Abstract

本發明的目的在提供一種可防止因蓋子的溫度不適當而在密封性或開封感上會產生問題之加熱密封裝置。因此,本發明的加熱密封裝置(10)係在製造裝置(100)中被使用之加熱密封裝置(10),該製造裝置(100)係製造容器(1)的開口部(1A:口部)以蓋子(2)密封而成的製品,在該加熱密封裝置(10)中,於容器(1)移動的路徑設有加壓板(5);於上述加壓板(5)配置對覆蓋於容器(1)的蓋子(2)進行按壓之密封頭(4)、和加熱部(3);具有對密封頭(4)的溫度進行測量之溫度測量裝置(7)及依據溫度測量裝置(7)的測量結果,將控制信號傳送到容器搬送驅動源(例如逆變器)之控制裝置(8:控制單元)。

Description

加熱密封裝置
本發明係關於加熱密封裝置,更詳言之,係關於具有依據與密封構件接觸之彈性材的溫度進行最適當的加熱密封之功能之加熱密封裝置。
收容各種飲料的容器(例如,樹脂製容器)之開口部(口部),係有在製造步驟中藉由蓋子(例如,鋁製的蓋子)密封之情況。藉由進行該密封,防止屬內容物之飲料漏洩、或異物進入容器或飲料內。在此,用蓋子密封容器的口部,係在製造線的填充機中執行。
在將飲料填充至容器的填充機中組合有切割頭(cutting head),對填充有飲料的容器蓋上蓋子(蓋帽)。在經蓋帽的時點,蓋子沒有密封容器,成為僅只是蓋子搭載於容器的狀態。 在蓋子被蓋在載置於搬送手段的容器後,進行密封之際,首先,以密封頭將蓋子相對於容器按壓。 若是例如金屬製(鋁等)的蓋子,則利用電磁感應產生渦流,使蓋子本身發熱。在蓋子的容器側,塗布有熱熔膠,藉由加熱使熱熔膠熔融,蓋子接著於容器的口部。
在此,於按壓蓋子的密封頭,為了將蓋子均等地按壓至容器,故配置有彈性材(例如矽橡膠)。關於彈性材的溫度,習知技術中並未特別進行測定,而是與彈性材的溫度無關係地,例如將金屬製的蓋子藉由熱熔膠接著於容器。 然而,例如,即便藉電磁感應產生的渦流固定,彈性材的溫度是低的情況,感應加熱的結果,產生之蓋子的熱也會被彈性材吸收,蓋子的溫度不會上升,熱熔膠所致之蓋子的接著會變得不足,密封性上會產生問題(產生「密封不良」)。又,若配合彈性材的溫度低的情況,將感應加熱量設定得較大時,於彈性材的溫度上升之際,會發生密封變過強及/或容器凸緣部熔化等的不良情況,而在開封之際產生問題(產生「密封不良」及/或「開封感的問題」)。
作為其他的習知技術,揭示有測量密封頭的溫度,將其溫度調整成適當的溫度之加熱密封裝置(參照專利文獻1)。然而,在此習知技術中,無法防止如上述之各種密封不良或開封感的問題之發生。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻]

[發明欲解決之課題]
本發明係有鑑於上述之習知技術的問題點而提案者,目的在提供一種防止蓋子的加熱量不適當而產生密封不良或開封感的問題之加熱密封裝置。 [用以解決課題之手段]
本發明的加熱密封裝置(10),係在製造裝置(100)中被使用之加熱密封裝置(10),該製造裝置(100)係製造容器(1:例如樹脂製容器)的開口部(1A:口部)被蓋子(2:例如鋁製蓋子)密封所得之製品,在該加熱密封裝置(10)中,其特徵為: 在容器(1)移動的路徑設有加壓板(5); 在上述加壓板(5)配置對覆蓋於容器(1)的蓋子(2)進行按壓之密封頭(4)、和加熱部(3); 具有對密封頭(4)的溫度進行測量之溫度測量裝置(7:例如,非接觸式紅外線放射溫度計)及依據溫度測量裝置(7)的測量結果,將控制信號傳送到容器搬送驅動源(例如逆變器)之控制裝置(8:控制單元)。
