Abstract
本發明提供顯示優良之消泡性的消泡劑。具體而言,為一種消泡劑,其係以具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含氟官能基及/或含聚矽氧鏈官能基的聚合性單體(1)作為聚合成分的聚合物。
Description
本發明係關於消泡劑、含消泡劑之潤滑油組成物及使用潤滑油組成物的機械。
在各種機械裝置中,為了提升構件間之潤滑性而使用潤滑油。然而,因構件間之摩擦等而於潤滑油中產生氣泡,若此氣泡的起泡變大,則有導致潤滑不良、油壓控制不良、冷卻效率降低等之虞。因此,抑制起泡成為潤滑油所被賦予的課題。
例如,於汽車引擎、變速機、軸單元(axle unit)等驅動部,伴隨近年之高性能化及省燃料費化,對於用於此等之潤滑油的負荷變高。若高負荷運轉或高速行進連續地進行,則有發生下列等問題的情況:因潤滑油中之發泡增大,氣泡被帶入油壓流路,而發生油壓控制不良;因發泡而潤滑性能或冷卻效率降低;因摩擦處之油膜破斷,而發生磨耗及熔執;及因油溫上升,而促進潤滑油的劣化。
因此,為了能從運轉初期起長期地抑制發泡,而尋求具有高消泡性之潤滑油,且於潤滑油中包含為了防止起泡的消泡劑。就該消泡劑而言,已知有聚矽氧烷系消泡劑,並提案有各式各樣的聚矽氧烷系消泡劑(專利文獻1~3)。

[發明欲解決之課題]
為了更進一步的高性能化及省燃料費化,潤滑油係向低黏度化進展,對於低黏度之潤滑油,有先前之聚矽氧烷系消泡劑無法得到充分消泡性的問題。
本發明所欲解決之課題係提供顯示優良之消泡性的消泡劑。
[用以解決課題之手段]
本發明人等為了解決上述課題進行專心檢討的結果,發現一種消泡劑,即以具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含氟官能基及/或含聚矽氧鏈官能基的聚合性單體(1)作為聚合成分的聚合物,可得到優良的消泡性,於是完成本發明。
亦即,本發明係關於一種消泡劑,其係以具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含氟官能基及/或含聚矽氧鏈官能基的聚合性單體(1)作為聚合成分的聚合物。
[發明之效果]
依據本發明,可提供顯示優良消泡性的消泡劑。
[用以實施發明的形態]
以下,針對本發明之一實施態樣加以說明。本發明並非限定於以下之實施態樣者,可在無損本發明之效果的範圍內施加適宜變更而實施。
此外,在本說明書中,「(甲基)丙烯酸酯」係指丙烯酸酯及甲基丙烯酸酯之一者或兩者。
[消泡劑]
本發明之消泡劑為以具有胺基甲酸酯鍵(-NH-C(=O)-O-)與含氟官能基及/或含聚矽氧鏈官能基的聚合性單體(1)作為聚合成分的聚合物。
其中,「聚合成分」意指構成聚合物的成分,不包含不構成聚合物的溶劑或聚合起始劑等。
在本發明中,「聚合性單體」意指具有聚合性不飽和基之化合物,就聚合性單體(1)所具有的聚合性不飽和基而言,可列舉(甲基)丙烯醯基、(甲基)丙烯醯氧基、(甲基)丙烯醯基醯胺基、乙烯基醚基、烯丙基、苯乙烯基、(甲基)丙烯醯基胺基、馬來醯亞胺基等。此等之中,從原料之取得容易性或聚合反應性良好來看,以(甲基)丙烯醯基、(甲基)丙烯醯氧基為較佳。
在聚合性單體(1)中,以胺基甲酸酯鍵與含氟官能基及/或含聚矽氧鏈官能基直接鍵結或經由連結基鍵結為較佳。
就聚合性單體(1)所具有的含氟官能基而言,可列舉碳原子數1~6之氟化烷基、包含聚(全氟伸烷基醚)鏈之基等。
此外,聚(全氟伸烷基醚)鏈係指2價的氟化烴基及氧原子交互鍵結而成的下述通式(PFPE)所示之結構。
在前述通式(PFPE)所示之結構中,以n1括住之重覆單元內的X為2種以上的情況,以n1括住之重覆單元部分,可為以n1括住之重覆單元的無規共聚物結構,亦可為以n1括住之重覆單元的嵌段共聚物結構。
