Abstract
本發明係提供一種馬達轉子冷卻設計,尤指一種應用於一整合馬達、減速齒輪箱及差速器之電動車輛動力總成。
Description
本發明案係提供一種馬達轉子冷卻設計,尤指一種應用於一整合馬達、減速齒輪箱及差速器之電動車輛動力總成。
目前應用的馬達,當馬達在運轉時,其內部溫度會升高,為了減少馬達內部的熱能,因此會注入冷卻流體至馬達的內部,經由熱對流將定子和轉子的熱能傳導至冷卻流體,並經由外循環將溫度升高的冷卻流體進行熱交換作用,使冷卻流體降溫後再流入馬達的內部。然而,定子係利用外層包覆絕緣漆膜的漆包線所繞製而成,受限於絕緣漆膜的材料特性,可能會與特定的冷卻流體接觸而發生腐蝕,或與冷卻液體內的雜質接觸而受損。
目前應用於電動車輛的傳動系統,係將馬達主體連接至齒輪箱,再將齒輪箱連接至差速器。其中,馬達具有一輸出軸,齒輪箱具有一輸入孔,並且馬達的輸出軸剛性連接齒輪箱的輸入孔。為了便於組裝和拆卸,馬達的輸出軸直徑較齒輪箱的輸入孔直徑小,表示馬達的輸出軸和齒輪箱的輸入孔之間具有間隙。雖然齒輪箱內具有潤滑油,受限於輸出軸和 輸入孔的連結方式,尤指熱能的傳遞路徑係利用熱傳導的方式傳遞至齒輪箱的輸入孔和利用熱對流的方式傳遞至間隙的空氣,因此目前應用於電動車輛的動力總成,無法有效地利用齒輪箱內的潤滑油替轉子進行散熱。
本發明之目的係提供一種馬達轉子冷卻設計,尤指一種應用於一整合馬達、減速齒輪箱及差速器之電動車輛動力總成,係將部分的轉子浸泡在齒輪箱內的潤滑油裡,利用熱傳導的方式將轉子的熱能傳遞至轉子的兩端,並利用熱對流的方式將轉子的熱能傳遞至齒輪箱內的潤滑油。接著,透過熱對流的方式將齒輪箱內潤滑油的熱能傳遞至齒輪箱,並利用熱傳導的方式將齒輪箱的熱能傳遞至馬達主體,並經由馬達主體的冷卻液體將馬達主體的熱能攜出。
為達上述之目的,本案之較佳實施例為提供一馬達的轉子冷卻設計,包括:馬達主體、定子、轉子、冷卻水道、齒輪箱、行星齒、行星架、環齒輪、齒輪、傳動軸、油封。

參考第三圖,當馬達在運轉時,其內部溫度會升高,利用熱傳導的方式將轉子的熱能傳遞至轉子的兩端,並利用熱對流的方式將轉子的熱能傳遞至第一齒輪箱和第二齒輪箱內的潤滑油;接著,透過熱對流的方式將第一齒輪箱內部和第二齒輪箱內部之潤滑油的熱能傳遞至第一齒輪箱和第二齒輪箱,並經由熱傳導的方式將第一齒輪箱和第二齒輪箱的熱能傳遞至馬達主體;然後,經由熱對流的方式將馬達主體的熱能傳遞至馬達冷卻水道的冷卻流體,再經由外循環將溫度升高的冷卻流體進行熱交換作用,使冷卻流體降溫後再流入馬達的內部。
Claims (1)
- 一整合馬達、減速機及差速器之電動車輛動力總成之馬達轉子冷卻設計,具有一馬達主體、一定子、一轉子、至少一冷卻水道、兩齒輪箱、六行星齒、兩環齒輪、兩行星架、一圓管、三齒輪、一傳動軸和四油封;其中,馬達主體剛性連接第一齒輪箱,第一齒輪箱連接圓管,圓管連接第二齒輪箱,第二齒輪箱剛性連接馬達主體;其中,第一齒輪箱連接第一油封,第一油封連接第一行星架,第一行星架連接第一行星齒、第二行星齒和第三行星齒,第一行星齒、第二行星齒和第三行星齒連接轉子和第一環齒輪,轉子連接第二油封,第二油封連接第一齒輪箱,第一環齒輪連接第一齒輪,第一齒輪連接傳動軸,傳動軸連接第二齒輪,第二齒輪連接第三齒輪,第三齒輪連接第二環齒輪,第二環齒輪連接第四行星齒、第五行星齒和第六行星齒,第四行星齒、第五行星齒和第六行星齒連接轉子和第二行星架,轉子連接第三油封,第三油封連接第二齒輪箱,第二齒輪箱連接第四油封,第四油封連接第二行星架;其中,第一環齒輪和第二環齒輪具有內齒和外齒;其中,第一齒輪箱和第二齒輪箱內具有潤滑油,並利用第一油封、第二油封、第三油封和第四油封阻卻潤滑油外漏至馬達主體的內部或齒輪箱外;其中,轉子係浸泡在第一齒輪箱和第二齒輪箱內的潤滑油裡;其中,當馬達在運轉時,其內部溫度會升高,利用熱傳導的方式將轉子的熱能傳遞至轉子的兩端,並利用熱對流的方式將轉子的熱能傳遞至第一齒輪箱和第二齒輪箱內的潤滑油;接著,透過熱對流的方式將第一齒輪箱內部和第二齒輪箱內部之潤滑油的熱能傳遞至第一齒輪箱和第二齒輪箱,並經由熱傳導的方式將第一齒 輪箱和第二齒輪箱的熱能傳遞至馬達主體;然後,經由熱對流的方式將馬達主體的熱能傳遞至馬達的冷卻流體,再經由外循環將溫度升高的冷卻流體進行熱交換作用,使冷卻流體降溫後再流入馬達的內部。
