Abstract
本發明提供一種易接著性聚酯膜,係具有與用於印刷等之紫外線(UV)硬化型油墨等之密接性優異的易接著層,抗靜電性優異,抑制易接著層中之抗靜電劑轉移至與易接著層接觸之其他物品或膜自身的背面。本發明之易接著性聚酯膜於聚酯膜的至少一面具有易接著層,前述易接著層係使包含離子導電型抗靜電劑、聚酯系樹脂及聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂之組成物硬化而成,易接著層表面之表面比電阻值為1.0×10

Description
本發明係關於一種量產性優異、具有隱蔽性或白色度、易接著性及抗靜電性優異之含空腔之聚酯膜,更詳細而言,本發明係關於一種減少抗靜電劑轉移至其他物品或背面且油墨密接性優異的適合作為資訊記錄材料或印刷材料之易接著性聚酯膜、水系柔版油墨易接著性膜及模內標籤用易接著性聚酯膜。
雙軸延伸聚酯膜由於具有機械性質、電氣性質、尺寸穩定性等優異特性,故而被用作標籤、標誌、IC(Integrated Circuit;積體電路)卡、磁性記錄材料、包裝材料、電氣絕緣材料、感光材料、製圖材料、照相材料等大多數之印刷領域之基材膜。尤其於用作標籤用途之情形時,為了提高隱蔽性而對與易接著層相反之面實施無機蒸鍍,或實施用以貼附於容器等之黏著加工,或亦可藉由施加聚矽氧等脫模劑而用作脫模襯紙(隔離膜)。
而且近年來,作為合成樹脂成形物容器等之一體成形方法,已知有模內成形法。關於合成樹脂,聚乙烯或聚丙烯樹脂係廣為人知,但就環境方面而言亦提出有聚酯系樹脂成形體,共聚聚酯樹脂(Unipet)、或具有更接近聚氯乙烯(PVC;polyvinyl chloride)之加工特性的包含1,4-環己烷二甲醇作為共聚成分之(PETG;polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified;二元醇改質聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)共聚聚酯係通常廣為人知。
使用了聚酯系膜(用於使用此種聚酯樹脂之模內成形)之標籤係迄今為止已提出有多種,但為了與成形體接著而塗佈或層壓接著劑層之方法中,因加工步驟增加所導致之環境負荷、生產成本亦增加。
而且,在這些用途中,聚酯膜係絕緣性高,有時會招致由各種步驟行進中之靜電引起塵埃吸附而導致油墨缺漏,或由摩擦帶電引起膜彼此吸附而導致分離不良等常見於印刷時等之故障。
因此,作為對聚酯膜的表面賦予易接著抗靜電性之方法之一,已知有於聚酯膜的表面塗佈各種樹脂,設置具有易接著性能及抗靜電性能之塗佈層之方法。
先前之各種油墨密接性類型之聚酯系被覆膜中,亦可見到許多於基材聚酯膜的表面設置由特定之樹脂所構成之被覆層的方法(例如參照專利文獻1)。作為前述被覆層之構成樹脂,例如可列舉:聚酯系樹脂、聚胺基甲酸酯系樹脂及丙烯酸等的單獨一種或兩種以上之混合物;以及前述樹脂與特定之交聯劑(三聚氰胺、異氰酸酯等)之混合物等。
而且,作為獲得抗靜電性能之方法,亦可列舉下述方法等:於經單軸方向延伸之聚酯系積層膜中,也混合高分子抗靜電劑及添加劑,藉此獲得抗靜電性能(參照專利文獻2、專利文獻3)。
為了賦予抗靜電功能,可使用賦予有極性基之抗靜電劑。其中,已知在離子導電型抗靜電劑中,可使用陽離子系抗靜電劑或陰離子系抗靜電劑,因極性高而有降低表面比電阻值之效果。然而,於使用極性高而親水性高之抗靜電劑之情形時,亦有下述問題:於與上述聚酯樹脂或聚胺基甲酸酯系樹脂混合之情形時,有時因該極性種類差異(官能基)而引起離子吸附(交互作用)所致之凝膠化,無法形成塗液。
進而該先前技術中,尤其於夏季之膜輥狀態或裁斷片保管時或者藉由陸地運輸、海上運輸等進行搬運之情形等時,有時在高溫且高濕下之室內之溫濕度下導致膜表面或其塗佈層所包含之成分轉移至背面。關於這一情況,可認為於通常之溫度、濕度環境下不易發生背面轉移,但若超過某溫濕度域且大氣中水分量進一步增加,則塗膜成分軟化,導致轉移至背面。該現象除了使塗佈層之功能降低以外,尤其於抗靜電劑成分轉移至背面之情形時,會產生於後續步驟中進行蒸鍍加工之情形的蒸鍍缺漏(針孔)、或外觀不良導致之縮孔現象,或者於賦予有脫模層之情形時產生由硬化不良所致之剝離性不良等不良狀況。而且,於抗靜電劑成分轉移至背面之情形時,有於模內成形加工時導致模具附著面之白化污垢之虞。先前,要抑制具備有印刷油墨等之密接性及抗靜電功能的易接著層於聚酯膜中朝背面之轉移性係非常困難。為了避免該情況,降低捲繞輥壓力或管理保管時之溫濕度係有效,但無法完全避免,牽涉到生產性劣化而成問題。
所謂某溫度域,例如運輸業界亦揭示有夏季之海上運輸的貨櫃內部之溫度及濕度資料。貨櫃內部雖密閉,但溫度最多上升至40℃左右。進而,針對濕度,包裝材料所使用之瓦楞紙等所包含之水分蒸發,導致最大濕度上升至80%。因此,為了提供於嚴酷之環境下亦不易引起品質變化之易接著性聚酯膜,較理想為於50℃環境下、進而60℃且濕度90%之耐濕熱條件下的評價條件下,抑制塗佈層中之成分轉移至所接觸之其他物品或膜自身的背面。
於用於資訊記錄材料或標籤用途之情形時,選定各種印刷方法及所使用之油墨。通常,可使用藉由光反應觸媒使丙烯酸單體樹脂進行交聯之UV(Ultraviolet;紫外線)油墨,但考慮到臭氣性或對環境負荷之影響,逐漸變成使用水系柔版油墨。
水系柔版油墨通常係由顏料、顏料分散樹脂、水、保濕劑成分及黏合劑樹脂所構成。其中,黏合劑樹脂係目的在提高印刷物之塗膜耐性(耐水性、耐擦性、密接性、劃傷性等)而添加,由於可兼具優異之塗膜物性、油墨物性及印刷適性,故而大量使用樹脂微粒子分散體。此種水系柔版油墨迄今為止主要以紙或瓦楞紙板等基材作為對象而開發,但近年來就節能、低成本、環境負荷降低之觀點而言,要求前述水系柔版油墨於低溫乾燥條件下,對於聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯等非極性膜基材優異之密接性。

[發明所欲解決之課題]
本發明係以該先前技術之課題為背景而成。亦即,本發明之目的在於提供一種易接著性聚酯膜或模內標籤用易接著性聚酯膜,係具有與印刷等中所使用之紫外線(UV)硬化型油墨、水系柔版油墨等各種油墨之密接性優異之易接著層,易接著層表面之抗靜電性優異,抑制易接著層中之抗靜電劑轉移至接觸易接著層之其他膜或隔離紙、黏著劑面、或者易接著性聚酯膜自身的背面(內面)。
[用以解決課題之手段]
亦即,本發明係由以下之構成所構成。
1.一種易接著性聚酯膜,係於聚酯膜的至少一面具有易接著層,前述易接著層係使包含離子導電型抗靜電劑、聚酯系樹脂及聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂之組成物硬化而成,易接著層表面之表面比電阻值為1.0×10
13Ω/sq以下,使其他聚酯膜與前述易接著層表面接觸並於50℃、1kg/cm

7.如上述第1至第6中任一項所記載之易接著性聚酯膜,其中前述易接著層係與包含熱塑性樹脂之吹塑成形容器熱融接並接著而使用。
[發明功效]
本發明之易接著性聚酯膜係抗靜電性優異,於高溫高濕下仍抑制易接著層中所包含之抗靜電劑轉移至其他物品或背面,與UV硬化型油墨、水系柔版油墨等各種油墨及聚酯等熱塑性樹脂製模內成形容器之易接著性優異。
[聚酯膜基材]
於本發明中構成聚酯膜基材之聚酯樹脂除了聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚2,6-萘二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸三亞甲基酯等以外,還有將如前述之聚酯樹脂的二醇成分或二羧酸成分之一部分替換為如下共聚成分而得之共聚聚酯樹脂,例如作為共聚成分,可列舉:二乙二醇、新戊二醇、1,4-環己烷二甲醇、聚伸烷基二醇等二醇成分;或己二酸、癸二酸、鄰苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、5-鈉間苯二甲酸、2,6-萘二羧酸等二羧酸成分等。