就X之全氟伸烷基而言,可例示下述全氟伸烷基(X-1)~(X-6)。
X之全氟伸烷基,較佳為碳原子數1~3之全氟伸烷基,更佳為全氟亞甲基或全氟伸乙基。
前述通式(PFPE)中,就X而言,若存在全氟亞甲基及全氟伸乙基兩者,則為進一步較佳。在前述全氟亞甲基(X-1)及全氟伸乙基(X-2)共存的情況,其存在比(X-1/X-2)(個數之比)以1/10~10/1為較佳,以3/10~10/3為更佳。
n1之重覆數為例如1~300之範圍的整數,較佳為2~200之範圍的整數,更佳為3~100之範圍的整數,進一步較佳為6~70之範圍的整數,最佳為12~50之範圍的整數。
聚合性單體(1)所具有的含聚矽氧鏈官能基中的聚矽氧鏈,可列舉下述通式(SILICONE)所示之基。
R之碳原子數1~18之烷基,可為直鏈狀烷基、分支狀烷基及環狀烷基之任一者,就具體例而言,可列舉甲基、乙基、正丙基、異丙基、正丁基、三級丁基、正己基、環己基、正辛基、十六基等。
R之碳原子數1~18的烷基,較佳為碳原子數1~6之烷基,更佳為甲基。
n2之重覆數為例如1~200之範圍的整數,較佳為1~150之範圍的整數。
含聚矽氧鏈官能基的聚矽氧鏈部分之數平均分子量,例如為100~20,000之範圍,較佳為400~18,000之範圍,更佳為800~15,000之範圍,進一步較佳為1,000~12,000之範圍。
聚合性單體(1),較佳為選自包含下述通式(1-1)所示之化合物及下述通式(1-2)所示之化合物之群組的1種以上。

聚合性單體(1),可使用單獨1種,亦可將2種以上併用。
聚合性單體(1)可依據周知之方法製造。
例如藉由使末端具有異氰酸基之(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物與一或兩末端具有羥基且具有含氟官能基及/或含聚矽氧鏈官能基的化合物反應,可製造聚合性單體(1)。
在以聚合性單體(1)作為聚合成分之聚合物中,源自聚合性單體(1)之結構的含有比率(以下,僅稱為「聚合性單體(1)之含有比率」),相對於聚合物之總量,例如為5質量%以上,依序較佳為10質量%以上、15質量%以上、20質量%以上、30質量%以上、50質量%以上、60質量%以上、65質量%以上。
關於聚合性單體(1)之含有比率的上限,無特別限定,但相對於聚合物之總量,例如為95質量%以下,依序較佳為90質量%以下、80質量%以下、75質量%以下。
聚合性單體(1)之含有比率,為以本發明之聚合物之質量為基準的值(聚合性單體(1)之重量/聚合物之重量),可藉由製造本發明聚合物時之聚合性單體(1)的原料添加比而調整。
以聚合性單體(1)作為聚合成分之聚合物(以下,有僅稱為「本發明之聚合物」的情況),就聚合成分而言,只要含有聚合性單體(1)即可,亦可具有源自聚合性單體(1)之結構以外的部分。
本發明之聚合物由於適合使用作為潤滑油組成物的消泡劑,就源自聚合性單體(1)之結構以外的部分而言,較佳為具有對潤滑油組成物之潤滑油基油及消泡劑以外之潤滑油用添加劑顯示相容性的結構。
本發明之聚合物,就聚合性單體(1)以外之聚合成分而言,以進一步含有聚合性單體(2)為較佳,該聚合性單體(2)具有1個以上選自碳原子數1~30之烷基、碳原子數6~20之芳香族基及包含聚氧伸烷基鏈的基。
碳原子數1~30之烷基、碳原子數6~20之芳香族基及包含聚氧伸烷基鏈的基,皆可對潤滑油基油或消泡劑以外之潤滑油用添加劑顯示高相容性。
聚合性單體(2)所具有的碳原子數1~30之烷基,可為直鏈狀烷基、分支狀烷基及環狀烷基之任一者,就具體例而言,可列舉甲基、乙基、正丙基、異丙基、正丁基、三級丁基、正己基、環己基、正辛基、十六基、金剛烷基、降莰基、二環戊基、三環壬基、三環癸基、四環十二基、硬脂基等。
