技术领域
本发明涉及电动助力自行车,尤其涉及电动助力车的轮毂电机。
背景技术
电动助力自行车的动力系统有多种配置方式,其中一种是将电机设置在前轮和后轮的轮毂处,以便在需要的时候为自行车提供助力。这种电动助力自行车的优点在于其助动力直接作用于自行车车轮,效率较高且结构紧凑。然而,安装轮毂电机后的自行车在骑行时在发生爆胎等故障时,一般都需要借助专门的工具才能将车轮从车身上拆卸下来,维修不便。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是为电动助力自行车提供一种便于装卸的轮毂电机装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种轮毂电机,包括电机主体,电机主体安装在筒轴结构之上,筒轴结构包括筒轴杆和筒轴,筒轴的端盖侧设置有独立的卡式飞轮,在卡式飞轮的外侧设置有用于防止卡式飞轮自筒轴上脱离的限位套筒,在筒轴的轮毂侧设置有用于防止筒轴转动的止转片。
进一步地,电机主体的端盖和轮毂内设置驱动装置、减速装置和传动装置,驱动装置包括电机转子、电机定子;减速装置包括行星宝塔轮、太阳轮;传动装置包括内齿圈和行星离合器。
进一步地,限位套筒其内壁设置有键,筒轴的端盖侧端部设置有键槽,限位套筒通过键与键槽的配合安装在筒轴上。
进一步地,在限位套筒的端面上设置有用于防止筒轴转动的滚花纹。
进一步地,止转片上设有卡孔和止转头,止转片通过卡孔和设置在筒轴轮毂侧端部上的卡槽的配合,固定在筒轴上;止转头的结构被设置为可与自行车的前叉或后叉的叉端配合,以防止筒轴转动。
进一步地,在限位套筒的端面上设置有用于防止筒轴转动的滚花纹。

当根据本发明的电动助力自行车需要对车轮需要维修时,转动把手,自紧固螺母上松开筒轴杆,将筒轴杆自筒轴中抽出后,即可将整个车轮从车身上拆卸下来,或者进一步取下限位套筒后,就可将卡式飞轮从筒轴上取出,由此方便进行维修或者部件更换。
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。

根据本发明的一种电动助力自行车如图1所示,其中轮毂电机1被设置在自行车道后轮轮毂处。
根据本发明的另一种电动助力自行车如图2所示,其中轮毂电机1被设置在自行车道后轮轮毂处。
图3为根据本发明的轮毂电机1安装后的剖面图。轮毂电机1的端盖24和轮毂23内设置驱动装置、减速装置和传动装置。在本实施例中,驱动装置包括电机转子3、电机定子4;减速装置包括行星宝塔轮5、太阳轮6;传动装置包括内齿圈7和行星离合器8。对于本领域人员而言,将上述的驱动装置、减速装置和传动装置以现有技术中的其他技术手段来替代实现是显而易见的,本发明也无意对此进行限定,故各种变体都应在本发明的保护范围之内。轮毂电机1可转动地设置在筒轴结构之上,筒轴结构包括筒轴杆10和筒轴11,其中带有把手21的筒轴杆10被设置为穿过筒轴11。自行车前叉或者后叉的叉端2的两端分布紧固在筒轴杆10和筒轴11之间。
同时参见图3-8,轮毂电机1一侧的筒轴11上设置有独立的卡式飞轮9。所谓独立,是指不同于现有技术中卡式飞轮固定于轮毂电机的端盖之上或之内,在根据本发明的实施例中的卡式飞轮9设置在端盖24之外,且相对于端盖24是独立的,从而可被快速拆卸,而无需拆卸端盖。为限制卡式飞轮9的轴向脱出,在筒轴11上、卡式飞轮9的外侧设置了限位套筒13。限位套筒13通过设置在其内壁的键19,安装在筒轴11端部的键槽14之上。可见,筒轴11的这一端实际上是通过限位套筒13紧固在叉端2上的。为了进一步地固定筒轴11,防止筒轴11相对于叉端2发生转动,在限位套筒13与叉端2接触的端面上,设置了滚花纹20。
同时参见图3和图9-11,在轮毂电机1另一侧,同样是为了防止筒轴11相对于叉端2发生转动,筒轴11上设置了止转片12。止转片12上设有卡孔18和止转头16。止转片12通过卡孔18和设置在筒轴11上的卡槽17的配合,固定在筒轴11上。如图12所示,当轮毂电机1安装在自行车上时,止转片12的止转头16通过和自行车叉端2地配合,起到防止筒轴11转动的作用。在本实施例中,止转头16由止转片12的一角折弯而成。
当如图1、2所示的根据本发明的电动助力自行车需要对车轮需要维修时,参见图3,转动把手21,自紧固螺母22上松开筒轴杆10,将筒轴杆10自筒轴11中抽出后,即可将整个车轮从车身上拆卸下来,或者进一步取下限位套筒13后,就可将卡式飞轮9从筒轴11上取出,由此方便进行维修或者部件更换。

2.如权利要求1所述的轮毂电机,其中,电机主体的端盖和轮毂内设置驱动装置、减速装置和传动装置,驱动装置包括电机转子、电机定子;减速装置包括行星宝塔轮、太阳轮;传动装置包括内齿圈和行星离合器。
3.如权利要求1所述的轮毂电机,其中,限位套筒其内壁设置有键,筒轴的端盖侧端部设置有键槽,限位套筒通过键与键槽的配合安装在筒轴上。
4.如权利要求1所述的轮毂电机,其中,在限位套筒的端面上设置有用于防止筒轴转动的滚花纹。