本發明中適宜用於聚酯膜基材之聚酯樹脂主要係選自聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸三亞甲基酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚2,6-萘二甲酸乙二酯。這些聚酯樹脂中,就物性與成本之平衡而言,最佳為聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯。另外,由這些聚酯樹脂所構成之聚酯膜基材較佳為雙軸延伸聚酯膜,可提高耐化學品性、耐熱性、機械強度等。
作為製造聚酯樹脂時所用的用以進行縮聚之觸媒,並無特別限定,三氧化銻係價廉且具有優異之觸媒活性的觸媒,故而適宜。另外,亦較佳為使用鍺化合物或鈦化合物。作為進而較佳之縮聚觸媒,可列舉:含有鋁及/或其化合物與酚系化合物之觸媒、含有鋁及/或其化合物與磷化合物之觸媒、含有磷化合物之鋁鹽之觸媒。
作為製造合成紙之情形之主原料,可使用聚乙烯系樹脂、聚丙烯系樹脂、聚酯系樹脂等,尤其以聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯為代表之聚酯系樹脂由於其優異之機械特性、熱特性等,而被擴展於廣泛之用途中。
作為獲得具有與紙類似之功能的膜之方法,通常可列舉:使膜內部大量含有微空腔(microcavity)之方法;或者藉由對平坦之膜進行噴砂處理或化學蝕刻處理、消光處理等表面處理而粗面化之方法等。這些中,前者之使膜內部大量含有微空腔之方法係不僅可獲得紙般之隱蔽性或白色度,而且由於下述方面等優點而被大量採用:能夠使膜自身輕量化,故而可抑制單位面積之成本;或者可獲得適度之柔軟性或緩衝性,故而印刷時之圖像清晰性優異。
作為使膜內部表現出微空腔之方法,通常可列舉下述方法:於聚酯系樹脂中混合不互溶之熱塑性樹脂(以下稱為不互溶樹脂),獲得使該不互溶樹脂分散於聚酯系樹脂中之片材,至少於單軸方向延伸,藉此利用聚酯系樹脂與不互溶樹脂間之界面剝離而表現出空洞。作為用以針對聚酯系樹脂表現出空洞之不互溶樹脂,可較佳地使用聚乙烯系樹脂或聚丙烯系樹脂、聚甲基戊烯系樹脂等聚烯烴系樹脂或聚苯乙烯系樹脂。
本發明中之聚酯膜基材就強度、硬挺性、尺寸穩定性等實用性之方面而言,尤佳為雙軸配向聚酯膜。
聚酯膜基材之層構成可為單層構成亦可為積層構成都無妨,較佳形態為設為下述積層構成:為A層/B層/A層之積層結構,並且於A層含有無機粒子,於B層含有微空腔。藉由針對作為表面層之A層配置含有無機粒子之層,而能夠改善膜之滑動性亦即操作性或隱蔽性,藉由使得僅在作為內層之B層含有微空腔,除了可獲得較佳之白色外觀以外,還能夠表現出膜之緩衝性並且亦確保膜表面之強度。此處,形成積層構成之方法並無特別限定,就製造時之穩定性或加工成本之觀點而言,較佳為藉由共擠出而進行。
另外,本發明中之聚酯膜基材可為單層結構,亦可為多層結構,較佳為一部分層或全部之層為不透明。表示含白色空腔之聚酯膜的不透明度之光學濃度較佳為0.3以上,更佳為0.3至4.0,尤佳為0.5至3.0。若光學濃度為0.3以上,則於對含白色空腔之聚酯膜的易接著層表面實施印刷之情形時印刷效果變清晰而較佳。另外,若光學濃度為4.0以下,則可期待更優異之印刷效果而較佳。
獲得上述範圍內之光學濃度之方法並無特別限定,可藉由使聚酯樹脂中含有無機粒子、或含有與該聚酯樹脂為不互溶之熱塑性樹脂而達成。這些成分之含量並無特別限定,於無機粒子之情形時,相對於生成聚酯,較佳為5質量%至35質量%,尤佳為8質量%至25質量%。另一方面,於含有不互溶性之熱塑性樹脂之情形時,相對於聚酯,較佳為5質量%至35質量%,尤佳為8質量%至28質量%。另外,於併用無機粒子、及與聚酯樹脂為不互溶之熱塑性樹脂之情形時,就膜強度、硬挺性、製膜穩定性之方面而言,較佳為相對於聚酯膜基材,無機粒子與不互溶之熱塑性樹脂之總量設為40質量%以下。
所使用之無機粒子並無特別限定,較佳為平均粒徑為0.1μm至4.0μm之無機粒子,尤佳為0.3μm至1.5μm之無機粒子。具體而言,較佳為氧化鈦、硫酸鋇、碳酸鈣、硫化鋅等白色顏料,亦可將這些無機粒子混合。進而,亦可併用膜中通常含有之無機粒子,例如二氧化矽、氧化鋁、滑石、高嶺土、黏土、磷酸鈣、雲母、鋰膨潤石、氧化鋯、氧化鎢、氟化鋰、氟化鈣、硫酸鈣等。
進而,本發明之易接著性聚酯膜較佳為表觀密度為0.3g/cm
3至1.3g/cm
3之易接著性含微空腔之聚酯膜。
另外,就兼具緩衝性與表面剝離強度之方面而言,亦較佳為空腔積層數密度為0.20個/μm以上、較佳為0.25個/μm以上、更佳為0.30個/μm以上之易接著性含白色空腔之聚酯膜。結果,所獲得之易接著性含白色空腔之聚酯膜係印刷清晰性或印刷時之加工特性優異。此處,空腔積層數密度(個/μm)係由式:膜厚度方向之空腔數(個)/膜厚度(μm)所定義。就空腔表現效率之方面而言,該空腔積層數密度之上限較佳為0.80個/μm,更佳為0.55個/μm。作為將該密度調節至上述範圍之方法,除了調節不互溶之熱塑性樹脂之添加量或種類、黏度等,還可使用變更擠出機之螺桿形狀、設置往熔融樹脂通道之靜態混合機等方法,但不限於此。
這些易接著性含白色空腔之聚酯膜係於膜中所含有之微空腔與作為基質之聚酯的界面發生光散射,藉此不透明度進一步提高,能夠減少前述無機粒子之添加,故而尤其有用。進而,藉由令膜含有微空腔,而能夠使基材膜自身輕量化,故而操作變容易,並且原料成本降低或運輸成本降低等經濟效果亦變大。
作為獲得此種易接著性含白色空腔之聚酯膜之方法,可使用下述方法等已揭示之公知方法:針對作為基質之熱塑性聚酯樹脂,如前述般混練與聚酯樹脂為不互溶之熱塑性樹脂,使不互溶樹脂以微粒子狀分散於聚酯樹脂中而成為片材,並將該片材至少於單軸方向加以延伸,藉此於前述不互溶樹脂微粒子之周圍產生空腔。
另外,所獲得之易接著性含白色空腔之聚酯膜之厚度較佳為5μm至300μm。尤其空腔積層數密度為0.20個/μm以上之白色積層聚酯膜之厚度較佳為20μm至300μm,進而較佳為40μm至250μm。
所謂用於印刷材料等之情形所需求之白色性,能以色彩值表示。尤其色彩L值為表示亮度之尺度,數值越高則越變白。進而,色彩b值係若數值高則黃色調強,若數值低則藍色調強。即,L值高且b值低係指白色性高,目視所見之白色調強。印刷時之清晰性變良好。
[易接著層]
本發明之易接著性聚酯膜為了改善抗靜電劑之背面轉移性以及與UV油墨、水系柔版油墨、溶劑型、氧化聚合型油墨、熔融型熱轉印油墨及聚酯等熱塑性樹脂製模內成形容器之密接性,達到較佳形態為於至少單面積層有易接著層,該易接著層係使含有離子導電型抗靜電劑、聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂及聚酯樹脂之組成物硬化而形成。雖然認為前述易接著層係使陽離子系抗靜電劑或陰離子系抗靜電劑、聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂或聚酯樹脂硬化而形成,但由於難以表述該硬化後之化學結構本身,故而表述為使含有陽離子系或陰離子系抗靜電劑、聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂及聚酯樹脂之組成物硬化而形成。易接著層可設置於聚酯膜基材的兩面,亦可僅設置於聚酯膜基材的單面,且於另一面設置異質之樹脂被覆層。
本發明中,較佳為具有易接著性聚酯膜的易接著層表面之表面比電阻值為1.0×10
13Ω/sq以下之抗靜電性。若易接著層表面之表面比電阻值為1.0×10
13Ω/sq以下,則並無摩擦或剝離時產生的靜電所致之塵埃吸附,印刷品質變良好,並無雷射束印表機方式中之調色劑粒子之飛散而較佳。另外,能夠防止一旦膜彼此帶電吸附而於搬運進給時發生分離不良或重疊運送進給這種現象而較佳。易接著層表面之表面比電阻值更佳為5.0×10
12Ω/sq以下,進而較佳為1.0×10
12Ω/sq以下。另一方面,若表面比電阻值為1.0×10
8Ω/sq以上則極性不會變得過高,與各種油墨等之易接著性良好而較佳。進而較佳為5.0×10

再者,本發明中,於進行抗靜電劑之轉移之評價時,使其他聚酯膜與本發明之易接著性聚酯膜的易接著層接觸之原因在於,亦設想於本發明之聚酯膜的兩表面具有易接著層之情形,於該情形時若將本發明之易接著性聚酯膜彼此重疊則難以準確評價,如後述般,該情形之其他聚酯膜係使用不具有易接著層之聚酯膜。
以下,對易接著層之構成成分加以詳述。
[離子導電型抗靜電劑]