聚合性單體(2)所具有的碳原子數1~30之烷基,較佳為碳原子數1~25之烷基,更佳為碳原子數3~14之環狀烷基。
就聚合性單體(2)所具有的碳原子數6~20之芳香族基而言,可列舉苯基、萘基、蒽-1-基、菲-1-基等。
聚合性單體(2)所具有的包含(聚)氧伸烷基鏈之基,係指包含氧伸烷基之重覆部分的1價的基或包含氧伸烷基之重覆部分的2價的連結基。

就具有碳原子數7~20之苯基烷基或碳原子數7~20之苯氧基烷基且聚合性不飽和基為(甲基)丙烯醯基的聚合性單體(2)而言,例如可列舉(甲基)丙烯酸苄酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-苯氧基甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-苯氧基乙酯等。
就具有碳原子數1~30之烷基且聚合性不飽和基為乙烯基醚基的聚合性單體(2)而言,例如可列舉甲基乙烯基醚、乙基乙烯基醚、正丙基乙烯基醚、異丙基乙烯基醚、正丁基乙烯基醚、異丁基乙烯基醚、三級丁基乙烯基醚、正戊基乙烯基醚、正己基乙烯基醚、正辛基乙烯基醚、正十二基乙烯基醚、2-乙基己基乙烯基醚、環己基乙烯基醚等烷基乙烯基醚;環烷基乙烯基醚等。
就具有碳原子數6~20之芳香族基的聚合性單體(2)而言,例如可列舉苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、對甲基苯乙烯、對甲氧基苯乙烯等。

在本發明之聚合物為以聚合性單體(1)及聚合性單體(2)作為聚合成分之共聚物的情況,該共聚物之聚合形式無特別限定,可為聚合性單體(1)及聚合性單體(2)的無規共聚物,亦可為聚合性單體(1)及聚合性單體(2)的嵌段共聚物。
在本發明之聚合物以聚合性單體(1)及聚合性單體(2)作為聚合成分的情況,聚合性單體(1)與聚合性單體(2)之質量比,為例如聚合性單體(1):聚合性單體(2)=5:95~95:5之範圍,較佳為聚合性單體(1):聚合性單體(2)=10:90~80:20之範圍,更佳為聚合性單體(1):聚合性單體(2)=25:75~75:25之範圍。
本發明之聚合物只要為以聚合性單體(1)及任意之聚合性單體(2)作為聚合成分的聚合物即可,在無損於本發明之效果的範圍內,亦可含有聚合性單體(1)及聚合性單體(2)以外之其他聚合性單體作為聚合成分。
本發明之聚合物,較佳為聚合成分由聚合性單體(1)及任意之聚合性單體(2)實質上形成的聚合物,更佳為聚合成分只包含聚合性單體(1)及任意之聚合性單體(2)的聚合物。其中,「實質上形成」,係指聚合成分中的聚合性單體(1)與任意之聚合性單體(2)合計的含有比率為80質量%以上、90質量%以上、95質量%以上、或99質量%以上之情況。
本發明之聚合物的數平均分子量(Mn),較佳為500~50,000之範圍,更佳為1,000~30,000之範圍,進一步較佳為1,500~10,000之範圍。
本發明之聚合物的重量平均分子量(Mw),較佳為1,000~200,000之範圍,更佳為1,500~150,000之範圍,進一步較佳為2,000~100,000之範圍,特佳為3,000~50,000之範圍。
在本發明中,重量平均分子量(Mw)及數平均分子量(Mn)為基於凝膠滲透層析法(GPC)測定,並以聚苯乙烯換算的值。
本發明之聚合物的數平均分子量(Mn)及重量平均分子量(Mw)之值,係依據實施例記載之方法測定。
[聚合物之製造方法]
本發明之聚合物的製造方法無特別限定,可依據周知之方法製造。
