本發明係關於一種膜片之沖壓接合裝置、膜之製造裝置、袋狀容器之製造裝置、膜片之沖壓接合方法、膜之製造方法及袋狀容器之製造方法。
先前,於包裝藥品或食品等之袋狀容器中,已知有將拉鏈帶與包含膜之袋本體接合之各種袋。於此種附有拉鏈帶之袋中,例如文獻1(日本專利特表平11-510461號公報)所記載,有背貼1片膜且沿與背貼方向正交之方向接合構成袋本體,並將可再封閉之扣件與袋本體之互相對向之前壁與後壁中之前壁接合,於前壁靠近該扣件安裝用以開封之拔出插塞或線者。
上述文獻1所記載之技術中,為形成拔出插塞,而藉由沖孔機構於前壁設置複數個孔,有因該等孔而使袋之密閉性降低之可能性。又,雖亦揭示有為開封而將線設置於前壁之內表面之情況,但未揭示使該線之端部露出於外部,用以形成突出部之具體方法。通常,為使線之端部作為突出部發揮功能,考慮於前壁形成線插通袋本體之膜之孔,但該情形時,亦有袋之密閉性因孔而降低之可能性。
鑑於該點,文獻2(日本專利特開2018-188196號公報)中,提案有獲得高密封性之袋、膜及袋之製造方法。具體而言,袋具備:袋本體,其形成收納空間;長條構件,其設置於構成袋本體之膜之一側之面且包含切開條片與基部條片;及突出部,其藉由貫通基部條片與膜之切斷線而形成外緣。基部條片沿切開條片之長邊方向,設置於膜之另一側之面與切開條片之間。於設置有基部條片之側之膜片,設置覆蓋突出部之保護構件。
根據上述文獻2所記載之技術,由於藉由保護構件阻止收納空間與外部空間通過突出部之切斷線而連通,故可藉由切開條片與突出部容易開封,且維持袋之密閉性。此處,文獻2中,雖對將保護構件保持於特定位置且與膜及長條構件接合之步驟進行說明,但例如關於切出適於保護構件之形狀之膜片之步驟,因可使用眾所周知之技術,故未說明。儘管未產生問題,但例如若可將切出構成保護構件之膜片之步驟,與將膜片接合而成為保護構件之步驟統一,則可使製造步驟經濟化。
因此,本發明之目的在於提供一種藉由將構成保護構件之膜片之切出步驟與接合步驟統一,而可使製造步驟經濟化之膜片之沖壓接合裝置、膜之製造裝置、袋狀容器之製造裝置、膜片之沖壓接合方法、膜之製造方法及袋狀容器之製造方法。

根據上述構成,可以單一之裝置單元實施膜片之切出步驟及對樹脂構件之接合步驟。藉此,例如製造裝置之線長變短,可省空間化,又,無須用以搬送及供給切出之膜片之裝置構成。因此,製造步驟可經濟化。
以下,一面參照隨附圖式,一面對本發明之較佳實施形態詳細說明。另,本說明書及圖式中,對實質上具有同一功能構成之構成要件,藉由標註同一符號而省略重複說明。
圖1係本發明之一實施形態之袋狀容器之俯視圖。圖示之例中,袋狀容器100包含:膜110,其具有構成袋本體並互相對向之第1面111A及第2面111B;長條構件120,其與膜110之第1面111A接合;及保護構件140。長條構件120包含基部條片121與切開條片122,於長條構件120之長邊方向之一側之端周邊部形成突出部130。
膜110例如以單層或多層之熱塑性樹脂膜構成。熱塑性樹脂具體而言,亦可為低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、或聚丙烯(PP)。PP亦可為均聚丙烯(HPP)、無規聚丙烯(RPP)或嵌段聚丙烯(BPP)。膜110由多層膜構成之情形時,表基材亦可使用雙軸延伸聚丙烯(OPP)、雙軸延伸聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(OPET)或雙軸延伸尼龍(ONy)。又,構成膜110之膜亦可包含鋁等金屬材料之層或無機材料之層。又,可使用含有任意量之生物聚乙烯等生物塑膠之樹脂膜。
本實施形態中,自膜110之兩端緣於特定尺寸之位置折回,將該折回之兩端緣由線狀之密封部112線狀接合,藉此形成第1面111A及第2面111B。袋本體之上端及下端分別由密封部113、114密封。另,例如於袋狀容器100完成後填充內容物之情形時,亦可不形成密封部113、114之至少任一者。
