Abstract
本发明提供了一种复合振膜的制作方法,该方法包括以下步骤:提供一硅基材层,将所述硅基材层进行等离子处理;将所述硅基材层的上表面进行表面活化处理;提供一聚醚醚酮层;将所述硅基材层的上表面与所述聚醚醚酮层热压贴合。该复合振膜有效的提高了产品的声学性能。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种复合振膜,特别涉及一种用于电声器件的复合振膜的制作方法。
【背景技术】
随着市场需求的不断提高,电子器件如手机等逐渐向薄型化方向发展,而且要求其声音质量越来越好,这就要求手机中的声学器件向着微型、薄型、高音质的方向发展。振膜是扬声器等声学器件的核心部件,对其声学性能的要求也就随之提高。
与本发明相关的振膜是用同一材料做成的单层,这种结构使得振膜的强度不高,使得声学性能不好。
因此,有必要提供一种新的振膜来克服上述缺点。
【发明内容】
本发明需解决的技术问题是提供一种声学性能更好的复合振膜。
本发明提供一种复合振膜的制作方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
提供一硅基材层,将所述硅基材层进行等离子处理;
将所述硅基材层的上表面进行表面活化处理;
提供一聚醚醚酮层;
将所述硅基材层的上表面与所述聚醚醚酮层热压贴合。
本发明具有以下优点:由于将硅基材层与所述聚醚醚酮层贴合,硅基材层与聚醚醚酮层都是耐高温的材料,且两者的热膨胀系数近似,使得硅基材层与聚醚醚酮层比较容易贴合,由此提高了复合振膜的可靠性,增强了复合振膜的声学性能。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,为本发明提供的一种复合振膜1,其包括硅基材层和贴合于所述硅基材层11的上表面的聚醚醚酮层12(PEEK,polyetheretherketone),所述复合振膜1的制作方法包括如下步骤:
提供一硅基材层11,将所述硅基材层11进行等离子处理;
将所述硅基材层11的上表面进行表面活化处理;
提供一聚醚醚酮层12;
将所述硅基材层11的上表面与所述聚醚醚酮层12热压贴合。
由于硅与聚醚醚酮都是比较耐高温的材料,且两者的热膨胀系数近似,比较容易热压贴合,因此,采用硅基材层11和聚醚醚酮层12制作的复合振膜1不但耐高温,并且可靠性高,由此增强了所述复合振膜1的声学性能。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种复合振膜的制作方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:提供一硅基材层,将所述硅基材层进行等离子处理;
将所述硅基材层的上表面进行表面活化处理;
提供一聚醚醚酮层;
将所述硅基材层的上表面与所述聚醚醚酮层热压贴合。