本發明之聚合物,可基於自由基聚合法、陽離子聚合法、陰離子聚合法等聚合機制,藉由溶液聚合法、塊狀聚合法、乳液聚合法等製造。例如,若為自由基聚合法,可藉由在有機溶劑中加入聚合性單體混合物,添加泛用之自由基聚合起始劑,而製造本發明之聚合物。
就前述聚合起始劑而言,可使用各式各樣者,例如,可列舉過氧-2-乙基己酸三級丁酯、過氧化苄醯基、過氧化二醯基等過氧化物、偶氮雙異丁腈、偶氮雙異丁酸二甲酯、苯基偶氮三苯基甲烷等偶氮化合物、Mn(acac)
3等金屬螯合化合物等。
視需要,亦可使用月桂基硫醇、2-巰基乙醇、乙基硫乙醇酸、辛基硫乙醇酸等鏈轉移劑、或γ-巰基丙基三甲氧基矽烷等具有偶合基的硫醇化合物作為鏈轉移劑等添加劑。

此等溶劑,可使用單獨1種,亦可將2種以上併用。
本發明之聚合物,亦可藉由進行活性自由基聚合、活性陰離子聚合等活性聚合而製造。
活性自由基聚合,係活性聚合末端被原子或原子團保護之休眠種可逆地產生自由基而與單體反應,藉此進行生長反應,即使第一單體消耗,生長末端亦不失去活性而可與逐次追加的第二單體反應,得到嵌段聚合物。就此種活性自由基聚合之例而言,可列舉原子轉移自由基聚合(ATRP)、可逆加成碎斷型自由基聚合(RAFT)、經由氮氧自由基(nitroxide)之自由基聚合(NMP)、使用有機碲之自由基聚合(TERP)等。此等之中,使用何種方法無特別限制,但從控制之容易度等來看,以ATRP為較佳。ATRP係以有機鹵化物或鹵化磺醯基化合物等作為聚合起始劑,並以包含過渡金屬化合物及配位子之金屬錯合物作為觸媒而進行聚合。
就ATRP中可使用之聚合起始劑的具體例而言,可列舉氯化1-苯基乙基、溴化1-苯基乙基、氯仿、四氯化碳、2-氯丙腈、α,α’-二氯二甲苯、α,α’-二溴二甲苯、陸(α-溴甲基)苯、碳原子數1~6之2-鹵化羧酸(例如2-氯丙酸、2-溴丙酸、2-氯異丁酸、2-溴異丁酸等)之碳原子數1~6的烷酯等。
就碳原子數1~6之2-鹵化羧酸的碳原子數1~6之烷酯的更具體例而言,例如,可列舉2-氯丙酸甲酯、2-氯丙酸乙酯、2-溴丙酸甲酯、2-溴異丁酸乙酯等。

就於活性自由基聚合中所使用的溶劑而言,例如,可列舉乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丙二醇單甲基醚乙酸酯等酯系溶劑;二異丙基醚、二甲氧基乙烷、二乙二醇二甲基醚等醚系溶劑;二氯甲烷、二氯乙烷等鹵素系溶劑;甲苯、二甲苯等芳香族系溶劑;甲基乙基酮、甲基異丁基酮、環己酮等酮系溶劑;甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇等醇系溶劑;二甲基甲醯胺、二甲基亞碸等非質子性極性溶劑等。
上述溶劑,可使用單獨1種,亦可將2種以上併用。
前述活性自由基聚合時之聚合溫度,以室溫至120℃之範圍為較佳。
在藉由活性自由基聚合製造本發明之聚合物的情況,於所得到之聚合物中,有起因於聚合所使用之過渡金屬化合物之金屬殘留的情形。所得到之聚合物中殘留的金屬,可在聚合結束後使用活性礬土等除去。
[潤滑油組成物]
本發明之消泡劑可適合使用作為潤滑油組成物的消泡劑,本發明之潤滑油組成物含有本發明之消泡劑。
本發明之消泡劑,具有高消泡性能,可無限制地使用於例如汽車之緩衝器、變速機、動力轉向等驅動系機器用的潤滑油組成物。
本發明之潤滑油組成物中的本發明之消泡劑的含有比率,無特別限制,例如為潤滑油組成物總量之1~1000質量ppm的範圍,較佳為5~700質量ppm之範圍,進一步較佳為10~400質量ppm之範圍。
本發明之潤滑油組成物的潤滑油基油,可使用周知者,可為礦油,亦可為合成油,亦可使用礦油與合成油之混合油。