長條構件120包含基部條片121、及以與基部條片121不同之材料形成之切開條片122,且與構成容器本體之膜110之第1面111A接合。突出部130由長條構件120之基部條片121及切開條片122、以及貫通膜110之第1面111A形成之例如C字形切口而形成,使用者於開封時以突出部130為起點,拉伸切開條片122,將膜110之第1面111A由切開條片122切開,藉此可開封袋狀容器100。本實施形態中,突出部130形成於長條構件120之長邊方向之一端部周邊部。
此處,例如圖2所示之剖視圖,長條構件120亦可進而包含對向基部條片123、與自基部條片121及對向基部條片123分別突出並互相卡合之卡合部124A、124B,構成拉鏈帶。另,1對凹凸型卡合部124A、124B雖未圖示,但不限於該例,可採用使爪狀、鉤狀或瘤狀等組合之眾所周知之各種拉鏈帶之卡合部之形狀。又,亦可形成2對以上卡合部。該情形時,可分別配置1對以上不同形狀之卡合部(例如凸型及凹型以及鉤型),亦可配置2對以上相同形狀之卡合部(例如凸型及凹型)。或,可如圖3所示之剖視圖,長條構件120包含單一之基部條片121,構成非拉鏈帶之簡單的帶。
如上述之長條構件120中,基部條片121例如藉由聚烯烴系樹脂之擠出成形而形成。更具體而言,基部條片121亦可以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)或聚丙烯(PP)形成。PP亦可為均聚丙烯(HPP)、無規聚丙烯(RPP)或嵌段聚丙烯(BPP)。該等可為考慮環境之生物塑膠,亦可使用源自化石燃料之樹脂與生物聚乙烯等生物塑膠之混合物。亦可視需要,對基部條片121之材料添加眾所周知之添加劑,例如穩定劑、防氧化劑、潤滑劑、抗靜電劑或著色劑等。
另一方面,切開條片122與基部條片121同樣,例如藉由聚烯烴系樹脂之擠出成形而形成。藉由以相對於形成基部條片121之樹脂的相溶性較低之樹脂形成切開條片122,可將基部條片121與切開條片122於接合面予以界面剝離。因此,例如亦可以低密度聚乙烯系樹脂形成基部條片121或切開條片122之一者,以無規聚丙烯系樹脂形成另一者。具體而言,例示如下述般之組合:低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/無規聚丙烯(RPP)、直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)/RPP(一部分、亦包含m-LL)、LDPE/均聚丙烯(HPP)、LLDPE/HPP(一部分、亦包含m-LL)、LDPE/聚苯乙烯(PS)、LLDPE/PS(亦包含m-LL)、RPP/PS、HPP/PS、LDPE/聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、LLDPE/PET、RPP/PET、HPP/PET、PS/PET、LDPE/尼龍(Ny)、LLDPE/Ny、RPP/Ny、HPP/Ny、或PS/Ny。
保護構件140以自容器本體之內側覆蓋形成有突出部130之切口之區域之方式配置,並與長條構件120接合。保護構件140越過長條構件120擴展,亦可與膜110之第1面111A接合。藉由保護構件140將通過突出部130之切口之空間密封於容器本體之內側,可提高使用切開條片122開封前之袋狀容器100之密閉性。保護構件140例如以與上述之膜110同樣之材質形成。上述材質中,亦可選擇保護構件140與膜110各不相同之材質,但更佳為選擇保護構件140與膜110相同之材質。
又,於袋狀容器100中,亦可在與突出部130不同之位置,例如與形成有突出部130之側為相反側之長條構件120之另一側之端部周邊部,形成有至少貫通膜110之第1面111A及切開條片122之切口131。藉由形成切口131,可容易形成切開條片122之第1面111A之切開終點。切口131例如亦可除第1面111A及切開條片122外,貫通長條構件120之基部條片121而形成。該情形時,以自容器本體之內側覆蓋形成有切口131之區域之方式配置保護構件141,並與長條構件120接合,藉此可提高使用切開條片122開封前之袋狀容器100之密封性。保護構件141亦可與上述之保護構件140同樣地除長條構件120外亦與第1面111A接合。或,可以貫通第1面111A及切開條片122,不貫通基部條片121之方式,形成切口131。該情形時,由於通過切口131之空間未到達容器本體之內側,故亦可不配置保護構件141。