作為抗靜電劑,較佳為能夠抑制對所接觸之其他物品或膜自身的背面之轉移性。例如可列舉:官能基為山梨糖醇酐型、醚型、酯型、山梨糖醇型、葡萄糖型等非離子系;四級銨鹽型、四級銨樹脂型、咪唑啉型、阿科維爾(AHCOVEL)型、索羅明(Soromine)A型等陽離子系;烷基硫酸酯型、烷基磷酸酯型、磷酸酯鹽型、硫酸酯鹽型等陰離子系;以及甜菜鹼型、胺基酸型、胺基硫酸酯型等兩性系之界面活性劑類型或聚合物類型等。
上述抗靜電劑中,作為四級銨鹽基之抗衡離子,只要為陰離子性化合物則並無特別限定,較佳為可自鹵素離子、單或多鹵化烷基離子、硝酸鹽離子、硫酸鹽離子、烷基硫酸鹽離子、磺酸鹽離子或烷基磺酸鹽離子中適當選擇,較佳為,為了獲得表面比電阻值之穩定性、塗液穩定性、油墨密接性以及抑制抗靜電劑對其他物品或背面之轉移性,較佳為乙基硫酸鹽。
進而可列舉:聚伸乙基亞胺、聚二甲基二烯丙基銨鹽、聚伸烷基多胺二氰二胺銨縮合物、聚鹵化乙烯基吡啶鎓、(甲基)丙烯酸烷基四級銨鹽、(甲基)丙烯醯胺烷基四級銨鹽、ω-氯-聚(氧伸乙基-聚亞甲基-烷基四級銨鹽)、聚乙烯基苄基三甲基銨鹽、聚苯乙烯系陽離子性聚合物、聚(甲基)丙烯酸系陽離子性聚合物(甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸氯化三甲基胺基乙酯等)、聚乙烯基吡啶系聚合物、環狀整合(integral)型聚合物、直線狀整合型聚合物、於懸垂(pendant)型具有2個以上之四級銨離子基的芳香族乙烯基單體之聚合物、於主鏈具有吡咯啶鎓環之聚合物等。這些聚合物可為均聚物,亦可為共聚物都無妨。於製造這些聚合物時,可使用能夠共聚之公知單體。於控制塗液混合性、易接著層表面的抗靜電劑成分之存在量之方面而言,較佳為具有直鏈烷基之抗靜電劑,進而較佳為具有直鏈烷基且具有四級銨鹽基之抗靜電劑。
因此,具有直鏈烷基且具有四級銨鹽基之抗靜電劑中,烷基鏈之碳數較佳為10個至25個,更佳為12個至19個,尤佳為14個至18個。於考慮到藉由相同分子間之交互作用、或分子長來抑制背面轉移性之情形時,較佳為設為前述範圍。
具有直鏈烷基之四級銨鹽基之分子量較佳為200以上,且較佳為700以下。更佳為以400以上至600以下為宜。於分子量成為200以下之情形時,雖容易表現出表面比電阻值,但無法抑制背面轉移。若分子量成為700以上,則難以表現出表面比電阻值,而且,於塗液調合時變得容易與樹脂官能基發生交互作用而導致凝聚。
另外,具氮元素之陽離子系抗靜電劑之分子結構中,亦可於直鏈烷基鏈與四級銨鹽基之間,包含至少一個程度之醯胺鍵或胺基甲酸酯鍵等也無妨。
[聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂]
本發明中之具聚碳酸酯結構之胺基甲酸酯樹脂較佳為至少具有源自聚碳酸酯多元醇成分與聚異氰酸酯成分之胺基甲酸酯鍵部分結構,進而視需要包含鏈延長劑。進而,藉由使構成分子鏈之前述般之任一原料成分的末端官能基數存在3個以上,而於合成、聚合之後形成分支上之分子鏈結構,藉此適宜地導入具有支鏈結構之聚異氰酸酯。
本發明中之聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂且具有支鏈結構之情形之胺基甲酸酯樹脂根據支鏈結構,分子鏈中之末端官能基數之下限較佳為3個,進而較佳為4個。若為3個以上,則能夠提高水附著時之耐黏連性而較佳。本發明中之具聚碳酸酯結構之胺基甲酸酯樹脂根據該支鏈結構,分子鏈中之末端官能基數之上限較佳為6個。若為6個以下,則能夠將樹脂穩定地分散於水溶液中而較佳。
用於將本發明中之聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂加以合成、聚合的聚碳酸酯多元醇成分中,較佳為含有耐熱、耐水解性優異之脂肪族系聚碳酸酯多元醇。作為脂肪族系聚碳酸酯多元醇,可列舉脂肪族系聚碳酸酯二醇、脂肪族系聚碳酸酯三醇等,較適宜為可使用脂肪族系聚碳酸酯二醇。作為用於將本發明中之具聚碳酸酯結構之胺基甲酸酯樹脂加以合成、聚合的脂肪族系聚碳酸酯二醇,可列舉:使例如乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,9-壬二醇、1,8-壬二醇、新戊二醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇等二醇類之一種或兩種以上與例如碳酸二甲酯、碳酸伸乙酯、光氣等碳酸酯類反應,藉此而獲得之脂肪族系聚碳酸酯二醇等。
作為本發明中之前述聚碳酸酯多元醇之數量平均分子量,較佳為1000至3000。更佳為1200至2900,最佳為1500至2800。若為1000以上,則能夠提高油墨密接性而較佳。若為3000以下,則能夠抑制抗靜電劑之背面轉移性而較佳。
作為用於本發明中之聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂之合成、聚合的聚異氰酸酯,例如可列舉:二甲苯二異氰酸酯等芳香族脂肪族二異氰酸酯類;異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯及4,4-二環己基甲烷二異氰酸酯、1,3-雙(異氰酸酯甲基)環己烷等脂環式二異氰酸酯類;六亞甲基二異氰酸酯及2,2,4-三甲基六亞甲基二異氰酸酯等脂肪族二異氰酸酯類;或者使這些化合物的單獨一種或多種預先與三羥甲基丙烷等加成而得之聚異氰酸酯類。於使用前述芳香族脂肪族二異氰酸酯類、脂環式二異氰酸酯類或脂肪族二異氰酸酯類等之情形時,並無黃變之問題而較佳。另外,不會過於成為強硬之塗膜,於獲得由抗靜電劑所帶來之表面比電阻值之方面變良好而較佳。
作為鏈延長劑,可列舉:乙二醇、二乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、新戊二醇及1,6-己二醇等二醇類;甘油、三羥甲基丙烷及季戊四醇等多元醇類;伸乙基二胺、六亞甲基二胺及哌嗪等二胺類;單乙醇胺及二乙醇胺等胺基醇類;硫代二乙二醇等硫代二甘醇類;或者水。
為了於胺基甲酸酯樹脂中形成支鏈結構,例如可較佳地採用下述方法:設置適當之溫度、時間使前述聚碳酸酯多元醇成分、聚異氰酸酯、鏈延長劑反應後,添加具有三官能以上之羥基或異氰酸酯基之化合物,進而進行反應。
作為具有三官能以上之羥基之化合物之具體例,可列舉:己內酯三醇、丙三醇、三羥甲基丙烷、丁三醇、己三醇、1,2,3-己三醇、1,2,3-戊三醇、1,3,4-己三醇、1,3,4-戊三醇、1,3,5-己三醇、1,3,5-戊三醇、聚醚三醇等。作為前述聚醚三醇,例如可列舉藉由下述方式獲得之化合物:將甘油、三羥甲基丙烷等醇、二伸乙基三胺等般之具有三個活性氫的化合物之一種或兩種以上作為起始劑,將環氧乙烷、環氧丙烷、環氧丁烷、環氧戊烷、縮水甘油醚、甲基縮水甘油醚、三級丁基縮水甘油醚、苯基縮水甘油醚等單體之一種或兩種以上加以加成聚合。
作為具有三官能以上之異氰酸酯基之化合物之具體例,只要為於一分子中具有至少三個以上之異氰酸酯(NCO)基之聚異氰酸酯化合物即可。於本發明中,三官能以上之異氰酸酯化合物可列舉:將具有兩個異氰酸酯基之芳香族二異氰酸酯、脂肪族二異氰酸酯、芳香脂肪族二異氰酸酯、脂環族二異氰酸酯等異氰酸酯單體加以改質而得之縮二脲體、異氰尿酸體及加合物等。
芳香族二異氰酸酯例如可列舉:1,3-苯二異氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯基二異氰酸酯、1,4-苯二異氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二異氰酸酯、2,6-甲苯二異氰酸酯、4,4’-甲苯胺二異氰酸酯、二甲氧聯苯胺二異氰酸酯及4,4’-二苯基醚二異氰酸酯等。
脂肪族二異氰酸酯例如可列舉:三亞甲基二異氰酸酯、四亞甲基二異氰酸酯、六亞甲基二異氰酸酯、五亞甲基二異氰酸酯、1,2-伸丙基二異氰酸酯、2,3-伸丁基二異氰酸酯、1,3-伸丁基二異氰酸酯、十二亞甲基二異氰酸酯及2,4,4-三甲基六亞甲基二異氰酸酯等。
芳香脂肪族二異氰酸酯例如可列舉:二甲苯二異氰酸酯、ω,ω’-二異氰酸酯-1,4-二乙基苯、1,4-四甲基二甲苯二異氰酸酯及1,3-四甲基二甲苯二異氰酸酯等。