就礦油而言,例如為將原油常壓蒸餾所得之常壓殘油進行減壓蒸餾所得到的潤滑油餾分進一步進行溶劑脫除、溶劑萃取、氫化分解、溶劑脫蠟、接觸脫蠟、氫化精製等之中1個以上的處理所精製的礦油,可列舉石蠟系礦油、環烷烴系礦油等。
又,亦可列舉藉由將礦油系蠟或依據費托氏法(Fischer-Tropsch process)等製造之蠟(GTL蠟)進行異構化所製造的礦油等。
就合成油而言,可列舉聚丁烯、α-烯烴均聚物或共聚物(例如乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物)等聚烯烴;多元醇酯、二元酸酯、磷酸酯等各種酯;聚苯基醚等各種醚;聚二醇、烷基苯、烷基萘等。
潤滑油基油,可使用單獨1種,亦可將2種以上併用。
潤滑油基油於100℃的動黏度,較佳為2~15mm
2/s之範圍,更佳為2~10mm
2/s之範圍,進一步較佳為3~5mm
2/s之範圍。
藉由潤滑油基油於100℃的動黏度在上述範圍,而蒸發損失少,由黏性阻力所造成之動力損失不太大,因此變得容易得到燃料費改善效果。
潤滑油基油,較佳為利用n-d-M環分析之石蠟含量(有記載為%Cp的情況)為70%以上,更佳為75%以上,進一步較佳為80%以上。
潤滑油基油藉由石蠟含量在上述範圍,而氧化安定性等變得良好。
潤滑油組成物中的潤滑油基油之含有比率,例如為潤滑油組成物總量之65~95質量%的範圍,較佳為70~95質量%之範圍,進一步較佳為70~90質量%之範圍。
本發明之潤滑油組成物,只要包含本發明之消泡劑及潤滑油基油即可,亦可進一步包含其他添加劑。
就其他添加劑而言,可包含無灰清淨劑、無灰系摩擦調整劑、耐磨耗劑、極壓劑、黏度指數增進劑、金屬減活化劑、流動點降低劑、防銹劑等添加劑。此等添加劑,可使用單獨1種或將2種以上併用。
其他添加劑之各含量,可在無損於本發明之效果的範圍內適宜調整,以潤滑油組成物總量為基準,通常為0.001~25質量%,較佳為0.005~20質量%,更佳為0.01~15質量%。
其他添加劑之合計含量,以潤滑油組成物總量為基準,較佳為25質量%以下,更佳為20質量%以下、進一步較佳為15質量%以下。
就無灰清淨劑而言,可列舉烯基琥珀醯單亞胺、烯基琥珀醯雙亞胺等烯基琥珀醯亞胺、硼改質烯基琥珀醯亞胺等。
就無灰系摩擦調整劑而言,例如,可列舉分子中至少具有1個碳原子數6~30之烷基或烯基的脂肪族胺、脂肪酸酯、脂肪醯胺、脂肪酸、脂肪族醇、脂肪族醚等。
就耐磨耗劑或極壓劑而言,例如,可列舉二硫代磷酸鋅等含硫化合物;亞磷酸酯類、磷酸酯類、磺酸酯類、及此等之胺鹽或金屬鹽等含磷化合物;硫代亞磷酸酯類、硫代磷酸酯類、硫代磺酸酯類、及此等之胺鹽或金屬鹽等含硫及磷的耐磨耗劑。
就黏度指數增進劑而言,例如,可列舉聚甲基丙烯酸酯、分散型聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烯烴系共聚物(例如,乙烯-丙烯共聚物等)、分散型烯烴系共聚物、苯乙烯系共聚物(例如,苯乙烯-二烯共聚物、苯乙烯-異戊二烯共聚物等)等。
就金屬減活化劑而言,例如,可列舉苯并三唑系化合物、甲苯基三唑系化合物、咪唑系化合物、嘧啶系化合物等。
就流動點降低劑而言,例如,可列舉乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、氯化石蠟及萘之縮合物、氯化石蠟及酚之縮合物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚烷基苯乙烯等。
就防銹劑而言,例如,可列舉石油磺酸鹽、烷基苯磺酸鹽、二壬基萘磺酸鹽、烯基琥珀酸酯、多元醇酯等。