圖4係概略性顯示圖1所示之袋狀容器之製造步驟之圖。圖示之例中,製造裝置500包含長條構件安裝部510、突出部形成部520、保護構件安裝部530、袋本體形成部540、及頂部/底部形成部550。以下,針對各者之具體構成進行說明。製造裝置500中,將自輥(未圖示)等拉出之長條狀之膜110一面間歇性搬送一面於上述各部中進行加工。以下,對各部進而進行說明。
長條構件安裝部510將沿膜110之寬度方向延伸之長條構件120與沿長邊方向搬送之膜110接合。長條構件120包含圖1所示之基部條片121及切開條片122。由於該等構件皆為沿相同方向延伸之長條狀之構件,故例如藉由擠出成形(包含共擠出成形)等預先成形後,可統一作為長條構件120與膜110接合。該情形時,製造步驟進而包含將基部條片121及切開條片122例如藉由共擠出成形而一體成形之步驟,但該步驟例如藉由製造裝置500中所包含或與製造裝置500分開設置之擠出成形機等之成形裝置而實施。
具體而言,長條構件安裝部510包含送料機511、基台512A及密封條512B。送料機511送出特定長度之長條構件120,配置於膜110上之特定位置。送料機511亦可包含切出長條構件120之切割器。基台512A及密封條512B將膜110與長條構件120一起夾入,藉由熱封或超音波密封等,將長條構件120與膜110接合。或,可於長條構件120與膜110間預先塗佈接著劑,基台512A及密封條512B夾入重合之膜110與長條構件120並按壓,藉此將該等接合。基台512A例如以矽形成。
突出部形成部520於膜110、及與膜110接合之長條構件120形成突出部130。具體而言,突出部形成部520包含切割器521與基台522。切割器521具有與形成突出部130之切口對應之平面形狀(未圖示)。本實施形態中,由於突出部130藉由C字形之切口形成,故切割器521亦具有C字形之平面形狀。該階段中,由於膜110尚未折回,故切割器521藉由於厚度方向貫通並切斷膜110及長條構件120,可形成突出部130。
保護構件安裝部530將保護構件140於長條構件120上接合於覆蓋突出部130之切口之區域。另,對保護構件安裝部530之詳細構成予以後述。
袋本體形成部540構成將膜110與頂部、底部形成部550一起成形為袋狀之製袋機構。具體而言,袋本體形成部540包含卷芯541、搬送帶542及密封裝置543。膜110一面捲繞於卷芯541一面由搬送帶542自上方向下方搬送。由於卷芯541於上部為大致圓形剖面,故可將膜110順暢地捲繞成筒狀。捲繞成筒狀之膜110由寬度方向之兩側折回,藉此形成上述參照圖1說明之第1面111A及第2面111B。接合有長條構件120之區域成為第1面111A。密封裝置543藉由將捲繞之膜110之寬度方向之兩端緣接合而形成密封部112。形成有密封部112之區域成為第2面111B。密封裝置543與上述之基台512A及密封條512B同樣,例如由熱封等方法形成密封部112。
頂部、底部形成部550於由寬度方向之兩側折回之膜110形成密封部113、114,且將膜110沿寬度方向切斷,成形袋狀容器100。頂部、底部形成部550包含密封條551A、551B、切割器552及基台553。密封條551A、551B隔著切割器552於上下兩側互相對向,藉由該等對向部分,於膜110形成密封部113、114。密封條551A、551B與上述之基台512A及密封條512B同樣,例如由熱封等方法形成密封部113、114。切割器552向基台553靠近及隔開,於密封部113、114附近將膜110沿寬度方向切斷。
此處,上述之卷芯541為中空,自上方朝內側插入有填充裝置601。填充裝置601於頂部、底部形成部550中,於密封條551A、551B夾入膜110之同時吐出內容物。藉此,可於形成於較位於袋狀容器100之底部之密封部114更上方之收納空間填充內容物。內容物隔開密封條551A、551B時,與膜110一起越過密封條551A、551B且向下方搬送,接著,於袋狀容器100之頂部形成密封部113,藉此將收納空間密封。