脂環族二異氰酸酯例如可列舉:3-異氰酸酯甲基-3,5,5-三甲基環己基異氰酸酯(別名:IPDI,異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯)、1,3-環戊烷二異氰酸酯、1,3-環己烷二異氰酸酯、1,4-環己烷二異氰酸酯、甲基-2,4-環己烷二異氰酸酯、甲基-2,6-環己烷二異氰酸酯、4,4’-亞甲基雙(環己基異氰酸酯)及1,4-雙(異氰酸酯甲基)環己烷等。
所謂縮二脲體,為異氰酸酯單體進行自縮合而形成之具有縮二脲鍵之自縮合物,例如可列舉六亞甲基二異氰酸酯之縮二脲體等。
所謂異氰尿酸體,為異氰酸酯單體之三聚物,例如可列舉:六亞甲基二異氰酸酯之三聚物、異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯之三聚物、甲苯二異氰酸酯之三聚物等。
所謂加合物,係指使上述異氰酸酯單體與三官能以上之低分子含活性氫之化合物反應而成的三官能以上之異氰酸酯化合物,例如可列舉:使三羥甲基丙烷與六亞甲基二異氰酸酯反應而得之化合物、使三羥甲基丙烷與甲苯二異氰酸酯反應而得之化合物、使三羥甲基丙烷與二甲苯二異氰酸酯反應而得之化合物、使三羥甲基丙烷與異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯反應而得之化合物等。
作為具有三官能以上之官能基數之鏈延長劑,上述鏈延長劑之說明中之三羥甲基丙烷及季戊四醇等具有三官能以上之羥基之醇類等係符合。
本發明中之易接著層較佳為使用水系之塗佈液並藉由後述之線上塗佈法設置。因此,本發明之胺基甲酸酯樹脂較理想為具有水溶性或水分散性。再者,所謂前述「水溶性或水分散性」,意指針對於水、或包含未達50質量%之水溶性之有機溶劑的水溶液進行分散。
為了對胺基甲酸酯樹脂賦予水分散性,可於胺基甲酸酯分子骨架中導入(共聚)磺酸(鹽)基或羧酸(鹽)基。為了維持耐濕性,較適宜為導入弱酸性之羧酸(鹽)基,亦能夠抑制與陽離子系抗靜電劑之交互作用(凝膠化)而較佳。進而,亦可導入聚氧伸烷基等非離子性基。
為了向胺基甲酸酯樹脂導入羧酸(鹽)基,例如將作為多元醇成分之二羥甲基丙酸、二羥甲基丁酸等具有羧酸基之多元醇化合物作為共聚成分進行導入,藉由鹽形成劑加以中和。作為鹽形成劑之具體例,可列舉:氨;三甲基胺、三乙基胺、三異丙基胺、三正丙基胺、三正丁基胺等三烷基胺類;N-甲基嗎啉、N-乙基嗎啉等N-烷基嗎啉類;N-二甲基乙醇胺、N-二乙基乙醇胺等N-二烷基烷醇胺類。這些可單獨使用,亦可併用兩種以上。
為了賦予水分散性,於將具有羧酸(鹽)基之多元醇化合物用作共聚成分之情形時,將胺基甲酸酯樹脂之總聚異氰酸酯成分設為100莫耳%時,胺基甲酸酯樹脂中的具有羧酸(鹽)基之多元醇化合物之組成莫耳比較佳為3莫耳%至60莫耳%,較佳為5莫耳%至40莫耳%。於前述組成莫耳比為3莫耳%以上之情形時,可獲得水分散性而較佳。另外,於前述組成莫耳比為60莫耳%以下之情形時,可保持耐水性且獲得耐濕熱性而較佳。
本發明中之胺基甲酸酯樹脂亦可為了提高強硬性而於末端具有封閉異氰酸酯結構。
[交聯劑]
本發明中,亦可於易接著層形成用組成物添加封閉異氰酸酯作為交聯劑。進而較佳為三官能以上之封閉異氰酸酯,尤佳為四官能以上之封閉異氰酸酯。藉此可控制易接著層表面之抗靜電性及抑制抗靜電劑之背面轉移性。
本發明中之封閉異氰酸酯可為了賦予水溶性或水分散性而於作為前驅物之聚異氰酸酯導入親水基。作為親水基,可列舉:(1)二烷基胺基醇之四級銨鹽或二烷基胺基烷基胺之四級銨鹽等;(2)磺酸鹽、羧酸鹽、磷酸鹽等;(3)單末端經烷基封鎖之聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇等。導入有親水性部位之情形時,成為(1)陽離子性、(2)陰離子性、(3)非離子性。其中,其他水溶性樹脂大多為陰離子性,故而較佳為能夠容易地互溶之陰離子性或非離子性。另外,陰離子性係與其他樹脂之互溶性優異,非離子性不具有離子性之親水基,故而在為了提高耐濕熱性亦較佳。
作為陰離子性之親水基,較佳為具有用以導入至聚異氰酸酯之羥基、用以賦予親水性之羧酸基。例如可列舉:甘醇酸、乳酸、酒石酸、檸檬酸、羥基丁酸、羥基戊酸、羥基特戊酸、二羥甲基乙酸、二羥甲基丙酸、二羥甲基丁酸、具有羧酸基之聚己內酯。為了將羧酸基加以中和,較佳為有機胺化合物。例如可列舉:氨;甲基胺、乙基胺、丙基胺、異丙基胺、丁基胺、2-乙基己基胺、環己基胺、二甲基胺、二乙基胺、二丙基胺、二異丙基胺、二丁基胺、三甲基胺、三乙基胺、三異丙基胺、三丁基胺、伸乙基二胺等碳數1至20之直鏈狀、支鏈狀之一級、二級或三級胺;嗎啉、N-烷基嗎啉、吡啶等環狀胺;單異丙醇胺、甲基乙醇胺、甲基異丙醇胺、二甲基乙醇胺、二異丙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二乙基乙醇胺、三乙醇胺等含羥基之胺等。
作為非離子性之親水基,較佳為單末端經烷基封鎖之聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇的環氧乙烷及/或環氧丙烷之重複單位為3至50,更佳為5至30。於重複單位小之情形時,與樹脂之互溶性變差,霧度上升,於重複單位大之情形時,有時高溫高濕下之接著性降低。本發明之封閉異氰酸酯可為了提高水分散性而添加非離子系、陰離子系、陽離子系、兩性界面活性劑。例如可列舉:聚乙二醇、多元醇脂肪酸酯等非離子系;脂肪酸鹽、烷基硫酸酯、烷基苯磺酸鹽、磺基琥珀酸鹽、烷基磷酸鹽等陰離子系;烷基胺鹽、烷基甜菜鹼等陽離子系;羧酸胺鹽、磺酸胺鹽、硫酸酯鹽等界面活性劑等。
另外,除了水以外亦可含有水溶性之有機溶劑。例如,亦可使用反應中所用之有機溶劑或者將該有機溶劑去除而添加其他有機溶劑。
作為提高密接性之方法,可應用添加其他已揭示之化合物。為了提高易接著層之密接耐久性,即便為其他交聯劑,亦能夠使高溫高濕下之密接性進一步提高。作為具體之交聯劑,可列舉:脲系、環氧系、三聚氰胺系、噁唑啉系、碳二醯亞胺系等。另外,為了促進交聯反應,可根據需要而適當使用觸媒等。
[聚酯樹脂]
用於形成本發明中之易接著層之聚酯樹脂亦可為直鏈狀,更佳為以二羧酸及具有支鏈結構之二醇作為構成成分的聚酯樹脂。此處提及之二羧酸除了主成分為對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸或2,6-萘二羧酸以外,還可列舉:己二酸、癸二酸等脂肪族二羧酸;對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、鄰苯二甲酸、2,6-萘二羧酸等芳香族二羧酸。另外,所謂經分支之二醇,為具有經分支之烷基的二醇,例如可列舉:2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇、2-甲基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、2-甲基-2-丁基-1,3-丙二醇、2-甲基-2-丙基-1,3-丙二醇、2-甲基-2-異丙基-1,3-丙二醇、2-甲基-2-正己基-1,3-丙二醇、2,2-二乙基-1,3-丙二醇、2-乙基-2-正丁基-1,3-丙二醇、2-乙基-2-正己基-1,3-丙二醇、2,2-二正丁基-1,3-丙二醇、2-正丁基-2-丙基-1,3-丙二醇及2,2-二正己基-1,3-丙二醇等。
聚酯樹脂可謂上述作為更佳態樣之經分支之二醇成分以較佳為10莫耳%以上之比率、進而較佳為20莫耳%以上之比率含有於總二醇成分中。若為10莫耳%以上,則結晶性不會變得過高,易接著層之接著性變良好而較佳。總二醇成分中之二醇成分上限較佳為80莫耳%以下,更佳為70莫耳%。若為80莫耳%以下,則作為副產物之寡聚物濃度得到抑制,易接著層之透明性良好而較佳。作為上述化合物以外之二醇成分,最佳為乙二醇。若為少量,則亦可使用二乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇或1,4-環己烷二甲醇等。
