Abstract

一種輪框發電裝置,設置在可轉動的一輪框,包含一環狀定子及一環狀轉子。該環狀定子固設於該輪框且與該輪框共設有一相同的旋轉軸,該環狀轉子可轉動地設置於該輪框且與該輪框共設有相同的該旋轉軸,該環狀轉子能相對該環狀定子運動以產生感應電流。該環狀轉子包括一偏離該旋轉軸的重心,該環狀轉子的該重心位置與該旋轉軸有一最短距離,且該環狀轉子受重力曳引而相對該環狀定子轉動而獲得一發電轉矩,該發電轉矩最大值等於作用於該環狀轉子的重力與該最短距離的乘積。

Description

輪框發電裝置
本發明是有關於一種發電裝置,特別是指一種適用裝設於一可轉動的輪框的輪框發電裝置。
目前市面上的胎壓偵測系統(Tire Pressure Monitoring System, 簡稱TPMS)因為需仰賴電池容量有限的一次性電池來供給電力,因此,能理解的是,當電量耗盡時,若使用者無法立即換新,胎壓偵測系統便會因缺乏電力而存有無法作動的風險空窗期。另外,有種已運用於軍用車輛或是重度越野車等高規格車輛的中央輪胎充氣系統(Central Tire Inflation System, 簡稱CTIS),雖能對行駛中的車輛之輪胎進行充氣作業,惟,其構造複雜成本高昂,因此尚未能大量推廣普及。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種環保且能永續使用,並持續供給各項車用電子所需電量,進而縮短風險空窗期的輪框發電裝置。
於是,本發明輪框發電裝置,設置在一可轉動的輪框上,該輪框發電裝置包含:一環狀定子及一環狀轉子。
該環狀定子固設於該輪框且與該輪框共設有一相同的旋轉軸。
該環狀轉子可轉動地設置於該輪框且與該輪框共設有相同的該旋轉軸,該環狀轉子包括一偏離該旋轉軸的重心,該環狀轉子的該重心位置與該旋轉軸有一最短距離,且定義一自該旋轉軸朝該環狀轉子的該重心位置之最短距離的連線方向,該連線方向與該環狀轉子所受的重力方向夾一角度。
本發明之功效在於:藉由該環狀轉子的該重心位置與該旋轉軸有該最短距離,且該環狀轉子受重力曳引而相對該環狀定子轉動而獲得一發電轉矩,如此,便能讓裝設有本發明的輪框之車輛,在車輪轉動時,產生供應各式車用電子所需的電量。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明輪框發電裝置的一第一實施例,該輪框發電裝置100設置在一可轉動的輪框91上,該輪框91與一外胎92相互配合界定出一氣室93,該輪框91、該外胎92與該氣室93構成一輪胎9。
該輪框發電裝置100包含一環狀定子1及一環狀轉子2。
該環狀定子1固設於該輪框91且與該輪框91共設有一相同的旋轉軸L。在本第一實施例中,定義一正交座標系統,該正交座標系統由一X軸、一Y軸與一Z軸所構成,該環狀定子1包括一電流導體繞線線圈11,該旋轉軸L平行該X軸。
該環狀轉子2可轉動地設置於該輪框91且與該輪框91共設有相同的該旋轉軸L,且該環狀轉子2是由兩個設置於該輪框91的軸承3所支撐。詳細說明的是,該環狀轉子2能相對該環狀定子1運動以產生感應電流(Induction Current),且所生成的感應電流能經該電流導體繞線線圈11朝低電位流動。在本第一實施例中,該環狀轉子2包括一偏離該旋轉軸L的重心C,及一磁性件21,該磁性件21能為永久磁鐵。
在此詳細說明的是,該環狀轉子2的該重心C位置與該旋轉軸L有一最短距離D,且該環狀轉子2受重力曳引而相對該環狀定子1轉動而獲得一發電轉矩,該發電轉矩最大值等於作用於該環狀轉子2的重力與該最短距離D的乘積。
在本第一實施例中,能定義一自該旋轉軸L朝該環狀轉子2的該重心C位置之最短距離的連線方向α,且該連線方向α與該環狀轉子2所受的一重力方向G夾一角度θ。值得一提的是,無論該輪框91是逆時針滾動前進或是順時針滾動後退,只要當該連線方向α與該環狀轉子2所受的該重力方向G夾90度時,本發明便能獲得最大發電轉矩。值得說明的是,該環狀轉子2的形狀不以圖2所揭露為限。
參閱圖3,為本發明該第一實施例的一個變化例,其主要差異在於,該輪框發電裝置200的該環狀定子1固設於一軸承3’的一內環31’上,該環狀轉子2可轉動地設置於該軸承3’的一外環32’上,一發電轉矩控制系統51電連接該環狀定子1並固設於該軸承3’的該內環31’。在此補充說明的是,該軸承3’還包括一滾動於該外環32’與該內環31’之間的滾珠33’。
另外也說明的是,該發電轉矩控制系統51是能用以控制該角度θ大小,舉例來說,當欲獲得最大發電轉矩時,該發電轉矩控制系統51能在車輪滾動時控制該環狀轉子2在90度以最大發電轉矩發電;而當電力充足時,該發電轉矩控制系統51能讓該角度θ能維持在0度與180度之間調整。
