Abstract
本发明公开一种连接模块。连接模块包括机壳、转动件、固定件及连接器。转动件可转动地设于机壳内。固定件固设于机壳。当固定件与转动件相对转动过程中,固定件与转动件保持电性接触。连接器设于转动件且通过转动件电连接固定件。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接模块,且特别是涉及一种以转动进行连接的连接模块。
背景技术
有些电子装置包含多个独立电子模块,此些电子模块对接后可提供一特定功能。然而,只要此些电子模块的连接机构设计不当,可能导致组装不便或对接后电连接关系不可靠等问题。因此,如何提供一种可提升组装性及电连接可靠度的连接设计是本领域业者努力目标之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种连接模块,可提升电子装置的组装性及数个模块之间电连接关系的可靠度。
为达上述目的,根据本发明的一实施例,提出一种连接模块。连接模块包括一机壳、一转动件、一固定件及至少一连接器。转动件可相对该机壳,且设于机壳内。固定件固设于机壳内且当固定件与转动件相对转动过程中,固定件与转动件保持电性接触。连接器设于转动件且通过转动件电连接固定件。
为了对本发明的上述及其他方面有更佳的了解,下文特举优选实施例,并配合所附的附图,作详细说明如下:

具体实施方式
请参照图1A至图1C,图1A绘示依照本发明一实施例的电子装置的外观图,图1B绘示图1A的连接模块的分解图,而图1C绘示图1A的电子装置沿方向1C-1C’的剖视图。
电子装置100包括电子模块110及连接模块120。电子模块110例如是摄像模块(如照相机、摄影机)、通讯模块(如手机)或其它各种具有电路的电子模块。本实施例的连接模块120以电源模块为例说明,其可供应电子模块110一需求电力。另一实施例中,连接模块120可具有特定功能的电子电路(未绘示),其可配合、辅助或增强电子模块110的功能。例如,连接模块120也可以是无线通讯模块或具有存储器的存储模块。
如图1B及图1C所示,连接模块120包括机壳121、转动件122、固定件123、第一连接器124、电子元件125、导线126、第二连接器127及密合件128。机壳121包括止挡部1211,转动件122具有卡槽122r。当转动件122装设于机壳121内,止挡部1211可限制于卡槽122r内,使转动件122受到止挡部1211的止挡,而不易与机壳121分离。此外,如图1B所示,机壳121包括至少一限位部1212,固定件123包括至少一限位槽123r。固定件123可采用限位槽123r对准限位部1212的方式装设于机壳121内。由于限位部1212受限于限位槽123r内,使固定件123难以相对机壳121转动。此外,当固定件123装设于机壳121后,可将限位部1212黏合或卡合于限位槽123r内,以避免固定件123沿机壳121的轴向滑动。如此,固定件123相对机壳121无法活动。
另一实施例中,可只限制固定件123相对机壳121的转动自由度即可,而不限制固定件123相对机壳121的滑动自由度。
如图1C所示,转动件122可转动地设于机壳121内。第一连接器124例如是各种规格的通用序列汇排流(Universal Serial Bus,USB),如micro USB或其它尺寸的USB。第一连接器124例如是USB的公端,然而也可为母端。第一连接器124可插入转动件122,且用以与电子模块110对接。当电子模块110与连接模块120的第一连接器124对接后,电子模块110与连接模块120可相对转动,通过旋转的方式可固定电子模块110与连接模块120。由于固定件123相对机壳121固定,因此在电子模块110与连接模块120相对转动过程中,固定件123可与电子模块110固定。
如图1C所示,固定件123包括基座1231、固定杆1232及第一导电部1233。固定件123的固定杆1232连接于基座1231并穿过转动件122的贯孔122a。固定杆1232包括一固定端1236,固定端1236穿过且突出于贯孔122a。固定端1236具有螺纹,可与电子模块110螺合,以固定电子模块110与连接模块120的相对位置。本实施例中,固定端1236具有一公螺纹,而电子模块110具有配合的母螺纹;另一实施例中,固定端1236具有一母螺纹,而电子模块110具有配合的公螺纹。此外,固定端1236的螺纹可采用标准规格的螺纹,例如是外径1/4英寸的标准螺纹。
第一导电部1233设于基座1231且从基座1231的上表面1231u露出。转动件122还包括第二导电部1221。第二导电部1221接触第一导电部1233,以电连接于第一导电部1233,如此,电子模块110可通过第一连接器124、第一导电部1233及第二导电部1221电连接于电子元件125。