關於作為上述聚酯樹脂之構成成分的二羧酸,最佳為對苯二甲酸或間苯二甲酸。除了上述二羧酸以外,為了對共聚聚酯系樹脂賦予水分散性,較佳為使5-磺基間苯二甲酸等以1莫耳%至10莫耳%之範圍共聚,例如可列舉:磺基對苯二甲酸、5-磺基間苯二甲酸、5-磺基間苯二甲酸鈉等。雖然亦可使用含有具萘骨架之二羧酸的聚酯樹脂,但為了抑制對UV油墨之密接性降低,上述具萘骨架之二羧酸之量的比率較佳為於總羧酸成分中為5莫耳%以下,亦可不使用。
作為上述聚酯樹脂之構成成分,亦可在不損及作為聚酯樹脂之特性之程度含有三醇或三羧酸也無妨。
上述聚酯樹脂亦可含有羧基以外之極性基。例如可列舉磺酸金屬鹽基、磷酸基等,這些可含有一種或兩種以上。作為導入磺酸金屬鹽基之方法,可列舉下述方法:以多羧酸成分或多元醇成分之合計之10莫耳%以下、較佳為7莫耳%以下、進而較佳為5莫耳%以下之範圍,使用5-磺基間苯二甲酸、4-磺基萘-2,7-二羧酸、5-[4-磺基苯氧基]間苯二甲酸等之金屬鹽或2-磺基-1,4-丁二醇、2,5-二甲基-3-磺基-2,5-己二醇等之金屬鹽等含有磺酸金屬鹽基的二羧酸或二醇。若超過10莫耳%,則有樹脂自身之耐水解性、塗膜之耐水性降低之傾向。
所謂塗佈液中之樹脂固形物濃度,意指聚酯樹脂、具聚碳酸酯結構之胺基甲酸酯樹脂及交聯劑之固形物濃度之總和。塗佈液中之樹脂固形物濃度較理想為於5%至17%進行調整。若樹脂固形物濃度為5%以上,則乾燥、硬化後之易接著層厚度不會變得過薄,UV硬化型油墨等各種易接著性變良好而較佳。另一方面,若樹脂固形物濃度為17%以下,則可獲得含有交聯劑時之充分的交聯性,能夠抑制抗靜電劑轉移至其他物品或背面,亦能夠抑制黏連現象而較佳。
於將用以形成易接著層之組成物中所包含的固形物總和設為100質量%時,較理想為包含1質量%至8質量%之離子導電型抗靜電劑。若滿足規定範圍則可獲得抗靜電性能。進而,於加溫、耐濕熱處理後抗靜電成分不會轉移至其他物品或背面之方面而言,為較佳範圍。
於將聚酯樹脂、具聚碳酸酯結構之胺基甲酸酯樹脂及交聯劑此三種之固形物質量之合計設為100質量%時,較佳為具聚碳酸酯結構之胺基甲酸酯樹脂之含有率為5質量%至50質量%。若滿足前述範圍,則與各種材料或UV油墨之親和性良好,能夠達成密接性而較佳。若為上述規定範圍,則易接著性優異,具有抗靜電性能,且即便於耐濕熱下亦能夠抑制抗靜電劑對其他物品或背面之轉移性而較佳。
於將聚酯樹脂、具聚碳酸酯結構之胺基甲酸酯樹脂及交聯劑此三種之固形物質量之合計設為100質量%時,較佳為交聯劑之含有率上限為50質量%。藉由滿足前述範圍,易接著層之交聯性提高,與UV油墨等之親和性變良好,此外容易表現出抗靜電性而較佳。進而,可保持耐濕處理中之易接著層之強度,能夠抑制抗靜電劑對其他物品或背面之轉移性而較佳。
於將聚酯樹脂、具聚碳酸酯結構之胺基甲酸酯樹脂及交聯劑三種之固形物質量之合計設為100質量%時,較佳為聚酯樹脂含有率為10質量%至70質量%。藉由滿足前述範圍,與各種材料或UV油墨之親和性良好,能夠達成密接性。尤其與聚酯膜基材之密接性提高而較佳。另外,於使用陽離子系抗靜電劑之情形時,能夠抑制由交互作用所致之塗液之凝膠化而較佳。
[添加劑]
本發明中之易接著層中,亦可於不損及本發明功效之範圍,添加公知之添加劑,例如界面活性劑、pH調整劑、抗氧化劑、耐熱穩定劑、耐候穩定劑、紫外線吸收劑、有機之平滑劑、顏料、染料、有機或無機之粒子、抗靜電劑、成核劑等。
前述界面活性劑有時係期待助溶劑、分散劑、消泡劑、濡濕性助劑等之效果而使用。界面活性劑之親水性部分可分為離子性(陽離子性、陰離子性、兩性)與非離子性。於製成水系塗覆材之情形時,用作基材之聚酯膜係表面能低而缺乏濡濕性,故而使用。因此,大多情況下用作水系塗覆材之表面張力調整、濡濕性助劑。雖並無特別限定,但作為該界面活性劑,較佳為能夠使塗佈液之表面張力下降至50dyne/cm以下、較佳為40dyne/cm以下而促進對聚酯膜之濡濕,例如可列舉:烷基三甲基銨鹽、二烷基二甲基銨鹽、烷基苄基二甲基銨鹽、單烷基硫酸鹽、烷基聚氧乙烯硫酸鹽、烷基苯磺酸鹽、單烷基磷酸鹽、氧化烷基二甲基胺、烷基羧基甜菜鹼、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、脂肪酸山梨糖醇酐酯、烷基聚葡糖苷、脂肪酸二乙醇醯胺、烷基單甘油醚等,其中較佳為聚醚改質聚矽氧。
於將塗佈液中之固形物質量之總和設為100質量%時,界面活性劑之添加量較佳為設為0.1質量%以上至1.0質量%以下。更佳為0.2質量%至0.8質量%之範圍。若為0.1質量%以上,則可獲得作為界面活性劑之濡濕性效果而較佳。另外若為1.0質量%以下,則易接著性保持良好而較佳。
前述添加劑中,有時亦使用pH調整劑。作為該調整pH之酸,可使用鹽酸、硝酸、硫酸等無機酸或草酸、甲酸、檸檬酸、乙酸等有機酸,在調整鹼性中可列舉碳酸鈉、碳酸氫鈉、次膦酸鈉等。水系塗覆材之調整中,較佳為中性程度,較佳為pH5至9之範圍,進而較佳為調整至pH6至8.5。若為pH5以下,則除了有使塗佈機器被腐蝕之虞以外,選擇封閉異氰酸酯作為交聯劑之情形時的封閉劑脫離促進效果會降低。另外,若pH成為9以上,則用作樹脂黏合劑之聚酯樹脂等發生水解,損及接著性或耐久性,故而欠佳。
為了使易接著層面之光澤度降低,亦可於易接著層中含有非活性粒子。
對於易接著層,為了對表面賦予滑動性或消光性、油墨吸收性等,亦可含有潤滑劑粒子。粒子可為無機粒子亦可為有機粒子,並無特別限定,可列舉:(1)二氧化矽、高嶺石、滑石、輕質碳酸鈣、重質碳酸鈣、沸石、氧化鋁、硫酸鋇、碳黑、氧化鋅、硫酸鋅、碳酸鋅、氧化鋯、二氧化鈦、矽酸鋁、矽藻土、矽酸鈣、氫氧化鋁、碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂、磷酸鈣、氫氧化鎂、硫酸鋇等無機粒子;(2)丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸系、氯乙烯系、乙酸乙烯酯系、尼龍、苯乙烯/丙烯酸系、苯乙烯/丁二烯系、聚苯乙烯/丙烯酸系、聚苯乙烯/異戊二烯系、聚苯乙烯/異戊二烯系、甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸丁酯系、三聚氰胺系、聚碳酸酯系、脲系、環氧系、胺基甲酸酯系、酚系、鄰苯二甲酸二烯丙酯系、聚酯系等之有機粒子,為了對易接著層賦予適度之滑動性,可尤佳地使用二氧化矽。
前述非活性粒子之平均粒徑較佳為0.1μm至2.4μm,進而較佳為0.3μm至2.0μm。若非活性粒子之平均粒徑為0.04μm以下,則有膜表面之光澤度上升之可能性。反之,若超過2.4μm,則有粒子自易接著層脫落,於膜行進時等各種步驟中成為落粉原因之傾向。
再者,平均粒徑可根據使用掃描式電子顯微鏡或穿透式電子顯微鏡等之利用顯微鏡之形態觀察的結果而決定。具體而言,採用在這些顯微鏡觀察中任意選擇之20個粒子之直徑之平均值。而且,只要滿足本發明之目的,則粒子之形狀並無特別限定,可使用球狀粒子、不定形之並非球狀之粒子。不定形之粒子之粒徑能以圓等效直徑來計算。圓等效直徑係將所觀察之粒子之面積除以π,算出平方根並乘以2倍而得之值。
於欲使易接著層面之光澤度上升之情形時,亦較佳為使易接著層中不含粒子。
關於易接著層,為了賦予對模內成形模具金屬等之滑動性或空氣排除性,設置由壓花加工所獲得之表面凹凸亦為較佳形態。
[易接著性聚酯膜之製造]
本發明之易接著性聚酯膜之製造方法為任意,並無特別限制,例如可使用下述方法等通常之方法:使由前述組成所構成之混合物熔融並以片狀加以擠出成形而製成未延伸膜後,將該未延伸膜加以延伸。
本發明之易接著性聚酯膜亦可於將膜原料加以熔融、擠出成形之步驟中,使得與聚酯樹脂為不互溶之熱塑性樹脂分散於聚酯樹脂中。本發明之實施例中,聚酯樹脂及與聚酯樹脂為不互溶之熱塑性樹脂係使用以顆粒形狀供給之樹脂,但不限定於此。
用以熔融成形為膜狀而投入至擠出機之原料係根據目標組成而將這些樹脂進行顆粒混合而準備。然而,於使用聚酯樹脂與聚烯烴系樹脂作為本發明之聚酯膜原料之情形時,兩者在樹脂之比重大不相同,故而較佳為將已混合一次之顆粒在供給至擠出機之過程中設法不產生偏析。作為用以防止偏析之適宜方法,可列舉下述方法:事先將原料樹脂之一部分或全部組合進行混練造粒,製成母料顆粒。本發明之實施例中使用該方法,但只要不妨礙本發明功效,則並無特別限定。
另外,於這些聚酯樹脂、及與聚酯樹脂為不互溶之樹脂之混合料之擠出中,有下述性質:即便以熔融狀態混合而加以微分散後,仍因欲使樹脂之界面能減少之這種作用而再凝聚。此為將未延伸膜加以擠出成形時使空腔表現劑粗分散化,而成為妨礙所需求之物性表現的現象。