較佳地,本發明該輪框發電裝置200還包含一電連接該環狀定子1的抽氣增壓系統52、一電連接該環狀定子1且用以儲存電能的儲能電池陣列53、一電連接該環狀定子1的胎溫與胎壓偵測系統54、一電連接該環狀定子1的輪框轉速與加速度偵測系統55、一電連接該環狀定子1的整合控制電路系統56,及一電連接該環狀定子1的車輪荷重偵測系統57。
詳細說明的是,該抽氣增壓系統52能是目前已知的中央輪胎充氣系統的小型化與離散化,如此,便能達成對行駛中的車輛之輪胎充氣的功效;該儲能電池陣列53主要是用以儲存本發明所產生的電能,以確保能提供足量的電力給各式車用電子(如前述所述的胎溫與該壓偵測系統54、該輪框轉速與加速度偵測系統55等),較佳地,該儲能電池陣列53包含多個彼此串接的可充電式電池;該整合控制電路系統56是用以運算、接收與傳輸裝設於車輛內部的各式車用電子的電子訊號;該車輪荷重偵測系統57是用以偵測輪胎所承受的荷重,其偵測原理是利用一設置於輪框且面向外胎的光感測器,偵測輪胎行進時接觸地面的形變量,通過輪胎與地面接觸的面積及胎壓大小,進一步得出輪胎所受荷重。由於,該抽氣增壓系統52、該胎溫與胎壓偵測系統54、該輪框轉速與加速度偵測系統55,及該車輪荷重偵測系統57非本發明主要之技術特徵,在此便不再詳述其作動原理。
經由以上的說明,可再將本發明的優點歸納如下:
一、本發明藉由該環狀轉子2的該重心C位置與該旋轉軸L有該最短距離D,且該環狀轉子2受重力曳引而相對該環狀定子1轉動而獲得該發電轉矩,藉此讓裝設有本發明的該輪框91之車輛,能在車輪轉動時,產生供應各式車用電子所需的電量,如此,便能達成能永續使用且兼具環保,並可縮短車用電子因缺乏電力而無法作動的風險空窗期的目的。
二、本發明該環狀定子1與該抽氣增壓系統52彼此呈電連接後,本發明便能持續供給該抽氣增壓系統52所需的電量,藉此確保行駛中的車輛可視需求持續對該輪胎9進行充放氣作業,讓裝設有本發明的該輪胎9之胎壓可維持在正常值範圍內,進而提升行車安全。
參閱圖4至圖6,為本發明輪框發電裝置的一另一變化例,該輪框發電裝置300也適用裝置於可轉動的該輪框91上,該另一變化例是類似於該第一實施例,該另一變化例與該第一實施例的主要差異在於:
該環狀定子1’能徑向設置於一安裝該輪框91上的氣嘴8,如圖5所示。
另需說明的是,該環狀轉子2’是相對於該旋轉軸L呈可轉動地設置於該輪框91,因此,無論該輪框91是逆時針滾動前進或是順時針滾動後退,該環狀轉子2’能藉由相對於該環狀定子1’運動而產生微量感應電流。
如此,該另一變化例也可達成與上述該第一實施例相同的目的與功效。
綜上所述,本發明輪框發電裝置確實能達成本發明之目的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種輪框發電裝置,設置在一可轉動的輪框上,該輪框發電裝置包含: 一環狀定子,固設於該輪框且與該輪框共設有一相同的旋轉軸;及 一環狀轉子,可轉動地設置於該輪框且與該輪框共設有相同的該旋轉軸,該環狀轉子包括一偏離該旋轉軸的重心,該環狀轉子的該重心位置與該旋轉軸有一最短距離,且定義一自該旋轉軸朝該環狀轉子的該重心位置之最短距離的連線方向,該連線方向與該環狀轉子所受的重力方向夾一角度。
  2. 如請求項1所述的輪框發電裝置,其中,該角度能在0度與180度之間調整。
  3. 如請求項1所述的輪框發電裝置,其中,該環狀轉子由至少一設置於該輪框的軸承所支撐,該環狀轉子還包括一磁性件,該環狀定子包括一電流導體繞線線圈。
  4. 如請求項2所述的輪框發電裝置,還包含一電連接該環狀定子的發電轉矩控制系統。
  5. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的輪框發電裝置,還包含一電連接該環狀定子且用以儲存電能的儲能電池陣列。
  6. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的輪框發電裝置,還包含一電連接該環狀定子的抽氣增壓系統。
  7. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的輪框發電裝置,還包含一電連接該環狀定子的胎溫與胎壓偵測系統。
  8. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的輪框發電裝置,還包含一電連接該環狀定子的輪框轉速與加速度偵測系統。
  9. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的輪框發電裝置,還包含一電連接該環狀定子的整合控制電路系統,該整合控制電路系統能用以運算、接收與傳輸電子訊號。
  10. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述的輪框發電裝置,還包含一電連接該環狀定子的車輪荷重偵測系統。