本实施例中,第一导电部1233呈封闭环形,使电子模块110与连接模块120相对转动过程中,第二导电部1221可与第一导电部1233保持电性接触。本实施例中,电子元件125例如是电池。由于第二导电部1221与第一导电部1233电性接触,使电子元件125可通过第二导电部1221、第一导电部1233及第一连接器124供电给电子模块110。此外,第二连接器127可接收一外部电力;例如,一外部电源(未绘示)可通过第二连接器127对电子元件125充电。第二连接器127的种类可类似第一连接器124。第二连接器127例如是USB的母端,然而也可为公端。另一实施例中,可配合电子元件125或连接模块120的设计省略第二连接器127。
此外,由于第二导电部1221与第一导电部1233保持电性接触,使转动件122与固定件123的电连接关系不受电子模块110与连接模块120之间相对转动角度的影响。也就是说,当电子模块110与连接模块120一固定后,无论电子模块110与连接模块120的相对位置为何,电子模块110都能与连接模块120电连接。如此一来,可提升电子模块110与连接模块120的电连接可靠度。
本实施例中,第二导电部1221是弹性连接器,如单针弹簧连接器(Pogopin)。第二导电部1221可通过弹力抵压在第一导电部1233上,以与第一导电部1233保持电性接触。另一实施例中,第一导电部1233可以是弹性连接器,而第一导电部1233呈封闭环形。
此外,第一导电部1233及/或第二导电部1221的数量可以是单个或多个,且/或第一导电部1233与第二导电部1221的数量可相同或相异。第一导电部1233及/或第二导电部1221的数量可视第一连接器124或电子元件125的设计而定,本发明实施例不加以限制。
固定件123还包括接垫1234及导电孔(via)1235,其中接垫1234形成于基座1231,且从基座1231的下表面1231b露出。导电孔1235形成于基座1231内,并电连接接垫1234与第一导电部1233,使第一导电部1233通过导电孔1235及接垫1234电连接于电子元件125。一实施例中,基座1231、第一导电部1233、第二导电部1221、接垫1234与导电孔1235的构成如同电路板,其可更包括其它配合电子模块110及/或连接模块120的电路。此外,导线126连接固定件123与电子元件125。例如,导线126连接接垫1234与电子元件125,以电连接固定件123与电子元件125。
就制作工艺而言,固定杆1232与基座1231可以是一体成形结构。例如,固定杆1232与基座1231可以采用射出成形一体形成。在基座1231形成后,可采用半导体制作工艺形成第一导电部1233、接垫1234及导电孔1235于基座1231中。另一实施例中,固定杆1232与基座1231可分别形成后,再采用卡合、螺合、焊合、铆合、黏合等暂时性或永久性方式结合。就材质而言,基座1231的材质例如是高分子聚合物或其它绝缘材料,而固定杆1232的材料例如是高分子聚合物、金属、其它导电或绝缘材料。此外,基座1231与固定杆1232的材质可相同或相异。以相异来说,基座1231的材质例如是高分子聚合物,而固定杆1232的材料例如是金属。
如图1C所示,机壳121具有凹槽121r,密合件128设于凹槽121r。当电子模块110与连接模块120固定后,密合件128被压缩于机壳121与电子模块110之间,可避免外部杂质(如液体或颗粒)侵入电子装置100内。
图2绘示依照本发明另一实施例的连接模块的剖视图,其中图2的放大图是连接模块220的局部剖面的放大图。连接模块220包括机壳121、转动件222、固定件223、第一连接器124、电子元件125、导线126、第二连接器127及密合件128。
固定件223包括基座1231、固定杆2232及第一导电部2233,其中基座1231固定于机壳121,而固定杆1232连接于基座1231且穿过转动件222的贯孔122a。当电子模块110(如图1B所示)与连接模块220的第一连接器124对接后,电子模块110与连接模块220可相对转动。由于固定件223相对机壳121固定,因此在电子模块110与连接模块220相对转动过程中,固定件223可与电子模块110固定。
如图2的局部剖面放大图所示,第一导电部2233设于固定杆2232的外侧壁。转动件222包括第二导电部2221,其设于转动件222的贯孔122a内且接触对应的第一导电部2233,以电连接第一导电部2233。本实施例中,第一导电部2233呈封闭环形,使电子模块110与连接模块220相对转动过程中,第一导电部2233与第二导电部2221可保持接触。