本發明中較佳為具有以下的功能:上述控制裝置(8)係依據密封頭(4)的溫度,調整容器(1)的移動速度, 在密封頭(4)的溫度低的情況下使移動速度變慢, 在密封頭(4)的溫度高的情況下使移動速度變快, 以調整蓋子(2)的加熱時間。
且,在本發明中較佳為具有以下的功能:在溫度測量裝置(7)的上游側(供給容器1之側)設置容器檢測感測器(9), 在容器檢測感測器(9)檢測容器(1)後於一定時間經過後,溫度測量裝置(7)開始密封頭(4)的溫度測量, 在密封的開始時點,控制裝置(8)的控制信號被傳送到容器搬送驅動源(例如逆變器),完成了容器(1)的移動速度之調整。
或者,在本發明中較佳為,在與密封頭(4)的容器口部相接的部分配置彈性材(6),溫度測量裝置係進行彈性材(6)的溫度測量。 又,較佳為密封頭(4)係以圓周狀配置於加壓板(5),與密封頭(4)相接的容器(1)係配合加壓板的旋轉而移動。 且,蓋子(2)的加熱方法宜為感應加熱。
在使用上述之本發明的加熱密封裝置(10)之方法中,其特徵為: 藉由溫度測量裝置(7:例如非接觸式紅外線放射溫度計)測量密封頭(4)的溫度; 依據密封頭(4)的溫度測量結果將控制信號傳送到容器搬送驅動源(例如逆變器); 並依據密封頭(4)的溫度,決定蓋子(2)的加熱時間。 [發明之效果]
根據具備上述構成的本發明,由於具備測量密封頭(4)的溫度之溫度測量裝置(7:例如非接觸式紅外線放射溫度計)、和具有依據密封頭(4)的溫度來調整容器的移動速度的功能之控制裝置(8:控制單元),所以例如在密封頭(4)的溫度為低溫的情況下,藉由使容器(1)的移動速度變慢,加長加熱(例如感應加熱)的時間,可將蓋子(2)升溫至所期望的溫度為止。其結果,蓋子(2)可藉熱熔膠確實地接著於容器(1),可防止密封不良。 另一方面,在密封頭(4)的溫度為高溫的情況下,使容器(1)的移動速度變快,藉此縮短對蓋子(2)進行加熱(例如感應加熱)的時間。藉此,蓋子(2)的溫度被抑制在適當的範圍,可防止密封變過強、或導致容器(1)的凸緣部熔化等的不良情況,可防止產生開封感的問題或密封不良。 換言之,本發明中,由於係以配置於加壓板(5)之彈性材(6)的溫度作為參數來控制容器(1)的移動速度,所以可防止密封不良及開封感的問題。
本發明中,只要在溫度測量裝置(7)的上游側(供給容器1之側)設置容器檢測感測器(9), 在該容器檢測感測器(9)檢測容器後於一定時間經過後,溫度測量裝置(7)開始進行密封頭(4)的溫度測量, 在密封的開始時點,控制裝置(8)的控制信號被傳送到容器搬送驅動源(例如逆變器),完成容器搬送速度的調整的話,則可在適當的時間點有效率地執行加熱密封。
[用以實施發明的形態]
以下,參照附圖,就本發明的實施形態作說明。 圖示的實施形態中,容器1為樹脂製,蓋子2為鋁製,彈性材6係由例如矽橡膠所構成。其中,容器1、蓋子2及彈性材6亦可以其他的材質構成。