可藉由如上說明般之製造步驟,製造袋狀容器100。另,上述步驟為一例,可進行各種變更。例如,亦可將直至保護構件安裝部530之步驟結束之膜110再次捲繞於輥等,進行搬送及保管後,自輥拉出膜110,實施自袋本體形成部540起之步驟。該情形時,分開實施附有長條構件之膜之製造步驟、及使用附有長條構件之膜之袋狀容器之製造步驟。
圖5係將圖4所示之製造裝置之保護構件安裝部放大顯示之剖視圖。圖6係顯示圖5所示之保護構件安裝部動作之狀態之圖,圖7係圖5之VII-VII線剖視圖。圖示之例中,保護構件安裝部530包含膜片之沖壓機構之第1構件531及第2構件532、熱板533、加熱器534及基台535。第1構件531及第2構件532如圖6所示,藉由第2構件532相對於第1構件531相對移動,而構成自膜140A將成為保護構件140之膜片沖壓之膜片之沖壓機構。如圖7所示,於第1構件531之內周緣形成模刃531A,於第2構件532之外周緣形成沖孔刃532A。
另,圖5之例中,沖孔刃532A以刃形狀相對於膜140A大致平行之方式圖示,例如圖8所示,藉由使沖孔刃532A之刃形狀相對於模刃531A之刃形狀傾斜,而使膜140A之沖壓變得更容易。又,例如圖9所示,藉由將沖孔刃532A之刃形狀設為兩側突出且形成傾斜部般之形狀,而使膜140A之沖壓進而變得容易。
藉由將膜140A夾於模刃531A與沖孔刃532A間進行切斷,而沖壓膜片。沖壓後之膜片如圖6所示,藉由較第2構件532延遲移動之熱板533,壓抵於將膜110及長條構件120接合之樹脂構件。構成熱板533於第2構件532之內側移動,將膜片壓抵於樹脂構件之壓抵機構。此時,膜片與膜110及長條構件120夾入熱板533與基台535間。由於與膜片相接之面藉由加熱器534加熱,故藉由上述步驟,將膜片與長條構件120熱封,成為保護構件140。
另,上述例中,熱板533及加熱器534構成膜片之接合機構,藉由熱封將保護構件140與長條構件120接合,但例如亦可配置振盪器取代加熱器534,藉由超音波密封將保護構件140與長條構件120接合。或,於膜片或長條構件120預先塗佈接著劑之情形時,接合機構簡單地將膜片壓抵於長條構件120即可,無須加熱器或振盪器。又,上述例中,例示有保護構件140之平面形狀為矩形,但若保護構件140之形狀可覆蓋突出部130則不限定,例如可為圓形或橢圓形、多邊形等任意形狀。因此,模刃531A及沖孔刃532A之平面形狀亦不限於矩形,可為如上述般之任意形狀。又,圖6中,以保護構件140僅與長條構件120接合之方式進行圖示,但保護構件140亦可越過長條構件120,與膜110接合。
本實施形態中,藉由保護構件安裝部530包含如上述般之膜片之沖壓接合裝置,而可以單一之裝置單元實施構成保護構件140之膜片之切出步驟、及向包含膜110及長條構件120之樹脂構件之接合步驟。藉此,例如製造裝置500之線長變短,可省空間化,又,無須用以搬送及供給切出之膜片之裝置構成。因此,製造步驟可經濟化。
又,於袋狀容器100中,形成如上述般切口131,以覆蓋形成有切口131之區域之方式配置保護構件141之情形時,如圖4所示,製造裝置500亦可進而包含切口形成部560、及另一保護構件安裝部570。該情形時,切口形成部560包含切割器561與基台562,切割器521具有與切口131對應之形狀。切口131係藉由將尚未折回之膜110與長條構件120沿厚度方向貫通並切斷而形成。另一方面,保護構件安裝部570與上述之保護構件安裝部530同樣地形成。圖4係圖示有參照圖5說明之第1構件531、第2構件532、與熱板533及加熱器534對應之沖壓壓抵機構571、及基台572。藉由使保護構件安裝部570包含如上述般之膜片之沖壓接合裝置,而與保護構件安裝部530之情形同樣,可使製造步驟經濟化。
因此,本發明之實施形態之製造裝置500可包含以下兩者:第1膜片之沖壓接合裝置即保護構件安裝部530,其包含將保護構件140接合於覆蓋形成突出部130之切口之區域之接合機構;第2膜片之沖壓接合裝置即保護構件安裝部570,其包含將保護構件141接合於覆蓋切口131之區域之接合機構;亦可僅包含保護構件安裝部530或保護構件安裝部570之任一者。
