本發明公開了一種輪轂電機,包括電機主體,電機主體安裝在筒軸結構之上,筒軸結構包括筒軸桿和筒軸,筒軸的端蓋側設置有獨立的卡式飛輪,在卡式飛輪的外側設置有用於防止卡式飛輪自筒軸上脫離的限位套筒,在筒軸的輪轂側設置有用於防止筒軸轉動的止轉片。

Description

電動助力自行車及其輪轂電機
本發明涉及電動助力自行車,尤其涉及電動助力車的輪轂電機。
電動助力自行車的動力系統有多種配置方式,其中一種是將電機設置在前輪和後輪的輪轂處,以便在需要的時候為自行車提供助力。這種電動助力自行車的優點在於其助動力直接作用於自行車車輪,效率較高且結構緊湊。然而,安裝輪轂電機後的自行車在騎行時在發生爆胎等故障時,一般都需要借助專門的工具才能將車輪從車身上拆卸下來,維修不便。
有鑒於現有技術的上述缺陷,本發明所要解決的技術問題是為電動助力自行車提供一種便於裝卸的輪轂電機裝置。
為實現上述目的,本發明提供了一種輪轂電機,包括電機主體,電機主體安裝在筒軸結構之上,筒軸結構包括筒軸桿和筒軸,筒軸的端蓋側設置有獨立的卡式飛輪,在卡式飛輪的外側設置有用於防止卡式飛輪自筒軸上脫離的限位套筒,在筒軸的輪轂側設置有用於防止筒軸轉動的止轉片。
進一步地,電機主體的端蓋和輪轂內設置驅動裝置、減速裝置和傳動裝置,驅動裝置包括電機轉子、電機定子;減速裝置包括行星寶塔輪、太陽輪;傳動裝置包括內齒圈和行星離合器。
進一步地,限位套筒其內壁設置有鍵,筒軸的端蓋側端部設置有鍵槽,限位套筒通過鍵與鍵槽的配合安裝在筒軸上。
進一步地,在限位套筒的端面上設置有用於防止筒軸轉動的滾花紋。
進一步地,止轉片上設有卡孔和止轉頭,止轉片通過卡孔和設置在筒軸輪轂側端部上的卡槽的配合,固定在筒軸上;止轉頭的結構被設置為可與自行車的前叉或後叉的叉端配合,以防止筒軸轉動。
進一步地,在限位套筒的端面上設置有用於防止筒軸轉動的滾花紋。
進一步地,止轉片上設有卡孔和止轉頭,止轉片通過卡孔和設置在筒軸輪轂側端部上的卡槽的配合,固定在筒軸上;止轉頭的結構被設置為可與自行車的前叉或後叉的叉端配合,以防止筒軸轉動。
進一步地,筒軸桿的端蓋端設置有螺紋,輪轂端設置有把手。
本發明還提供了一種電動助力自行車,上述的輪轂電機被設置在其前叉的叉端之間,叉端的兩端分佈緊固在筒軸桿和筒軸之間。
本發明還提供了一種電動助力自行車,上述的輪轂電機被設置在其前後的叉端之間,叉端的兩端分佈緊固在筒軸桿和筒軸之間。
當根據本發明的電動助力自行車需要對車輪需要維修時,轉動把手,自緊固螺母上鬆開筒軸桿,將筒軸桿自筒軸中抽出後,即可將整個車輪從車身上拆卸下來,或者進一步取下限位套筒後,就可將卡式飛輪從筒軸上取出,由此方便進行維修或者部件更換。
以下將結合附圖對本發明的構思、具體結構及產生的技術效果作進一步說明,以充分地瞭解本發明的目的、特徵和效果。
以下參考圖式介紹本發明的多個優選實施例,使其技術內容更加清楚和便於理解。本發明可以通過許多不同形式的實施例來得以體現,本發明的保護範圍並非僅限於文中提到的實施例。
根據本發明的一種電動助力自行車如圖1所示,其中輪轂電機1被設置在自行車道後輪輪轂處。
