Abstract
一種連接模組。連接模組包括機殼、轉動件、固定件及連接器。轉動件可轉動地設於機殼內。固定件固設於機殼。當固定件與轉動件相對轉動過程中,固定件與轉動件保持電性接觸。連接器設於轉動件且透過轉動件電連接固定件。
Description
本發明是有關於一種連接模組,且特別是有關於一種以轉動進行連接的連接模組。
有些電子裝置包含多個獨立電子模組,此些電子模組對接後可提供一特定功能。然而,只要此些電子模組的連接機構設計不當,可能導致組裝不便或對接後電性連接關係不可靠等問題。因此,如何提供一種可提升組裝性及電連接可靠度的連接設計係本領域業者努力目標之一。
本發明係有關於一種連接模組,可提升電子裝置的組裝性及數個模組之間電連接關係的可靠度。
根據本發明之一實施例,提出一種連接模組。連接模組包括一機殼、一轉動件、一固定件及至少一連接器。轉動件可相對該機殼,且設於機殼內。固定件固設於機殼內且當固定件與轉動件相對轉動過程中,固定件與轉動件保持電性接觸。連接器設於轉動件且透過轉動件電連接固定件。

請參照第1A至1C圖,第1A圖繪示依照本發明一實施例之電子裝置的外觀圖,第1B圖繪示第1A圖之連接模組的分解圖,而第1C圖繪示第1A圖之電子裝置沿方向1C-1C’的剖視圖。
電子裝置100包括電子模組110及連接模組120。電子模組110例如是攝像模組(如照相機、攝影機)、通訊模組(如手機)或其它各種具有電路的電子模組。本實施例之連接模組120係以電源模組為例說明,其可供應電子模組110一需求電力。另一實施例中,連接模組120可具有特定功能的電子電路(未繪示),其可配合、輔助或增強電子模組110的功能。例如,連接模組120也可以是無線通訊模組或具有記憶體的儲存模組。
如第1B及1C圖所示,連接模組120包括機殼121、轉動件122、固定件123、第一連接器124、電子元件125、導線126、第二連接器127及密合件128。機殼121包括止擋部1211,轉動件122具有卡槽122r。當轉動件122裝設於機殼121內,止
擋部1211可限制於卡槽122r內,使轉動件122受到止擋部1211的止擋,而不易與機殼121分離。此外,如第1B圖所示,機殼121包括至少一限位部1212,固定件123包括至少一限位槽123r。固定件123可採用限位槽123r對準限位部1212的方式裝設於機殼121內。由於限位部1212受限於限位槽123r內,使固定件123難以相對機殼121轉動。此外,當固定件123裝設於機殼121後,可將限位部1212黏合或卡合於限位槽123r內,以避免固定件123沿機殼121的軸向滑動。如此,固定件123相對機殼121係無法活動。
另一實施例中,可只限制固定件123相對機殼121的轉動自由度即可,而不限制固定件123相對機殼121的滑動自由度。
如第1C圖所示,轉動件122可轉動地設於機殼121內。第一連接器124例如是各種規格的通用序列匯排流(Universal Serial Bus,USB),如micro USB或其它尺寸的USB。第一連接器124例如是USB的公端,然亦可為母端。第一連接器124可插入轉動件122,且用以與電子模組110對接。當電子模組110與連接模組120的第一連接器124對接後,電子模組110與連接模組120可相對轉動,透過旋轉的方式可固定電子模組110與連接模組120。由於固定件123相對機殼121係固定,因此在電子模組110與連接模組120相對轉動過程中,固定件123可與電子模組110固定。
如第1C圖所示,固定件123包括基座1231、固定桿1232及第一導電部1233。固定件123的固定桿1232連接於基座1231並穿過轉動件122的貫孔122a。固定桿1232包括一固定端1236,固定端1236穿過且突出於貫孔122a。固定端1236具有螺紋,可與電子模組110螺合,以固定電子模組110與連接模組120的相對位置。本實施例中,固定端1236具有一公螺紋,而電子模組110具有配合的母螺紋;另一實施例中,固定端1236具有一母螺紋,而電子模組110具有配合的公螺紋。此外,固定端1236的螺紋可採用標準規格的螺紋,例如是外徑1/4英寸的標準螺紋。
第一導電部1233設於基座1231且從基座1231的上表面1231u露出。轉動件122更包括第二導電部1221。第二導電部1221接觸第一導電部1233,以電連接於第一導電部1233,如此,電子模組110可透過第一連接器124、第一導電部1233及第二導電部1221電連接於電子元件125。
本實施例中,第一導電部1233呈封閉環形,使電子模組110與連接模組120相對轉動過程中,第二導電部1221可與第一導電部1233保持電性接觸。本實施例中,電子元件125例如是電池。由於第二導電部1221與第一導電部1233電性接觸,使電子元件125可透過第二導電部1221、第一導電部1233及第一連接器124供電給電子模組110。此外,第二連接器127可接收一外部電力;例如,一外部電源(未繪示)可透過第二連接器127對電子元件125充電。第二連接器127的種類可類似第一連接器
124。第二連接器127例如是USB的母端,然亦可為公端。另一實施例中,可配合電子元件125或連接模組120的設計省略第二連接器127。
