技术领域

背景技术
在本申请人的案号为102013211225.4的先前申请中公开了一种这样的混合动力驱动装置,该混合动力驱动装置具有以比较高的转速转动的电机,其转速经由构造为行星齿轮变速器的传动比级被减速到变速器输入轴的比较低的转速。这样的混合动力模块中的问题是一方面要对电机进行冷却且另一方面要对行星齿轮变速器进行冷却。在根据在先申请的装置中,主要通过油流进行冷却,油流从主变速器的油回路中取出并再次向该油回路输送并因此形成辅助油回路。在先前申请的图4和图5中示出该辅助油回路,该辅助油回路对混合动力模块进行润滑和冷却。此时经由变速器输入轴在中央和在轴向方向上进行油输送,从而油流经由旋转部分从内向外地实现并经由使混合动力壳体与主变速器壳体连接的回油管被回引到主变速器的变速器壳体和油底壳中。因此,通过混合动力模块中的油吸收的热量作为附加的热量输入到达变速器油回路中。
发明内容
从上述的先前申请出发,本发明的目的是改善混合动力驱动装置的冷却。
该改善是通过权利要求1的特征来来实现,更确切地说,主要通过如下方式来实现,即,将从油流吸收的热量的一部分向对定子进行冷却的冷却剂排放并且不作为热量输入到达主变速器中。也就是说,在混合动力模块中,在较高温度的要回引的油流与和较低温度的绕流定子的冷却剂流之间进行热传递。因此,损耗热量的一部分直接到达机动车的内燃机的冷却剂回路中。因此,主变速器较少地受到混合动力模块的热加载。
根据优选实施方式,包围定子的冷却通道具有导热的分隔壁,油流从分隔壁旁经过。因此,油流将其热量的一部分通过热传递和热传导向着分隔壁排放并因此向在分隔壁的另一侧上流动的冷却剂排放。由于油具有比冷却剂明显更高的温度,因而得到充分的温度下降。
根据另一优选实施方式,以大地测量学的方式在冷却通道之下布置有油冷却腔,油冷却腔被要回引的油流穿流。油冷却腔通过分隔壁与冷却通道分开。油冷却腔的横截面被设定得足够大,从而得到了油的流动速度的降低以及因此油在油冷却腔中的比较长的停留时间。因此,提供了有利的条件,以便使油的损耗热量的相当大的部分传递给冷却剂。
根据另一优选实施方式,油冷却腔布置在混合动力壳体中,即,油冷却腔可以通过对变速器壳体的比较少的改变来制造。
根据另一优选实施方式,油冷却腔具有流入和流出开口,即,油冷却腔横向(在变速器输入轴的轴向方向上)延伸穿过混合动力壳体。此时,流入和流出开口与电机的和行星齿轮变速器的油底壳处于流体流动连接。
根据另一优选实施方式,流出开口布置在回油管的流入区域中,即,要回引的、已经预冷却的油从油冷却腔直接到达回油通道中。

1.机动车的混合动力驱动装置,所述混合动力驱动装置包括:具有变速器输入轴和变速器壳体的主变速器;能作为电动机和发电机运行的、具有定子(25a)和转子(25b)的电机(25),所述电机布置在所述主变速器的输入侧;以及行星齿轮变速器,所述行星齿轮变速器布置在所述转子(25b)与所述变速器输入轴之间,其中,所述变速器输入轴具有用于对所述行星齿轮变速器和所述电机(25)进行供油的中央油孔和横向孔,其中,所述行星齿轮变速器和所述电机(25)布置在混合动力壳体(20)中,并且其中,所述混合动力壳体(20)经由回油管(42)与所述主变速器的变速器壳体连接,其中,能被冷却剂穿流的冷却通道(50)沿径向布置在所述定子(25a)之外,并且其中,向所述回油管(42)输送的油流与所述冷却剂处于能传递热量的连接中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述冷却通道(50)具有导热的分隔壁(54),油流从所述分隔壁(54)旁经过。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,以大地测量学的方式在所述冷却通道(50)之下布置有油冷却腔(53),所述油冷却腔能被油流穿流并且与所述冷却通道(50)通过所述分隔壁(54)来限界。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述油冷却腔(53)布置在所述混合动力壳体(20)中。
5.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述油冷却腔(53)具有流入和流出开口(53a、53b)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述流出开口(53b)布置在所述回油管(42)的流入区域中。