根據本發明的另一種電動助力自行車如圖2所示,其中輪轂電機1被設置在自行車道後輪輪轂處。
圖3為根據本發明的輪轂電機1安裝後的剖面圖。輪轂電機1的端蓋24和輪轂23內設置驅動裝置、減速裝置和傳動裝置。在本實施例中,驅動裝置包括電機轉子3、電機定子4;減速裝置包括行星寶塔輪5、太陽輪6;傳動裝置包括內齒圈7和行星離合器8。對於本領域技術領域中通常知識者而言,將上述的驅動裝置、減速裝置和傳動裝置以現有技術中的其他技術手段來替代實現是顯而易見的,本發明也無意對此進行限定,故各種變體都應在本發明的保護範圍之內。輪轂電機1可轉動地設置在筒軸結構之上,筒軸結構包括筒軸桿10和筒軸11,其中帶有把手21的筒軸桿10被設置為穿過筒軸11。自行車前叉或者後叉的叉端2的兩端分佈緊固在筒軸桿10和筒軸11之間。
同時參見圖3-8,輪轂電機1一側的筒軸11上設置有獨立的卡式飛輪9。所謂獨立,是指不同於現有技術中卡式飛輪固定於輪轂電機的端蓋之上或之內,在根據本發明的實施例中的卡式飛輪9設置在端蓋24之外,且相對於端蓋24是獨立的,從而可被快速拆卸,而無需拆卸端蓋。為限制卡式飛輪9的軸向脫出,在筒軸11上、卡式飛輪9的外側設置了限位套筒13。限位套筒13通過設置在其內壁的鍵19,安裝在筒軸11端部的鍵槽14之上。可見,筒軸11的這一端實際上是通過限位套筒13緊固在叉端2上的。為了進一步地固定筒軸11,防止筒軸11相對於叉端2發生轉動,在限位套筒13與叉端2接觸的端面上,設置了滾花紋20。
同時參見圖3和圖9-11,在輪轂電機1另一側,同樣是為了防止筒軸11相對於叉端2發生轉動,筒軸11上設置了止轉片12。止轉片12上設有卡孔18和止轉頭16。止轉片12通過卡孔18和設置在筒軸11上的卡槽17的配合,固定在筒軸11上。如圖12所示,當輪轂電機1安裝在自行車上時,止轉片12的止轉頭16通過和自行車叉端2地配合,起到防止筒軸11轉動的作用。在本實施例中,止轉頭16由止轉片12的一角折彎而成。
當如圖1、2所示的根據本發明的電動助力自行車需要對車輪需要維修時,參見圖3,轉動把手21,自緊固螺母22上鬆開筒軸桿10,將筒軸桿10自筒軸11中抽出後,即可將整個車輪從車身上拆卸下來,或者進一步取下限位套筒13後,就可將卡式飛輪9從筒軸11上取出,由此方便進行維修或者部件更換。

  1. 一種輪轂電機,其特徵在於,包括:電機主體,電機主體安裝在筒軸結構之上,筒軸結構包括筒軸桿和筒軸,筒軸的端蓋側設置有獨立的卡式飛輪,在卡式飛輪的外側設置有用於防止卡式飛輪自筒軸上脫離的限位套筒,在筒軸的輪轂側設置有用於防止筒軸轉動的止轉片。
  2. 如請求項1所述的輪轂電機,其中,電機主體的端蓋和輪轂內設置驅動裝置、減速裝置和傳動裝置,驅動裝置包括電機轉子、電機定子;減速裝置包括行星寶塔輪、太陽輪;傳動裝置包括內齒圈和行星離合器。
  3. 如請求項1所述的輪轂電機,其中,限位套筒其內壁設置有鍵,筒軸的端蓋側端部設置有鍵槽,限位套筒通過鍵與鍵槽的配合安裝在筒軸上。