此外,由於第二導電部1221與第一導電部1233保持電性接觸,使轉動件122與固定件123的電連接關係不受電子模組110與連接模組120之間相對轉動角度的影響。也就是說,當電子模組110與連接模組120一固定後,無論電子模組110與連接模組120的相對位置為何,電子模組110都能與連接模組120電性連接。如此一來,可提升電子模組110與連接模組120的電性連接可靠度。
本實施例中,第二導電部1221係彈性連接器,如單針彈簧連接器(Pogo pin)。第二導電部1221可藉由彈力抵壓在第一導電部1233上,以與第一導電部1233保持電性接觸。另一實施例中,第一導電部1233可以是彈性連接器,而第一導電部1233呈封閉環形。
此外,第一導電部1233及/或第二導電部1221的數量可以是單個或多個,且/或第一導電部1233與第二導電部1221的數量可相同或相異。第一導電部1233及/或第二導電部1221的數量可視第一連接器124或電子元件125的設計而定,本發明實施例不加以限制。
固定件123更包括接墊1234及導電孔(via)1235,其中接墊1234形成於基座1231,且從基座1231的下表面1231b露
出。導電孔1235形成於基座1231內,並電連接接墊1234與第一導電部1233,使第一導電部1233透過導電孔1235及接墊1234電連接於電子元件125。一實施例中,基座1231、第一導電部1233、第二導電部1221、接墊1234與導電孔1235的構成如同電路板,其可更包括其它配合電子模組110及/或連接模組120的電路。此外,導線126連接固定件123與電子元件125。例如,導線126連接接墊1234與電子元件125,以電連接固定件123與電子元件125。
就製程而言,固定桿1232與基座1231可以是一體成形結構。例如,固定桿1232與基座1231可以採用射出成形一體形成。在基座1231形成後,可採用半導體製程形成第一導電部1233、接墊1234及導電孔1235於基座1231中。另一實施例中,固定桿1232與基座1231可分別形成後,再採用卡合、螺合、焊合、鉚合、黏合等暫時性或永久性方式結合。就材質而言,基座1231的材質例如是高分子聚合物或其它絕緣材料,而固定桿1232的材料例如是高分子聚合物、金屬、其它導電或絕緣材料。此外,基座1231與固定桿1232的材質可相同或相異。以相異來說,基座1231的材質例如是高分子聚合物,而固定桿1232的材料例如是金屬。
如第1C圖所示,機殼121具有凹槽121r,密合件128設於凹槽121r。當電子模組110與連接模組120固定後,密合件128被壓縮於機殼121與電子模組110之間,可避免外部雜
質(如液體或顆粒)侵入電子裝置100內。
第2圖繪示依照本發明另一實施例之連接模組的剖視圖,其中第2圖的放大圖係連接模組220之局部剖面的放大圖。連接模組220包括機殼121、轉動件222、固定件223、第一連接器124、電子元件125、導線126、第二連接器127及密合件128。
固定件223包括基座1231、固定桿2232及第一導電部2233,其中基座1231固定於機殼121,而固定桿1232連接於基座1231且穿過轉動件222的貫孔122a。當電子模組110(如第1B圖所示)與連接模組220的第一連接器124對接後,電子模組110與連接模組220可相對轉動。由於固定件223相對機殼121係固定,因此在電子模組110與連接模組220相對轉動過程中,固定件223可與電子模組110固定。
如第2圖之局部剖面放大圖所示,第一導電部2233設於固定桿2232的外側壁。轉動件222包括第二導電部2221,其設於轉動件222之貫孔122a內且接觸對應的第一導電部2233,以電連接第一導電部2233。本實施例中,第一導電部2233呈封閉環形,使電子模組110與連接模組220相對轉動過程中,第一導電部2233與第二導電部2221可保持接觸。
固定桿2232具有環狀槽2232r,第一導電部2233可容置於環狀槽2232r內。如此,可避免第一導電部2233過度突出而干涉到貫孔122a的內側壁。第一導電部2233的數量可以是多個,而環狀槽2232r的數量可與第一導電部2233相同,以容納
所有的第一導電部2233。第一導電部2233的數量可視第一連接器124及/或電子元件125的設計而定,本發明實施例不加以限制。
本實施例中,第二導電部2221例如是彈片或彈性連接器,其中彈性連接器可類似上述第二導電部2221或其它合適連接器。第二導電部2221藉由彈力抵壓在第一導電部2233上,使在電子模組110與連接模組220相對轉動過程中,第二導電部2221與第一導電部2233可保持電性接觸。
此外,固定桿2232具有空心部2232a,導線126從第一導電部2233經由空心部2232a延伸至固定件223外且連接電子元件125。如此一來,第一連接器124可透過第二導電部2221、第一導電部2233與導線126電連接電子元件125。本實施例中,導線126與第一導電部2233的數量可相同,其中各導線126連接對應的第一導電部2233。
綜上所述,本發明實施例之連接模組及應用其之電子裝置,至少具有以下技術功效:
(1).一實施例中,連接模組的轉動件可相對機殼轉動,使在電子模組與插置於轉動件的連接器對接後,電子模組與連接模組可相對轉動,而能與連接模組的固定件固定。