為了防止該情況,於將前述般之混合料之膜進行成形時,較佳為使用混合效果更高之雙軸擠出機,使空腔表現劑預先微分散。另外,於難以進行該操作之情形時,作為輔助方法,亦較佳為將原料樹脂自擠出機經由靜態混合器供給至進料塊或模具。作為此處所用之靜態混合器,可使用靜態混合機或孔口等。然而,於採用這些方法之情形時,需要注意有時亦會使熱劣化之樹脂滯留於熔融線中。
再者,暫且以微粒子狀分散於聚酯樹脂中之不互溶樹脂有於低剪切之熔融狀態下,隨時間經過而進行不互溶樹脂之再凝聚的傾向,故而根本之解決方法為,減少自擠出機至模具的熔融線中之滯留時間。本發明中,較佳為將熔融線中之滯留時間設為30分鐘以下,更佳為設為15分鐘以下。
將如上述般所獲得之未延伸膜加以延伸、配向處理之條件係與膜之物性密切相關。以下,取最普通之逐步雙軸延伸方法,尤其係將未延伸膜於長邊方向繼而於寬度方向加以延伸之方法為例,對延伸、配向條件加以說明。
縱向延伸步驟中,利用經加熱至80℃至120℃之輥於長邊方向延伸至2.5倍至5.0倍,獲得單軸延伸膜。作為加熱方法,可為使用加熱輥之方法,亦可為使用非接觸之加熱方法的方法,亦可將這些方法併用。繼而,將單軸延伸膜導入至拉幅機,於寬度方向以(Tm-10℃)以下之溫度延伸至2.5倍至5.0倍。其中,Tm意指聚酯之融點。
另外,根據需要對上述雙軸延伸膜實施熱處理。熱處理較佳為於拉幅機中進行,較佳為於(Tm-60℃)至Tm之範圍進行。
易接著層可於膜之製造後或製造步驟中設置。尤其就生產性之方面而言,較佳為於膜製造步驟之任意階段、亦即未延伸或單軸延伸後之PET(Polyethylene terephthalate;聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)膜的至少單面,進行塗佈液之塗佈,形成易接著層。
用以將該塗佈液塗佈於聚酯膜之方法可使用公知之任意方法。例如可列舉:反向輥塗佈法、凹版塗佈法、輕觸式塗佈法、模具塗佈法、輥刷法、噴霧塗佈法、氣刀塗佈法、線棒塗佈法、管式刮刀法、含浸塗佈法、簾幕式塗佈法等。可將這些方法單獨或組合進行塗敷。
於本發明中,易接著層之厚度可於0.001μm至2.00μm之範圍適當設定,為了兼具加工性與接著性,較佳為0.01μm至1.00μm之範圍,更佳為0.02μm至0.80μm,進而較佳為0.05μm至0.50μm。若易接著層之厚度為0.001μm以上,則密接性良好而較佳。若易接著層之厚度為2.00μm以下,則能夠抑制抗靜電劑的對其他物品或背面轉移而較佳。
[實施例]
繼而,使用實施例及比較例對本發明加以詳細說明,但本發明不限定於以下之實施例。首先,以下對本發明所用之評價方法加以說明。
(1)抗靜電性 表面比電阻值
將膜切出三片四邊5.00cm之正方形作為試樣。使用表面電阻測定器(日東精工分析科技(Nittoseiko Analytech)製造之Hiresta MCP-HT800),於施加電壓500V、23℃、65%濕度下,依據JIS(Japanese Industrial Standards;日本工業標準)K6911分別對各三片測定表面比電阻值,取平均值。
(2)50℃加壓環境下之易接著層面與其他表面轉移性評價
將膜切出三片四邊5.00cm之正方形作為試樣。對於該試樣,將東洋紡股份有限公司製造之聚酯膜E5001(厚度50μm)與前述試樣之易接著層表面重疊,使用大和科學(Yamato Scientific)股份有限公司製造之乾式烘箱DVS602,於50℃下於1kg/cm
2加壓下保持3天。使用表面電阻測定器(日東精工分析科技製造之Hiresta MCP-HT800),於施加電壓500V、23℃、65%濕度下,依據JIS K6911分別對各三片測定試樣的易接著層表面及所接觸之東洋紡聚酯膜E5001表面之表面比電阻值,算出平均值。
關於試樣之易接著層面,評價為:〇:1.0×10
13Ω/sq以下;╳:超過1.0×10
13Ω/sq。
關於E5001之經接觸之表面,評價為:〇:1.0×10
14Ω/sq以上;╳:未達1.0×10
14Ω/sq。
(3)耐濕熱環境加壓下之易接著層面及其他表面轉移性評價
將膜切出三片四邊5cm之正方形作為試樣。對於該試樣,將東洋紡股份有限公司製造之聚酯膜E5001(厚度50μm)與前述試樣的易接著層表面重疊,使用大和科學股份有限公司製造之恆溫恆濕器IG400,準備了於60℃、90%溫濕度下於1kg/cm
2加壓下保持2天之試樣與保持3天之試樣。使用表面電阻測定器(日東精工分析科技製造之Hiresta MCP-HT800),於施加電壓500V、23℃、65%濕度下,依據JIS K6911分別對各三片測定試樣的易接著層及所接觸之東洋紡聚酯膜E5001表面之表面比電阻值,算出平均值。
關於試樣的易接著層面,對重疊並保持3天之試樣進行測定,評價為:〇:1.0×10
13Ω/sq以下;╳:超過1.0×10
13Ω/sq。
關於E5001之經接觸之表面,對重疊2天之試樣、重疊3天之試樣兩者進行測定,評價為:〇:重疊3天之試樣為1.0×10

(4)與UV油墨之密接性
使用UV油墨[T&K TOKA股份有限公司製造,商品名「BEST CURE UV161藍S」],利用印刷機[明製作所股份有限公司製造,商品名「RI Tester」],於易接著性聚酯膜的易接著層上實施印刷,繼而使用高壓水銀燈對塗佈有油墨層之膜照射40mJ/cm
2之紫外線,使紫外線硬化型油墨硬化。繼而,使用米其邦(Nichiban)製造之賽珞凡膠帶(CT405AP-24),切出寬度24mm、長度50mm,以不混入空氣之方式利用手持橡膠輥使賽珞凡膠帶完全附著於油墨層表面。然後,垂直剝下賽珞凡膠帶,於24mm×50mm之區域中,觀察印刷層之殘存之面積,按下述基準判斷。
〇:印刷層之殘存面積為總體之99%以上,視為合格。
△:印刷層之殘存面積為總體之90%以上至未達99%,視為合格。
╳:印刷層之殘存面積未達總體之90%,視為不合格。
(5)與水系柔版油墨之密接性
使用表面印刷用水性柔版油墨[大日精化工業股份有限公司製造,商品名「Hydric FCG」],利用印刷機[松尾產業股份有限公司製造,商品名「K Printing-Proofer」]150線金屬板,於易接著性聚酯膜的易接著層上實施印刷,繼而,利用乾燥烘箱將油墨層於100℃加熱30秒進行硬化。繼而,使用米其邦製造之賽珞凡膠帶(CT405AP-24),切出寬度24mm、長度50mm,以不混入空氣之方式利用手持橡膠輥使賽珞凡膠帶完全附著於油墨層表面。然後,垂直剝下賽珞凡膠帶,於24mm×50mm之區域中,觀察印刷層之殘存面積,按下述基準進行判斷。
〇:印刷層之殘存面積為總體之99%以上,視為合格。
△:印刷層之殘存面積為總體之90%以上至未達99%,視為合格。
╳:印刷層之殘存面積未達總體之90%,視為不合格。
(6)與溶劑硬化型油墨之密接性
使用「十條化學股份有限公司製造之稀釋溶劑」「商品名:Tetron標準溶劑」將「十條化學股份有限公司製造之網版油墨」「商品名:Tetron油墨900-1系列990黑」以成為Tetron油墨:Tetron標準溶劑=4:1之方式稀釋,利用250網目之網版,使用刮板塗佈於易接著性聚酯膜的單面之易接著層上。油墨塗佈後,使用大和科學股份有限公司製造之乾式烘箱DVS602,於90℃進行5分鐘乾燥硬化。繼而,使用米其邦製造之賽珞凡膠帶(CT405AP-24),切出寬度24mm、長度50mm,以空氣不混入之方式利用手持橡膠輥使賽珞凡膠帶完全附著於油墨層表面。然後,垂直剝下賽珞凡膠帶,於24mm×50mm之區域中,觀察印刷層之殘存面積,按下述基準進行判斷。
〇:印刷層之殘存面積為總體之99%以上,視為合格。
△:印刷層之殘存面積為總體之90%以上至未達99%,視為合格。
╳:印刷層之殘存面積未達總體之90%,視為不合格。
(7)與氧化聚合型油墨之密接性
使用氧化聚合型平版印墨[東洋油墨製造股份有限公司製造,商品名「TSP400 G墨」],利用印刷機[明製作所股份有限公司製造,商品名「RI Tester」],於易接著性聚酯膜的單面之易接著層上實施印刷。繼而,使用米其邦製造之賽珞凡膠帶(CT405AP-24),切出寬度24mm、長度50mm,以空氣不混入之方式利用手持橡膠輥使賽珞凡膠帶完全附著於油墨層表面。然後,垂直剝下賽珞凡膠帶,於24mm×50mm之區域中,觀察印刷層之殘存面積,按下述基準進行判斷。
