Abstract
本发明涉及一种过滤装置,该装置带有一个最好是空心圆柱体的同心围绕圆柱轴线设置的打褶的过滤元件(3),待过滤的介质流过该过滤元件(3)。在过滤装置(1)上需要密封件,使待过滤的介质不能泄漏出来,并且使通常是由滤纸构成的过滤元件(3)必须与其皱褶一起固定。有利的是,在过滤元件(3)的至少一个端面上可以放置一种弹性物质(6)作为密封件,该弹性物质在固化后将过滤元件的皱褶固定住,并且其具有足够的残余弹性,将过滤元件(3)相对安装该过滤元件的中央安装管进行密封。
Description
本发明涉及一种具有空心圆柱体过滤元件的过滤装置。
由DE-OS4206519已知这样一种过滤装置,在该过滤装置中,预先设置一个在端面带有密封盖板的Z字形空心圆柱体过滤元件,例如该密封盖板由金属或用箔状密封材料构成。这种板状或箔状密封件沿径向以一定量伸入圆柱体内,以便也可以实现向中间管的密封。
在已知的过滤装置放入流体、例如机油或柴油或汽油中后,这种密封件就经受高的撕裂应力。以致于总是存在过滤元件放入过滤器壳中时撕裂的危险,因此不仅密封材料破坏,而且完全丧失过滤作用。此外,这些密封件在工作期间由于待过滤介质的温度较高,尤其是在机油时,经受高的负荷,这种负荷可导致整个过滤装置的高效能性降低。
本发明的任务在于提供一种改进的过滤装置,其尽管制造简单但保证持久的高效性能。
本发明提供一种过滤装置,包括:一打褶的过滤元件,其绕一圆柱轴线设置,待过滤的介质通过该过滤元件;一位于所述过滤元件的至少一个端面上的密封件,其沿着所述过滤元件的径向向内延伸,以接触一安装所述过滤元件的中间管;其特征在于:所述密封件是由以下过程制成的,其包括将一种可固化的熔融反应的弹性物质放置在所述端面上并将其加热,由此该物质首先软化并流入过滤元件的皱褶中,随后硬化以固定住过滤元件的皱褶并密封过滤元件的端面,该固化的物质具有足够的残余弹性,可将过滤元件相对安装该过滤元件的中间管进行密封。
尤其有利的是,附加一个为了密封所必要的措施,该措施将空心圆柱体过滤元件的Z字形皱褶固定,可以与制造密封面相结合。弹性物质在固化后保留的残余弹性,即使待过滤的介质具有较高温度,例如170℃的机油时,也最适合长时间保证足够的密封作用。而且在一定的工作期限后,可以以简单的方式进行必要的过滤装置更换,因为以弹性结构为基础不需要费用大的工具就能除去。基于少量材料构成的过滤装置的简单构造,没有代价高的材料剥离也能做到用过的过滤装置的简单最终利用。
本发明过滤装置的进一步有利的实施形式,其中尤其可以简单地实现位于径向内部的密封面的密封。一个最佳的残余弹性可以通过在制造弹性材料时用1∶0.8-1∶1.5的腈橡胶和酚醛树脂混合比来达到。
附图图面简单说明如下:
图1示出一种过滤装置,它具有部分能看到的过滤元件和在两上端面的密封件。
图2表示沿过滤装置的一个端面上的密封件的断面。
下面按照附图解释本发明过滤装置的实施例。
在图1中示出一种空心圆柱体过滤装置1,在该过滤装置中,在过滤器壳2内有一个折叠成Z字形的过滤元件3,例如它由滤纸构成。在过滤装置1的端面有一个密封的封闭部件4,以此形成一个与图中未示的连接件相对的密封件。
这样的过滤装置例如可以考虑在用内燃发动机驱动的汽车中用于过滤机油、汽油或空气。关于使用过滤装置的各个设备,在图中省略不画出。通常从外边向Z字形过滤元件3表面供给待过滤的介质,并且已过滤的介质经过一根密封地插入封闭部件4的同心开口5内的中间管8排出。这样一种具有已知过滤装置的设备,例如在德国实用新型1851221中已有描述。
在图1中描述的按照本发明过滤装置1的实施例中,在上部的封闭部件4上可看出,如一种起密封件作用的弹性物质6在固化过程之前流入过滤元件3的Z字形皱褶中,随后固定皱褶结构。这就是说,弹性物质6在高于90℃温度首先软化,接着固化(熔融反应粘结)。弹性物质6在此由腈橡胶和酚醛树脂组成,其中混合比在1∶0.8-1∶1.5范围。通过适当的热固化过程,保证保留足够的残余弹性以在过滤元件与安装过滤元件的部件之间保持足够的密封作用。为了更加改进密封性,也可以将其他的附加密封装置,例如纸环嵌入弹性物质6中。
在图示的实施例中,弹性物质分布过滤装置的整个端面,并且以其内部区域7延伸进同心开口5。但是,为了最佳密封,当只有封闭部件4的位于连接件的对面的局部区域装有弹性物质6时就已经足够了。
在图2中示出过滤装置1的端面的断面图。在图中可看出,弹性物质6是怎样伸入到Z字型过滤元件3中,并且经过内部区域7密封地紧贴在一根用于排出已过滤的介质的中间管8上。向一个图中未示出的端面连接件的密封同样通过弹性物质6的端面表面来实现。
因此借助一种弹性物质6嵌入过滤元件3中,以简单的方式以保留的残余弹性为基础保证过滤元件3的良好密封作用和固定。
在本发明的一种较佳实施例中,弹性物质6在施加在过滤元件3的一端面之前被辊轧成箔状,并且冲裁成一具有相应于过滤元件3的端面的直径的圆片。在将弹性物质6施加到过滤元件3之后,最好对弹性物质加热以进行固化。在一种较佳实施例中,弹性物质施加在过滤元件的两端面上并同时进行固化。
Claims (9)
1.一种过滤装置,包括:
一打褶的过滤元件(3),其绕一圆柱轴线设置,待过滤的介质通过该过滤元件(3);
一位于所述过滤元件的至少一个端面上的密封件(4,7),其沿着所述过滤元件的径向向内延伸,以接触一安装所述过滤元件的中间管(8);
其特征在于:
所述密封件是由以下过程制成的,其包括将一种可固化的熔融反应的弹性物质(6)放置在所述端面上并将其加热,由此该物质首先软化并流入过滤元件的皱褶中,随后硬化以固定住过滤元件的皱褶并密封过滤元件的端面,该固化的物质具有足够的残余弹性,可将过滤元件相对安装该过滤元件的中间管进行密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述过滤元件是一空心的圆柱形元件,绕所述圆柱轴线同心设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述弹性物质延伸进入过滤元件的径向内部区域,以将过滤元件相对安装该过滤元件的中央管进行密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,有附加的密封装置嵌入在所述弹性物质中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件是由滤纸构成的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述弹性物质(6)是由腈橡胶和酚醛树脂组成的。
7.根据权利要求6所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,腈橡胶和酚醛树脂是按1∶08至1∶1.5的范围的比例混合的。
8.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,弹性物质(6)在施加在过滤元件的一端面之前被辊轧成箔状,并且冲载成一具有相应于过滤元件的端面的直径的圆片。
9.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述弹性物质施加在过滤元件的两端面上,并同时进行加热。