圖1中,於製造裝置100設置填充機20,藉由填充機20將飲料填充至容器1,蓋上蓋子後(蓋帽、封蓋之後),加以密封。又,在蓋帽的時點,蓋子2僅為載置於容器1的狀態,沒有與容器1接著,所以在填充機20設有加熱密封裝置10,利用加熱密封裝置10將蓋子2接著於容器1。又,在製造裝置100中,依需要,在填充機20的前後設置檢查裝置、製造機器。 此外,雖未明確地圖示,整立機30係具有將容器1的開口部(口部)朝上方整列,依序送出到下一個步驟之功能。
在此,填充機20係具有填充部21、中間星形輪22、密封部23(參照圖2)。移動於填充機20內之容器1(參照圖3、圖4)的路徑,在圖2中如箭頭A所示。 以中間星形輪22的符號B顯示的區域(以圓形虛線顯示),係將藉切割頭24(參照圖1)所成形的蓋子2蓋帽(封蓋(capping))於容器1之區域。 輪狀的密封部23具備加熱密封裝置10,加熱密封裝置10具備加熱部3,在加熱部3中將蓋在容器1的蓋子2加熱。在蓋子2的容器側塗布有熱塑性樹脂(熱熔膠),藉由以加熱部3進行加熱,熱熔膠(hot melt)會熔融,藉此,將蓋子2接著於容器1。
圖3中,填充機20之密封部23(圖2)的加熱密封裝置10係具有加熱部3、圓板形狀的加壓板5、密封頭4,密封頭4構成加壓板5的一部分,具有將被覆蓋在容器1的鋁蓋子2加壓之功能。 加壓板5係具有中心軸C的圓板形狀,如圖4所示,在加壓板5的外周附近的圓周方向設有複數個(例如36個)密封頭4。圖3中,僅顯示存在於加壓板5的圓周方向之複數個密封頭4的一者。 於密封頭4的容器1側(在圖3中為下方側)形成有收納部4A,於收納部4A配置有屬彈性材的矽橡膠6。關於矽橡膠的詳情將於後闡述。 加壓板5之複數個密封頭4的移動路徑,係構成密封部23(圖2)中之容器1的搬送路徑的一部分。且,加壓板5係一邊繞著中心軸C旋轉,一邊隔介密封頭4的矽橡膠6將鋁蓋子2按壓至容器1,藉此來搬送容器1。
如圖3所示,在載置於搬送手段11之容器1上端的口部1A(開口部)蓋上鋁蓋子2,如上述,蓋子2隔介矽橡膠6朝容器1側(圖3中為下側)被按壓。 於蓋子2的容器1側塗布有熱熔膠(圖3中以符號HM顯示),藉由設置於容器1的搬送路徑之加熱部3所產生的感應加熱,使鋁蓋子2自己發熱,熱熔膠HM熔融,蓋子2被接著於容器1的口部1A。 在加壓板5的上方,配置有構成加熱部3的加熱線圈3A。藉由在加熱線圈3A流動高頻電流,在加熱線圈3A產生1次磁場MF1,當藉由1次磁場MF1在密封頭4產生2次磁場MF2時,會在鋁蓋子2產生3次磁場MF3,藉由3次磁場MF3而在鋁蓋子2產生渦流,鋁蓋子2會發熱。 雖未明確地圖示,但在圖3所示之加壓板5的密封頭4上方,配置有加熱線圈3A及供給高頻電流之手段(未圖示)。
圖示的實施形態中,加壓板5為圓板形狀,密封頭4係在加壓板5內配置於圓周上,加熱方法為感應加熱。惟,任一構成均無特別限定,密封頭4的配置即便為例如直線狀也沒有問題,加熱方法也不論是否為感應加熱,皆可對應於其他的構成而適當地設定。 又,雖例示矽橡膠6作為配置於加壓板5下方之收容部4A的彈性材,惟作為該彈性材,只要是具有彈性、耐熱性、離型性(不會附著於模具的性質)、絕緣性(非導電性)、衛生性的材料即可,並無特別限定。換言之,矽橡膠係為具有此種性質之材料的一例,亦可為以氟樹脂(鐵弗龍(註冊商標))加工矽橡膠的表面者。
圖3中,在隔介矽橡膠6,將鋁蓋子2按壓至容器1側之際,如上述,若與鋁蓋子2接觸之矽橡膠6的溫度低時,鋁蓋子2的熱會被矽橡膠6吸收。因此,鋁蓋子2的溫度不會上升,熱熔膠不會充分地熔融,會導致鋁蓋子2與容器1的密封部處或接著處中的密封性變不足。 另一方面,當矽橡膠6的溫度高時,會發生鋁蓋子2與容器1的密封或者接著變過強、及/或容器1的凸緣部熔化等的不良情況。
