一根中间管8上。向一个图中未示出的端面封闭部件的密封同样通过弹性物质6的端面表面实现。
因此借助一种弹性物质6嵌入过滤元件3中，以简单的方式以保留的剩余弹性为基础保证过滤元件3的良好密封作用和固定。

Claims (8)

1.过滤装置，它带有一个尤其空心圆柱体的同心围绕圆柱轴线折叠成Z字形的过滤元件(3)，在该过滤装置中一种要过滤的介质流过过滤元件(3)，并且带有密封件(4、7)，该密封件位于至少一个端面上并径向地内设的紧靠一根中间管(8)的过滤元件(3)的区域，其特征在于，作为在过滤元件(3)的至少一个端面上的密封件(4、7)可以插入一种弹性物质(6)，这种弹性物质在固化过程之后具有足够的剩余弹性，以这种弹性物质可以实现一种对附加在过滤装置(1)上的封闭部分的密封和过滤元件(3)的Z字形皱折固定。
2.权利要求1所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，为了对中间管(8)形成密封，弹性物质(6)进入过滤元件(3)的径向内设的区域(7)。
3.权利要求1或2所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，附加的密封元件嵌入弹性物质(6)中。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，过滤元件(3)由滤纸构成。
5.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，弹性物质(6)由腈橡胶和酚醛树脂组成，其中混合比在1∶0.8-1∶1.5的范围。
6.权利要求1-5中任一项所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，在弹性物质(6)涂在过滤元件(3)上后通过温度效应进行弹性物质的固化。
7.权利要求1-6中任一项所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，弹性物质(6)在涂在过滤元件(3)上之前轧成箔状，并且冲裁成相应于过滤元件(3)的端圆片直径的圆片。
8.权利要求1-7中任一项所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，在过滤元件(3)的上端和下端同时进行弹性物质(6)的涂覆和固化。