(合成例1:具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含氟官能基的聚合性單體(I)之合成)
在具備攪拌裝置、溫度計、冷卻管、滴入裝置之玻璃燒瓶中,添加100質量份之2-(全氟己基)乙醇、100質量份之作為溶劑的1,3-雙(三氟甲基)苯、0.03質量份之作為觸媒的辛酸亞錫。繼而,於空氣氣流下開始攪拌,使燒瓶內溫度升溫至75℃,費時40分鐘將42.2質量份之甲基丙烯酸2-異氰酸基乙酯滴入,滴入結束後,藉由升溫至80℃並攪拌1小時,進行反應。
關於所得到之反應產物,進行IR光譜測定的結果,確認到異氰酸基之吸收峰之消失。藉此,得到下述通式(I)所示之具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含氟官能基的聚合性單體(I)。
(合成例2:具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含氟官能基的聚合性單體(II)之合成)

在具備攪拌裝置、溫度計、冷卻管、滴入裝置之玻璃燒瓶中,添加100質量份之作為溶劑的乙酸正丁酯,在氮氣流下一邊攪拌一邊升溫至110℃。繼而,將下述3種滴入液分別安裝於各別的滴入裝置,一邊將燒瓶內保持於110℃,一邊同時費時2小時滴入:溶解於54.3質量份之1,3-雙(三氟甲基)苯中的56.5質量份之合成例1之聚合性單體(I);溶解於210質量份之乙酸正丁酯中的33.5質量份之甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(氧化乙烯鏈之重覆數約23)及10質量份之丙烯酸二環戊酯;以及將15質量份之作為自由基聚合起始劑之過氧-2-乙基己酸三級丁酯溶解於35質量份之乙酸正丁酯而成的聚合起始劑溶液。滴入結束後,藉由在110℃攪拌5小時,得到消泡劑(1)之溶液,該消泡劑(1)係具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含氟官能基的聚合物。
以GPC測定所得到之消泡劑(1)之分子量的結果,重量平均分子量(Mw)為7,300,數平均分子量(Mn)為2,900。
(實施例2:消泡劑(2)之合成)
在具備攪拌裝置、溫度計、冷卻管、滴入裝置之玻璃燒瓶中,添加204.1質量份之作為溶劑的丙二醇單甲基醚乙酸酯,於氮氣流下一邊攪拌一邊升溫至92℃。繼而,將下述2種滴入液分別安裝於各別的滴入裝置,一邊將燒瓶內保持於92℃,一邊同時費時4小時滴入:將溶解於76.9質量份之甲基異丁基酮中的115.3質量份之合成例2之聚合性單體(II)、68.4質量份之甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(氧化乙烯鏈之重覆數約23)及20.4質量份之丙烯酸二環戊酯溶解於158.3質量份之丙二醇單甲基醚乙酸酯而成的單體溶液;以及將10.2質量份之作為自由基聚合起始劑的2,2’-偶氮雙丁酸二甲酯溶解於91.8質量份之二醇單甲基醚乙酸酯而成的聚合起始劑溶液。滴入結束後,於92℃攪拌2小時後,將2質量份之作為自由基聚合起始劑的2,2’-偶氮雙丁酸二甲酯溶解於4.8質量份之丙二醇單甲基醚乙酸酯而成的聚合起始劑溶液費時15分鐘滴入。滴入結束後,藉由於92℃攪拌2小時,得到消泡劑(2)之溶液,該消泡劑(2)係具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含氟官能基的聚合物。
以GPC測定所得到之消泡劑(2)之分子量的結果,重量平均分子量(Mw)為7,600,數平均分子量(Mn)為3,200。
(實施例3:消泡劑(3)之合成)