圖4中,在密封部23的下游側端部(圖4中為右端),設有溫度測量裝置7(溫度感測器),溫度感測器7具有測量附近的密封頭4的溫度,將其測量結果傳送到控制裝置8(控制單元)之功能。 又,填充機20係具有容器檢測感測器9、逆變器(inverter)(容器搬送驅動源:未圖示),該逆變器係具有藉由控制單元8的控制信號對加壓板5的旋轉速度(亦即,容器1的移動速度)進行控制・驅動之功能。 容器1係流動於填充部21、中間星形輪22,藉密封部23進行鋁蓋子2(圖3)和容器1的密封(接著)。容器1的路徑係以箭頭A表示。
圖4中,在密封部23中,容器1係與在加壓板5的圓周方向設有複數個的密封頭4對應而設置。換言之,在與密封頭4對應之處的下方配置容器1(蓋子2經蓋帽的容器1),容器1係藉由加壓板5的旋轉搬送於密封部23內。 加熱部3係固定且配置於加壓板5的局部區域,圖4中於加壓板5的上方配置有加熱部3,且配置有加熱線圈3A(圖3參照)及高頻電流產生手段(未圖示)。
圖4中,藉由設置於加熱部3的出口附近(下游側端部:圖3中為右端)之溫度感測器7,檢測矽橡膠6(彈性材,圖3)的溫度。 在此,矽橡膠6的溫度檢測,係使用例如非接觸的紅外線放射溫度計來進行。非接觸的紅外線放射溫度計係可使用週知的市售商品。 藉溫度感測器7所檢測出之矽橡膠6(加熱部3的出口附近的密封頭4中之矽橡膠6)的溫度測量結果,係透過信號線SL1被傳送到控制裝置8(控制單元)。 控制單元8係依據從溫度感測器7取得的溫度測量結果,決定適當的加壓板5的旋轉速度,並透過信號線SL2,將控制信號(關於加壓板5的旋轉速度之控制信號)傳送到未圖示的逆變器(容器搬送驅動源)。
藉由控制信號(關於加壓板5的旋轉速度之控制信號)從控制單元8被傳送到未圖示的逆變器,來控制加壓板5的旋轉速度、亦即容器1的移動速度。 在與容器1的蓋子2接觸之矽橡膠6的溫度為低溫的情況下,控制信號從控制單元8被傳送到未圖示的逆變器,以使加壓板5的旋轉速度變慢。其結果,容器1的移動速度變慢,對鋁蓋子2進行感應加熱的時間變更長,由於可使蓋子2升溫至所期望的溫度為止,所以鋁蓋子2藉由熱熔膠會確實地接著於容器1。
另一方面,當矽橡膠6的溫度變得過度高溫時,將加壓板5的旋轉速度加速,以使容器1的移動速度變快。其結果,對蓋子2進行感應加熱的時間縮短,熱熔膠適當地熔融,也可防止容器1的凸緣部熔化等的不良情況。 又,例如,也可事先配合矽橡膠6的溫度來設定加壓板5的旋轉速度、即容器1的移動速度,並配合升溫以使旋轉速度改變。 在此,容器1的移動速度可依據矽橡膠6的溫度連續地變化,也可間斷地變化。在使容器1的移動速度間斷地變化之情況,例如事先依據溫度感測器7的溫度測量結果來設定複數個階段(例如5階段)的加壓板旋轉速度。
圖4中,在加熱密封裝置10的上游側(在圖示的實施形態中,比填充部21的入口靠上游側),配置檢測容器1的通過之容器檢測感測器9,容器檢測感測器9的檢測信號係透過信號線SL3被傳送到控制單元8。在此,使用圖4,說明關於圖示的實施形態中的作動。
