Abstract

本發明提出一種黏貼膜，包括膜片、位於所述膜片一側的可撓性基層及貫穿所述膜片與所述可撓性基層的穿孔；所述可撓性基層相背於所述膜片的一側開設有多條溝槽；所述可撓性基層包括第一區域與第二區域，所述穿孔位於所述第一區域內，所述第一區域內的所述溝槽的平均間距小於所述第二區域內的所述溝槽的平均間距。該黏貼膜排氣效果好，貼合效果佳。

Description

黏貼膜及具有黏貼膜的裝置
本發明涉及黏貼膜技術領域，尤其涉及一種黏貼膜及具有黏貼膜的裝置。
將黏貼膜貼附於電子產品、光源等裝置表面時，要求黏貼膜與裝置表面能夠達到無褶皺、無氣泡的貼合效果。然而，在先技術中貼附黏貼膜時，存在排氣困難、容易殘留氣泡等問題，尤其是在黏貼膜面積較大的情況下。導致貼附黏貼膜的作業難度大，且貼合效果不完美。
本發明的目的是提供一種容易排氣、能夠使貼合效果更佳的黏貼膜及具有黏貼膜的裝置。
為了實現上述目的，本發明提供一種黏貼膜，包括膜片、位於所述膜片一側的可撓性基層及貫穿所述膜片與所述可撓性基層的穿孔；所述可撓性基層相背於所述膜片的一側開設有多條溝槽；所述可撓性基層包括第一區域與第二區域，所述穿孔位於所述第一區域內，所述第一區域內的所述溝槽的平均間距小於所述第二區域內的所述溝槽的平均間距。
進一步地，所述溝槽的寬度為0.06~0.2mm。
進一步地，所述溝槽的深度大於0且小於等於0.1mm。
進一步地，相鄰兩個所述溝槽之間的距離大於0且小於等於2mm。
進一步地，多個所述溝槽相互連通。
進一步地，所述第一區域內的所述溝槽以所述穿孔為中心呈放射狀分佈。
進一步地，所述第一區域還包括用於起膜的起膜角區域。
進一步地，所述溝槽的截面形狀為矩形、U形及多角形中的任一種。
進一步地，所述可撓性基層由矽膠或者橡膠材料製成。
本發明還提供一種具有黏貼膜的裝置，所述裝置的表面貼附有上述黏貼膜。
本發明提供的黏貼膜在可撓性基層開設了多個用於排氣的溝槽，並根據實際使用情況，令可撓性基層中的穿孔和起膜角區域的溝槽間距小於其它區域，更有利於增強排氣效果。此外，通過控制溝槽的尺寸使溝槽能夠在順利排氣之後受壓或受熱被完全填充，避免外來物質經由溝槽滲入。
下面將結合本新型實施方式中的附圖，對本新型實施方式中的技術方案進行清楚、完整地描述，顯然，所描述的實施方式僅係本新型一部分實施方式，而不係全部的實施方式。基於本新型中的實施方式，本領域普通技術人員在沒有做出創造性勞動前提下所獲得的所有其它實施方式，都屬於本新型保護的範圍。
需要說明的係，當一個元件被認為係“連接”另一個元件，它可以為直接連接到另一個元件或者可能同時存在居中設置的元件。當一個元件被認為係“設置在”另一個元件，它可以為直接設置在另一個元件上或者可能同時存在居中設置的元件。
除非另有定義，本文所使用的所有的技術和科學術語與屬於本新型的技術領域的技術人員通常理解的含義相同。本文中在本新型的說明書中所使用的術語只係為了描述具體地實施方式的目的，不係旨在於限制本新型。本文所使用的術語“及／或”包括一個或多個相關的所列項目的任意的和所有的組合。
請參閱圖1，本發明提供一種黏貼膜100，包括膜片10、位於膜片10一側的可撓性基層20及貫穿膜片10與可撓性基層20的穿孔30。其中，可撓性基層20相背於膜片10的一側開設有多條溝槽21。
可以理解，黏貼膜100是一種具有貼附功能的膜，能夠使被貼附的裝置表面免受外部環境影響，從而對裝置起到一定的保護作用。黏貼膜100的貼附過程中，若黏貼膜100與裝置表面之間的空氣不能完全排出，殘留氣體將會形成氣泡導致黏貼膜100的貼合效果不佳。因此，在可撓性基層20開設的多條溝槽21有利於氣體排出避免形成氣泡，從而改善黏貼膜100的貼合效果。
具體地，可撓性基層20主要由矽膠或者橡膠材料製成，但不限於此。可撓性基層20具有良好的貼附作用並能夠在受力或受熱情況下發生形變，因為溝槽21在排氣之後需要被完全填充以避免外來物質由溝槽21滲入到膜片10與裝置表面之間。
需要說明的是，溝槽21的截面尺寸過小不利於氣體的排出，尺寸過大則難以保證排氣後被完全填充。因此，需要控制溝槽21的截面尺寸及單位面積中的溝槽21數量，使溝槽21在順利排氣之後被完全填充。