在具備攪拌裝置、溫度計、冷卻管、滴入裝置之玻璃燒瓶中,添加30質量份之作為溶劑之乙酸正丁酯,於氮氣流下一邊攪拌一邊升溫至105℃。繼而,將下述2種滴入液分別安裝於各別的滴入裝置,一邊將燒瓶內保持於105℃,一邊同時費時2小時滴入:將溶解於39.5質量份之乙酸正丁酯中的33質量份之合成例3之聚合性單體(III)及3質量份之丙烯酸二環戊酯、45質量份之乙酸正丁酯及13質量份之甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(氧化乙烯鏈之重覆數約9)溶解於45質量份之乙酸正丁酯而成的單體溶液;以及將1.5質量份之作為自由基聚合起始劑的過氧-2-乙基己酸三級丁酯溶解於15質量份之乙酸正丁酯而成的聚合起始劑溶液。滴入結束後,藉由於105℃攪拌3小時,得到消泡劑(3)之溶液,該消泡劑(3)係具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含聚矽氧鏈官能基的聚合物。
以GPC測定所得到之消泡劑(3)之分子量的結果,重量平均分子量(Mw)為9,400,數平均分子量(Mn)為2,700。
(實施例4:消泡劑(4)之合成)
在具備攪拌裝置、溫度計、冷卻管、滴入裝置之玻璃燒瓶中,添加30質量份之作為溶劑的乙酸正丁酯,在氮氣流下一邊攪拌一邊升溫至105℃。繼而,將下述2種滴入液分別安裝於各別的滴入裝置,一邊將燒瓶內保持於105℃,一邊同時費時2小時滴入:將25質量份之合成例4之聚合性單體(IV)、20質量份之甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(氧化乙烯鏈之重覆數約9)溶解於60質量份之乙酸正丁酯而成的單體溶液;以及將0.45質量份之作為自由基聚合起始劑的過氧-2-乙基己酸三級丁酯溶解於15質量份之乙酸正丁酯而成的聚合起始劑溶液。滴入結束後,藉由在105℃攪拌5小時,得到消泡劑(4)之溶液,該消泡劑(4)係具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含聚矽氧鏈官能基的聚合物。
以GPC測定所得到之消泡劑(4)之分子量的結果,重量平均分子量(Mw)為26,800,數平均分子量(Mn)為2,500。
(比較例1:消泡劑(1’)之合成)
在具備攪拌裝置、溫度計、冷卻管、滴入裝置之玻璃燒瓶中,添加200質量份之作為溶劑之乙酸正丁酯,在氮氣流下一邊攪拌一邊升溫至110℃。繼而,將下述2種滴入液分別安裝於各別的滴入裝置,一邊將燒瓶內保持於110℃,一邊同時費時2小時滴入:將溶解於530質量份之乙酸正丁酯中的104質量份之甲基丙烯酸2-(全氟己基)乙酯、72質量份之甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(氧化乙烯鏈之重覆數約23)及22質量份之丙烯酸二環戊酯溶解於530質量份之乙酸正丁酯而成的單體溶液;以及將30質量份之作為自由基聚合起始劑之過氧-2-乙基己酸三級丁酯溶解於70質量份之乙酸正丁酯而成的聚合起始劑溶液。滴入結束後,藉由於110℃攪拌5小時,得到消泡劑(1’)之溶液,該消泡劑(1’)係不具有胺基甲酸酯鍵而具有含氟官能基之聚合物。
以GPC測定所得到之消泡劑(1’)之分子量的結果,重量平均分子量(Mw)為7,200,數平均分子量(Mn)為2,700。
(比較例2:消泡劑(2’)之合成)