圖4中,當容器1移動到P1時,容器檢測感測器9的檢測信號被傳送到控制單元8。接收到檢測信號後,控制單元8經由SL1,將開始進行溫度測量的信號傳送到溫度感測器7。 實際上,在檢測容器1後至溫度測定為止,發生第1時滯(time lag),在開始測定溫度的時間點(timing),容器1移動至P10的位置為止。
在圖示的實施形態中測量了36個矽橡膠6的溫度後,依據36個測量結果中的最低溫度,決定加壓板5的旋轉速度。例如,從配合矽橡膠6的溫度所預設的旋轉速度(例如5階段的旋轉速度)中,選擇與符合之矽橡膠6的溫度對應之旋轉速度。且,與所選擇的旋轉速度對應之控制信號,係從控制單元8傳送到逆變器(未圖示)。 依據多數個測量值(36個矽橡膠6的溫度之測量值)中的最低溫度來決定加壓板5的旋轉速度,是因為圖示的實施形態中,最大目的在防止密封頭4於低溫的情況下產生的密封不良。
在36個矽橡膠的溫度測量結束的時點,容器檢測感測器9最初所檢測到的容器1係從位置P10移動到位置P46(=10+36)。亦即,36個矽橡膠的溫度測量結束所需的時間、第2時滯是必要的。 又,在P46的時點,加壓板的旋轉速度尚未變更,由此,將切換旋轉速度的控制信號從控制單元8傳送到逆變器後,實際上切換(變更)加壓板5的旋轉速度,第3時滯是必要的。 該時滯3係相當於處在位置P46的容器1移動到即將流入加熱部3前的位置P65為止所需要的時間。
如上述,圖4中,從容器檢測感測器9檢測容器1後至進入加熱部為止,相當於第1時滯與第2時滯與第3時滯的和之既定時間的經過是必要的。換言之,為了在容器1進入加熱部的時點完成加壓板5的旋轉速度的設定,必須在適當的位置設置容器檢測感測器,開始進行控制。第1~第3時滯會依密封頭的個數或逆變器的種類而變動,所以必須與上述構成對應來決定第1~第3時滯。
主要,參照圖5來說明圖示的實施形態中之控制。 圖5中,於步驟S1中,藉由配置於填充機20內的既定位置(位置P1)之容器檢測感測器9(圖4),判斷是否已檢測了所搬送的容器1(圖3、圖4)。 在步驟S1中,已檢測了容器1時(步驟S1為「是」)前進到步驟S2,未檢測容器1時則重複步驟S1(步驟S1為「否」的迴圈(loop))。
在步驟S2(容器檢測感測器9已檢測容器1時),開始進行利用溫度感測器7(圖4)之密封頭4的溫度(矽橡膠6的溫度)的測量。該溫度測量係針對加壓板5(圖3、圖4)之所有的(例如36個)密封頭4依序進行。在圖示的實施形態中,密封頭4的溫度測量係在步驟S1中檢測容器1後,於既定時間(參照圖4之上述的「第1時滯」)經過後開始進行。接著,前進到步驟S3。 在步驟S3中,針對在加壓板5的圓周方向等間隔地配置的所有(36個)密封頭4,判斷是否已測量了溫度。 在步驟S3的判斷之結果,在已針對加壓板5的所有密封頭4測量了溫度時(步驟S3為「是」),前進到步驟S4,在尚未針對加壓板5的所有密封頭4測量溫度(溫度測量未完成)的情況(步驟S4為「否」)下,返回步驟S2,繼續進行密封頭4的溫度測量。
在步驟S4(針對加壓板5的所有密封頭4已測量了溫度時),從步驟S3中所測量的加壓板5的所有(36個)密封頭4中之矽橡膠6的溫度測量值中,特定最低溫度。接著,判斷所特定的最低溫度是在既定範圍內、或比既定的下限溫度還低溫、或比既定的上限溫度還高溫。 最適當的溫度範圍因加壓板的旋轉速度而異,但是「既定的下限溫度」,是蓋子2的溫度不會降低,熱熔膠的接著力不會變不充分,在蓋子2與容器1的密封(接著)之密封性不會產生問題之最低溫度,又,「既定的上限溫度」,是蓋子2的溫度不會變過高,在密封之際不會發生容器1的凸緣部熔化等的不良情況,於開封感不會產生問題之最高溫度。 因此,若是在既定的下限溫度以上且既定的上限溫度以下(既定範圍),可實現適當的加熱密封。