優選地，溝槽21的寬度為0.06~0.2mm；溝槽21的深度大於0且小於等於0.1mm；相鄰兩個溝槽21之間的距離大於0且小於等於2mm。
本實施例中，溝槽21的截面形狀為矩形，在其它實施例中，溝槽21的截面形狀還可以是U形或者多角形，但不限於此。
進一步地，請一併參閱圖2及圖3，可撓性基層20被劃分為第一區域201與第二區域202，本實施例中，穿孔30位於第一區域201內，第二區域202為可撓性基層20中第一區域201之外的其它區域，並與第一區域201相鄰接。具體地，第一區域201內溝槽21的平均間距小於第二區域202內溝槽21的平均間距，以使第一區域201的排氣能力高於第二區域202的排氣能力。
可以理解，穿孔30屬於黏貼膜100的內部排氣邊緣，可以使氣體彙聚排出，因而提高此處的排氣能力有利於快速排氣並改善穿孔30周邊的貼合效果。此外，穿孔30的形狀、大小及數量取決於被貼附裝置的表面結構，例如被貼附裝置為智慧手機時，黏貼膜100針對智慧手機螢幕一側表面上的出音孔、按鍵孔等結構開設穿孔30。
進一步地，可撓性基層20開設的多個溝槽21相互連通，能夠使氣體多方向快速排出，具有更強的排氣效果。具體地，本實施例中，第一區域201內的溝槽21以穿孔30為中心呈放射狀分佈，第二區域202內的溝槽21呈網狀分佈。可以理解，穿孔30的數量為兩個或者多個時，位於每個穿孔30附近區域的溝槽21以對應一個穿孔30為中心呈放射狀分佈。
在其它一個實施例中，第一區域201還包括用於起膜的起膜角區域，可以理解，黏貼膜100在使用之前通常與離型膜貼合在一起，掀起黏貼膜100一角使黏貼膜100與離型膜分離時的起膜角區域會在最後與待貼膜裝置貼合在一起，因此，需要具備較強的排氣能力。
進一步地，本發明還提供一種具有黏貼膜的裝置，該裝置的表面貼附有上述任一實施例提供的黏貼膜100，該裝置可以是電子產品，如手機、電腦，也可以是光源裝置，但不限於此。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種黏貼膜，包括膜片，其改良在於：還包括位於所述膜片一側的可撓性基層及貫穿所述膜片與所述可撓性基層的穿孔；所述可撓性基層相背於所述膜片的一側開設有多條溝槽；所述可撓性基層包括第一區域與第二區域，所述穿孔位於所述第一區域內，所述第一區域內的所述溝槽的平均間距小於所述第二區域內的所述溝槽的平均間距。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之黏貼膜，其中，所述溝槽的寬度為0.06~0.2mm。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之黏貼膜，其中，所述溝槽的深度大於0且小於等於0.1mm。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之黏貼膜，其中，相鄰兩個所述溝槽之間的距離大於0且小於等於2mm。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之黏貼膜，其中，多個所述溝槽相互連通。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之黏貼膜，其中，所述第一區域內的所述溝槽以所述穿孔為中心呈放射狀分佈。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之黏貼膜，其中，所述第一區域還包括用於起膜的起膜角區域。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之黏貼膜，其中，所述溝槽的截面形狀為矩形、U形及多角形中的任一種。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之黏貼膜，其中，所述可撓性基層由矽膠或者橡膠材料製成。
  10. 一種具有黏貼膜的裝置，其改良在於，所述裝置的表面貼附有如申請專利範圍第1項至第9項任意一項所述的黏貼膜。