(2).一實施例中,連接模組的第一導電部與第二導電部的一者呈封閉環形,使在電子模組與連接模組相對轉動過程中,第一導電部與第二導電部保持電性接觸。
(3).一實施例中,由於第二導電部與第一導電部保
持電性接觸,使轉動件與固定件的電連接關係不受電子模組與連接模組相對轉動角度值的影響。
綜上所述,雖然本發明已以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明。本發明所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作各種之更動與潤飾。因此,本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (20)
- 一種連接模組,包括:一機殼;一轉動件,可相對該機殼轉動,且設於該機殼內;以及一固定件,固設於該機殼內,其中當該固定件與該轉動件相對轉動過程中,該固定件與該轉動件保持電性接觸;以及至少一連接器,設於該轉動件且透過該轉動件電連接該固定件。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接模組,其中該固定件包括:一基座;以及一固定桿,連接於該基座並穿過該轉動件。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之連接模組,其中該固定件更包括一第一導電部,該第一導電部設於該基座;該轉動件包括一第二導電部,該第二導電部接觸該第一導電部。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之連接模組,其中該固定件更包括一第一導電部,該第一導電部設於該固定桿;該轉動件包括一貫孔及一設於該貫孔內的第二導電部,該第二導電部接觸該第一導電部。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之連接模組,其中該第一導電部與該第二導電部之一者呈環形,而該第一導電部與該第二導電部之一者係彈性連接器。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之連接模組,其中該彈性連接器係單針彈簧連接器(Pogo pin)。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之連接模組,其中該第一導電部與該第二導電部之一者呈環形,而該第一導電部與該第二導電部之一者係彈性連接器。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之連接模組,其中該彈性連接器係單針彈簧連接器。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之連接模組,其中該固定桿具有一環狀槽,該第一導電部容置於該環狀槽內。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之連接模組,其中該固定桿具有一空心部;該連接模組更包括:一導線,從該第一導電部經由該空心部延伸至該固定件外。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之連接模組,其中該固定桿與該基座係一體成形。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之連接模組,其中該轉動件具有一貫孔,該固定桿的一固定端穿過且突出於該貫孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之連接模組,其中該固定端具有一螺紋。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接模組,其中該機殼包括一止擋部,該轉動件具有一卡槽,而該止擋部被限制於該卡槽內。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接模組,更包括:一電子元件,位於該機殼內且電連接於該固定件。
- 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之連接模組,其中該電子元件係電池。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接模組,其中該機殼具有一凹槽,該連接模組更包括:一密封件,設於該凹槽內。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接模組,其中該至少一連接器包括一第一連接器以及一第二連接器,該第二連接器用以接收一外部電力,而一內部電力透過該第一連接器輸出至一電子模組。
- 如申請專利範圍第18項所述之連接模組,其中該電子模組係攝像模組或通訊模組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接模組,其中該至少一連接器包括一第一連接器及一第二連接器,該一連接器與該第二連接器分別為一連接器種類的公端與母端。