在步驟S4中,在最低溫度低於「既定的下限溫度」的情況下前進到步驟S5,在最低溫度高於「既定的上限溫度」的情況下前進到步驟S6,在最低溫度為「既定範圍」的情況下前進到步驟S7。 在步驟S5(最低溫度比「既定的下限溫度」還低的情況)中,將控制信號傳送到逆變器,降低加壓板5的旋轉速度,使容器1的移動速度降低。 藉由使容器1的移動速度降低,以使容器1的移動速度降低,感應加熱的時間會變長,可確保在對蓋子2進行感應加熱時適當的時間。 步驟S5結束後,前進到步驟S8。
在步驟S6(最低溫度比「既定的上限溫度」高的情況)中,將控制信號傳送到逆變器,以加速加壓板5的旋轉速度,並加速容器1的移動速度。藉由使加壓板5的旋轉速度上升,對蓋子2進行感應加熱的時間會縮短,可抑制熱熔膠的接著力變過強而變得適當,防止導致容器1的凸緣部熔化等的不良情況。步驟S6結束後,前進到步驟S8。 在步驟S7(最低溫度為「既定範圍」的情況),維持加壓板5的旋轉速度,並維持容器1的移動速度。 步驟S7結束後,前進到步驟S8。
在此,於上述之步驟S4~步驟S7中,在密封頭4的最低溫度為「比下限溫度低的溫度」、「比上限溫度高的溫度」、「既定範圍(下限溫度以上,且上限溫度以下)」,分別進行「使加壓板5的旋轉速度降低」、「使加壓板5的旋轉速度上升」、「維持加壓板5的旋轉速度」之控制。 取而代之,亦可預先制定密封頭4的最低溫度與加壓板5的旋轉速度之關係,依據該關係與密封頭4的最低溫度,決定加壓板5的旋轉速度。在此,前述關係亦可為表、演算式、其他。 在步驟S8中,判斷是否結束圖5所示的控制。在此,可針對結束的判斷基準,配合實施形態任意地設定。在步驟S8中,在未結束控制的情況(步驟S8為否),返回步驟S2,持續進行溫度測量、加壓板5的旋轉速度控制。
根據圖示的實施形態,利用溫度感測器7(例如,非接觸式紅外線放射溫度感測器)測量密封頭4之矽橡膠6的溫度,在矽橡膠6的溫度是低的情況,將控制信號傳送到逆變器(容器搬送驅動源)以使加壓板5的旋轉速度(容器1的移動速度)變慢,在矽橡膠6的溫度是高溫的情況下使加壓板5的旋轉速度(容器1的移動速度)變快。 因此,可防止矽橡膠6的溫度為低溫時蓋子2的溫度降低,藉由感應加熱將蓋子2升溫至所期望的溫度為止,蓋子2藉由熱熔膠可確實地接著於容器1,可防止密封不良。 另一方面,在矽橡膠6的溫度是高溫的情況,將加壓板5的旋轉速度變快以使容器1的移動速度變快,縮短對蓋子2感應加熱的時間,藉此,將蓋子2的溫度抑制於適當的範圍,防止密封變過強,防止導致容器1的凸緣部熔化等的不良情況。 換言之,在圖示的實施形態中,可提供一種以配置於加壓板5的矽橡膠6(彈性材)的溫度作為參數,來控制填充機20之加壓板5的旋轉速度或者容器1的移動速度,於密封性及開封感上沒有問題的製品。