在具備攪拌裝置、溫度計、冷卻管、滴入裝置之玻璃燒瓶中,添加20質量份之作為溶劑之乙酸正丁酯,於氮氣流下一邊攪拌一邊升溫至105℃。繼而,將下述2種滴入液分別安裝於各別的滴入裝置,一邊將燒瓶內保持於105℃,一邊同時費時2小時滴入:將25質量份之下述式(C)所示之化合物及20質量份之甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(氧化乙烯鏈之重覆數約9)溶解於70質量份之乙酸正丁酯而成的單體溶液;以及將0.45質量份之作為自由基聚合起始劑的過氧-2-乙基己酸三級丁酯溶解於15質量份之乙酸正丁酯而成的聚合起始劑溶液。滴入結束後,藉由在105℃攪拌5小時,得到消泡劑(2’)之溶液,該消泡劑(2’)係不具有胺基甲酸酯鍵而具有含聚矽氧鏈官能基的聚合物。
以GPC測定所得到之消泡劑(2’)之分子量的結果,重量平均分子量(Mw)為1,7800,數平均分子量(Mn)為2,300。
另外準備下述所示之市售之二甲基聚矽氧(Shin-Etsu Silicone股份有限公司製「KF-96-60,000cs」)作為消泡劑Si。
使用上述所製造之消泡劑,進行下述起泡試驗,評價消泡劑的消泡性能。將結果示於表1。
(潤滑油組成物之調製)
在100質量份之以潤滑油基油(石蠟系礦油)為主成分並包含少量各種添加劑(黏度指數增進劑、亞磷酸酯化合物、噻二唑化合物、鈣系洗淨劑、金屬減活化劑、無灰分散劑、抗氧化劑等)的基礎潤滑油中,按表1及2所示之量添加表1所示之消泡劑,作成潤滑油組成物。
關於所得到之潤滑油組成物,實施下述起泡試驗。將結果示於表1及2。
(起泡試驗)
起泡試驗係根據日本特開2008-120880號公報所揭示的均質機法進行。
使用具備發電機軸(generator shaft)(Primix股份有限公司製「Mini Mixer」)之均質機(Primix股份有限公司製「T.K. Robomix」),依照下述之條件將潤滑油組成物攪拌,由結束攪拌起3秒後之起泡面的讀數(mL),減去攪拌前之油面的讀數(mL),作為起泡量(mL)。起泡量越少,意指消泡性越優良。
旋轉數:16,000rpm
油溫:120℃或130℃
油量:80ml
容器:200ml量筒(內徑φ36mm)
攪拌時間:1分鐘

從表1及2之結果,可得知使用為本發明之消泡劑的消泡劑(1)~(4)之潤滑油組成物,與比較例4之未添加消泡劑的潤滑油組成物相比,起泡量顯著減低。另一方面,可知使用不具有胺基甲酸酯鍵之消泡劑(1’)及消泡劑(2’)的潤滑油組成物,與比較例4之未添加消泡劑的潤滑油組成物相比,起泡量雖減低,但無法得到消泡劑(1)~(4)程度之起泡量減低效果。

Claims (15)
- 一種消泡劑,其係以具有胺基甲酸酯鍵與含氟官能基及/或含聚矽氧鏈官能基的聚合性單體(1)作為聚合成分之聚合物。
- 如請求項2之消泡劑,其中R 2之含氟官能基為碳原子數1~6之氟化烷基。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項之消泡劑,其中該聚合成分進一步含有具有1個以上選自碳原子數1~30之烷基、碳原子數6~20之芳香族基及包含聚氧伸烷基鏈之基的聚合性單體(2)。
- 如請求項7或8之消泡劑,其中該碳原子數1~30之烷基為碳原子數3~14之環狀烷基。
- 如請求項7至9中任一項之消泡劑,其中該聚合性單體(1)與該聚合性單體(2)之質量比係在聚合性單體(1):聚合性單體(2)=10:90~80:20的範圍。
- 如請求項1至10中任一項之消泡劑,其重量平均分子量係在3,000~50,000的範圍。
- 一種潤滑油組成物,其含有潤滑油基油及如請求項1至11中任一項之消泡劑。
- 如請求項12之潤滑油組成物,其係在具備內燃機或電動馬達之機械中,用於該機械之驅動部的潤滑。
- 如請求項12之潤滑油組成物,其係在具備內燃機或電動馬達的汽車中,用於該汽車之驅動部的潤滑。
- 一種於驅動部使用如請求項12之潤滑油組成物的機械。