固定杆2232具有环状槽2232r,第一导电部2233可容置于环状槽2232r内。如此,可避免第一导电部2233过度突出而干涉到贯孔122a的内侧壁。第一导电部2233的数量可以是多个,而环状槽2232r的数量可与第一导电部2233相同,以容纳所有的第一导电部2233。第一导电部2233的数量可视第一连接器124及/或电子元件125的设计而定,本发明实施例不加以限制。
本实施例中,第二导电部2221例如是弹片或弹性连接器,其中弹性连接器可类似上述第二导电部2221或其它合适连接器。第二导电部2221通过弹力抵压在第一导电部2233上,使在电子模块110与连接模块220相对转动过程中,第二导电部2221与第一导电部2233可保持电性接触。
此外,固定杆2232具有空心部2232a,导线126从第一导电部2233经由空心部2232a延伸至固定件223外且连接电子元件125。如此一来,第一连接器124可通过第二导电部2221、第一导电部2233与导线126电连接电子元件125。本实施例中,导线126与第一导电部2233的数量可相同,其中各导线126连接对应的第一导电部2233。
综上所述,本发明实施例的连接模块及应用其的电子装置,至少具有以下技术功效:
(1).一实施例中,连接模块的转动件可相对机壳转动,使在电子模块与插置于转动件的连接器对接后,电子模块与连接模块可相对转动,而能与连接模块的固定件固定。
(2).一实施例中,连接模块的第一导电部与第二导电部的一者呈封闭环形,使在电子模块与连接模块相对转动过程中,第一导电部与第二导电部保持电性接触。
(3).一实施例中,由于第二导电部与第一导电部保持电性接触,使转动件与固定件的电连接关系不受电子模块与连接模块相对转动角度值的影响。
虽然结合以上优选实施例公开了本发明,然而其并非用以限定本发明。本发明所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,可作各种的更动与润饰。因此,本发明的保护范围应当以附上的权利要求所界定的为准。
Claims (20)
1.一种连接模块,包括:
机壳;
转动件,可相对该机壳转动,且设于该机壳内;以及
固定件,固设于该机壳内,其中当该固定件与该转动件相对转动过程中,该固定件与该转动件保持电性接触;以及
至少一连接器,设于该转动件且通过该转动件电连接该固定件。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接模块,其中该固定件包括:
基座;以及
固定杆,连接于该基座并穿过该转动件。
3.如权利要求2所述的连接模块,其中该固定件还包括第一导电部,该第一导电部设于该基座;该转动件包括第二导电部,该第二导电部接触该第一导电部。
4.如权利要求2所述的连接模块,其中该固定件还包括第一导电部,该第一导电部设于该固定杆;该转动件包括贯孔及设于该贯孔内的第二导电部,该第二导电部接触该第一导电部。
5.如权利要求3所述的连接模块,其中该第一导电部与该第二导电部的一者呈环形,而该第一导电部与该第二导电部的一者是弹性连接器。
6.如权利要求5所述的连接模块,其中该弹性连接器是单针弹簧连接器(Pogo pin)。
7.如权利要求4所述的连接模块,其中该第一导电部与该第二导电部的一者呈环形,而该第一导电部与该第二导电部的一者是弹性连接器。
8.如权利要求7所述的连接模块,其中该弹性连接器是单针弹簧连接器。
9.如权利要求4所述的连接模块,其中该固定杆具有一环状槽,该第一导电部容置于该环状槽内。
10.如权利要求4所述的连接模块,其中该固定杆具有一空心部;该连接模块还包括:
导线,从该第一导电部经由该空心部延伸至该固定件外。
11.如权利要求2所述的连接模块,其中该固定杆与该基座是一体成形。
12.如权利要求2所述的连接模块,其中该转动件具有贯孔,该固定杆的一固定端穿过且突出于该贯孔。
13.如权利要求9所述的连接模块,其中该固定端具有一螺纹。
14.如权利要求1所述的连接模块,其中该机壳包括止挡部,该转动件具有卡槽,而该止挡部被限制于该卡槽内。
15.如权利要求1所述的连接模块,还包括:
电子元件,位于该机壳内且电连接于该固定件。
16.如权利要求15所述的连接模块,其中该电子元件是电池。
17.如权利要求1所述的连接模块,其中该机壳具有凹槽,该连接模块还包括:
密封件,设于该凹槽内。
18.如权利要求1所述的连接模块,其中该至少一连接器包括第一连接器以及第二连接器,该第二连接器用以接收一外部电力,而一内部电力通过该第一连接器输出至一电子模块。
19.如权利要求18所述的连接模块,其中该电子模块是摄像模块或通讯模块。
20.如权利要求1所述的连接模块,其中该至少一连接器包括第一连接器及第二连接器,该一连接器与该第二连接器分别为一连接器种类的公端与母端。