又,圖示的實施形態中,依據來自配置於填充機20內且溫度感測器7(加熱密封裝置10)的上游側之容器檢測感測器9的容器1的檢測信號,開始進行密封頭4的溫度測量。 接著,在溫度測量結束後(加壓板5的所有密封頭4的溫度測量),依據所有的測量值中的最低溫度,決定應切換之加壓板5的旋轉速度,將該切換的控制信號傳送到逆變器,實際上切換加壓板5的旋轉速度。 此時,控制單元8係在檢測容器1後開始控制,容器的檢測位置係設為考量了前述第1~第3時滯的位置,故在適當的時間點有效率地執行加熱密封,可防止進行無用的電力供給(無用的感應加熱),或者可在必要的時間點確實地實施感應加熱。
在圖示的實施形態中,使用口部的大小為外徑25mm、28mm、35mm的容器,確認了蓋子2的加熱時間與矽橡膠6的溫度之關係。 使蓋子2的加熱時間與矽橡膠6的溫度改變,確認了此時的密封狀態之結果,係顯示於表1(口部的大小為外徑25mm)、表2(口部的大小為外徑28mm)、表3(口部的大小為外徑35mm)。 此外,各表中的符號「○」係顯示適當的密封狀態,符號「×」係顯示加熱時間短,蓋子的接著不充分的狀態,符號「××」係顯示密封變過強,及/或容器的凸緣熔化的狀態。 表1

作為表1~表3的結果,發現只要以滿足下式的方式,控制加壓板的旋轉速度,調整加熱時間即可。 ((94.0-y)×((d+50)/75))/39.6 <x <((102-y)×((d+50)/75))/35.6 x:蓋子的加熱時間(秒),y:矽橡膠6的溫度(℃),d:口部的大小的外徑(mm) 又,圖示的實施形態係確認到可適應在口部的大小的外徑為20mm~40mm的容器中。 此外,在各條件依據裝置的處理能力或蓋子的形狀、材質、加熱部的構造而改變的情況,必須重建上述的式子。
附註:圖示的實施形態只不過是例示,並非限定本發明的技術範圍之旨趣的記述。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種加熱密封裝置,其係在製造裝置中被使用之加熱密封裝置,該製造裝置係製造容器的開口部以蓋子密封而成的製品, 在該加熱密封裝置中, 在容器移動的路徑設有加壓板, 在上述加壓板配置對覆蓋於容器的蓋子進行按壓之密封頭、和加熱部, 具有對密封頭的溫度進行測量之溫度測量裝置及依據溫度測量裝置的測量結果,將控制信號傳送到容器搬送驅動源之控制裝置。
  2. 如請求項1之加熱密封裝置,其具有以下的功能: 上述控制裝置係依據密封頭的溫度來調整容器的移動速度,在密封頭的溫度低的情況下使移動速度變慢,在密封頭的溫度高的情況下使移動速度變快,以調整蓋子的加熱時間。
  3. 如請求項1或2之加熱密封裝置,其具有以下的功能: 在溫度測量裝置的上游側設置容器檢測感測器,在容器檢測感測器檢測容器後於一定時間經過後,溫度測量裝置開始進行密封頭的溫度測量, 在密封的開始時點,控制裝置的控制信號被傳送到容器搬送驅動源,完成了容器的移動速度之調整。
  4. 如請求項1至3中任一項之加熱密封裝置,其中 在與密封頭的容器口部相接的部分配置彈性材,溫度測量裝置係進行彈性材的溫度測量。
  5. 如請求項1至4中任一項之加熱密封裝置,其中 密封頭係以圓周狀配置於加壓板,與密封頭相接的容器係配合加壓板的旋轉而移動。
  6. 如請求項1至5中任一項之加熱密封裝置,其中 蓋子的加熱方法為感應加熱。
  7. 一種加熱密封方法,其係使用如請求項1至6中任一項的加熱密封裝置之加熱密封方法,其特徵為: 藉由溫度測量裝置測量密封頭的溫度, 依據密封頭的溫度測量結果將控制信號傳送到容器搬送驅動源, 並依據密封頭的溫度,決定蓋子的加熱時間。