〇:印刷層之殘存面積為總體之99%以上,視為合格。
△:印刷層之殘存面積為總體之90%以上至未達99%,視為合格。
╳:印刷層之殘存面積未達總體之90%,視為不合格。
(8)熔融型熱轉印油墨密接性
於易接著性聚酯膜的單面之易接著層上,使用Sato股份有限公司製造之熱轉印印表機 Scantronics CL4NX-J,將Ricoh製造之熱轉印帶B110C油墨以6吋/秒之印字速度印刷任意之基於JAN(Japanese Article Numbering;日本論文編號)碼的一維條碼。
繼而,使用米其邦製造之賽珞凡膠帶(CT405AP-24),切出寬度24mm、長度50mm,以空氣不混入之方式利用手持橡膠輥使賽珞凡膠帶完全附著於油墨層表面。然後,垂直剝下賽珞凡膠帶,於24mm×50mm之區域中觀察印刷層,按下述基準進行判斷。
〇:條碼細線印字部未剝落。
△:條碼細線印字部局部剝落。
╳:條碼細線印字部全部剝落。
(9)模內成形接著性
將易接著性聚酯膜以10cm×15cm切出,利用真空以單面之易接著層側與模具接觸之方式且以另一面之易接著層成為樹脂成形層側之方式固定於吹塑成形用分離模具中的一者後,將聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(商品名「Unipet(註冊商標),融點230℃,日本Unipet股份有限公司製造)於280℃熔融擠出而製成型坯,導入至分離模具間後將分離模具加以合模,將0.5MPa之壓空供給於型坯內,使型坯膨脹而成形為容器狀並且與模內標籤用易接著聚酯膜進行熱接著。模具係冷卻至25℃,獲得內容量500ml之接著有模內成形用易接著性聚酯膜之樹脂製容器。未見到接著於樹脂製容器的易接著性膜之收縮變形,按下述基準來判斷與成形容器之接著。
藉由手剝離對易接著性膜的四個角落進行試驗。
〇:與成形容器接著而不剝離。或者膜或瓶發生內聚破壞。
△:雖與成形容器接著,但出現起始點則剝離。
╳:未與成形容器接著。
(10)耐濕熱易接著性試驗
對(6)試驗中所獲得之樣本使用大和科學股份有限公司製造之恆溫恆濕器IG400,於60℃、90%溫濕度下保管3天,按下述基準判斷與成形體之接著性。
〇:與成形容器接著而未剝離。
△:雖與成形容器接著,但剝離。
╳:自成形容器脫落剝離。
(11)耐水易接著性試驗
利用常溫自來水將(6)試驗中所獲得之樣本浸漬7天,按下述基準判斷與成形體之接著性。
〇:與成形容器接著而未剝離。
△:雖與成形容器接著,但剝離。
╳:自成形容器脫落剝離。
(12)模具白化試驗
使用東洋製作所股份有限公司製造之加熱板TH-450,將模內成形用易接著性膜的易接著層側SUS304金屬板於100℃加熱,以0.15kg/cm
2之荷重處理1分鐘。然後進行剝離,按下述基準以目視判斷SUS304金屬面之白化污垢。
〇:於SUS304金屬板面未見白化污垢。
╳:於SUS304金屬板面可見白化污垢。
[陽離子系抗靜電劑A-1]
使用N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺116g及碳數17之硬脂酸285g,於100℃、氮氣氛圍下進行10小時酯化反應,添加四氫呋喃作為四級化溶媒,於對象胺投入規定量之二甲基硫酸,於70℃反應10小時左右。反應後,於減壓將溶媒蒸餾去除後,添加異丙醇,調節為所需之固形物濃度,獲得具有四級銨乙基硫酸鹽之陽離子系抗靜電劑(A-1)之異丙醇溶液。
[陽離子系抗靜電劑A-2]
使用二甲基胺基乙醇89g及碳數14之肉豆蔻酸228g,除此以外進行與A-1相同之處理,獲得具有四級銨乙基硫酸鹽之陽離子系抗靜電劑(A-2)溶液。
[陽離子系抗靜電劑A-3]
使用二甲基胺基乙醇89g及碳數23之二十三酸354g,於氮氣氛圍下進行10小時酯化反應,添加四氫呋喃作為四級化溶媒,於對象胺投入規定量之二甲基硫酸,於70℃反應10小時左右。除此以外,進行與A-1相同之處理,獲得具有四級銨乙基硫酸鹽之陽離子系抗靜電劑(A-3)之異丙醇溶液。
[陰離子系抗靜電劑A-4]
使用十二烷基苯磺酸鈉鹽(松本油脂製藥股份有限公司製造之TB702)。
(四級陽離子氯系抗靜電劑A-5)
使用氯化月桂基三甲基銨(第一工業製藥股份有限公司製造之Catiogen(註冊商標)TML)。

投入以對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、乙二醇及新戊二醇作為構成成分之分子量5000之聚酯多元醇75質量份、氫化間二甲苯二異氰酸酯30質量份、乙二醇7質量份、及二羥甲基丙酸6質量份以及作為溶劑之丙酮84.00質量份,於氮氣氛圍下於75℃攪拌3小時,確認反應液達到預定之胺當量。將該反應液降溫至40℃後,添加三乙基胺5.17質量份,獲得聚胺基甲酸酯預聚物溶液。繼而,於具備可高速攪拌之均質分散機之反應容器添加水450g,調整為25℃,一邊以2000min

[具聚酯結構之聚胺基甲酸酯封閉異氰酸酯(B-4)之製備]
於雙酚A之環氧乙烷2莫耳加成物與馬來酸之聚酯(分子量2000)200質量份,添加六亞甲基二異氰酸酯33.6質量份,於100℃進行反應2小時。繼而將系統之溫度暫且降低至50℃,添加30%重亞硫酸鈉水溶液73質量份,於45℃進行攪拌60分鐘後,以水718質量份稀釋,獲得封閉聚異氰酸酯(B-4)之固形物20.0質量%之水分散液。該封閉異氰酸酯交聯劑之官能基數為2,NCO當量為1300。
[封閉異氰酸酯交聯劑C-1之聚合]
於具備攪拌機、溫度計、回流冷凝管之燒瓶,於以六亞甲基二異氰酸酯作為原料之具有異氰尿酸結構之聚異氰酸酯化合物(旭化成化學製造,Duranate TPA)66.04質量份、N-甲基吡咯啶酮17.50質量份,滴加3,5-二甲基吡唑(解離溫度:120℃,沸點:218℃)95質量份,於氮氣氛圍下於70℃保持1小時。然後,滴加二羥甲基丙酸30質量份。測定反應液之紅外光譜,確認異氰酸酯基之吸收消失後,添加N,N-二甲基乙醇胺5.59質量份、水132.5質量份,獲得封閉聚異氰酸酯(C-1)之固形物40質量%之水分散液。該封閉異氰酸酯交聯劑之官能基數為4,NCO當量為280。
[封閉異氰酸酯交聯劑C-2之聚合]
於具備攪拌機、溫度計、回流冷凝管之燒瓶,饋入以六亞甲基二異氰酸酯作為原料之具有異氰尿酸結構之聚異氰酸酯化合物(旭化成化學製造,Duranate TPA)100質量份、丙二醇單甲醚乙酸酯55質量份、聚乙二醇單甲醚(平均分子量750)30質量份,於氮氣氛圍下於70℃保持4小時。然後,將反應液溫度降低至50℃,滴加甲基乙基酮肟47質量份。測定反應液之紅外光譜,確認異氰酸酯基之吸收消失,添加水210質量份而獲得肟封閉異氰酸酯交聯劑(C-2)之固形物40質量%之水分散液。該封閉異氰酸酯交聯劑之官能基數為3,NCO當量為170。
[聚酯樹脂D-1之聚合]
於具備攪拌機、溫度計及局部回流式冷凝器之不銹鋼製高壓釜,饋入對苯二甲酸二甲酯194.2質量份、間苯二甲酸二甲酯184.5質量份、5-磺基間苯二甲酸二甲酯鈉14.8質量份、新戊二醇185質量份、乙二醇188質量份及鈦酸四正丁酯0.2質量份,於160℃至220℃之溫度耗費4小時進行轉酯反應。繼而,升溫至255℃,將反應系統緩緩減壓後,於30Pa之減壓下反應1小時30分鐘,獲得共聚聚酯樹脂(D-1)。所獲得之共聚聚酯樹脂(D-1)為透明淡黃色。測定共聚聚酯樹脂(D-1)之還原黏度,結果為0.40dl/g。由DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry;差示掃描熱析法)所獲得之玻璃轉移溫度為65℃。
[聚酯水分散體Dw-1之製備]
於具備攪拌機、溫度計及回流裝置之反應器,加入共聚聚酯樹脂(D-1)25質量份、乙二醇正丁醚10質量份,於110℃加熱、攪拌而溶解樹脂。樹脂完全溶解後,一邊攪拌一邊將水65質量份緩緩添加至聚酯溶液。添加後,一邊攪拌溶液一邊冷卻至室溫,製作固形物25質量%之乳白色之聚酯水分散體(Dw-1)。
[聚酯樹脂D-2之聚合]