以上,一面參照隨附圖式,一面針對本發明之較佳實施形態詳細地說明,但本發明不限定於該等例。若為本發明所屬技術領域之熟知本技藝者,則明瞭於申請專利範圍所記載之技術性思想範疇內,可想到各種變更例或修正例,瞭解該等亦當然屬於本發明之技術範圍內者。

Claims (16)

  1. 一種膜片之沖壓接合裝置,其具備: 膜片之沖壓機構,其包含:第1構件,其於內周緣形成有第1刃;及第2構件,其可相對於上述第1構件相對移動,於外周緣形成有與上述第1刃對應之形狀之第2刃;及 接合機構,其可於上述第2構件之內側,沿與上述第2構件相同之方向與上述第2構件分開移動,可藉由將利用上述沖壓機構沖壓之膜片壓抵於與上述膜片對向保持之樹脂構件而進行接合。
  2. 如請求項1之膜片之沖壓接合裝置,其進而包含:加熱機構,其將上述接合機構之與上述膜片相接之面加熱。
  3. 如請求項1之膜片之沖壓接合裝置,其中上述第2刃之刃形狀相對於上述第1刃之刃形狀傾斜。
  4. 如請求項1之膜片之沖壓接合裝置,其中上述第2刃之刃形狀為如兩側突出且形成傾斜部之形狀。
  5. 一種膜之製造裝置,其為包含如請求項1至4中任一項之膜片之沖壓接合裝置者;且 上述樹脂構件包含長條狀之膜、及與上述膜接合並沿上述膜之寬度方向延伸之長條構件,且於上述長條構件形成切口; 上述接合機構將上述膜片接合於覆蓋上述樹脂構件之上述切口之區域。
  6. 如請求項5之膜之製造裝置,其中於上述長條構件,於長邊方向之2個位置分別形成第1及第2切口; 上述接合機構將上述膜片接合於覆蓋上述樹脂構件之上述第1切口之區域。
  7. 如請求項6之膜之製造裝置,其包含: 第1膜片之沖壓接合裝置,其包含將上述第1膜片接合於覆蓋上述樹脂構件之上述第1切口之區域之上述接合機構;及 第2膜片之沖壓接合裝置,其包含將第2膜片接合於覆蓋上述樹脂構件之上述第2切口之區域之上述接合機構。
  8. 如請求項6之膜之製造裝置,其中上述第1切口形成於上述長條構件之長邊方向之一側之端部周邊部; 上述第2切口形成於上述長條構件之長邊方向之與上述第1切口為相反側之端部周邊部。
  9. 一種袋狀容器之製造裝置,其係包含如請求項5至8中任一項之膜之製造裝置者;且 進而包含將上述膜成形為袋狀之製袋機構。
  10. 一種膜片之沖壓接合方法,其包含如下步驟: 藉由使於外周緣形成與第1刃對應之第2刃之第2構件相對於在內周緣形成有上述第1刃之第1構件相對移動,而自第1膜沖壓膜片;及 藉由於上述第2構件之內側使壓抵機構沿與上述第2構件相同之方向較上述第2構件延遲移動,而將上述膜片壓抵於與上述膜片對向保持之樹脂構件,藉此進行接合。
  11. 如請求項10之膜片之沖壓接合方法,其進而包含將壓抵於上述樹脂構件之上述膜片加熱之步驟。
  12. 一種膜之製造方法,其係包含如請求項10或11之膜片之沖壓接合方法之步驟的方法;且 上述樹脂構件包含:長條狀之第2膜;及長條構件,其與上述第2膜接合,沿上述第2膜之寬度方向延伸;且於上述長條構件形成切口; 將上述膜片接合之步驟中,將上述膜片接合於覆蓋上述樹脂構件之上述切口之區域。
  13. 如請求項12之膜之製造方法,其中於上述長條構件,沿長邊方向之2個位置分別形成第1及第2切口; 將上述膜片接合之步驟中,將上述膜片接合於覆蓋上述樹脂構件之上述第1切口之區域。
  14. 如請求項13之膜之製造方法,其包含如下步驟: 進行將第1膜片接合於覆蓋上述樹脂構件之上述第1切口之區域之第1膜片之沖壓接合方法;及 進行將第2膜片接合於覆蓋上述樹脂構件之上述第2切口之區域之第2膜片之沖壓接合方法。
  15. 如請求項13之膜之製造方法,其中上述第1切口形成於上述長條構件之長邊方向之一側之端部周邊部;且 上述第2切口形成於上述長條構件之長邊方向之與上述第1切口為相反側之端部周邊部。
  16. 一種袋狀容器之製造方法,其係包含如請求項12至15中任一項之膜之製造方法之步驟的方法;且 進而包含將上述第2膜成形為袋狀之步驟。