於具備攪拌機、溫度計及局部回流式冷凝器之不銹鋼製高壓釜,饋入對苯二甲酸二甲酯194.2質量份、間苯二甲酸二甲酯184.5質量份、5-磺基間苯二甲酸二甲酯鈉14.8質量份、二乙二醇233.5質量份、乙二醇136.6質量份及鈦酸四正丁酯0.2質量份,於160℃至220℃之溫度耗費4時間進行轉酯反應。繼而升溫至255℃,將反應系統緩緩減壓後,於30Pa之減壓下反應1小時30分鐘,獲得共聚聚酯樹脂(D-2)。所獲得之共聚聚酯樹脂(D-2)為透明淡黃色。測定共聚聚酯樹脂(D-2)之還原黏度,結果為0.70dl/g。由DSC所獲得之玻璃轉移溫度為40℃。
[聚酯水分散體Dw-2之製備]
於具備攪拌機、溫度計及回流裝置之反應器,加入共聚聚酯樹脂(D-2)25質量份、乙二醇正丁醚10質量份,於110℃加熱、攪拌而溶解樹脂。樹脂完全溶解後,一邊攪拌一邊將水65質量份緩緩添加至聚酯溶液。添加後,一邊攪拌溶液一邊冷卻至室溫,製作固形物25質量%之乳白色之聚酯水分散體(Dw-2)。
[實施例1]
構成塗佈層之化合物之塗佈液中的固形物如下。
將塗佈層中所包含之固形物之總和設為100質量%。
·陽離子系抗靜電劑A-1:6.2質量%
·具聚碳酸酯結構之胺基甲酸酯樹脂B-1:22.8質量%
·封閉異氰酸酯交聯劑C-1:22.8質量%
·聚酯樹脂D-1:45.4質量%
·聚矽氧系界面活性劑:0.4質量%
·pH調整劑(碳酸氫鈉):2.4質量%
胺基甲酸酯樹脂(B-1)/交聯劑(C-1)/聚酯樹脂(D-1)之固形物質量比為25/25/50。
(1)含白色空腔之聚酯膜之製造(F-1)
[母顆粒之製備]
將熔融黏度(ηO)為1,300泊之聚甲基戊烯樹脂(三井化學公司製造,DX820)60質量%、熔融黏度(ηS)為3,900泊之聚苯乙烯樹脂(日本聚苯乙烯公司製造,G797N)20質量%、及熔融黏度為2,000泊之聚丙烯樹脂(Grand Polymer公司製造,J104WC)20質量%之顆粒混合物供給於經調溫至285℃之通風口式雙軸擠出機,進行預混練。將該熔融樹脂連續地供給於通風口式單軸混練機,混練並擠出,將所獲得之股線加以冷卻、切斷,製備空腔表現劑母顆粒(M1)。
另外,將於藉由公知之方法製造的固有黏度0.62dl/g之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯樹脂50質量%混合有平均粒徑0.3μm之銳鈦礦型二氧化鈦粒子(富士鈦公司製造,TA-300)50質量%而得之混合物供給於通風口式雙軸擠出機進行預混練。將該熔融樹脂連續供給於通風口式單軸混練機,混練並擠出。將所獲得之股線加以冷卻、切斷,製備含二氧化鈦之母顆粒(M2)。
[膜原料之製備]
將於140℃實施了8小時真空乾燥之固有黏度0.62dl/g之前述聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯樹脂81質量%、於90℃實施了4小時真空乾燥之上述母顆粒(M1)9質量%、及上述母顆粒(M2)10質量%進行顆粒混合,製成膜原料(G1)。
[未延伸膜之製作]
分別將前述膜原料(G1)供給於經調溫至285℃之B層用擠出機,並將與膜原料(G1)中所用相同之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯樹脂70質量%及上述母顆粒(M2)30質量%之混合物供給於經調溫至290℃之A層用擠出機。自B層用擠出機噴出之熔融樹脂經由孔口被引導至進料塊,另外自A層用擠出機噴出之樹脂經由靜態混合機被引導至進料塊,將由膜原料(G1)所構成之層(B層)與由聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯樹脂及母顆粒(M2)所構成之層(A層)以A層/B層/A層之順序積層。
將該熔融樹脂自T字模以片狀共擠出至經調溫至25℃之冷卻輥上,藉由靜電施加法進行密接固化,製作厚度510μm之未延伸膜。再者,各擠出機之噴出量係以各層之厚度比成為1:8:1之方式調整。此時熔融樹脂滯留於熔融線之時間為大致12分鐘,自T字模受到之剪切速度為約150/s。
[雙軸延伸膜之製作]
使用加熱輥將所獲得之未延伸膜均勻加熱至65℃,於周速度不同之兩對軋輥(nip roll)(低速輥:2m/min,高速輥:6.8m/min)間縱向延伸至3.4倍。此時,作為膜之輔助加熱裝置,於軋輥中間部將具備金反射膜之紅外線加熱器(額定輸出:20W/cm)與膜之兩面相對向地設置於距膜面1cm之位置進行加熱。於如此獲得之單軸延伸膜的單面,使用前述塗佈構成藉由反向凹版塗佈法以濕(WET)塗敷量成為7g/m
2之方式塗佈後,引導至拉幅機,一邊乾燥一邊加熱至150℃並橫向延伸至3.7倍,將寬度固定並於220℃實施5秒鐘之熱處理,進而於200℃於寬度方向鬆弛4%,藉此獲得厚度50μm之易接著性聚酯膜。本膜係白色度優異,藉由空腔之表現而表觀密度為1.10g/cm
3,光學濃度為0.8,獲得了乾燥後之塗佈層厚度0.12g/m
2之易接著性聚酯膜。將評價結果示於表1。
[實施例2至實施例26]
除了變更為表1之塗佈層構成以外,與實施例1同樣地進行而獲得易接著性聚酯膜。

作為膜原料聚合物,將固有黏度(溶媒:苯酚/四氯乙烷=60/40)為0.62dl/g且實質上不含粒子之PET樹脂顆粒於133Pa之減壓下、135℃乾燥6小時。然後,供給於擠出機,於約280℃以片狀熔融擠出,於經保持於表面溫度20℃之旋轉冷卻金屬輥上驟冷密接固化,獲得未延伸PET片。
利用經加熱之輥群及紅外線加熱器將該未延伸PET片加熱至100℃,然後利用具有周速度差之輥群於長邊方向進行3.5倍延伸,獲得單軸延伸PET膜。繼而,使用前述固形物之塗佈液組成藉由反向凹版塗佈法以濕塗敷量成為7g/m
2之方式塗佈後,引導至拉幅機,一邊乾燥一邊加熱至150℃並橫向延伸至3.7倍,將寬度固定並於220℃實施5秒鐘之熱處理,進而於200℃於寬度方向鬆弛4%,藉此獲得膜厚度50μm之易接著性聚酯膜。本膜係透明性優異,表觀比重為1.42g/cm
3,總透光率為91%,獲得了乾燥後之塗佈層厚度0.12g/m
2之易接著性聚酯膜。

Claims (7)
- 一種易接著性聚酯膜,係於聚酯膜的至少一面具有易接著層,前述易接著層係使包含離子導電型抗靜電劑、聚酯系樹脂及聚碳酸酯胺基甲酸酯樹脂之組成物硬化而成,易接著層表面之表面比電阻值為1.0×10 13Ω/sq以下,使其他聚酯膜與前述易接著層表面接觸並於50℃、1kg/cm 2加壓下保持3天後,原先與前述易接著層表面接觸之前述其他聚酯膜的前述表面之表面比電阻值為1.0×10 14Ω/sq以上。
- 如請求項1所記載之易接著性聚酯膜,其中使其他聚酯膜與前述易接著層表面接觸並於60℃、90%溫濕度下且1kg/cm 2加壓下保持3天後的前述易接著層表面之表面比電阻值為1.0×10 13Ω/sq以下,使其他聚酯膜與前述易接著層表面接觸並於60℃、90%溫濕度下且1kg/cm 2加壓下保持2天後的原先與前述易接著層表面接觸之其他聚酯膜的前述表面之表面比電阻值為1.0×10 13Ω/sq以上。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之易接著性聚酯膜,其中於將前述組成物所包含之固形物總和設為100質量%時,前述離子導電型抗靜電劑之固形物為1質量%至8質量%。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之易接著性聚酯膜,其中於將前述組成物所包含之固形物總和設為100質量%時,以固形物計而包含0質量%至50質量%之交聯劑。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之易接著性聚酯膜,其中前述易接著性聚酯膜為水系柔版油墨易接著性聚酯膜。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之易接著性聚酯膜,其中前述易接著性聚酯膜為模內標籤用易接著性聚酯膜。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之易接著性聚酯膜,其中前述易接著層係與包含熱塑性樹脂之吹塑成形容器熱融接並接著而使用。
